I must say the food was very good and the drinks were great. Everyone was friendly and attentive even thought the place was packed and busy. I will return again very soon. I loved the place.
When we arrived they have empty tables outside & they would not sit anyone. It seemed like they pick and choose who they let sit outside. Once we sat down we were trying to decide what to eat then we realized 30 has passed. All that time passed and when I told the hostess she completely ignore & dismissed me. I was ready to leave because how do you have people sitting there that long and not even acknowledging them? Last thing was they were spraying the table with glass cleaner.. How is that going to clean a table? It also seemed like they only liked to serve people that are from their country and not any one else. I only stayed because it was my friends bday. The drinks are really but food is eh..
To be honest The wait is terribly long to get into the place the quality of food is mediocre, The wait get the food would you finally get a table is ridiculous that includes the drinks. presentation is good though other then that place is OK 🤷♂️
Really cute little place! We sat outside and it was very warm and nice. Our waiter was really helpful and sweet. I wasnt too hungry so I just ordered the Tres Leches cake and it was AMAZING! My friends got empanadas and Chorizo, they both enjoyed it. Great vibe here and overall just nice no complaints. They have two outside portions. 1. Inside a personal Bubble for your table 2. Inside a place that hold many tables. We said in the second one its a little tight but not too bad. Id definitely come back!
The saying goes the smaller the restaurant the better the food is...we only waited for 15min max to be seated (2 people). Appetizers were good and came out quick - drinks were good and they actually put toasted coconut in the mojito. Entrees were good - meat was tender - large portions. We had flan for dessert - wasnt too sweet - tasted just right.
Found this location on IG and the images looked amazing so why not give it a try. The drinks were amazing however the service is horrible. Food tasted good but was served cold- cold to the touch after waiting an hour after the order was placed. Out waitress than proceeded to tell us that all food is served at room temperature so we requested a refund on that one plate- she proceeded to say that a refund was not allowed to be done but that she can reheat it. After speaking to a manager she states the same and said we will not be paying for that cold plate. A plate that is suppose to be served hot as the cream on the chicken had gotten thick due to the temperature. I will not be going back unfortunately due to this.
Saw this place on Instagram. Definitely caught my eye right away. Decided to make the trip from NJ to NY to give this restaurant a try. We sat outside no one ever came to take care of us. So I decided to go inside instead. No one greeted us, kind of just went inside and sat. After sitting for 10min no one bothered to introduce themselves. Finally someone came gave us a tablet. Waited another 10-15min to have our orders taken. I asked for a corona and a cocktail. Cocktail came out before the beer was ever served. Waited 45 min on top of the 25min I already waited to get taken care of. The cocktails are not how they promote them on social media. Thing tasted like straight up ever clear. Food was decent but the customer service was really bad. Definitely not going back. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Amazing drinks, great service. Food is good. Great date chill spot with the fancy drinks too. Very creative, this is 10 stars easily. Outdoor seating was busy but actually loved sitting in the dim lit, tropical decor. Great energy spot. Went for my second visit, Christopher, Entrada, its ALL good. Cant wait to go back
We got seated fairly quick which was great however we then waited over 30 minutes for our orders to be taken and that was only after we called them over to take our orders. We then waited an hour and a half for our food and drinks to be brought out. In total 2 long hours. The lady server showed no attention or concern to us waiting so long instead she kept saying let me check. The food was good but the service was horrible. We will not be coming back.

I thought this place was a great choice when I saw the pictures on instagram. THIS PLACE IS A MUST ‘DO NOT COME’ (for food choices). The service is horrible, the food arrive super late and ON TOP OF THAT it was SALTY. We asked for a side of guacamole and they bring us “guaca-shit” the presentation is horrible. I work in the restaurant business and I know how pleasant is to give a great customer experience. Please, do yourself a favor, do not even bother to come here.
Came here with 3 other people since everything on their social media looks amazing, but to my surprise it was just not the place to be. Waited 45 minutes in line outside in the freezing cold (which ok i understand) finally got in ordered a drink which took 45 minutes to get because they had run out of the big bowls and didnt have enough so they were waiting for other to be done with their drinks to serve mine but in between that time no one came to even offer water (horrible) the food was ok nothing out of this world. We ordered apps and small plates werent provided to everyone, my husband ran out of ginger ale and no one came to ask if he wanted to order more. Just bad service all around.
This place isn’t what it looks like. We came because we saw they had crazy unique drinks but the area is very unclean to say the least. Just getting the drinks (without alcohol) took an hour. On top of the other hour we waited just for them to bring me the wrong order. I told them that at this point I would eat the dish but that they had to at least discount it. She offered me some emanadas to take home. When we asked for the check they charged us for the wrong dish and the empanadas were nowhere to be found. We paid cash (100$) & when they had the audacity to ask if we wanted change for 75$ order. We obviously said yes & they literally just gave us a $20 bill. We’ve worked at restaurants so we know the struggle we left the tip of $20. Not worth the drive nor the aggravation.
Unfortunately I had to rate this restaurant a 1 star because as trendy as they may look on social media and as great as their presentation is, its not worth the wait. Literally the wait to get your food or even a bottle of water is more than 1 hour. The server that I had, young girl with a blond Bob, always had an attitude and was rude for no reason. I believe their trying, but they dont have enough workers to cover all the people they sit. Which subsequently leads to their terrible customer service. Luckily we werent hungry when we decided to try La Nueva Columbia, we really wanted to check out the buzz on social media. I wont be returning. Oh and PS dont get their piña colada 👎🏽
Came here around 6 pm with my family excited to try this restaurant that was wonderfully advertised on Instagram .To my surprise its not only models are Catfishing but restaurants as well !!! SMH .1.None of the outside tables were clean or sanitized . The tables and chairs were full of dust . I had to clean it myself with sanitizing wipes.2.I ordered the frozen sangria and my cousin ordered something similar ( look at photos ) of what was advertised vs. what we received .3.The empanadas were Dry and French fries were undercooked4. Waiter was very nonchalant and had smart mouth .(when I expressed my concerns about the drinks coming NOT as advertised with NO fruits ....he told me that the delivery of fruits didnt come in yet . He then later brought me a small plate of oranges and kiwi and said here ! eat all the fruits you want .I’m not sure if it was the color of our skin or us being American but I definitely saw other tables being treated differently and drinks looked better. The waiter seemed like he hated his job .I’ve never had an experienced racial profiling in my life ,this was truly sad 😞.
Went for Halloween night. Called to make sure if reservations had for be made, which we were told no. When arriving there there seems to be a long line that begins to form, so it took awhile before we were seated.It was pretty packed so it while for us to even get our food, and all we ordered were appetizers so it was weird that it even took as long as it did.We did outdoor dining and the way they arranged it was pretty cute. Only one heater there, was cold wished they had more!The drinks and food over all were pretty good!
I had high expectations of this restaurant until I first visited. What a disappointment . The wait in this place is unacceptable the service and the food to top it off is bad. Oh, if you sit outside they request to hold your ID and a credit card. I definitely do not recommend this place. I love Colombian food, but this place will definitely not be an option.
The experience was great until they asked us the move to seats at the back of the restaurant to accommodate other persons. I felt it was a little rude cause we was still having drinks so we decided to get the check and leave. It was my first time visiting the restaurant and based on the reviews I was disappointed by the service or lack thereof
Update: Check your receipts! The menu price is much cheaper but “their system is updated” so they charge more without informing the customers. Vea bien el recibo el precio del menú es distinto a lo que le intentan cobrar a la final!!!Currently sitting here and they have absolutely no soft drinks everything and the waitress decided it’s be funny to say oh but it’s a Sunday relax people normally order margarita or alcoholic drinks. I said we didn’t order that and they didn’t have what we wanted and her advice was to loosen up (first off there’s 3 underage kids at this table who wanted water and they didn’t even have that). we tried ordering has some “oh but we don’t have xyz” how a business operates with next to no inventory is very questionable.
This place is horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. First of all the drinks are not what they seem from their social media and the food was just OK, Definitely had better Colombian food before. The service was wack AF. They seemed very uninterested in serving us and we never had the same person helping us. Let’s not forget to mention they didnt have a lot of items from their menus. We ordered an app that was supposed to have guacamole on it, they told us they didnt have any. Then the table next to us had guacamole on their plates. Next we asked for ketchup for our fries and they told us they have no ketchup! You seriously ran out of ketchup? Lol and then the tables next to us had ketchup. I was starting to get the feeling they didn’t like us cuz we are American and didnt speak Spanish well. This place is trashtastic, don’t waste your money!
I had very high expectations for this place as it was recommended by a friend. However the waiters had no control over the tables. We first started with drinks. We waited 30 minutes and they never came and they didn’t even check on us to tell us why they were talking so long or to offer apologies. We left very disappointed with their poor and mediocre service.
The food is great . Ive been ordering for as long as i lived here but something today happened that just didnt sit right with me. I ordered calentado and coffee. Normally the coffee is packaged with saran wrapped which okay people forget thats okay ,the coffee spilled over the food so I requested a refund via grub hub. what upset me was the call from the delivery driver asking for the food back after i told him that it was soiled in coffee and it was disposed of. He seemed frantic but he stated his tips were going to be taken away if he did not return the food. I called the restaurant back and another employee confirmed that the owner usually charges his employees when they make mistake !! What the heck ?! This order was 23$ max , the fact that the owner was trying to charge employees for a meal that came improperly packaged is beyond me . How selfish of a business owner do you have to be to charge your employees when things go wrong. I felt so bad for rightfully requesting a refund via grub hub and if this situation wouldnt have happened i wouldve continued business but seeing how the owner treats his employees this will be the absolute last time i will be ordering from them. I hope the employees find better jobs. They deserve better.
I went to this restaurant with my family literally today and I got the shrimp and salmon with some extra sweet sauce. My other family members got 1 medium sized dish to share and the only thing good on it were 4 foods out of 10, I personally dont recommend coming here for food.
While the host and waitresses were nice they were not up to par with the service quality and I could tell they were getting irritated but it overall took me 1 hour and 7 minutes to get my main course after ordering, did not recieve the appetizer because they simply forgot, I had to ask 3 times for silverware and I asked for a non alcoholic drink instead they brought me a drink with alchol. They took another 15 mintures to get me my virgin drink Upon asking why They said they have the drinks already made with alchol on the side so then a virgin drink would have to be made from scratch. Whoever runs their Instagram does a good job because the way they make it seem on Instagram is far from the reality of it. I’m sorry I had to write this kind of review but it had to be said.
Food was great, drinks were great. Been wanting to go to this place because of how good their drinks look. The appetizers were amazing, only thing that i didn’t like was that the rice wasn’t that good. The service was great can’t complain about that.

Horrible customer service. Gave this place a second try after months and the service has not changed. Employees dont even greet you when walking in and have no answers to any questions you have regarding menu items. You order one thing and get another with no notice. Could easily tell youre being served day old food and dishes arent placed in front of you, more like shoved. Also unhygienic, bringing plates to the table with the same dirty gloves being used for cleaning and taking in deliveries on the street. Will not be coming back for sure.
I came here at 7:00 and we got seated really quick but also it took vey long to our food we ended getting food at 8:15 and some of thing I wanted they didn’t have, I get that they are really busy but I don’t think we should have waited that long to get out food for appetizers the empanadas were also kinda dry

The place is fine, you feel like eating at home. Food delicious, meat taste so good. My breakfast was so good, then I will recomend you. Colombian coffe so tasty, smelling and delicious. For sure I will come back soon !!!! . Thanks Nancy, she was the lady how took my order. Come here for the advertisement in Instagram. But nothing close to the pictures. First the service 2/5 I have to wait literal more than 30 minutes for her to come and tell me isnt more mojitos. Then I order the margarita and my husband one avena not flavor, very watering for both 2/5 Our empanadas dry and like a like a rock 2/5 I ask for spicy other 20 minutes waiting for it. Food 3/5 I order entraña Im pretty sure it wasnt entraña. Mi husband cazuela was flavorless. I know is a hard time for you guys but if you want to get the business going you have to do better.

Amazing Colombian food and cocktails! Our waitress was very attentive and patient with us. This is definitely an amazing restaurant to go to after work for a drink. The place is very small, family friendly but definitely not suitable for events. The Colombian bread and desserts weren’t the best, but I will be coming back! The prices are affordable!! Must go!
Dunno if it was cause it was late night or not but the service was very slow , not on point at all .... food took an hour to come out , was very disappointed, when we reviewed the food it was Luke warm not hot .... tasted like a cuchifritto spot good for late night after the club eatin to satisfy the hunger ..... Im guessing the spot was built for drinks cause they looked very good , we noticed alot of people leaving alot left in their cups so I dont know how good they really were , appearance was nice .... will not be returning sorry

The service was good, and our waitress was really nice. So I have no complaints about the service. But the food was not to my liking (comparing it to las margaritas or pollos mario). The drinks looked amazing though! Ill give them an amazing job done with how they look, but wont be my go to drinks spot. For the price and size I say its good but think that there isnt much alcohol in the drinks. Over all I think its an okay spot.
I had a drink and it was a sangria with champagne it was 40 oz. It tasted so good, and reasonably priced for such a large drink. There were many special drinks on the menu which looked interesting. The food was alright not anything special in my opinion. But although the place is small it was busy.
Do not come here hungry , the wait time to just get a drink was over 40 minutes , the drinks were good but by the time you get on the table you don’t even want it anymore . The food wasn’t even good and cold . I ended up not eating just having the one drink . It was terrible .
The price was great the drink was delicious and strong the food was delicious. The sweet plantain was moist , sweet , and cooked to perfection. The beans were delicious too. I had a mini Bandeja paisa. Delicious will go again.
The best Colombian restaurant in NY! From the moment I stepped in, they welcomed me to the outdoor/inside with music and recommended their best options in the menu. The food was to die for, WOW!!!!! Flavor in every meal. Definitely will be back here again
Very bad service, it takes almost two hours to get the food and when they bring it to the table it is cold, the waiters do not pick up the dishes when you finish and the tables are small and uncomfortable and they pick them up when you ask for the bill, the truth is very cute in photos but disappointed in person.

Simply A-mazing food, but call ahead to ask about the drinks . Im not sure if they are serving Alcoholic beverages at this time. The drink attached is from my first visit. Second visit we had soft drinks. They offer indoor and outdoor dining. Inside is store front size so the outdoor dining is a great plus. Service is a little slow,but I chalk that up to covid regulations on how many staff can work per day per shift. ENJOY!!!!
The restaurant has great food. The workers in the restaurant are super nice and profesionals. The Drinks ohmygod !!! Really good and huge size. I had Salmon and it was great. If you wanna taste Colombian food I sure feel is a.good restaurant !!! And please have a drink !!!
Waited 45 mins outside on line, finally got in, everything was all over the place, the ladies couldnt handle a couple of tables. Still freezing inside, my table & a few others were cold the whole time while eating. Took a while to be seated & a while for our order to be taken. Otherwise drinks & food is okay.
I honestly never leave reviews this is my first time. I wouldn’t give it any stars if possible. Worst service ever. They had us standing outside in the cold for 55 minutes when there was like 10 tables available. When i asked the waitress what was going on she gave me an attitude and said you have to wait until one of the waiters are available. I tried to explain to her that it was cold and she literally said WELL YOU HAVE TO WAIT. So we ended up just leaving along with two other groups of people that were waiting in front of us .
Nice place...I went with a group of friends, ordered a picada for 2 and it could of fed a group of 4. Picada was delicious and so were the drinks.

Wanted to give this restaurant a try because of all the advertisement on Instagram. We came with our 8 months old daughter and order food. We waited more than 50 minutes and no food. We had to leave cause we couldnt wait any longer. The sad thing that we were with a baby and the waitess and staff didnt care. All the time we spent driving over there, looking for parking, taking out the stroller just to walk back to our car with a bad experience. At least they could have come warn us or said something like the food its gonna take more than 45 minutes and then we could decide. But just to leave us there for more than 50 minutes and no communication at all. Bad service and bad experience

The drinks were great, super strong. The empanadas were horrible, super greasy and bland, the rest of the food was alright, nothing amazing. I guess the drinks are the main reason to visit the place.
My friend said it best , it doesnt taste like authentic Colombian food and I know this because I am Colombian. The drinks were fine though.
I got the 50$ combo for mothers day, seafood over tilapia. + sides of fries and vegetables, and 4 frozen drinks. We agree a delivery at 5:00pm . They showed up at 7:00 PM !!! The fries average, rhe salad sas so dry not salt , not vinager , no oil, no lemon, DRY.the tilapia and other seafood was OKAY. The drinks were supposed to be frozen, not even, like water, doesnt even taste like piña colada, my mother was so dissapointed at the service in general , not recomended.
How do I start!? I was excited to try due to their instagram ads, but the food at this spot was okay. We tried to get the most popular item on the menu for our first time here, Shrimps and Skirt Steak Combo and they were out!? 🙄 How are you out the best items on the menu so early!? This place is known for their drinks and I must say their drinks are good and if you come during happy hour, def get your money’s worth. In my oppinion, the food was sub-par, kind of disappointed, especially them being out of their popular items like shrimp and skirt steak in the eart afternoon 1pm-2pm. Get here early cause despite what I said, this place gets packed quickly, long lines, but it moved fairly quickly.
My empanadas were dry to the point where the chicken looked like bits of chalk. I waited an hour for a water, a total of two hours for food and an extra 20 for the actual drink that i ordered.

I did a take out order of pollo milanesa and it had to come with beans, rice and salad. I also ordered french fries and an empanada. When I got home opened up my food to only find a milanesa de Pollo with 1 sweet plantain and that it! Bad business! Tried calling to let them know and the phone starts to ring and then gets disconnected. 🤦🏽♀️ The empanada was very dry! Save your money and go elsewhere!!
I decided to visit this place after seeing many ads on Instagram. The food and drinks looked great and quite frankly I just wanted to try one of those 54oz bulldogs .Pure disappointment, I should’ve listened to the reviews online.We ordered the rice and shrimp, rice and seafood mix and fried fish plus two bulldogs and 2 apple juices!The rice was beyond gross, some of the rice was white and tasted old and at the brink of soggyness so I think they added a red sauce on top didnt mix it well and topped it off with seafood and/or shrimp.The food comes with a side of fries that tasted like it was fried in the fish oil. Bleh !Now the drinks were superbe ! Can’t go wrong with a beer a few shots and some candyyyy !!Some advice if you decide to go: PLEASE stick with steak or something lol or just drinks !!!!!!!!!!!!
Stay away ! The bill was 93 gave 15% tip even tho the service was bad and got charged $125 this does not add up! They overcharging!!! Do not pay with card ever in this place ! They ripped us off.
Portions are ridiculously small. look at the plantain I received. I ordered an extra pork rind, and I received a portion.. not even a whole rind. the beans that come with my food never got them. NEVER ordering from here... EVER
If i can give no stars I would! The service sucks took over an hour to get my order and another 45 minutes for my food to get to my table. They didnt bring appetizers, drinks or entrees together. Wasnt even offered water. Our waitress only came to our table twice. They showed more attentiveness when it came to the bill. They got upset we left a 10 percent tip and really try to tell us gratuity was at least 15% so we left. Such a horrible experience. They need a better system because I see alot of the same reviews.Get a reservation system and coordinate a better take out method
Pay for a 22 dollar churrasco, this is clearly not churrasco, the ticket said chicken churrasco when I picked it up. Make sure you double check your orders. Very disappointed.

This restaurant is one of those places that looks really pretty on social media, but in person is not it. Food and drinks were okay. We were served within 15 minutes of ordering. Customer service was none existent. If you want no attention and service whatsoever, this is the place for you. After the waitress got our order, no one came back to check on us while eating nor after we were done. It was around 10pm on a Sunday night, the place wasn’t that busy. Servers were getting ready to close, walking back and forth completely ignoring us. Usually, at restaurants they ask you if you want a to go container for leftovers, but WE HAD to ask for it. There was two occasions where we asked 2 different servers for something and they said they would come back, they never did. If you’re going to have poorly trained servers at a restaurant, don’t even bother having a restaurant. In addition, the floors were dangerously slippery. It was really hard not to fall.

My guy took me recently for dinner. I love exotic drinks and their watermelon margarita was delicious and served in an actual watermelon. Had the fried whole fish with garlic shrimp and it was good. Service could be a little better, they forgot our drinks and took forever to bring our items to the table.
Finally! We got to eat & drink here on Saturday. The line is always long, & now I understand why. The food had our taste buds on awe! The drinks were refreshing & delicious! Our only complaint is the music. If you have different ethics visiting your establishment then you should play all genes of music!

The service was horrible. The line was around the corner when we arrived and I went in and asked them if there was anyone taking peoples names or the size of the groups in order for them to be seated. The waiters response was we don’t have a host today, that’s why abs you have to wait until a table becomes available. I further explained that there were clearly Plenty of empty tables but no one was tending to the people waiting in line or trying to seat them or organize anything. We waited about 45 mins to be seated. The chairs and table were wobbling and the service was horrible as it took a very long time for our food to be brought out. The drinks were decent but not all of them. This place is completely overrated and the staff were highly under trained and unprofessional. Won’t be returning back here to dine.
Although it took a while for my entrée to come, the food was very good. Next time Ill be sure to order appetizers. The staff was friendly and polite making sure we were okay or if we needed anything. The only thing I would recommend they start having are soft drinks for kids. Fruit punch or lemonade, you can not go wrong with that.
We was so excited to try this place because the pictures of the drinks were pretty good looking. We arrive walk in and no one acknowledged our present. There where 2 waitress at the counter one on her phone and the other looking at some papers. So we get her attention and a guy comes and ask how many and we leave our name and #s along with our temperature on a sheet of paper. Then we get seated. The drinks and appetizers come. Then we order. Out of the 4of us 3 got there food. While we was eating our food got cold because they kept the front door open. The food was good the drinks was great but the service was garbage. If you dont like American people coming to your restaurant then dont open up an restaurant in America. It is always said the customer is always RIGHT......
Pretty disappointed I didint get the experience I was hoping for. Instagram made it look super nice and inviting, but the service was terrible. We were sitting waiting for a server to get a menu. But I had to go inside and get it myself. Food came out quickly. But with no silverware. Again servers were not attentive until I again had to walk inside and ask for silverware. Food was good but would not come again because of lack of attentiveness

Good experience with the food and staff. Came here over the weekend the wait was about 20mins for a table but the food and drinks was worth the wait. They do have a 90mins limit which is understandable since the do get a line going to be seating. Don’t blame them the food and drinks are really good. I asked the waitress the best time to come without having to wait long and she told me the weekdays their usually isn’t a wait to be seated. Definitely coming here during the weekday. I had their salmon with shrimp it was delicious next time I come I want to try their short ribs with the shrimp. The table next to us had it so now I’m craving it. Overall loved it here. The waitress gave us a shot of tequila on the house it was perfect for this cold weather
Literally a few minutes ago I went to get a refund!! Around 9pm I went to the store to buy empanadas de pollo(chicken) and there were 2 people in the store and I arrived with my boyfriend which made it 4 they told us 3 people can be in the store. She said it with an attitudes and so we followed the rules . I got my empanadas and went home. Not even a bit in and the empanadas were going bad and was really dry. So when I arrived to get my refund there were 4 people in and nobody was saying anything and on top of that more people wanted to go in. I stayed outside to wait my turn. Overall this place was really bad never again going here to buy the empanadas the only good thing I got out of here was my 4 dollars back so I got my money and bought the empanadas in the deli:)(try the empanadas from the deli it’s really good)

I had the worst experience! I came at 2:30pm with my husband for Father’s Day, the first waitress didn’t know what she was doing. First she miss my husband drink, the she try to give a different one, because she didn’t know what I order. So when I told her again, I had to wait 20 mins more for my drink.After that when we order the food, she was really disrespectful and she told me she didn’t want to be my waitress anymore, I brought somebody else. After 1hr the lady came in telling us the was I little delay with the food. We ending paying. This is ridiculous the also brought a beer really hot. I think the comunícate and try to treat us bad.Really bad services!!
The worst service ever, hostess had attitude and was rude, the bartender was so rude when i ask about a drink they served but is completely different from the menu, i even showed the menu to her and she just told me she will call the waitress to answer my question, in a very rude manner. Food was good but part of the staff simply don’t belong to this place, they have no sense of what customer service means.
Passing by I saw a long line and it piqued my interest. So i went Sunday. It took about a half hour standing on a line before we were seated. The waitress came with some menus then returned 20 minutes later to take our order. After placing our order it took 30 minutes to get our drinks and 1 hour to get our meal. There was 3 of us and my plate happened to be the cold one. I ordered a skirt steak with shrimp and garlic sauce. I felt like I ordered a luke warm steak with ceviche. Obviously my plate was cooked, left out because the other two dishes to be made were skipped until later. The look of the place is cute just like the staff. Clean. It has potential because whats on the menu looks good, original, and priced right but it seems the place lacks a lot of organizational skills. Its not a tight ship. I would give them two more stars if the service didnt make us feel forgotten about.
Like every person willing to try a new place and going to experience it him/herself, the food and drinks are not what is expected. Drinks taste artificial; food is not appropriately seasoned, service is terrible . You litteraly have to yell to get someones attention and stand up leave ur table to finally get the check and pay because boy its horrible. Absolutely no communication between the waiters which by the way are also the runners.
Horrible service. Dirty cups (had to send back lemonade with lipstick marks). No soda. No forks or knifes and they didn’t have any ice for water even though they were sending out plenty of cocktails with ice in them. The waiter was ignorant to our problems and we didn’t tip for horrible service. 0 stars.
Disgusting service! Do not waste your money or time. Initially there was no host to speak to , just a line in which we waited an hour at. Then once seated we waited 45 mins for our appetizer and drinks , then another 45 for our main course, 30 mins to receive two beers and apparently not one manager on duty. Horrible! They portray great drinks and food on social media , but in person it’s all just a mess!
This restaurant had very poor service . I attended the restaurant on July 27, 2021. I saw several roaches crawling in behind the TV and we reported it to the waitresses they stated we can just leave its normal. we tried to explain to them in Spanish that if we dont even see these things in our own home why would he want to see this in a place we expect to eat from.It was my birthday and I was highly upset about the pricing considering experience experience was horrible. they told us we could not take any drinks to go and we did not even finish our food.then try to accommodate us I am moving us to a table across the AC was tripping on us and we spotted more roaches.He explain to them that this was on completely unacceptable. We eventually spoke to the manager and she explained as well that it is hot and that it is normal . I became very frustrated and just asked if we can finish our drinks outside they then he moved us to two very small tables right next to the garbage.The scent was so strong it was nauseating. my overall experience was horrible I dont recommend it especially when the restaurant manager could not even except that this was poor service and disgusting.The fact that they find this is normal shows that if they are OK with roaches coming out in front of customers I cant imagine what is in the food nor how the kitchen looks. I completely do not recommend this restaurant and they should be shut down.They have no health grading outside the restaurant and I will be reporting this to the department of health.
So the drinks were good and strong and the food was tasty but will I be going back ? No. Gather around I have story to tell. It took 30 mins to get drinks and another hour to get our food. During that hour we saw three tables sit down and get up and leave. I found this restaurant on Instagram but clearly they weren’t ready for the crowd. Here’s a tip for the restaurant - slow down on the Instagram ads and invest in more staff. There’s no organization amongst the staff and it’s pure chaos. So disappointing because they have potential. Oh well.
Me a my girl had seen this place on IG and decided to give it a try, since we’re Colombian. I don’t recommend it for multiple reasons. First, as we got there nobody greeted or told us where to go, the place is confusing. We finally waited until we were sat and kept waiting for about 20 minutes until somebody finally asked us what we wanted to order.It took them forever just for some appetizers and a cocktail ( which is the reason why I’m not giving 1 star ) service was poor, they’re understaff. Server never came to the table to check on us. She was nowhere to be found when I asked for the bill. The only reason why we tipped is because I work in this same hospitality business and know about it.They clearly need to improve on customer service.
The food was amazing, everything came out in a timely manner even though the restaurant was packed. The staff worked well as a team, different people coming up to our table making sure everything was okay and we had everything we needed. The pechuga was bomb and the drinks were perfect. Also Im a huge fan of beans, and the beans were amazing. Cant wait to go back
This place is awful. My cup of lemonade was dirty. Lip stains on it and just not washed at all. Even worse the service was bad, having to wait a hour to even get our orders taken. Also, the table next to us had to wait an hour just for their appetizers. Never coming here again.
Horrible service!!! First and last my husband and i will come to this place. Waiters very unattentive. I spoken up twice about my order missing an item and still never recieved it. Food was cold. The drinks taste like watered down alchol. Dont be fooled by the pics. They dont taste how it looks and ima big drinker! Wen it came to the billing i had seen the charge of the missing item and she gave me a deal that she would charge me one of my drink for the price of the item i never got to break even. Made no sense. Im never the type to complain or write reviews. My husband and I visit so ma ny outdoor dining and this one is def the worse. The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I am extremely disappointed by the way my boyfriend and I were treated. We called ahead and confirmed that we can be seated at 9:30pm, we arrived at 9:28pm and was rudely turned away. I told the server that we called and you said we will be seated if we arrive before 9:30, but I was rudely dismissed. I am upset that this restaurant wasted my time. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Rude rude rude customer service.
Did not practice social distance due to COVID-19. Over crowded. People we literary sitting on top of each other. Bathrooms toilet seat broken. Staff could not handle the demand. Too many people. Music was loud could not speak with your guest. Checking out and waiting for bill took a long time. Food was OK. Red beans were spoiled. Do not recommend to eat at this establishment.
Food is fine but delivery is extremely slow.On 3 occasions, I waited over 1 1/2 hours with longest wait time being over 2 hours. You can call them for order updates and they say they are on top of the order, but they actually are not.
Waited on line for 45 minutes to be seated. Waited an hour to get a drink, then when food and drink got to table... no sauces ketchup... and had to wait another 15 minutes for waitress to pass by. I was only able to order one drink since it took 45 minutes for it to arrive and then it was to late to even get another.This is the worst service I have ever experienced and will never be coming here again. I do not recommend this to anyone. Food sucks too!
If I can give negative stars I would. Came here for my birthday and their customer service is horrible. It took them 30-40 to give us our drinks and when we were ready to order they ignored us and was already serving food to the people that came after us. When my friend went up to talk to them. They didn’t seem to care. Never going here again!
We order a Colombian Mojito it was not good so we asked the server for another drink which was the pina colada it came frozen inside the pineapple some what drinkable. The rellenos de tostones con ajo y camarones were chewy meaning it was warmed up in the microwave. My dish was eatable but bland no sabor colombiano and my Co- worker / friend was not good at all . The lightning was very dim like if we was in a lounge.I went to use the restroom when I flushed the toilet the lights started to blink on and off.We notice that if you are not vaccinated which we both are you cannot sit inside. So basically vaccinated inside and unvaccinated outside which is great. But then the unvaccinated come in without their mask to use the restroom. Not safe at all . We rate this place with one STAR ⭐️ needs improvement and definitely a real bartender.

This place is rough around the edges but the food is actually pretty good (I’m Colombian). Even the beans aren’t watered down like every other Colombian place. My favorite dish (chuleta de cerdo) is amazing here!

Terrible customer service!!!! The girls here are rude and expect you to speak Spanish otherwise they are incapable of communicating and give you an attitude. What if I did not speak another language? Outdoor seating, which is fine and expected in the pandemic, but the enclosure was taped and falling apart so I asked nicely if it could be fixed to keep the heat in and they said it could not (which was absurd since it was only tape). I then asked if we could move to another table once someone was done and they said yes; later that evening that appeared to no longer be an option. I sat for over fifteen minutes before I had to physically get up and ask to be serviced. When I was serviced, I received the wrong drinks - twice, and later once the food was served, the server was spilling my food on the table! Totally incompetent. I asked to be moved again once someone got up and all of a sudden they said they could fix the enclosure with a serious attitude. I asked why they couldn’t do that from the beginning and I couldn’t be answered. I also STILL hadn’t gotten my correct drink after having received my appetizer and food which was cold! Steak was dry, food was under-seasoned. Horrible experience with this place and people. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I’ve been to many Colombian restaurants and do not recommend this one whatsoever based on the disgusting service I received today. If I could give no stars, I would. These women are snobby and rude if you are not up their a**es. Ew.

The food is not good, or tasteful at all... this looks disgusting and like someone vomit this food on the plate a kids comment on their food. This place is only good for the drinks! The service was horrible. I had a table for 2 we ordered 1 appetizer 1 meal this took over an hour to come. Then the food lacked flavor it was so bland and mad cold!! I honestly will not be returning!

I was extremely excited to come to this restaurant for a quit long time because of their advertising on Instagram, yesterday I finally decided to go. Oh man, you can’t imagine how disappointed I was😢 I order their Tierra mar y aire en salsa de coco 🤢 honestly everything taste like really old shrimp and on top of that like they put two pound of sugar on it, it was horrible. My partner order the Hawaiian chicken, not tasty at all. Worse experience ever when I told the waitress that the food was not good, all she said was “Ohh can I remove the plates off the table” no apologies, didn’t try to offer me anything else. Not worth going at all. Don’t spend your time neither you money. Ended up being my worst experience and me leaving HANGRY.🙄
Beware beware .. this place has cockroaches. Not only were the cockroaches rude, they are rude to their customers. This place does not deserve a 1 star. It deserves to be shut down. The service should not be called service, it should be called disrespect. When my family spoke about the roach infestation. They told my family why dont they just go home. Everything about this place is BAD, this place is a catfish restaurant.Not gonna lie they’re doing a great job on social media selling this place, looks so appealing and the food looks sooo good.Thats the main reason why we went there, we were fooled by social media.Customer service sucks, food is the worst, they should invest more on customer service and food quality rather than having these electronic menus and wireless bill payments. This place it’s the biggest catfish place EVER. Not one of our 6 plates came out looking anything like in their advertised page on Instagram. The wait outside wasn’t that bad, about an hour. But the wait inside to place an order took and hour and ten minutes. we asked for a waiter. I asked for an appetizer and it never arrived. I’m still waiting on my empanada. They do not have mayo or pink sauce. If you’re Colombian u know the staple to our food is pink sauce. The waiter never came around to ask if the food was okay or if we needed water or soda. Anything to drink. If u have no time on your hands make sure you order to go. So when u arrive your food order is just being written. You’ll still have to wait around. Do not recommend. Go to New Jersey and try NOCHES DE COLOMBIA in west New York, north Bergen and Fairview. That’s Colombian good. Not the trash make believe they have here. To my salty burger and my three shrimps on the shrimp burger. I will not miss you.
Ordering on the phone is an absolute nightmare due to the needlessly loud music in the background. I’ve had an issue with my food the last 5 times I’ve ordered here. This most recent order, food was old, dry with a large piece of what seemed to be old moldy clumped up rice in the meal. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
Empanadas were horrible, super greasy and bland.The food was okay nothing special everything was pretty bland and greasy.The drinks look really good but they really just okay nothing special. We ordered 3 drinks the bulldog which was good, the coconut mojito was disgusting and so was the pina colada. The waitress was so rude. It was just terrible customer service and a waste of money. Completely disappointed with the experience we had. Unfortunately we went with high expectations and absolutely everything went wrong. It went South from the greeting to the seating. We asked for certain drinks (Mango biche margarita) they didnt have, we ordered the herradura margarita they didnt have it, we ordered the 40oz. love martini & it was 30oz of ice, 5oz of water & 5oz. of alcohol. The arroz con marisco had to be returned because it was cold and soggy. We ordered 3 bandeja paisas and every single one of the plates were cold. We sat outside thinking the area would be nice and warm and it was. We ordered a coffee with milk and to our surprise something we thought was coffee grinds turned out to be 2 bugs dead in the coffee. But wait there is more, to finish off the night I had to physically call the restaurant from my phone so one of the incompetent waiters could come around and give us the receipt so that we can pay our tab and never go back again. (I have to say the none alcoholic piña colada was amazing) bad thing about the drink is that they leave the core of the pineapple in the middle and it reduces the amount of drink that it holds. The price for it isnt cheap and it didnt have alcohol. I am someone that does dine out quite a bit and this place by far has been in the top 3 of the worse restaurants for service & food.
Drinks are good, food was tasty. A bit chaotic with having multiple people taking your orders but each person was attentive and kind so were the busboys so no complaints.

After being seated we were asked for our drink order right away we had to ask for more time twice, not sure exactly why they were rushing, they didn’t even give us a chance to look at the menu. Not sure if it was just because it was Valentine’s weekend but we were served our food after about an hour of waiting but it took about an hour and 15 minutes before our drinks even came to our table. Yes, you are reading this correctly, we received our food before we even received our drinks, the bar definitely needs more staff that was ridiculous. Surprisingly it wasn’t that packed, we stood in line for an hour only because we wanted to specifically be seated in an igloo, we could’ve been seated earlier but we wanted to sit in the igloo, not indoors or at one of their outdoor tables. The food was amazing! The seafood rice was extremely flavorful and my fiancé enjoyed his grilled chicken breast, rice, beans and plantains. The love martini was not sweet and it’s was STRONG, it was just OK, the sangrita con champagña drink was really good. Worst experience I’ve ever had eating out. They get you waiting in line for 2+ hours in the cold, and when they actually come to get people seated, they take people behind you; you ask why, they go :”no English”, and just walk away. No leadership, no management whatsoever..The food is just ok, they give you large portions(I’ll give them that).. but wait in line for hours and receive bad treatment from servers just for a budget-friendly meal? No thank you..

Service was unacceptable could be better with those three waitresses that were present. Took about 15 mins to get our two beers (wasn’t busy). All three waitresses had poor communication because all three of them asked us if we were ready to order when we had already ordered our food with the first waitress. Food was ehhh! Should wait a little longer to take out trash because it gave us and another table an unpleasant odor (invest in proper trash bins). Has potential but definitely needs better management.

I had dinner n drinks here with family n frens last night service was horrible our wait for a table was a hr tables were not. Clean or organized. When my table of 13ppl were seated the server took some time to come back no water or utensils o. Table food order was placed eventually n my food was horrible n chewy drinks were gd but that was di only thing gd wen di bill came ut was paid n RIP was given I guess the server did not like his tip n became rude n unhelpful I will never return place should b closed
Absolutely terrible service. Waiting for an entire hour delays and watched everyone else being served after we were there. After an hour of waiting we went to ask them about it and they said that they just started preparing our food. Even though people who arrived 25 minutes after us order the same thing we ordered flu. There’s plenty of restaurants in New York, I strongly suggest that you skip this one
Found this place on IG the drinks looked good so we decided to check this place out. Didn’t disappoint at all big drinks at an affordable price. At first I thought it wasn’t going to be great because of the reviews but the service and food was amazing. I had the salmon with shrimp and sauce it was really good. My friend had the Skirt steak with the shrimp she enjoyed it too. And we both had the big drinks think they call it Bulldogs. I actually had two of them that was more then enough for me good thing we Ubered there. Drinks are really strong. Just a heads up on the weekend they do get a line going to get seated but it’s understandable since they only have outdoor seating. Worth the wait btw they do have heaters I recommend the cabins it’s warmer there and individually set up which is a plus.
STAY AWAY!!! We arrived at 7:25pm we didn’t get our food until 9!! We waited to be seated and the waitress got my first drink wrong she doesn’t speak English so there’s a language barrier THE FOOD ISNT AS DESCRIBED!!! It’s a rip off!!! We waited for atleast an hour for our food and it’s not as described in the pictures there was a FLY 🪰 in the FOOD ... it was disgusting!!!

I wanna give it a 5 stars honestly. Here’s what happened. I ordered the virgin Pina colado because I’m pregnant. When I got it a few mins, like 10 mins I saw a bug crawl from it. I only sipped it twice so it was still full. I told our waiter he gave me a warm time but he replaced it and gave me one with alcohol. I ordered “whole tilapia and shrimp in coconut sauce he brought me the fillet pieces. I didn’t want it. I wanted a whole fish with the head and tail so after he gave me mad attitude he finally took it up and brought me the correct order (extra 30 mins wait). He argued with me that the pina colada didn’t have alcohol and my boyfriend was telling him yes it does. We even told him to taste it. I got so upset I just got my bill and leave. Guys the food is excellent. They just need better workers.
The WORST. When we walk in nobody paid us any attention until I said hello. They ask if we wanted to seat indoor or outdoor. we chose indoor. It was so cold we should had sat outdoors at least we could had heat. we order our drinks that took 15 mins. After that we order our food. It was only 4 of us. 2 order steak with one side order of Plantain I order the pork. and the other person order chicken. Every body got their food expect me. I had to call the Waitress and ask if they had to catch the pig. 15 min pass. still no food nor the plantain. I just cancel my order.
1-Terrible sevice.2- Drinks arent that good.3- Food dont taste same way they look on Instagram.Me and my girlfriend found out about this restaurant because of Instagram, and decided to visit it and it was a very bad experience. First of all we waited for about 30-40 minutes for the waitress to come over our table to greet us and ask for our order. There was no water, no napkins, nothing, we had to ask for all these things. When the waitress took our order I even told her that i wish our appetizer and main course do not take long and come out at the same time.... Guess what happened, both came out at the same time, after a whole hour of wait. My girlfriend asked the waitress 3 times for water and she kept on forgetting the water until finally after the 4 time we asked for water she finally brought it over our table. Then when we were done eating, and we asked for the check... We waited 15-20 mins for them to bring the check and then when they took our Debit Cards we waited for another 15 mins and they never came back we had to go over the counter to be able to get our Debit Cards. We just wanted to get the hell out of there. We will no visit this place again, and do not recommend anyone to take the risk,

They were kind enough to apologize for the wait, but it took 2 hours, 45 mins to enjoy anything. Two simple solutions: Order enough glassware so the bartenders can quickly serve peoples drink. Have servers in charge of a designated area so theyre not running in all kinds of different directions.
Bad service. Long wait times and items never served but still charged. Out door seating heaters are just for show and dont work. Walked in this place expecting a good time and left wishing i never went.
Poor service, had to ask for drinks 4 times, we finished out food and got clear after 45 minutes. Didnt even get offered water as we came in. Do not recommend to go

I am going to share 2 experiences that Ive had with this restaurant in less than 2 days. Today I really wanted to give this place a second chance so I placed an order for delivery and they delivered food that was going bad! This is a DOH violation and someone can get sick. Now it makes me wonder why this place has a B grade? Yesterday I ate at this restaurant because my father saw a few pictures on Instagram and wanted to try it. Service was sloowwww and Ive noticed other tables complaing about that as well. The server forgot our food and drink orders. They were definitely understaffed both FOH and BOH. Why seat more people than your staff can handle? Horrible service.
Was excited to eat here with friends after finding this place on Instagram. However, it didnt live up to expectations at all.The food didnt all come out at the same time, the rice was cold and crunchy, the beans were like soup, the meat tasted like a shoe heel and had some kind of plastic string cooked into it. The service was mediocre. Nuevo Colombia needs to step up their game, sorry to say it.

Service was good, food was well done and enough for the both of us. Price are hood and the DRINK is 😘. Bungalow outside available for social distancing. Really nice and I came all over from Nrw Jersey on a recommendation. I was not disappointed. Will go back with my family and Will definetly 3recommend

Awful place to spend your money. The waitress needs to be trained. When asked, she said she doesn’t have Manager and she doesn’t have boss. Disrespectful, bad manner and the quintessential of the stupidness. Pathetic.
This place was a terrible experience. We waited for about 2 hours to get in and once we were seated we waited an additional hour. Then, once we placed our order and waited OVER AN HOUR for our food, we still never got it drink until about 30 minutes into eating our meal. My fiancé was satisfied with his meal, mine was mediocre. Today i went to this location. Upon arrival the hostess greeted us with “Dime”. In a rude manner she lets us know that we couldn’t be seated even though it was before 10:00pm. We explained that we came from far and her response “ si fuera por mi la cojiera porque quiero la plata” . Then she rolled her eyes and walked away. I later called to speak to the manager, and she stated to call back during closing time, which is when the manager comes to the location.
Went here last night and all i have to say is by far the worst experience Ive EVERRRRR had in my life. Waited an hour to be seated, Waited an hour to order food, Waited an hour to get food and to make it worse the food was cold. Waited another hour to the get check. Basically the worst experience EVERRRR!!!! Couldve went to any other restaurant in the queens and got WAYYYYY better service. And what i found funny was the fact that the waitress had the nerve to ask for a tip😂. Please dont be fooled by the pictures they posted up on here. When you leave an honest comment about your experience there, they blocked you as if its your fault SMHHHH..
Service was bad they had to put us outside only had one heater ordered a super bandeja paisa which isn’t super it’s just a regular apparently they call it super because they a chorizo on which is a regular bandeja, pollos Mario’s bandeja is bigger and better, the drinks looked good but didn’t taste good weren’t mixed right. All in all I won’t be coming back any time soon but the market next door is great.

I can honestly say this is one of the WORST restaurants of all time!!! A two hour wait for cold food. I tried calling the restaurant but she had no idea what I was talking about. The restaurant is a half mile down. I ordered my food at 12:30 and it didnt arrive till 2:30!! Their reviews are absolutely horrible on food delivery apps. Beware of this place! I give this place 0 stars. I ordered 3 orders, one order of pechuga de pollo a la plancha and two orders of Lomo de cerdo. When my order arrived , it was missing Pechuga de pollo a la plancha. I called right away and the girl on the phone said hold on let me look up your order and click was disconnected. I called back to complain that I was disconnected and she said no I told you that I was going to have it delivered. After 30 min of waiting not to mention how long they took the first time, the order never came. I called them back but no answer , by then the place must have closed. I also ordered beef empanadas and they were the worst, two of the empanadas I bit into had chunks of grease, very disgusting that they dont bother going through the meat and removing the Fat. I came across this restaurants page on instagram. It looked like a beautiful place and it was my sisters birthday so i thought it was the perfect place for the occasion (huge mistake) we live 40 mins away but I thought it would be worth it. When we enter I am a little taken back because it is such a small place. It appears as a deli. I was so confused I had to make sure I was at the right place. There are probably 4 tables there that a party of 4 can sit. The tables are so close to each other and you cant sit at the tiny little bar either because the tables and chairs are against the chairs at the bar. Me and my sister and nephew were not even greeted or acknowledged. We stood there for about 10 minutes and my sister had to ask for a table. And all the tables were occupied because there are about 4 tables there! So we wait and decide lets give it a chance. And that was another huge mistake! We are seated and of course the table we get is next to the garbage can. It takes about 15 minutes for our orders to be taken and I felt the waitress was rushing only us for our order. My nephew only drinks water and we are told they do not have water! Then our food comes and we are not offered extra plates, we get up and ask for the extra plate because no one cared to ask us how everything was. The food was not good at all, it was such a disappointment because we love Colombian food. The atmosphere was not friendly, it was just so bad I cant stress it enough. We pay and leave and at one of the stop lights there was a person selling bottles of water. I felt like telling him to go sell the place water since they didnt have any. But I just gave the gentleman money instead. He was nicer than the workers that worked there. I highly advise no one goes there. Customer service is everything especially now with social media. I even wrote to the Instagram page and of course no response.Update: since my dm was ignored on Instagram I posted under one of the pictures and I was blocked smh. Just shows you how professional this place really is. And i can bet money the positive reviews posted here are from friends of theirs. There is no way possible this place can get more than 1 star.

The waitresses all have bad attitudes. I went with my family and they took forever to even give me the menu. Then we decided to order to go because it was such a cold day and I had to wait for 1hr + then it was finally done I ask one of the waitresses and they told me to wait because it wasn’t ready yet. I waited 15 more minutes and another waitress came just to tell me my food was done a while ago. With an attitude.

* Waitresses were always forgetting us.* Beers used in drinks are covered so youre not drinkn the alcohol from the beer. I was there last night asked for a table a waitress there told me to just wait on line, there was no line. Customer service was HORRIBLE place was DIRTY garbage right in front of the restaurant. Drinks are good, but the service was very bad. I waited almost an hour to get my drink, and 2 hours for food. If you don’t mind waiting for for drinks and food this will be the place to go.
Food and drinks taste good but the service is horrible. Two plates took about 35 minutes and 45 minutes to get drinks and they werent busy. My water came with a little piece of paper in it. They dont carry regular hot sauce.
Please dont go here, unless you dont mind waiting 3 hours to get your food let alone a menu to begin with. Good food, awful service.
Service was so bad that me and my friend had to wait over 10 minutes not to get serviced. Keep in mind that there was only one group of four and two couples. They already had their food in front of them. We just walked out. First time coming here and last time coming back. Don’t even know if it’s because we were gay or even care at this point.

2022-05-31My wife found this location online so we decided to try it out. It was not a bad experience but a little pricey. There food was delicious and the drinks were great. I think most likely will be going there again because my wife enjoyed the good food as well as I did.

2022-05-07Even though I sat outside in their outdoor area while it was raining and cold, barely any heat, I had a good time. I didnt get wet so thats good but they shouldve had their heat lanterns set up beforehand. Honestly, they did accommodate and turned on their heat lamps. Food was great and drinks too. I went and ate with my brother and his girl and just had a great time. The staff were great which made my experience better. I will definitely come back and hopefully sit indoors next time.

2022-02-01Ordered lots of food. Was over charged. The tablet we were forced to place an order from didnt match prices on the receipt by over $20. No silverware. No spoons. Food was cold by the time they brought them. Our server was on his Cell phone when we went inside to see what was going on. Staff was rude. Poor service. Poor presentation. This place shouldnt be dine in. It should be carryout only. Great food, bad service.

I traveled from Houston to New York (Queens) and one of the restaurants I wanted to visit was this one, because they show very nice photos on Instagram of their food, drinks and environment, but since I arrived at the restaurant, the service was terrible, They assisted me 15 minutes after I arrived to just give me the menu and I had to wait another 15 minutes to take my order when there were only 3 customers to serve, and also with a not very friendly attitude. The presentation and taste of the food were acceptable. I like to recommend to all the places I visit, but I cant say the same for this restaurant.

2021-08-31Had dinner here as a treat since it was my last night in New York. The main highlight was supposed to be a cocktail in a huge glass but we were told that this was not served after 9pm (We arrived a little while before 10). We were disappointed but decided to stay anyway for dinner since we had come a long way.The food was quite good; the portions were quite large so we ended getting takeaway plates.Our hostesses were courteous and helpful. What we did not like, however, was the fact that the staff had started spraying down the place with liquid cleaner while we were still dining. Not a good look at all. The last thing I want to smell is bleach while I am trying to enjoy my meal.Thank goodness we were not allergic to anything.Perhaps, this establishment should consider not having customers dining in after a certain time so as to facilitate thorough cleaning of the premises to ensure that workers end their shift in a timely fashion.

You wait to be seated not long, more likely outside because is not such a big place.The table we sat was so bad. I’ve seen better tables in the trash.The waiter was very nice, very funny. You wait for your waiter quite a long time. Then drinks and appetizers took so, so long. And food even longer.Food was good. Not complaining about that but not worth the wait.Please note. Ask for a copy of your receipt we didn’t see it because supposedly he had to delete something that we didn’t order. So he showed me just that item. But then he said so removing that its $280 something. So we gave him the money. Never saw a full receipt and after we left, we thought about it and prices didnt added up.Just compare the prices from the app they bring you to the prices on the receipt.

2021-08-05They say first impressions are important and the one that last. With that said the place has potential . It is a very nice dining Alfresco style . The service was good but the food seem delicious . Sadly it was a little bit too salty ( the telapia ) for my taste . The Bean where a salty . The Rico berger was good and the beef player as well . The crispy burger had much going on ( a bit drench in their hot sauce ) The chicken churrasco was good . The sangria was okay 👍 the manzanita pop was a good choice too . The one thing that I bother me was the lack of cleanliness on the sidewalk and on the plants that surrounded the dining area . I hope that take care of this and hopefully my next experience will be better

2021-08-17This is not your typical restaurant.. Definitely a hidden gem. Service was a bit slow and there were alot of items they did not have on the menu. But the food we did order was very good. The drinks were good but needed a little more liqour. Beware the drinks are huge so order one at a time; share if you are 2 ppl . We wasted alot of the drink and you cannot get it Togo.
