Great customer service and the food was sooo good.
When i with my bf go in there wait the door.. No body going to taking us go in there! And when i ready to order wait so long time?! We are going the restaurant to spend the money and i wont give the trip ever!
Atmosphere of the whole place is nice and the food taste great. However, the price is a little above whats around. Overall I like this place but not somewhere I go to often. If you are with a group of friends though I highly recommend
Whether you are on a date or hanging with the family and friends, or simply want dessert 🍨, then this is the place. The Soufflé is a must get. Tip: Ask for egg whites only. Best texture and taste. The other desserts are good as well.

Ordered Souffle pancakes as a late night desert snack and it was absolutely horrible. This isnt an exaggeration. My fault, you dont come here for deserts. Never again. As for their tea , it may be alright. Tasted like water was coming out of the pancakes, Mangos were extremely sour , and ridiculously overpriced. Whos running the kitchen here? A bunch of people who have low standards.

The food is the type that even if you are full you cant stop going back to it as the is so more fresh. Highly recommended
Item are expensive, portions are small, and most of all, there mild is extremely spicy so if you can’t handle spicy don’t even bother going here. This is what I mean by small portions. My fish tofu are cut in half.
Its a very bad experience, the food is bad and the service is poor. At first we ordered only 2 cocktails from 2 people. The other four didnt drink anything, even if we didnt ask for water. The waiter wont ask for a drink. We came in and ordered the snails, the bullfrogs, the oysters, and none of them. The result was a grilled fish. But its too bad. None of us can finish a whole fish. The fish was fried at least twice because it was so bad. And the two bowls of white rice we wanted were never given to us. We come out to enjoy it and dont care about the price of food. we spent 190 dollors for nothing . And when we pay the bill, we swipe, the waiter and we say the swipe machine is broken. I dont care if its really broken. What if I dont bring enough cash? I wont go again.我们3点多去的，也不是餐期。 3个服务员看着我们，就是不给水。 一看就知道是打共产。 一开始2杯酒拿上来，酒名字都不知道是哪一个。
Ordered the mango pudding which tasted good. The bubble tea was alright, was expecting to be more sweet. That’s not the problem I have, but one of the female staff was a little rude. My friend and I were talking and almost finished our drinks, but the staff just came up to us and gave our bill when we didn’t ask for it. We didn’t sit for more than 2 hours. My friend noticed that she kept eyeing in our direction which she thought was weird since there were other customer to focus on as well. Overall, food was alright, but that one female staff was a little rude, rushing us away for no reason. It wasn’t crowded and others were in there.

It’s not difficult to say that this store seems to have offended its peers and gets more than a dozen negative reviews a day, but it’s still GREAT!
Terrible experience. The food was very much overpriced and didn’t even taste half as good as the ones you can get from food carts. The biggest issue is that they took too long. They also kept going on and off about how their ingredients were fresh; WE DONT CARE. On the receipt, they gave themselves a $10 tip for doing nothing but chatting and eating in our faces. Unsatisfied; will not come again.
The decor in this place is pretty cool. Most of the food items we order were pretty good and came fairly quick. However, one of my favorite dishes, chicken in chill oil (口水鸡) , did not turn out good. The chicken didnt taste fresh and the flavor profile didnt match what this dish typically is. My friend gave some feedback to one of the waiters regarding the dish so that they may improve it for next time and the waiter acknowledged it and offered to remove the dish off our bill. There was another moment where the waiter accidentally touch one of the skewers while moving plates around to make space on the table. The waiter also offer have the kitchen make another one. The service from the staff was exceptional and really deserves 5 stars.I only removed 1 star because the music is here too loud. The docor is pretty cool and some of the seating gives this place a lounge feeling where friends can hang out, order food and chat. However, with the music being so loud, it was hard for us to talk. I can tell some of the other customers there were bother by the music too. If the volume can be toned down a little, it may be more enjoyable.
This place has amazing HEATED outdoor seating pods. There are individual doors to each eating area and plexiglass in between you and other guests. It was such a treat to feel like we were on a real date! The food was also great! We had lots of BBQ (so good), tofu and preserved eggs (delicious) and roasted garlic eggplant. Everything was delicious, we felt super safe, and it just felt so special. Lighting is thrown off in my photos by the awesome heat lamps :)
The food is nothing specially, the deserts were ok, as for the Tea they don’t allow refills of water for the tea which really irks me. And they auto charge the tip which makes it mandatory!! The service was not spectacular in any real way. Don’t waste your time or money here there plenty of better places for tea and sweets that actually offers distinctive flavors.

Foods are ok, nothing particularly special. Music so loud and weirdly they have the singers to sing in the restaurant. They have a spending requirement of $10 each person, this is unacceptable . This restaurant is just weird on the next level.

Today, I came to this newly opened Queen’s Tea Room with my friends to eat. The barbecue and desserts of this restaurant are amazing for us. They are of great value. Barbecue is my favorite flavor before going abroad... I love it, it’s so fragrant!

2022-06-09I was on my way home from a party & saw this place. From outside it looked interesting so I wanted to give it a try.I always order fish, seafood & vegetarian dish if the restaurant isn’t halal. So upon asking find out they fry everything together in same oil. Even fish & shrimp! Highly disappointed! They could get more customers if they cook stuff separate. But I so appreciate that they didn’t hide it from me. They could have & I would have just eat it. For their honesty I gave them an extra star! Thank You….I ended up ordering just a brown sugar bubble tea, it was way to sweet even for me! The portion & the price was ok.The staff were nice & helpful.

2022-08-16Stopped by on a Friday evening, the front entrance was a bit confusing as it was one door leading into two stores. One was a noodles shop and the other is the tea house. We ordered skewers and three dishes, salt and pepper chicken, skewer pot (30 pcs) and beef and tripe. While we waited for our food, an inflated pikachu came walking around, I believe it was their weekend event. Then around 7pm this lady got up and started singing to the karaoke, she sang both Mandarin and Cantonese songs. Though I appreciate the live performance, I wasn’t expecting to be eating in this kind of atmosphere. The pikachu walking around looking for the other pikachu that is having trouble inflating was also really distracting and awkward. The songs she sang were old Chinese songs.Turning to the food, beef and tripe was overly watery and not good at all. When they prepped the tripe they probably didn’t dry it well and just let the watery tripe mingle with the sparse sauce. The chicken plate was huge and it was pretty good. Now the skewers pot is the real problem, some of the skewers were not cooked and the small heat at the bottom of the pot was only meant to keep the pot warm, and it burnt out within 10 minutes. So we were left with some uncooked potatoes, cauliflower, seaweed and tripe… on top of that it was overly salty. After the check they did provide us with on the house jelly dessert and it tasted pretty good.If you treat this place as a restaurant then it’s not worth coming. If you want to come here with friends and enjoy some drinks then try not to come on the weekend evenings, the music can get pretty loud. Not a good vibe for chatting.

2021-06-24I think its a nice place but could improve. The food was overall really good but the desserts could use a lot of work. They barely had any flavor and some tasted very artificial. The music was VERY loud and the speakers are over a lot of the seats. Kind of limited and over priced drinks. Would come back during the day when it is a little quieter perhaps for the food.

2021-10-04Decided to come in for lunch with a group of 4. Menu is vast and there’s a good variety but a little overpriced for the type of cuisine. That said, food has been consistent and it’s one of the few skewer spots that have decent dine-in options. Other skewer spots in the area tend to not do dine-in or have sketchy sit-in areas that I wouldn’t sit in to eat.

2022-08-26DOES NOT RECOMMEND!!Had a bunch of food downstairs and went upstairs to drink with a large group of friends, but the service was off the roof. Staffs are busy playing dice, singing, and drinking that our food was being ignored.

2021-03-28This is my second time here and it was not satisfied. I order this snail, some tails was not cut off and it was hard to take it out and it has a smell. I also order some other seafood it was also not that fresh... The chicken wings happens the same, two times, it has blood inside..

2020-09-29The food are ok, taste like the regular street vendors with less meat, but a bit more pricey, around 50cent more per skillet. But its really about the environment and the setup. We werent able to go into the first floor, from the outside we can see, they used Roses/Flower decor on the wall, which look REALLY nice! I believe it was open July 2020 during pandemic. Its funny because we made a reservation to dine on the roof top, there was no one, most customer were dining on the curbside.The Host guided us up stair because we wanted the roof. No one serve you so, the way to order is through the smartphone, once it ready, they will call you and you go down stair to pickup, foods were all pack in a takeout bag. you just bring it back up stair to the roof and eat. Its not bad, just no one serve you. DONT Order the Mango Souffle pancake , because it taste like PLASTIC.
