This place has been our breakfast spot of choice for the last two years and the have yet to fail us. Great pancakes, French toast and food in general. But, I must say that the service is what truly keeps us coming back. I feel like they are part of an extended family.
Came with out of town friends for a quick brunch nothing complicated. Service was super slow. We were enjoying our conversation and didnt realize 45 minutes had passed. No drinks, no food, no service.When we asked respectfully about our order they were rude and told us to wait another 15 minutes. Meanwhile my friends noticed people who came in after us had been served their food. We decided to leave. The owner and staff started talking in Spanish and behaved as if they could care less. It was embarrassing and we were still hungry. Our friends from out of town had to get on the rode without eating. Lesson learned we wont be back La Villa.

GOOD BREAKFAST, I asked for strawberry pancakes even though they gave me regular pancakes with strawberries on top which the menu did say and I was okay with that, the bacon was well cooked and not too greasy and not too burnt and my drink morir soñando which was my first time trying it was good as well. The waiter was decent as well, not nice but not mean and the place was clean. I would go again to this place to eat and I would recommend it.

Most of the it will be good: but when they manage to not get your order right. They don’t man up to their mistakes. - and blame it on you like no tomorrow.Just for that. Wouldn’t come back again
My favorite breakfast spot. The food is great, plentiful and affordable! Breakfast for two for $20 easily. The cheese grits go great with everything. Definitely check this place out if youre in the area.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars! Terrible customer service. An hour and a half later from the delivery eta and my order has still not arrived. I’ve called to receive a status update and was left on hold multiple times, the woman was rude, unprofessional and kept yelling that my food is on the way although this restaurant is located only 15mins away from me. Avoid doing business with this restaurant!
Service took way too long and the manager was rude . I was missing an item, and she assumed I didnt speak Spanish and was talking smack. Ive ordered from them many times. And never again. She hung up on me twice. Smdh. She needs to learn how to be professional and not act like a sewer rat.

Ok place & Ok service very good BBQ RIBS But there Oatmeal Is So Watery unless you like soup, there French toast is good with bacon your choice Turkey or pork one time they put old bananas on my French toast that’s why I give it two stars
Forget those hipster places that charge an arm and a leg, this place’s breakfast is FANTASTIC! Super affordable and down to earth. The 5star Breakfast is all you need after a late night out in the city. So far, my best find in NY!

The 5 star ratings are all lies my family and I tried to eat here. It was a terrible horrible mistake the skinny Dominican lady been disrespectful for years they allow it she married to owner or is his family. They changed the name to La Villa and kept staff to hide truth because they have bad service and food unprepared. It is obvious also most people go across the street for better service and food to clean spanish restaurant more lighting and smiles. La Villa is also racist we are Hispanic family and we watched them disrespect Black and white people in restaurant very unhealthy place for money.
One word- Amazing! I tried their pizza, their pasta, their entries, everything was delicious. They also have the best nutela calzone I ever ate! Highly recommended! Great vibe very friendly staff.
Brought a pastrami sandwich.I tell you that this was so dry and overcooked,I had a bad taste in my mouth.Now I know that could not be chef Bruno on the grill.It was a mexican with minimal experiencein how to properly cook pastrami.Now for the waitress behind the counter,needs to brush up on customer service.Attitude will not get you know where.Mr.Bruno,please have your staff at the Brooklyn NY location be trained accordingly on customer serviceand especially to cook.Oh and please have fresh fruits on the counter.They look like they have been sitting on the counter for aweek.

La Villa Cafe on Dekalb Ave and Franklyn AveIn Brooklyn, New York Location is a friendly staff restaurant which they do deliveries or Uber Eats. My father and I stop at this spot to get some food after we taken care of some business in the areaThe good was hit and fresh and pricing was inexpensive and delicious. We will be back to try some of the Spanish dishes available

Decent food and very reasonable priced. Nice and friendly staff. Tables and booths where you can sit down and enjoy your meal. One general bathroom that is clean.
I strongly think they dont like black people I stayed about 3 times each time service is nasty the slim lady taking the orders is upset ever time we go but we did notice they always take care of the white on Spanish ppl wit a smile in fast.Most people in the neighborhood feel this way they always say just ho across the street to the other restaurant.Im pretty sure they dont like BLACK PEOPLE the way the treat Africans is very bad in the food is always dry ...but I bet if u read the reviews all good comments will be from Spanish or white folks
The food is really good and tasty,my waitress was very friendly,right outside of the restaurant is flooded with alcoholics and they all hang out in that area becarful of your surroundings
I am very disappointed with this place I order every Sunday and today I was sick at home and they messed up my order give me an attitude and take an hour to deliver the rest of my order. Never ordering again. Customer service sucks if u dont speak Spanish

From the look of this place, you wouldnt think much of it. But I swear, La Villa makes some of the best breakfast. Not only that, the prices are insanely cheap. Also, some of the most thoughtful staff!

An excellent restaurant in Brooklyn. The dishes are hearty and give a good overview of South American culture. Personally, I was delighted with my menu!
The treatments were terrible the waitresses are balls, it takes a long time to bring food ... I do not recommend it.

2018-07-30As I was here on a weekday it was quick and friendly service! I had never been but was looking for something within walking distance of where I was staying. I loved how much food I got for under $10. And i have to say there was something special about the flavour of the French toast!! I recommend getting the French Toast combo.

2022-01-16I received my order with the coffee spilled all over the food it was a pool of coffee inside the plates, so I couldn’t eat it. I called the restaurant and the lady told me she will refund me or I can I call her and place another order another time which I agreed on placing the order another time for $15. Today I called her to place the order, after reminding her who I was, the first thing she told me that this will be the last time I order from them. I gave her the order and waited for an hour she called me later and confirmed my address, then called again and told me that she wouldn’t be able to send me my order because I’m far (she have delivered to this address before). She kept leaving the phone while I’m talking then grabbing it and asking me if she can send it tomorrow to my address. It’s very disrespectful and terrible customer service.

2021-12-29Ordered from here via doordash, which was a disaster in itself. However, the food wasn’t good at all. I ordered the French toast combo. The eggs and French toast tasted like bleach which was really strange. The bacon and sausage were the only things I could eat. I was excited to order breakfast after I came from a nice vacation. I will not order from here again. Very disappointing

2021-05-30Terrible experience, on a weekend, forget about going there, they will keep you waiting for hours and will make you wait until they complete there Uber orders.....which just keep coming meaning youre never served. If you go on the weekdays, the food is always uncovered which makes the meats really dry, the grills are just disgusting so dont expect nothing but cross contamination. The service is good when you speak to the lady on the front. The grill man is extremely rude and I hope youll never have to deal with him, its just the icing on the cake. Is a shame that users only judge the clean packaging they receive their food but not the origin.

2020-07-05La Villa Café never disappoints. I’ve ordered breakfast delivery from them for almost 2 years now. They offer a variety of dishes. Its a great option when you are ordering with family and friends with different dietary preferences. Anywhere from egg sandwiches, omelets, French toast to smoothies (love the Monkey Bar smoothie).Consistent food quality and friendly delivery staff. It’s my go-to for breakfast anytime of the day.

2021-08-04Couldn’t even get a good photo because of how furious I am. I order from here all the time TODAY WILL BE my last! I take a bite of my home fires and cheese omelette and what do I feel on my teeth, scraping on my tongue a long piece of hair. Unacceptable! There is a entire pandemic out and I just ate some of someone’s hair! Are you kidding me!
