Nice showroom, with American made furniture, with a lifetime warranty. Whats not to like? Emily, our sales rep, listen to us carefully and then brought us to a couch and a swivel chair that we just loved. The prices were relatively High, but again, American made, best quality materials, and a lifetime warranty on all the mechanicals should cost more. We are going to look at other furniture stores, but I doubt they will measure up; we most likely will go right back to la-z-boy
Brent was absolutely the best sales person I have ever worked with.He is extremely knowledgeable about the Lazy Boy furniture and very patient as I tried out a lot of recliners.I went to every furniture store around Syracuse and went back to your store three times.I am happy to say that I purchased two leather recliners and I cant wait to get them home.Thank you for having such high quality furniture and wonderful employees .
Over the years we have purchased a number of La-Z-Boy products, and have always been satisfied with the durability and quality. Our recent purchase was for a new recliner and we were impressed by the wide selection of recliners available. The furniture gallery was clean and laid out well to be able to pick and choose the recliner that was right for us.
We had a wonderful and very fun experience! Our salesperson Dianna was so helpful and kind. She took great care of us, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was just so before we left the store. We are very happy with our purchase and can’t wait til we receive it!! Went on Thursday to look at different rocker/recliners at La-Z-Boy and had a patient young man worked with us. He let us take a large swath home to be sure the color I liked was good with my other pieces of furniture. I went back on Friday and ordered my chair and the checkout was very easy. Very excited to get my chair in 6-8 weeks.
I have been coming to La-Z-Boy for years. You get what you pay for.... Great quality, craftsmanship and the associates are pleasant and always willing to help or answer your questions. Thats why I brought my mom here a few days ago to purchase a rocker recliner. Our associate was Lorena Dunler. She had the patience and kindness that mom needed. Mom didnt feel rushed or pressured to buy. If your looking for great quality furniture, stop in you wont be disappointed. K. Galloway
I called the shop today in a state of desperation. Three other furniture stores - plus the online presence - had been unable to help me (and all had provided me with erroneous information). Craig G addressed my problem calmly and with expertise and insight. Within a few scant minutes, he had assisted me with product selection, worked up an order, addressed a complicated delivery situation, and got me on my way. I am very grateful for his kind assistance, competence, and I look forward to doing business with the store again!
Love this place! Very pleasurable shopping experience with extremely knowledgeable and very helpful sales associates. We were given plenty of much needed time and space to choose from their huge selection. Weve been to other furniture store and this one is definitely a cut above the rest. Very happy. We bought a chair that needed to be ordered. We were told it would take 6 weeks and that store would call once in. After 7 weeks WE called store and ask if our chair was in. They said it was in the warehouse however it would be another 2 weeks before it would come to the store. Once again they said they would call when in. After 2 weeks WE called and asked if chair was in and was told it was in the back room. This is poor customer service. I would think twice about ordering anything through this store. The sad part it was the manager who said they would call.
I am very disappointed in the service that I received. They did not go out of their way to make it easy. I love the chair that I bought, I am just so sorry that they did not think that I needed to have it any sooner than I ended up getting it. If I it wasnt for the fact that I knew exactly what I wanted the style the color everything, it was on the floor, but it took two weeks to get it. I ended up getting told excuse after excuse. If I needed to buy anything else Lazy Boy I would not go there.
The store had a very large selection of La-Z-Boy chairs to choose from. Our salesperson was friendly and helpful without being too intrusive. I wish they had a larger selection of fabrics available for the La-Z-Boy chairs (None of the samples with any type of striped pattern can be used for the recliners.)
My experience with La-z-boy has been very positive. I cannot wait to receive the new living room furniture suggested and designed by Lorena Dunler and Ashleigh DiGiulio. They were wonderful!! I appreciate Ashleigh’s floor plans and design boards. Lorena knew exactly what I wanted just by speaking to me a couple times! Thank you!
They claim they have a price match policy but would not honor it when I showed them the same exact sofa for $600 less at another store. I canceled the order and got it shipped for $500 less than they charged. If you want the Tripoli couch look elsewhere and save the money.
This place is very expensive however I was looking for a new sectional so my wife and I stopped in. We were ready to spend about 2500.00 which clearly was not enough here. When we talked about prices the salesman walked away. So we left and bought our sectional elsewhere. We purchased from Raymor and Flanagans and are super happy.
The manager was very helpful in helping me get leather Laziboy couch in my color and helping me with measurements. When they delivered it one of the sections was a completely different color. I had to wait a few weeks to get the piece they messed up on and had to take more time off from work to be around for delivery guy. I bought the extended warranty for accidental damage. I live alone and usually only use one side of couch. I had coworkers over for dinner from work. A lady sat on opposite side I dont use she went to use the power recliner and I heard a pop noise. The chair went so far back it hit wall and made a hole in wall with a sharp object that is sticking out of couch. It ripped through couch. Laziboy charged me 150 dollars to have tech come out and determined they werent responsible because they stated couch ripped because it came in contact with wall. I couldnt move couch on my best day its so heavy. Power recliner works fine and doesnt touch wall to this day but it did that one day I heard that popping noise. This was clearly a malfunction in chair. They told me to call warranty place I bought the extended warranty through. Maybe Laziboy shouldve directed me to them first before grabbing me for 150 buks. Now extended warranty says they wont pay because it wasnt a accident. Im pulling teeth now and it might come down to small claims court. When I went to speak to manager who sold me couch they all of a sudden werent as friendly. The manager said call her at end of week she was busy with other things and had a few days off as well. She also made a reference that its probably my fault and it could of been a kid jumping on couch. Last time I would buy a Laziboy with that type of service. One way or another they are and will be responsible for the damages but there attitude and conduct is unsatisfactory and I dont have kids!
The chair I purchased makes a squeak noise on the right side.I have rotated the swivel.That noise has stopped but now there is a clicking noise on the left side.I was confused when I first entered the store as everything had beenre-arranged since last year and reference guides did not seem to beconvenient for the staff.The delivery people left behind a screwdriver tool with a red handle.I have it if they would like to come for it.
After shopping at a variety of furniture stores for 2 recliners and not having any luck on style, price our last stop was La-Z-Boy on route 31, Clay.We were met upon entering the store by Dianna Camarda and she put us in the right area to view recliners, she gave us the time to look around and suggested if we had any questions we could ask her.Well, we found exactly what we were looking for and at a great price as you were having a sale, we purchased the 2 recliners in the color we wanted and cant wait to pick them up 4/28!!!!

2022-04-08Worst experience. We spent 5,000 on a couch... and we have had so many issues ever since. We bought it 7 months ago, when they told us 6 months. 6 months later they confirmed with us that it would arrive in 2 weeks. We set up a date and time. Never showed up. After calling to track it down, they said the order was canceled. They werent sure how. We set it up to be delivered 2 weeks later. The recliner was broken and they were missing a section of the couch. They sent the recliner back. No word on when we will get them. Called to see when we can get the sections we PAID for and they said to call back in weeks. Unbelievable. Save yourself money and a headache. Buy anywhere else.

2022-06-02We ordered living room furniture in April 2021. At first we were told it could be 6 months so we expected it to arrive Oct/Nov which was ok. We then received notice that it would be Jan 2022. Since then, after numerous calls, the delivery keeps getting pushed out another month - we were told end of Feb, then March, April and today Im told we should have it by the beginning of July!!! Supposedly the furniture is ready and just waiting for shipping. When I asked to have it shipped sooner since its been over a year, I was told they have no control over when it will arrive. I then asked for the regional managers phone number and was told no. I asked to have the manager call me but I doubt he will even get the message at this point. I realize Covid pandemic has caused delays but waiting over a year for furniture is ridiculous! My advice is to avoid La-Z-Boy Furniture at all costs!!

2021-12-10We bought a new couch for our home, and, while the couch was nice and comfortable and delivered on time, the delivery men broke the banister to the basement as they carried it down. At the store kevel, La-Z-Boy refused to pay to replace it, saying it was the delivery people who broke it and not them. They wouldnt give us the name of the delivery service La-Z-Boy uses. Be careful and watch the delivery people closely, because they will not pay for any damage done to your home.

2021-05-25La-Z-Boy where have you been my whole life? I dont know why it took so long for me to check out this wonderful place. Probably because I thought it was too expensive, too trendy(?) or just beyond my understanding of nice furniture. We were looking for a recliner, a sleep alternative, for my sister. She needed something suited specifically to her medical special needs as she would be spending a far amount of time reclining in it. The very first chair she tried was the chair but our salesperson, Craig, noticed a measurement concern. The chair was really too short for her. After playing Goldilocks and the 3 Bears with trying a few more chairs, she did find the PERFECT one for her. Price was actually better than the recliners we looked at in the clearance store of another furniture company! In addition to finding an awesome recliner, we found a super wonderful, compassionate salesperson!

2020-12-09Great Products and warranty, but the customer service Manager was a bit stern stated ( you should have checked it before accepting Delivery) due to my request for replacement within 2 weeks due to discovered damage. A screw coming through the leather fabric a a tear at one of the seams. How am I to check every book a cranny. They did honor my request reluctantly. This is my second purchase because if the product warranty.

2021-08-07I hope peopke get a better result from layzboy than my wife has .she bought a lift recliner from them .She has tried to contact them .both the store and corporate offices to no evail .We will keep trying and if I have to I will go to the store .I cant believe weve had better luck in Florida with the furniture store we bought our other layzbot recliner. ,maybe the trick is not to purchase at a layzboy store.

2018-02-18We had a great experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted with a friendly welcome from Lorena and told to come find her with any questions. We were able to browse the store without anyone hovering over our shoulder. When we did have questions, Lorena was extremely helpful and kind, and knowledgeable of La-Z-Boy furniture. We never felt pressured into making a purchase. The options La-Z-Boy offered were a cut above all the other furniture stores we had visited and we were pleasantly surprised at all of their selections. My husband and I walked away with a brand new sofa and more importantly, a great customer service experience. We will recommend La-Z-Boy to anyone who may be looking to make a furniture purchase. 2021-05-09Very nice people & very clean. Many options to choose from. I would of bought a recliner that day if I could of brought it home that day and/or in a week. Their delivery times are into July!!!
