They said no appointments is required for a blood test but when I got there with my 2 year old boy the staff was very rude even with my kid telling me that I should have a appointment. My kid is very friendly and never cried or complained for vaccinations or blood drawn but because of personal there was a terrible situation.
Had blood drawn today by Tabia. Absolutely painless!She definitely knows what she is doing. And also very pleasant.
I came here for some routine blood work.I was the only person in the waiting room. A patient walks out who happens to be a friend of mine. I say hello to this friend as the receptionist simultaneously calls my name. As there is no one else there, I ask her to please hold a sec as I say goodbye. This literally took 2 minutes. I approach the front desk and the lady barks at me to sit down until I am called. At this point I am sitting in the empty waiting room for 20 minutes as the receptionist and 2 technicians have a conversation about their weekend plans. Ignoring me seems to be my punishment for asking her to hold a second. This passive aggressive receptionist seriously needs to be disciplined on proper bedside manners. I usually dont write reviews but this was beyond horrible customer service. Never going here again.
I go to mineola location quite often. They are always on time and the whole staff is always kind and courteous
Staff was nice and friendly but the place is gross and I definitely dont feel comfortable with giving them my personal information. The computer systems are extremely old and and the is no reason to have someones full social on paperwork laying around. They need to scrub the walls of this place and paint. Looks so dingy and gross!
They make you check in electronically, they tell you to wait in your car and that they will text you on your turn. I followed their regulations waited 2 hours for a text and nothing, i finally walk back in and the only person on staff says she isn’t doing anymore testing for the day at 2:30 pm, worst place on earth!
Staff is personable, professional and their expertise is above reproach. Their efficient use of time makes the whole process go very quickly without causing the customers to feel rushed and the reception area is large, quiet and clean. I would never go anywhere else.
Same experience as iplaydu except the phlebotomist was lovely. Labcorp should do more to take care of its employees and patients during covid. They need a healthier space and more support.
Very nasty attitude, when you call to make an appointment they tell you you dont need an appointment, when you show up only one person working she tells me they have to take the appointments first and then tells me cant see you an with still and hr left before they close
I give four stars now because Asma was very helpful. I had some questions and she answered them right away and very professional on the phone. I haven’t been to lab itself yet but she deserves the four stars due to her help! Thank you Asma!
The phlebotomists are professional, cheerful and helpful in general but the receptionist would crack her face if she attempted a smile.

These guys are do whatever they want today I went there for my drug test at 2:30 pm and they closed supposed there closing time is is 3 pm
They don’t do a bloodwork without doctors prescription. what??? They asked me to pay first, and then they told me that without doctors knowledge I cannot know my blood result. Are you kidding me??
Some idiot posted the wrong hours of operation. Its open till 3 pm, not 6:30 pm. Hope others find this info useful.

2020-12-12***Covid spreader alert***This place is horrible the receptionist with the Tattoo sleeve is so nice & pleasant.....NOT. They have no clue what they are doing, expect to wait over an hour after you check in for your appointment. See my photos the pack in they waiting room & the atrium area. LabCorp may may be on par with the DMV.

2021-04-09I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The woman who did the exam was very business like, almost to the point of rude, but I understand that there is a strict protocol associated with drug screening. After the exam, she was actually quite nice. Would definitely go again!

2021-04-13Dont know why my Dr. Sent me to this place. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. My Dr sent the labs request days before and she told me I dont have it. I told her to call my Dr she goes We dont call drs office because were busy I turned around and there was only 1 person in the room lol. I called my Dr. She had sent it over and I told her that and she goes Oh I got it. F* you lady! If you hate your job so much quit and give it to someone else! Lol never coming back here AGAIN!

2021-03-29The receptionist is super rude. How is it they only have one worker doing everything. She insisted for us to leave since she was only going by appointment which is fine but they should say online if they dont accept walkins because it is a waste of time. I would avoid this location or call ahead of time and see if theyre accepting walkins

2021-07-31Went in today to get blood drawn for my 1 year old son , Laurie was very professional and was able to get it done. So happy I went there , I know with baby’s it make it harder but she did a very good job.

2021-06-29I’ve shown up twice at 300 old country rd. First time women says miss you have to come back another time we stop talking Walk ins at 2 pm. I just walked in again today at 11:45 the same women say miss you have to come back at 12:30 I have two patients here and I have to have lunch. This is a terrible business model. Now I sit in my car and wait. Horrible.

2020-10-04Went on Friday for drug screening at 2 pm. Checked their website, made a reservation as indicated (available in between 1-2 pm), went in at 1:50 pm, checked in via kiosk desk. It said you can wait outside and a msg will come so I waited outside until 2:20 pm. Went back in just in case, waited another 10min and finally, the staff asked why I was here. Said, have an appointment at 2 for drug screening and the staff said ” we dont do drug screening after 2”. Explained the whole situation once again and she said ”you can talk to directly to the website about the reservation or to my manager if you want, but we dont do drug screening after 2”. Really? Is that the best way to communicate? I was never this disappointed with an appointment before. At least if she explained why, or at least if she said sorry once I wouldnt be this disappointed. How hard is it to say that? Is this only a lapcorb location in the area? Heck no. Will I ever go back to this location? Heck no. I just want her to know ”as much as your time is precious, other’s time too” go somewhere else. Seriously.

2020-11-10The staff there was completely unprofessional and rushed us because it was too close to their closing time. I was there for my young child who has been through a traumatic experience and has a lot of anxiety. This experience will set my poor child back months before she is comfortable again- which is even more difficult because her condition requires regular bloodwork. I am sick to my stomach over this experience and hope management addresses this for future children.

2021-12-27Unorganized, staff was unprofessional, it was super hot in there, some patients ended up leaving. The staff didn’t know the code to the bathroom , all around bad experience ans wouldn’t recommend it
