Brittany is great. Ive been going to her for over a year now. When I find a hair chick I like I stick with her. After the first couple cuts she knows how I like it and does a great job each time. I can message her ahead of time and work out a time that works for each of us and I never have to wait long when I get there. Almost always right to the chair. Ive even had her cut my gfs kids hair and they come out great. One is a 5 year old and the other is 2 and doesnt stay still the whole time yet she still did great. After the last review I feel the need to say that she is NOT the same white girl that messed up the Puerto Ricans haircut lol. There is more than one white girl there lol and some work more often than others. When in doubt ask for Brittany and shes got you. Being the manager if she happens to be booked shell point you to the right chick.

DO NOT go here. The women who cut my hair maliciously cut my hair to mess it up.It is lop sided and looks like a 2 year old cut it. One side goes to my temples, the other side almost comes to my eye. She also extended my haircut wasting time stopping frequently knowing I was on my way to work trying to make me late. She also complained the entire time. Had to pay for a second cut somewhere else cutting it uncomfortably short.
Great place for a quick trim after work. I didnt even have to wait.
I took my 13yo son in for a haircut. Vanessa (same name as mine but not me) did a great job. My son usually complains that people take too much off but he couldnt have been happier with his haircut and that she listened to what he wanted. We will be using her again. Thank you Vanessa!
I absolutely love this place!! It took me many years to find the right person to trust to cut my hair!!! Melissa is the best stylist at Lady Janes and Im so lucky to have found her!! I absolutely trust her with my hair and love every time I get it cut by her!!! I always get so many compliments on my hair cut and she is the best to chat with while getting my hair cut! I love that she always remembers everything about me even if I havent seen her in a few months! Shes amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fresh cut!!

I have been going there for almost 2 years now. About once a week or once every 2 weeks...Jessica is amazing. She always does a great job every single time. She’s very talented and is friendly and has a great personality. A lot of my buddies get their haircut from her too and I hear nothing but great things. I definitely recommend her.
Brittany is the ONLY hair dresser that I will let touch my hair. She’s the only person I trust working with my hair. She’s very sweet, listens to what you’d like done. Gives suggestion on what she think would look good/better. 10/10 would recommend her services.
This place has updated the service and the price. Since 6-2021 everyone gets the base package that includes hair cut, hot towel neck shave , a shampoo and conditioner for 21.00. I thought it was a fair value for the service.
I went in for a hair cut. Got it, nothing out of the ordinary. However I asked for a quick trim around my goatee. I can’t even grow a full beard. However Kayilee charged me 10 dollars for a full beard trim. When she spent 45 seconds with clippers and didn’t even take a razor to it either. I asked for the neck and shoulder massage and I was told she couldn’t because she had another client coming in. I recommend somewhere else.
I will only go here for my haircut. Ask for Melissa she always does a professional cut, is very easy to talk to and is the only person I have do my hair. Always styles it perfectly too!! Go once and I promise it will be your regular routine nobody else will compare.
Brittany had been cutting my hair for some time now. When she left our local establishment in town here to work at Lady Janes in Cheektowaga, it was going to take an extra 20 minutes just to get there. Worth the drive. Not only did i retain my hair stylist. But a much new enjoyable atmosphere awaited me. 😁
Got the best haircut Ive had in a long time by Melissa at the Cheektowaga location... Theres no better feeling than a great haircut! Ill definitely be back- If your looking for a great stylish cut ask for her, she knows her stuff.
Me and my two sons went there this morning. We asked for the same haircut, shot on top fade on the sides. We each had a different stylus. They all did a horrible job. None of them knew how to do a edge up. My youngest sons fade looks like steps going up the side of his head. I think this place is just for older guys that like the attention from a pretty girl. I will not be going back.
My stylist Amanda was amazingggg she was so nice I felt like she was my best friend. And she’s SO good with hair I got it cut EXACTLY the way I needed it to be. I feel great because of her :)

I keep coming back her since it is convenient and they generally do a great job. Theyre quick, theres usually very short wait, and the hot neck shave is really nice. Definitely recommend!
Always nice and on point. I trust their opinion on my hair and feel i come out looking good. All the girls are nice and the location is clean. If your not up for chat then watching sports on the at chair tv is cool.
Im EXTREMELY picky when it comes to getting my hair done. When I pick somebosy to style/cut it, Im dedicated to that person until I HAVE to change. With that being said, my hair is very difficult to fade. It sticks straight out, and its very thick. My stylist, Jessica, do an absolutely PHENOMENAL job. I encourage anybody who enjoys military / police style haircuts, to come here. This place earns my ultra exclusive 5 star rating.

This was literally the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. I asked her to fade my hair straight up and didnt want it rounded on top. The first thing she did was round the top off. And when I mentioned that she was rounding it she just ignored me. Then I asked her to only take 1/4 inch off the top so she takes almost an entire inch off the top and couldnt even get it even. So now Im left with a lopsided head which is too short and rounded like I asked her not to do. Nothing is more irritating than to tell a stylist what you want just to have her do whatever she wants anyway. I actually had to go to supercuts to have them fix it. Just terrible!!
Nice staff, good cut, clean and friendly.First time in years seeing someone other than my regular girl back home (in town on business, long term). Nice shop, friendly stylists and they do nice work for a very nice price ($20 incl. tip). I will be back!
This used to be my go to place to get my haircut, but the quality is never consistent. Sometimes you get a good stylist and somestimes you get an aweful one. Recently its been ALL awful ones. The last haircut I got was terrible. It was uneven, not what I asked for, and I even showed the girl a picture of what I wanted. The girl told me she made a mistake but it was because I moved which wasnt true and I think frankly shouldnt matter. Ive never been so unsatisfied and unhappy with a haircut in my life until the one I it today. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE unless your willingness to take a gamble.

Great spot for a haitcut, and the staff is awesome. I come by every couple of weeks and get my cut done by the hair stylist Brittany they have on staff here. Always a superb job.
Last time I went there best haircut Ive had. Went back there today I asked for a time up the sides and leave the top where it is at. The lady that did it faded up all the way and left 2 inches only long hair on the top. Wouldnt recommend to go there
My boyfriend gets his haircut from Amanda who does a fantastic job. She always make sure she follows what he is asking for and always makes sure he is happy with the finished product.
Friendly, knowledgable staff. Roughly the same price as supercuts but with more personal service and attention. The shop itself is very comfortable, leather chairs everywhere and HDTVs if you have to wait (and while you get your cut). I would highly recommend this and when I need another cut I will definitely go back.
One of the worst haircuts I have ever had (in 60+ years) during a recent visit to BUF, and I dont have much left to cut! The salon was empty at around 5:30pm, but the stylist seemed disinterested, and did not complete the job as requested -- no beard trim at all. At $25 this was a ripoff and my spouse said it looked like a brush cut from years ago. Was contacted by Lady Janes corporate office and instead of refunding part or all of the money paid, they wanted me to travel back to Buffalo to work it out with the manager. I think not.

Worst experience & haircut Ive ever had. I showed to my barber (mary ann) a picture of me with the haircut I want, she just look once and she said she got it, turns out horrible, very short to what I want.
I have been to lady James Cheektowaga a few times to have my hair cut Amanda is my hair stylist of choice she does a wonderful job cutting my hair and she is very sweet and easy to talk to Im always comfortable whenever I go to lady Janes and Amanda is there it puts a smile on my face she is the best hairstylist that lady games has

2021-04-19Nope, won’t be a repeat customer. I was at the Galleria Mall today and thought “I haven’t had a haircut since before the pandemic. It would be great to find a barber who could handle my beard too!”Called Lady Jane’s, the woman who answered the phone was very nice and told me they accept walk-ins. Cool, I’ll be there in 10 minutes, since I’m in the neighborhood!Walked in 10 minutes later. Here’s the conversation with the woman at the front desk (didn’t catch her name since she never introduced herself):Me: Hi! I’m Seth!Her: Who?Me: I’m . . . uh, Seth. I called before, like a few minutes ago.Her: Oh . . . okay.Me: *Sees the computer to sign in* Okay, I’ll just fill this out then?End of conversation.I sit down to wait after checking myself in. Then Keyana comes over and says “You can come back.” No introduction again; I learned the name from her mirror. She asked me what I’m looking to do today. I didn’t really have any specific expectations, I just never found an everyday style that stuck. Also, my hairline is receding, which I’m okay with and don’t want a style that will make it look like I’m trying to hide it (overly long bangs for example). “Well, what size trimmers do you want?” I don’t like it when stylists ask me this because I have no idea. I told her that she could do whatever she thinks looks good. (It’s just hair, right? It will grow back if I don’t love it.)20 minutes and $32 later, I’m heading home to shave and try to fix the crown of my head with my Wahl trimmers. I didn’t lodge a complaint since it was already awkward as hell. No introductions and we barely said anything to each other after she pulled out her trimmers. To be fair to her, I’m sure she would have tried correcting the top of my head, but there really is no fix for the big patch on the left side of my beard. And no, I didn’t walk in with it. As you can see, in the photos, my face may not be perfectly symmetrical, but I have a full beard on the other side.You can see for yourself.

2021-12-08I’ve been taking my 8 year old son to get haircuts there for years. They’ve always done a really great job which is why I keep going back. I’ve recently discovered the amazing talents of Brittney. She does an exceptional job on his hair and is also very friendly. She also told me that she can cut girls hair which is very convenient since I have two daughters as well. I took my 11 year old daughter there for a trim and undercut yesterday and it turned out fantastic. She’s really happy with it and all her friends love it. I also had Ciara trim and layer my 10 year old daughters hair while I was there. She also did an amazing job. If I wasn’t bald, I would absolutely go there to get my hair cut as well. I recommend this place all of the time. Not only are my experiences there all positive, the staff is all very good looking, which shouldn’t matter but, we all know that it absolutely helps to have a little eye candy while getting a haircut. 10/10 ⭐️‘s.

2021-12-04Do not go here if you have textured hair which is what the industry calls curly hair. My best friend is Puerto Rican and has curly hair. I have been and overseen numerous haircuts of his when we lived together. This atrocity of a haircut is the absolute worst job I have ever seen done on him in the 17 years I have known him. The White woman lied and said she can do a skin fade. I in all honesty could’ve done a much better job without a license. I wonder if she got her license from a Cracker Jack TM box. And don’t make excuses because my friend is adamantly clear before he sits in the chair of precisely what he wants. I am utterly aghast that someone could f!?k up hair so much. Avoid like the plague or like covid19
