I used to recommend this company but I’ve since come to suspect they were not being honest. I switched to a new provider after they left me without propane several times in the winter and treated me like I was inconveniencing them for calling. We were going through 200 gallons almost every other month, all year. With our new company, weve had one fill that has lasted us months. I recommend switching as I believe they either installed faulty tanks or were not being honest about the amount filled. As someone else said, it also took weeks for them to take the tanks. I love to support local but in this case, it cost me a lot of money.

Probably the worst customer service Ive experienced anywhere. It is always a chore to get someone to answer the phone. My wife and I always had to call several times before we got to speak to someone. They would never return messages. The woman in the office always comes off extremely rude.We recently switched to Suburban Propane. After Suburban installed their tanks, we had to call Lake Country 5 times before they came to pick up their tanks. They left them on our property for 3 weeks before I finally called and told them I wanted them out of my yard in three days, and I wasnt exactly very nice about it at that point. And if course, they waited right up until that last day.Go elsewhere.

Worst customer service, had a tank leak in February, blame it on our propane furnace and or water heater, impossible the other tank was still full,came out put new parts in the tank that leak but never brother to fill it to see if it was going to leak again,office women doesnt know anything about the job she always has to get Bob, then phone calls back forget that they never call you back. Then my refund trying to find ways to charge you more so they dont have to give you as much back, a pump out fee, and a late charge after they got a phone call from me telling them when we were sending payment out and they said dont worry about the late fee.dont trust them

They are AMAZING! I needed to have propane installed at my home not just add a tank and I called them on Saturday, they did the job on Monday, super nice people to work with and it wasnt an easy install, we have a small cottage and they had to basically create a new crawl space in order to get everything running, I was cooking on my new gas stove Monday night! Other places couldnt fit us in or wanted to charge big bucks for the tank etc. I love this company and in the spring will be switching my oil furnace to propane and I already know who Im calling!!!!!!

They’re a small company that takes amazing care of they’re costumers I’ve dealt with the large companies and most have extra charges and act like they could careless about you as a person

We wouldnt use anyone else. They worked with us when we needed assistance. They are always friendly and here when promised.

I have been with Lake Country~10 yrs for propane deliveries and have never had an issue with deliveries. Have had nothing but polite interactions and timely responses with Mindy.Jason recently removed a very old oil tank from my basement which I was worried about potential leaking. It had been left there by a different supplier a couple decades ago. Jason had a work order scheduled quickly and tank was pumped down and removed by him and Scott without issue at a reasonable price. Also had a non-functioning gas fireplace removed and an attractive new wood insert installed. I fired it up yesterday to check it out-very satisfied.Thank you Jason and Scott for doing a wonderful job!Highly recommended!
