My boyfriend and I came in to look for a bedroom set for our new apartment, Michelle was amazing and helped us find the perfect one for us, she made our experience so easy! We will definitely be going back for more furniture in the future! Also they have the best prices, we looked at the bedroom set we got at a different furniture store and the other store was charging $600+ more than what lake effect sells it for!
Great family owned furniture store Sean and Joe was amazing with helping me find what I needed for a great price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! They are the only furniture store I deal with now since the pandemic they have a huge variety of furniture in stock at affordable prices! Check them out you won’t be disappointed

Just stopped in for the first time and had a great experience! It is very big...lots of options to choose from. We were looking at a chair and the sales associate, Michelle, assisted us. She gave us her computer so we could see what the customizable fabrics would look like. We ended up purchasing two chairs because of this. It was so helpful! Well definitely return!
We walked in today just browsing for a new sectional for our home! Ryan came up to us and greeted us and started just a casual conversation! Nothing about our experience with Ryan was like your typical salesman. He was absolutely amazing! He really knew his stuff! We told him what we were looking for, and he walked us over to multiple couches! He was ready to go with his tape measurer to give us the measurements for every single angle which helped us tremendously for picking the perfect one for our new home! The entire process was painless! We even mentioned just looking for a coffee table in the future, and Ryan took us to the perfect one, showed us all its amazing features, and sold us on it instantly! I’ve come across a lot of salesmen in my life- but he has been by far the absolute best and most knowledgeable I have ever encountered! Thanks Ryan for our new living room set:)
I just redesigned my family room with all new furniture from Lake Effect. The staff, especially Mariah, are helpful and knowledgeable. They know their products. as well as, styles for your individualized room and tastes. Today, I chose fabric, and pieces that are going to transform our space. I’m so excited and grateful for the assistance I received. I would highly recommend stopping in with your furniture needs. Also, the showroom has many design styles to mirror in your home. A+
This is really a top notch locally-owned furniture store. We walked in and the staff was very friendly. They didnt crowd, and reminded us that we could ask them to leave us be whenever. Honestly, most of the time I was walking around the store on my own trying out different things, checking colors and layouts. I was checked on every once in a while. At all the other stores I went to, I was either followed like I was going to steal something, or the employees just didnt seem to care.We wound up getting a sectional and a coffee table. Delivery people were very nice, and checked out our place to make sure they wouldnt damage or break anything before they moved our pieces in. Our sectional had a manufacturers defect. Lake Effect called us that evening and had someone out to fix it 24 hours later.Id highly recommend you check this place out before making your final decisions.
Pam Becker was my sales associate and I cant thank her enough for helping me buy our new sectional. I am disabled and she took that into account by even opening a closer door to where the couch was located. The couch was completed when she said it would be and the delivery staff was as nice and professional as well. We will definitely be back and I love the fact it was made in the USA. Thank you Pam. Just left the store. Very impressed with selection. No pressure sales people.We had all the time we wanted to roam the store with out being followed by a sales person. When the time came to make our selection the sales person (Michelle) was there and answered all the questions we had. Cant wait to get our furniture.
We bought 2 recliners and one reclining couch from them on a Friday, and they were delivered on a Thursday as planned. They called and let us know when they were coming, and they came and set everything up, checked to see if all worked, and then were on their way. Our salesperson, Trish, was excellent with showing us the right material to buy as we have a cat that scratches. Trish also called a couple weeks later to see if we were satisfied.We just love our furniture and are very pleased we went with Lake Effect.
Our shopping experience was enhanced with the help of our sales associate, Dean. He was friendly, funny, and very helpful. He let us peruse the store and then provided the info we needed to make a final decision. Low pressure sale and very helpful. It is worth a trip when shopping for furniture and ask for Dean.

I give this company no stars. I received my furniture and it had a rip on one piece and on the other piece its missing parts and when I called the same day I received the furniture all I was told was to file a claim. Horrible customer services had to spend my time on the phone with people who werent willing to help and all they kept saying was to file a claim which is totally inconvenient because you need all these pictures and numbers that you wouldnt have readily available to you unless you didnt work and just were at home all day. Poor customer service in my eyes and such a inconvenience as the customer. I will never purchase a piece of furniture again with this company and I would recommend you dont either. A customer should never have to be inconvenienced in any way and if they have to be they should be compensated.
Came to Lake Effect after a bad experience with Raymore & Flanigan, and found a gigantic store with an endless selection of more than just furniture. If youre looking for something now you need to look for in stock tags because special orders can take up to 20 weeks. Very helpful sales person (Cindy) guided us through the process, and we got our new recliners delivered today. Just didnt like that the delivery fee was $100.00 cash to the delivery team, and that there is an extra charge for them to take the boxes.
Not amazing, but if fun in furniture is what you are looking for the place has some interesting pieces. Make sure you check your fine print. Im updating and adding to my review because have been reached out to in order to let them know how they may be of assistance to better there service. I am very old school type of person. My questions for most part were answered but some where answered incorrectly as well as that could have been mis information upon given to the representative. 2. After my initial encounter, I was getting a feel for the place and what I wanted and while I appreciate the laid back approach as you put it. As well others may. It is lack of interest in customers needs and after a few encounters I had to go and search my sales person down , which means to me he though I was not going to purchase then when in fact I was just trying to take everything in as I was new to the place and it amazing choices of product which where and I cannot ignore that. And people where friendly and serviceable. That doesnt mean a smile and handshake gets you the truth in these situations 3. PLEASE Be more verbal with the fine print , mostly were which I appreciated , some things got passed, but knew about considering it was circled at do of signing, but after looking over more throughly it was in fact an issue that could have been a problem for some that do not read the fine print before signing. 4. Lastly and I am sorry I am not this winded bit was asked by owner. Mostly the Mos information as soon as I walked through the door.Thank you again YOU ASKED Im answering have a beautiful day
When a customer walks in you should always assume that they will buy something as a sales person, definitely not the case at this location. Went in with my wife to buy an entire bedroom set, and we were seriously considering one that they had. One of the guys there gave me the rundown on the price and what it would cost with taxes and told me about the options of delivery. We told him that we were interested in it but we had found it at another place for a lower price and asked them whether they would be able to beat itand he said of course, he would beat anyones price . He gave me a better price on it and I told him that we might even get some more items if he could give us a good deal on it. We didnt really do much on the other items so we told him that we might consider them at another time, but we will take the bedroom set. So when it was time to pay for it, he started to recalculate the numbers and told me the original price that he initially quoted us then I asked him, what about the deal you said you were doing and he turned around and said that was before taxes, even though when he initially showed me the price it was with taxes as he clearly broke it down for me on his screen. I asked him why did he bump it up and he said that this was the best price and that no one could match it, so I told him you just went back on your offer now that you seen me commit to the deal, so I took my money and canceled the transaction. He clearly didnt care so I will make sure to let everyone I know of how unprofessional and how bad the service is at this location so no one wastes their time going her, because I know for sure I would never come back here again.
Talked to two different people on the phone. I was holding for 10 minutes which I would have been fine with but each time they picked it back up they were confused what I was asking. All I wanted to know was if something was in stock. After the 3rd time picking up they told me the price and again I told them that is not why I was calling. All I wanted to know was if it was in stock. They told me yes and I could get it as soon as tomorrow. I asked to pay over the phone and they told me I needed to come in. We drove 25 minutes to the store just for them to tell us it is not in stock and will take 26 weeks. Of course people make mistakes but what’s the point of calling and making the trip out there just for them to tell me something different when I arrive? Lost my sale.
I called the store and asked for Dean because hes who helped me in the store when i was browsing. I was looking to buy a coffee table, so i asked him to match a price i found online for like 50 bucks cheaper....little did i know he was going to leave me on hold for 60 MINUTES till i finally gave up and hung up. I called back and the receptionist told me that Dean got side tracked with a customer and to relay to me that he couldnt even price match. Seriously? I waited an hour for you to not give me 50 bucks off? The company lost a deal and he lost an easy commission...I dont get it, but wont be going back thats for sure.

**DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE **I bought a leather recliner chair from lake effect in early May that was a floor model. the chair looked great and I saw no issues when looking at it in the store. the salesman joe b was polite and helpful when purchasing the chair and setting up delviery around my schedule. I did not have a problem with buying the chair my problem is with there customer service . when they delivered the chair they cut the leather on the left hand rest. we did not notice the damage until after they left because the delivery guys stated they were in a hurry . immediately after we noticed the damage we called the store to let them know of the damage and I was told to use there website to put a claim into there warrenty department . after several weeks of back and fourth lake effect said the manufacture was going to replace the side piece of damaged leather and lake effect would have there own technician do the repairs. the parts took over 2 months to arrive and when it came to schedule the fix the technician emailed on Friday July 1 at around 7 or 8 at night saying he had time on the 5th so I immediately emailed back saying that would be fine and took off the 5th from work so he could do the repair. At 8 in the morning on the 5th I received a email stating that he was booked and he has to reschedule . After calling the store to complain I was told sorry but the technician is the only guy that can do the repair and Ill just have to reschedule. long story short just dont waste your time with this company and find someone who actually cares about the customer !
OMG! The Gemini Pillow from Bedgear has CHANGED MY LIFE! I recently got a personalized fitting for a pillow at Lake Effect (which I admit, at first I thought was a sales pitch. After all, who gets fitted for a pillow?) The associate asked a lot of questions about how I sleep and what position I find myself in when Im most comfortable, or snoring (heaven forbid), or when I wake. He fitted me with a specific number pillow and since that day, Ive been in HEAVEN. Its worth every penny. Ive always been a down pillow fan, so investing in expensive pillows makes sense to me - but this new technology combined with the research they did to determine sleep habits to come up with the right combination of support and softness is unbelievable. I wont bore you with my neck issues, everyone has them. This pillow is the answer. But you HAVE to be fitted by the smart people at Lake Effect Dont try and pick it out yourself. I would have guessed wrong.
So happy with my recent loveseat purchase! The store employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. The loveseat I chose was in stock so we set up a delivery date and everything went smoothly. My loveseat is so comfortable and Im incredibly happy with it so far. Highly recommend shopping here for your furniture needs!
Honestly the best furniture shopping experience Ive ever had. It truly is Buffalos best kept secret. Zero pressure sales, absolutely great prices and a good name brand selection. First time visit and will not be my last. The store was neat, well put together and found the prices to be decent. I really had an pleasant experience today. The process was so seamless. As soon as my husband and I arrived we were greeted by Michelle who walked us through the type of furniture we were looking for! I was looking for something specific and they had it !!! Not only was the product IN STOCK their 3rd party delivers within 2 days !! Michelle was so knowledgeable and polite I couldn’t of gotten a better sales rep. Stop in & ask for Michelle she’ll make sure you walk out with a smile. I love them & if I needed any additional pieces I WILL be returning!
Last night, we had the BEST shopping experience with Hannah. My son was shopping for a couch and love seat. We started at another store with nice furniture, but a so-so sales person. We almost settled on something and decided to run over to Lake Effect for comparison. We were warmly greeted by Hannah who proved to be a thoughtful and welcoming sales person. Funny enough, the exact same furniture we almost settled on at the other store was on display at Lake Effect for HALF THE PRICE. Better than that, Hannah clearly recognized that my son wasnt excited about that set and recommended a few other options. He found a dream set. For the same price as the other store, he was able to not only get a couch and loveseat, but a really great chaise AND a dining set. I would highly recommend Hannah and Lake Effect for a great furniture shopping experience!
First time customer. My wife and I are building a house and usually purchase from Reymour living in the southtowns, but we were very pleased with Sean our sales rep in the store as well as the selection available. We purchased a very nice Italian leather sofa and loveseat set. We were given a February delivery timeline which works perfectly with our move in date in March.I will follow up with 5 stars once the sale and delivery has been completed if all goes well!
We were truly surprised at the amount of cool furniture they have on the floor. Great prices, super comfortable stuff.Our sales rep was Pam and she was awesome. We went and looked at some stuff but didn’t purchase. We went back the next day though and did in fact purchase.Great local store that is now expanding. Buy local whenever you can.This place is definitely worth buying from. It was funny what we dealt with after leaving here the first time and going to Raymour and instantly being turned off.Lake Effect Furniture has great products at great prices. We’re highly satisfied with our purchase and they will be our first stop and likely only stop next time we need furniture!
We purchased a sofa, love seat & ottoman in March. They had the ottoman in stock but needed to order the others. We were told May as a delivery time. I called today, June 3, and was told there is no update and we can’t get a refund until 20 weeks have passed since the purchase date!!!!! Now we wait until the end of July to get our money back! Buyer beware of the fine print!!!
We went in looking for a well made - comfortable chair that we could buy immediately...Our sales associate went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations. We were at every large chain furniture store in the county and everyone wanted a down payment then we would have ro wait 3-6 weeks to have it delivered along with an additional charge. Not at Lake Effect Furniture! They have the sales process perfected. Love our new chair and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for new furniture and doesnt want to wait. Plus...the selection is huge. Great experience.
Though it was to good to be true no pressure sales.. guess it was. we bought a sectional in mid July and are still waiting on one piece which we were told by our sales rep Todd would be probably delivered before the following Saturday when our furniture was scheduled for delivery .. well that did not happen.. ok we get it.. then told by the end of August.. call in the beginning of September and told October.. I just called now and was told November or December.. when I asked to speak to the owner was told no I had to talk to Todd who was gone for the day.. when I again asked to talk to the owner again magically The woman Todd are you able to take this call.. no he’s leaving for the day.. so not a happy camper.. funny how the sectional we bought was marked as in stock.. unless you want to be disappointed goSomewhere else.
I would absolutely recommend shopping here. Everyone we encountered from the store to delivery were all really friendly, helpful and professional. We were a little nervous about ordering furniture with the current country wide shipping delays. We received our couch within 1 month and are very pleased with it. We were prepared to wait much longer and were pleasantly surprised with the turnaround time. The sales people were very transparent and honest about the whole process and we will definitely buy from them in the future.
I ordered a sofa and chair in 11/2020, knowing that it would be 20 weeks for delivery. Delivery was made and the guys actually washed their hands prior to touching the furniture. Unfortunately the sofa and chair fabric came in damaged, no fault of Lake Effect. Needless to say it was disappointing. Lake Effect worked with the manufacturer to get a full replacement of both pieces covered under warranty. The customer service is outstanding and I would highly recommend shopping local at this store.
I bought a sectional couch and dinning room table from Lake Effect, Mike G was very knowledgeable about the inventory in the store. He listened to what we were specifically looking for and showed us a number of pieces that would work for our family! My husband and I went in to Lake Effect Furniture tonight to look around and see what they had for sectionals and mattresses. We set up an appointment with Sean and I am so glad we did. We walked in and the first thing he told us was, We like to give you your space to look around and not feel pressured into buying anything. We knew right then that if we were going to buy anything tonight, we picked the right place to go. Sean was easy to find when we needed him for questions about furniture, yet he was not following us around the store. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and helped us make our final decisions with ease. We were able to save a little bit of money by bundling a few products into one purchase!We are extremely happy with our decision to stop into Lake Effect Furniture tonight! We were told it would be about 2 months until the furniture arrives due to everything with COVID-19 and that they will contact us once everything is in. Easy buying process and we are ecstatic to receive our new furniture. I do not have much to say about the quality/ durability of the furniture yet. But, everything in their show room seemed to be of very high quality so Im willing to bet the furniture we purchased will last us quite a while without breaking down.If youre thinking about stopping in, just make the move and go! So first coming into the store it had good lighting, smelled good and had tons of item to choose from. The furniture was high quality for a very good price ! We dealt with Sean which I highly recommend him due to his professionalism! The financing part was fairly quick and they give excellent APR rates. If we need more furniture well definitely purchase from here !
After being told by two other stores that the items I wanted wouldnt be available for 3 months I went to Lake Effect. Mariah, the salesperson, helped me find furniture that was perfect, less money and was delivered that weekend. Im generally reluctant to leave reviews, but this was just a really great overall experience.
I bought a living room and dining room set . Not only was the delivery a month in a half late, it was finally delivered yesterday and I noticed damage to my dinning room chair. I called to tell them and they were very rude and told me to fill out a form on line and they would fix it. I spent good money at this store and usually go to Raymor and Flagingan but I thought I would give this place a try. NEVER AGAIN.
Sales people initially approached professionally and knowledgeably. Encouraged us to browse the store and that they would check in with us later on to discuss pieces that we were interested in. Later on we spoke with the same sales person when we were asking about pricing for a couch/loveseat set and he said he would be right back. The sales person then proceeded to go into the back room where he was visible to the floor and lean on the counter casually chatting with coworkers for over 20 minutes, at which point we were fed up with waiting and left after being prepared to buy that day. Very disappointed with the level of customer service. I will not be returning.
One of the managers (Mariah) was an amazing help to my husband and I. We went in looking for a couch and recliner and she took sooooo much time with us looking at a variety of different set ups. We narrowed it down to a few options.. let me also tell you that this place is a no pressure to buy same day like most other furniture stores you go into!!! We will definitely be going back for future purchases... oh and let me tell you that’s their prices blow most other local places out of the water..(and if you buy multiple items they will give you a bundle price) it’s worth the drive for sure ..
I have been looking for living room furniture for a year now. So today my husband and I decided to take a ride to Lake Effect Furniture. Wow I really enjoyed it there they greet you as soon as you enter. Its not huge but has quite a bit to choose from. Daisy was our saleslady. Very kind , knowledgeable and helpful. She wasnt pushy . I can honestly say They will have my future business. I did end up making a purchase . I saved money compared to where I had been looking. Very nice people to do business with. Now I am waiting to get my stuff delivered. I am so excited. When explaining the details of the purchase, and delivery, they were upfront and detailed . You all made the Goodales very happy.
Although I can not comment on the pricing of the furniture or the quality of the products sold, what I can comment on is the staff. I recently was contracted for some work by Lake Effect Furniture and Mattress, and what I realized is their customer interaction goes unmatched. I have been in numerous business like settings, salesmen trying to sell you something you dont want or need, strictly for their monetary gain. I can say with 110% honesty that is not the case at Lake Effect. Chris is an awesome business owner, very down to earth and wants everyones input and feedback, from employees to customers. I will be shopping for furniture there rather shortly and will recommend everyone I know to stop in and take a look at what they have. You will not be disappointed. Keep being awesome guys!
Wish I could give them 0 star! Absolute terrible quality and even worse customer service. We purchased a sectional sofa and ottoman in March of 2020 and started a warranty claim only 3 months later. All the the material is breaking down and looks matted. Cushions look like theyre 20 years old and the ottoman looks like a wrecking ball has been dropped on it. Now it is almost Christmas and the technician that is supposed to be here today had to postpone because the replacement parts needed for the repair are still at the store and wont fit in his car so they need to be shipped. Wouldve been nice to know that before I cleared my schedule for the entire day and wasted my time. Just spoke with someone at the store and there is no manager or warranty claims representative that can help me. This place is an absolute joke, save yourself the headache and go to a quality furniture store that will stand behind the products they sell and actually honor their warranty and take care of problems in a timely matter!
We have been to Atlantic furniture for 2 purchases. Each time we were greeted and treated wonderfully. No one pressured us as we looked around but were there when we had questions. We worked with Chris who was excellent but all the salespeople there were very helpful and very knowledgeable! On our first visit 3 years we bought a dining room table. There were so many choices! Our table has really lasted well especially with 11 year triplets! When we were thinking of getting a bed we knew where to return. Even the delivery guys were awesome! Everything is priced great and extremely affordable! Any new purchases for furniture we will always return to Atlantic furniture! So worth finding this furniture store!
So far my encounter with them has been horrible. The customer service is not that great. I have reached out via email and Facebook and no response. I called and actually talked to someone to find out i have to go into the store to place an order because you cannot put an order through online through financing. Dont why do you offer it through your website then? Makes no sense.When I called I was told it would take 9-12 weeks to get my furniture really...i see comments about others saying 3-5 weeks so why is it so long before getting my furniture. After the horrible customer service Im not sure I want to do business with this place.
Absolutely the best purchasing experience we have had in a very long time. Everyone on staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection and presentation of the furniture in the showroom was very well organized. The credit application process was fast and easy. My wife and I will not shop for furniture anywhere else and would recommend anyone checks the place out for themselves! You wont be sorry!
My wife and I was undecided about which sofa and love seat combo, Sean the sales man at the Cheektowaga location explained the difference in the two in question. After careful deliberating and with Sean help we decided on the perfect combo. Sean was very knowledgeable and the entire process was easy and smooth. I will recommend lake effects to anyone I know and thanks Sean for the professional service.
Loving our new mattress! This is night two. We got one of the memory foam gel hybrid mattresses and chose to just do a basic frame to set the mattress on rather than a box spring.The staff was super helpful and even loaded it for us that day (they dont normally load on Sundays apparently).They also didnt mind my daughter running all over and trying out the mattresses for herself, so thanks for being so understanding 😊
Excellent experience! Both times weve been here weve had great customer service! We originally bought some mattresses and Rob took really good care of us. While we were there we noticed what a great selection they had of furniture for the whole house. We went back and got a great deal on a sectional and bedroom set. All the employees and the owner are very helpful, patient and not pushy at all. Well definitely be back - Ive already got my eye on an entertainment center!
You would have had 6 stars until your recent advertisement. I have purchased furniture from you and have sent you customers. I love your store . I do not like your recent commercial inviting people in by appointments but NO CHILDREN. I work in the public .We have seen very few children out . Parents have kept them home safe . But we would not ever turn away a customer because they have their child with them. You probably could have left that out. Chances are children would not be flocking in your store for furniture . Some parents do not have a choice but to have their children with them. Hopefully it’s not trying to visit Lake effect furniture .
Never had a bad experience. Chris and the guys run a great place, excellent selection of furniture of many varieties at extremely fair prices. Theyll work with you if youre on a budget, furniture is delivered quickly and professionally by the drivers. I have brought a lot of my family and friends here and will continue to do so for as long as I can !
First, I do love my couch and thePrice was very good. The guys that delivered it were also great! On the down side, I was not told, up front, that it would take 2 to 5 weeks for delivery. Had I known, I would have been prepared and not so irritated when asking for updates. I had nothing to sit on other than a lawn chair, for 5 weeks. The day after delivery I left a message for them to call me. I wanted to see if I could purchase another of the pillows that came with the couch. I never got a call back. I waited a few days and called again but still no call back so I gave up. I wish I could have given 5 stars but those few things are why I gave fewer.UPDATE: Thanks for your call Chris. Thank you for being honest with me. I appreciate that, above all else. Im very satisfied with our conversation and will certainly be doing more business with your company. Ill try and keep this as short as possible. I bought a couch and loveseat for just under 2,000$ delivered. Upon recieving the couch I unboxed it and noticed the zipper on the attached rear cushion was broken and stuffing was just falling out and also a seam under the seat cushion was never sewn and had stuffing hanging out. I immediatly notified Lake Effect and they told me I have to fill out a warrantee claim. I explained to them that it was a defected sofa but they assured me this was their process and it had to be on-file. So I complied. 10 days go bye and no response so I call back and they said the parts were on order and someone would come to my house and reupholster my sofa. I explained that I didnt pay for a refurbished sofa and I wanted it replaced. They then told me they dont take returns and my only option was to have it fixed. I wasnt aware that I bought my sofa as-is from a lawn sale lol. So after I explained my displeasure with their resolution they had a manager call me. She notified me that they would not exchange the sofa and my only option is to have it fixed or take a full refund for the set. I said fine, I would take a full refund and turn around and buy the same set and hopefully it wouldnt be broken this time. she laughed and said she would talk to the owner. A couple hours later she called me and told me the owner said if I chose to go with a refund, I would have to take my business elsewhere and they wont sell me furnature anymore. Seems this store maybe sells damaged and defected furnature and expect the consumer to wait out the warrantee? I dont know but definitely fishy. None the less, after being completely taken by surprise with their resolution I say Ill take the refund. I WILL NOT PAY FULL PRICE FOR AN ITEM THAT HAS TO BE COMPLETELY REUPHOLSTERED. Hell, I dont want am item that has to be reupholstered at all so I ask to schedule a day to have it picked up for a refund, she said I would have to talk to the owner before she would schedule a day to have them picked up. still no call from the owner...I still have a broken sofa and nothing has been done. Ive never dealt with such idiocy and disrespect from a store in my whole life. Stay away....

I must say Lake Effect blew away my expectations. The salesman (Sean) was helpful and didn’t pressure me at all. I ordered the piece on 3/31 and it was delivered on 4/8! I know this isn’t typical (especially during this climate) but after being quoted 3-5 months that was a very pleasant surprise!
Horrible Customer service!! In person they’re great because they’re trying to sell you something. When you order something and you have to wait for it, they don’t update you about the order, not even when it’s extra delayed (5 months delayed!!) and when you call, they tell you that they would’ve called you if it came in.... bad customer service...you then get way past fed up and ask to talk to the owner, they tell you the couch has been in for A MONTH!!!! they say they tried calling twice and the voicemail was full, but at no time was the voicemail actually full!! They didn’t continue to try to reach us, they obviously stopped trying to reach us, if they even called at all... HORRIBLE customer service protocols. Some staff have good customer service, but others... horrible. And the protocols for continuous good customer service when there are delays in an order obviously need help. Sincerely, Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated customer.
Love my new living room furniture set!! It’s so comfortable, made very well, and was really affordable. We were able to arrange pickup last Saturday even though the store was closed. We all kept our distance from each other. Highly recommend Lake Effect Furniture !! You won’t be disappointed
We are incredibly happy we found this place!We have now purchased our dining room table and a sectional and couldnt be happier! We will most definitely be back for more once we move into our house! Matt is/was super helpful and not pushy at all! Its was such a nice change from your big furniture places who have their salesperson follow you around 😑 You wont find that here! Just went there this morning. Dropped my wife off while I parked. Your sales person walked right past her and asked the guy behind her if he needed help. After I came in we where looking at a living room set and again your sales person past us buy to help a couple that just walked in. My be it was our clothes or maybe it was our color but for whatever reason they acted like we didnt exist. We ended up leaving and bought a living room set at Ashley furniture. Paid cash. They will be getting more of our business.
Ordered a sectional for $2,000 back in October 2020. Get told upon ordering that it could take up to 4 months to receive. Ok....no big deal. Well here we are today on month 6 working on going into month 7 and no update. I’ll call, ask for an update, and get told we don’t know. Waiting half of a year to receive a couch is a little ridiculous. #still waiting
I am highly not impressed with my buying experience with Lake Effect Furniture. I purchase a couch and ottoman set online (store was closed due to COVID) on May 5, 2020. I was contacted by the store that evening to confirm my purchase. A month goes by and I have not received any shipping information or anything. I contacted the store and I was told my couch would be in June 8th. June 8th came and gone and I still did not hear anything. I called the store again and they said it wouldn’t be in store until July 18!!!!! I told them I could not continue to wait I don’t have a clinch and I need it now. I asked to get my money back and they said all online sales are final sales. Now this is where I really got upset. Nowhere did it said online sales were final! Nowhere on their website or during the purchase was I told all sales are final. They told me I could come in to the store and choose another item and they would apply the funds spent to the new order. So I did, luckily I found another set I liked but ended up spending more money. If I didn’t find anything else I am not sure what would of happened. I still had to wait 2 weeks for the new couch I choose to come in. It was supposed to be in 6/25/2020 I never received a call that it was in. I got a call Saturday and the person asked if I had a canceled order I explained the situation and told them the new one was supposed to be in on Thursday and I still haven’t got a call about that one. Then he said o yea that’s why I’m calling, it is in and ready for pick up.I am not impressed at all with this store I will never shop here again. I understand things are a little delayed due to COVID but the least they could have done was told me when I made the purchase that it was going to be a while. Instead no one said anything and then they came up with all this bull about online sales being final. You need to warn your customers about that before they make a purchase!!!Update: I received my furniture (finally) and the furniture I am happy with.
We have bought from Lake Effect before and always been pleased with their furniture and their non intrusive service. That being said, our most recent interaction has not been the best.We came in and looked at a king size mattress during their floor model sale. After returning home, we found the tag price significantly cheaper online. We decided to wait on it as the deal for a mattress that’s been on the floor with how many people laying on it should be a significant discount vs a new mattress.We were curious if it was still available the other day and messaged the store. After not receiving a response, we followed up again. The response we got was you would need to call the store. It Was abrupt and bordering on rude. Why do I need to call when I just messaged the store? I no longer recommend.Update- I responded back letting them know that wasn’t the most helpful response and NOTHING. They literally read the message and did nothing. Changing to 1 star.Response to owner/store: The point that the message was rude and abrupt Was ignored. I’m sorry that I don’t fit into your other 97% of customers, but I always thought customer service was intended to encompass all customers. Clearly, I was wrong. Further, I have communicated via fb messenger before and also bought from you before. A simple apology could have remedied my sentiments on the matter, most of which was directed towards the shortness of the response and the ignoring of my messages. Finally- your argument doesn’t make sense. If people that choose to communicate via Facebook only make up 2-3% of your customers, why do you need to hire another staff member to cover those responses?I will never, ever recommend this store to anyone again and I have sent in three customers that all purchased. While my measly business and so called 3% of non important ideal customers might not be your target audience, one unhappy customer goes far beyond that. I also hope that my review and your rebuttal warn customers that the customer is not always right nor is service their priority for Lake Effect Furniture.
Updated review 6.11.19: the furniture doesnt have as much quality as I thought. This is my 2nd time buying from them and something breaking in less than 6 months. My dining chairs are already coming lose and my base board has issues. Disappointed.Im new in town and was looking for a quality furniture store so I started scouting places and reading reviews. When I read the reviews, I decided to go in with my uncle to see if I could either get approved for furniture credit or pay out of pocket. Everything worked out and everyone was nice. Daisy and her father are very kind and I was able to get what I needed.
After shopping around several other furniture stores in the area, I came across Atlantic Bedding & Furniture. After perusing the items they had on the floor, I was delighted to find out they work with various manufacturers and are able to order in a customers choice from a very large selection of furniture styles, types and colors to match specific needs. I was also immediately impressed by rep Matt Weigand who was very knowledgeable on all the products and extremely helpful, professional and timely while working with me to answer all of my questions and concerns. We went in, just to look what they have for couches. We found exactly what we were looking for, and everything was so easy. The couch set was a great price, the staff there is wonderful, applying for credit was a breeze, and they are upfront about all delivery info over the holiday and new year. Ordered reclining sofa and chair in June 2019 and received it in July 2019. In March 2020 a piece broke in reclining chair and chair is wobbly and there’s a gap in chair. In March due to co-vid no one could come from store to service it, but we were told our warranty would be extended. After many calls to Lake Effect and to Ashley corporate, plus trips to Lake Effect store no one has come out to look at chair and it’s been almost 6 months. We’ve gotten nothing but runaround and their customer service sucks. Also one of the wires on the chair was shorting out and sparking.
Atlantic Bedding and Furniture was a great place to shop for furniture. We seen a post on Craigslist and decided to call the number. When we arrived at the warehouse in Buffalo N.Y. we were unsure of going through with a purchase. However they told us about their business and the salesman (Matt) insured us that it wasnt like the other furniture places which seemed to be set up like them. They gave you space and allowed you to look around at your pace without pressuring you to get something. Matt even gave us some input on are decision making. So I have to let you know that my new Bed is awesome!!!! And they even purchased a floor model of the bed frame we choose. Its a great looking one! I will definitely go to them again when I need some more new furniture!!! Thanks Guys for being a great business
Lake Effect Furniture came highly recommended to us by many people so we eager to see what they had to offer. Everything was great. We loved the furniture and our experience up until the delivery. The only good part about it was that it was quick but I guess that came with a price. They left my house an absolute disaster. Wrappings were all over my house, front porch and driveway. They left the massive boxes in our driveway all over the place as well. Usually when we have things delivered the garbage is taken away when they leave. So we called the salesman who sold us the furniture to see why this was. No call back. Called the store to find out is was an additional $25 fee to take the garbage with them. Im sorry, but that is absolutely absurd. After spending a few thousand dollars on furniture and $150 for delivery that doesnt take care of the garbage left all over my house and property? Not okay. It wouldve been nice to have a call back or some understanding as to why I need to pay to have it taken away or even the slightest interest on making this right with the customer. No idea what I will be doing with all of this garbage but I will not recommend this company to anyone in the future. Disappointing because the furniture is nice.Also, they had our chair that came in the set on another truck which was inconvenient since I had to plan two days around a delivery that shouldve been done in one day. At least those delivery guys seemed to take their mess with them.
I bought a bedroom set and mattress here four years ago. Since then I send anyone I know there for mattresses. I still love my bedroom set and recently just purchased a sectional at a great deal from the Atlantic bedding and furniture in buffalo. They are genuinely nice people and very accommodating. Great customer service. Tell everyone about them and send them their way.
I purchased my living room furniture from Atlantic Bedding and Furniture a few months ago. I absolutely love it. I was looking for something that was easy for me to get up from due to my lower back injury and recent knee injury. I worked with Matt. He was wonderful and we found a couch that I love. The look and feel of the furniture is wonderful and it also has coil springs in the cushions that is so helpful with my back problems.I seen the exact same set at another big name furniture store with a price of $500.00 more than what I paid. In summary my experience was GREAT. I got GREAT FURNITURE at a GREAT PRICE!!!! .
I bought an awesome, brand-new sectional and coffee table from Matt W. at Atlantic Bedding & Furniture and am EXTREMELY pleased with both. The quality of the table and the sectional, along with the ability to have both of them be completely put together, for the price that we were quoted, was too good to pass up. This place is truly a diamond in the rough; if youre ever looking for great, new furniture for a great price, make sure you go see these guys!
While I would like to give this place a good review (as Josh, our sales guy was wonderful), I definitely cannot. We purchased a couch and bedroom set and received a call to set up delivery, their delivery window is between 11 and 5 (we were told we were the third delivery and it would be between 1 and 3ish). I took half the day off of work and when 4:30 rolled around I still had not received a call, I had to call them and they told me they were running behind and it would now be around 5:30 (not happy, but fine). 5:30 rolls around, still no call. Call again and we are told they are still ANOTHER hour behind. Finally speak to the owner and he seems to think it’s not a big deal at all that not only did I take half the day off of work but now have to adjust our evening plans. Offers zero apologies or compensation, etc. Very unfortunate as we were getting ready to go back this weekend to purchase more furniture, however you have now lost a customer (and a recommendation).

Had a wonderful experience at Atlantic Bedding & Furniture! We spent weeks searching for a nice, reasonably priced sectional and we finally found one here. Matt showed us around the store and answered ALL of our questions. After an hour of looking around, he helped us find the perfect reclining sectional for our living room. Matt even showed us how to assemble and disassemble the sofa should we need to move it. He helped us set up delivery specifications and left us feeling very excited for our new sectional! We HIGHLY recommend Atlantic Bedding & Furniture for high quality furniture at a fraction of the price!
Ok let me start by saying that the experience of picking out the furniture was great. We got there near closing time and they still let us look around without pressuring us to get out of there to close shop. The problems came after and are more due to things outside Atlantics direct control. The sofa we ordered was on backorder and we had to wait two weeks. The delivery people were pretty rude and told me the original time window I was given wasnt valid and that it was really an 8 hour window and delivered it 2 hours later than expected because I didnt answer their call and I instead called them back 2 minutes after they called. No one really warned me I needed to answer immediately I was just told theyd give me a heads up when they were on their way. Then the delivery guys knocked over a ceramic statue that was propping the door open with no apologies. Its not a big deal because we used it as a door stop because it wasnt valuable financially or in sentiment but if you break something at a customers house try and feign some remorse. In summary, prices were great and it is awesome to support local business rather than big chains but they come with their own set of hassles. You gotta decide for yourself if it is worth the trade off.
Great experience. Staff was friendly and open to questions. Financing and deals were awesome and the showroom was a decent size with plenty of room to try and look. My absolute favorite part is that their sales staff didnt stalk you around the showroom. They were there if you needed them, but not aggressive.

I purchased an entire bedroom set, kitchen dining set and a few other accessories for my new apartment. The staff (Daisy) was sweet as could be and down toearth with the costs of sets and delivery expectations. We ended up having to buy a floor sample dining set in order to make it for our delivery deadline and they allowed us to have a piece of one of the stools replaced for no costs. It probably was something they could’ve just said no (due to the hassle for them) but they went the extra mile for the customer and I really apprieciated that. They even shipped it out to me in another state without issues. I’m no expert but assembly was a breeze and the furniture is of good quality. I would definitely recommend this place for any millennial looking to purchase things to fill up their first apartment or home. Keep up the great work, thanks for all your help LEF!
Never heard of them before (sorry) untill I googled furniture stores. Wow tho. Went in looking to get a dresser but found a furniture store that Not only had awesome (AFFORDABLE) furniture, but found an AMAZING SOFA LOVESEAT SET! Definitely cant wait to buy them and hopefully I can come back and switch this to 5 stars!** ok its about to months later and I bought my set. They said it wasnt in stock but would be delivered in 2/3 weeks. It only took 2. Then they called and texted to set up delivery which was easy. Day of delivery they said I was 1st and the truck leaves at 10am. Well furniture was delivered and in the house before 11am! Amazing service and my furniture is THE BEST!!! Thanks guys!!!!
I was looking to purchase a new mattress set and happened upon Atlantic Bedding by signs by the road. I didnt realized this place was there so I checked it out. My salesman was Matt. He was GREAT! He gave me the space I wanted to check out everything and yet he was always near by in case I had questions. I totally appreciated that. Matt was very informative, as I truly didnt realized how to choose an appropriate mattress for my back issues. I found three that I liked but decided to continue to look around and educate myself a little more before making a choice.And to be honest shop around for the best price. Long story short in my adventure of mattress education.....I stopped at a place called Metro-Mattress. I made it clear that I was in search not to buy at that moment, but in the near future and wanted to see what they had and ask for help in how to purchase a mattress. I came across the most impossible and rude salesmen (2) at an upper end store sort of speaking. In the fifteen minutes I and my friend were there trying to even attempt(with no success) to try out mattresses and get a couple questions answered, it seemed the ONLY topic they were concerned with was money!! I learned in the 15 minutes I was there, how many ways to TRY to get a financial statement from a customer....and when I obviously wasnt even heard by them, and never so much as even given a chance to ask a question let alone look at even one mattress. It was time for me to leave. I very politely said its not my day to buy a mattress and left. and the frosting of the cake was the two salesmen yelled across the room ......thanks for wasting our time!!!! I couldnt believe my ears! and that is a true story that happened on Memorial Day, after I got out of work that day. Not real sure if this place will ever make with those two working there. Not all my stops looking for mattresses were like this but I felt the need to share this story, and the fact that I was so thankful I found ATLANTIC BEDDING AND FURNITURE !! My salesman was AMAZINGLY perceptive of me as a customer with my questions and needs not to mention the BEST PRICING with quality products. and I can say that honestly through my search not only physically, but online and on the phone with many places I searched. So THANK-YOU MATT FOR A JOB WELL DONE AND TO ATLANTIC BEDDING & FURNITURE for QUALITY products and the best pricing any where, and with employees like Matt to make my(and others) adventure painless and satisfying!! Really cool place! A warehouse with nice furniture at bundled prices... sectionals, recliners, love seats, bedroom sets, rugs, lamps, pictures, dining room sets, tv stands... they have it all. Really helpful nice staff. I havent purchased anything yet so I cant vouch for their financing or delivery processes.

My significant other and I purchased living room furniture about 2yrs ago. We honestly couldnt be happier. From the no-pressure salesman, the delivery, to the most comfortable furniture you could ask for! We just left there today and the service hasnt changed! Were both really looking forward to our new bed and cant thank the owner enough for his time with us today and helping us figure out what fit both of our needs and our budget! I was pleasantly surprised when my girlfriend stumbled upon Atlantic Bedding and Furniture. Matt helped us make our decisions and he was very straightforward with the prices, the materials used in the furniture, and even the dimensions for the pieces we chose. We purchased a 5 piece bedroom set, a large sectional, and a nice recliner for a really good deal.I would recommend anyones furniture experience in the Buffalo area to include these guys in your search.
I waited 3 weeks for my couch and loft bed to be delivered. When the furniture came, the couch didnt fit up my stairs and I was missing a piece to my bed that was apparently damaged but I was never informed until I realized I was missing a piece but I still had to pay $90 for delivery. The guys at Lake effect were very understanding and I was able to get a smaller couch but lost out on some of my money, no big deal. So then I was told the dresser peice to my bed would be here the following weekend, it wasnt.. but again not a big deal Ill just wait until my couch was delivered to get the dresser also. So finally, almost 2 months later I get another couch delivered and the guys barely tried to get it up the stairs. The doors could have easily been taken off and we could have done it for them and we could have taken it out of the packaging but it seemed like they were just over it and then I was stuck to figure out myself and still had to pay another $40 delivery fee. I only got it delivered because I didnt want the hassle of bringing it upstairs. Any other time I got furniture from anywhere else the delivery guys did anything to get the stuff in but these guys were just lazy. Im very unhappy with the service I received and now i have a couch sitting outside with no help to get it in.Abby Farkas.
We came in and met with Rob without an appointment and he gave us immediate service. There was no pressure to buy but he was able to answer all of our questions on the spot. We had been to a competitor, another furniture warehouse setting in Tonawanda, and there was no comparison. The warehouse at ABF was clean and bright, while the competitors warehouse was damp, the roof was leaking onto the products and the salesman were very high pressure. We were also pleased with the quality of the items purchased, the ease of delivery and financing, and the fact that the items were in new condition. We highly recommend ABF to anyone looking for a single piece or a house full of furniture.
Great furniture and great people! Bought a luxury king size eurotop bed for a very affordable price. Rob was a great salesman, very nice but did not feel pressured to pucrchase. Very laid back atmosphere, no one following you around the store or trying to sell you things you dont need, like they do in other furniture stores. Highly recommend to others!
Worst place to order furniture. They will scam you. Don’t sign any paper before you read what’s on it. I order my furniture on May 1st and I received a call from them on June 7th. Estimated time was already exited and asked them for refund. They refused to give me refund. Worst place to go for furniture. Customer service is terrible. I would never ever go there in my life. I would suggest to go other furniture stores.
Definitely worth your time checking them out. Ive looked at wayfair, raymour and flanigan, value city, big lots you name it this place beats all. Some of what they had was the same exact product for less than other places were asking. A one stop shop for your needs. The reps are very helpful and dont push you. Most choices for furniture come in all different colors and I love that the sectionals come in chaise options for what side you want it on. If you need furniture dont waste your time check them out youll thank me later. Not to mention they have a shopping tablet so you can choose something other than floor products!!!!!
Avoid this store at all costs. The delivery is horrendous on top of their customer service! Purchased a sectional that did not fit. Delivery men scratched my new hardwood floors along with door and wall. Then was told they can not take the sectional back because the delivery men removed the plastic. What kind of company treats its customers like this?
I showed up at ABF Buffalo and was very skeptical of finding something due to the fact that I had never heard of them before. I met with Eric who showed me the options that were available for firm mattresses he answered a few questions I had and then left me alone to try out each mattress. Contrary to every other furniture store sales tactics that I have been to ABF Buffalo doesnt try to force a sale on you. After sometime Eric came back and asked me if I had any questions. He gave me a very fair price which was way less than I had expected to pay for the quality and comfort of the mattress I selected. I also saw a dining room table in the showroom and I decided to buy that as well. Delivery was arranged for the next day but if you have a truck you can take the item home with you. The delivery men were very careful not to scratch the walls and wiped their feet off before entering my home. Simply put, ABF Buffalo is the real deal, with great quality items at a very fair price. Check this plce out before heading to City..Metro or Ashley because youll overpay for the same product you can find at ABF without the anxiety of dealing with pushy salepeople. Great job ABF! You have a customer for life!
Matt you did well my friend. We have been looking for a while and couldnt agree on anything. We found our bedroom and living room furniture in one place at a great price. Matt didnt follow us around, gave us space and time to discuss what we want to do. He explained what living set works for our lifestyle (for the dog). This place is great its a hidden diamond.
I wouldnt even give 1 star. Worst place to deal with. The worst customer service i have ever encountered. They delivery was awful, my couch did not match up with chaise,there was a greas stain on it and they are making it so difficult to fix the problem. Beware never ever buy from this place if you want nothing but problems!

One day at work a guy i work with told me about this place and we checked it out, the staff was amazing and we found a table that we ended buying. My wife and i will be returning for a new livingroom set next.
Great prices, excellent, NICE staff!!! No pressure. Rick, the gentleman that took care of me, was great ... answered all my silly questions and just let me look at the mattress inventory. This is a no frills place ... but with great prices and great customer service ... who needs frills! Frills dont help me save money. I will be recommending this place to everyone!
Well I am not too happy right now my husband bought me a bar height table on June 23 we were told that the table was available but chairs had to be ordered so we said ok they order chairs we have a pickup for the Thursday to pickup the whole set cuz its in now today Tuesday two days before were suppose to pickup the set someone calls and says the table isnt there and we have to wait another six weeks from today July 21st well I sure hope someone isnt lying here cuz it isnt right its paid for in full when ordered chairs so please be honest with us I sure hope we get it soon 😢

2022-04-09I purchased a 4 piece sectional from Lake Effect Furniture and Mattress. The product I pick out was shown in the showroom but the configuration didnt work for my space. The team at Lake Effect helped me configure it to my dimensions. Since I was changing the configuration I was able to completely customize the product! I found the perfect fabric to accommodate my busy family. It was well worth the wait, Ive been sitting on the product for about a year and it still looks brand new. I have had no issues and Im extremely happy with my purchase!

2021-11-27First time at this location. I love they post what is in stock. Reasonably priced items for starting or creating a new look in your home or apt. We purchased a table for my moms apartment. Every place else was at least 2-3 months for delivery. Nice to see items available.

2021-11-14Great furniture store with very high quality furniture and great people to help you with what your looking for! My salesman was Joseph and he was super helpful and stayed focused on what we needed with our order and we ended up getting a HUGE sectional with his help! We then checked out with Shelby, who was super fun and very nice. Great experience overall and WE WILL BE COMING BACK FOR THE REST OF OUR NEEDS!

2022-05-31I went in to find a table and chair set for my family of four. Michelle was the sale associate who we talked to. She greeted us almost the second we came in with a smile and friendliness I haven’t seen in a long time. She was very helpful and listen to what we needed. We found the perfect table set with Michelle’s help! During the whole process, Michelle answered my questions, had great knowledge and was very personable. Michelle made the experience of buying furniture easy and not stressful at all.I can’t wait to redo my living room and go back to Michelle to help with the process.

2022-05-30Went to Lake Effect to purchase a sofa. Had a great customer service experience. When we walked in Joseph greeted us and asked us if we knew what we wanted. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall it was a quick transaction and I am very happy. Looking forward to getting our new furniture and will definitely shop there againAnd the best part is they are a family owned locally owned store!

2022-04-28I purchased a chair a week ago. Pam was the sales person and did a great job making sure that I was getting a good quality chair. It was delivered in less than a week. 2022-05-03I live in the Syracuse area and was in town to help my daughter move to a new apartment. She needed a couch. I had researched Buffalo area furniture stores and found Lake Effect was locally owned, had been in business for years and seemed well regarded.We made them our first stop there and in the end it was our only stop. All of the employees that we encountered were friendly and professional to include Amy our sales associate.We were challenged by how much space we had at the entryway to her apartment. It is in an old historic Buffalo neighborhood when modern day furniture sizing was not the norm.Over 2 days we worked with Amy who put a lot of time and effort into finding something that would work for us as close to our budget as possible.At Amys suggestion I drew a diagram of the entryway with all the measurements. She consulted with their delivery vender on what maximum dimensions were needed for a successful delivery. We found something that worked with her help. I cannot say enough about Amy and Lake Effect. Very pleasant experience.

2022-03-17As a local business owner myself, I was very disappointed in the customer service I had received. My sales person was very difficult to communicate with as I was on a very tight schedule & traveling for work the week I wanted to pick up my piece of furniture. The sales consultant also told me they had the best price around and there was nothing they could do about the price. As Im sitting here writing the review, I can see that negotiations are on the table as people have stated they have gotten a better price. Long story short I hadnt looked further into the pricing of the piece of furniture and just wanted to buy it with the warranty and support a local business. My sales consultant would not offer any help in accommodating my schedule to pick up the piece. After multiple attempts to offer times that I could grab the furniture, I (The customer), was available, none of them worked for this company. Long story short after communicating with my sales consultant for three days straight I decided to look elsewhere. The reason as to why I couldnt pick the furniture up wasnt the fact that I wanted to pick up after hours, etc, it was the lack of communication on the sales consultants end. It took over three days after I had told him I would pick the furniture up during their times they suggested but never head back before their 3PM cut off at their warehouse. Thank god I looked elsewhere, I saved myself over $500.00 dollars on the same piece of furniture including the warranty as well. I have no patience for the type of customer service I received, no matter how busy or slow you are, you always take care of your customers when they walk into the door, from start to finish. Because of my experience, I will not be returning. I wanted to give my honest opinion on this store so this is why Im reviewing. Im not one to review businesses and trash them. I think there is a lot of potential here that is being lost by lack of customer service. On a positive note - they do have a wide array of furniture pieces and the furniture itself seems very nice.

2022-07-05We love this couch its comfortable and it fits our living room perfectly. The material is good quality and comfortable and legs are really sturdy. I would give 5 stars.
