Edited: 6/17/22. We have been without hot water for a week. This is the 9th time its happened in the last 6 months alone. They are trash people.They are slumlords. Buildings infested with pests. Hot water will only rinse for 5 minutes and they refuse to change the water heater. They will void your lease if you try to do repairs yourself or get q professional, but they will also refuse to send someone themselves to do repairs. The people in the office are extremely rude and uneducated when it comes to housing laws. If you rent from them be prepared for 6 legged roommates. Sincerely someone who cant wait for the lease to finish.

Unfortunately, what is written is all true. Office staff either ignores you or is very rude. The actual landlord is non-existent. I dont think he cares about his tenants at all. Lots Mice in all of the apartments. Laundry rooms and common areas filthy. Elevator constantly breaking down. Repairs are only made if you contact HPD and thats if youre lucky. Save yourself the hassle and do not rent from this landlord!

Currently a tenant for the last 3 years, and make no mistake, The reviews are filled with negative responses indeed they all true, Lal property management doesnt care about anything aside from having the rent paid on time. Lal property managers are just as bad as the owners. We pay our rent on time despite how we feel with the inhabitable conditions. Attached you will see photos of the 3rd leak in our apartment due to faulty pipes. We may even have mold behind outlets. The livingroom and foyer lights if you turn them on spark and go on and off.. Therefore we just dont use them afraid it could cause a fire!!! You just dont know. SmH!!! Very sad!!! We have mold, mildew growing in our kitchen. Called everyone from HPD, to advocacy for tenants rights. Still waiting, we and other tenants have now come together to fight for repairs. We will definitely be looking to move. The office staff well there unprofessional and rude. They never return calls. The Manager is never available to speak. Last phone call, I was told Hes to busy we have similar issues in other buildings Ha! That sealed it for me. PAYING HIGH RENT AND LIVING THIS WAY!!! NOT RIGHT!!
