Lalor Family Dental in Vestal is like no other dental office. The office is very clean and up to date, very mindful and accommodating (especially to all of the regulations and concerns with COVID), and the staff is always so warm and welcoming. I remember being terrified of the removal of my wisdom teeth for months to the point where i kept putting off the appointment. I can honestly say, they made the experience a breeze when it finally came time! And the recovery was quicker than anticipated! Whenever I need something done or have a difficult schedule, Lalor is always kind and accommodating of my needs! I work full time and it is hard for me to take off to make appointments. For my last visit for a cleaning, Lalor worked with me a find a time that worked well for us both! Definitely am pleased with my experiences and would recommend!
Best dentist I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend. The staff was very friendly and professional. They did a thorough job examining and cleaning my teeth. I informed them I was pregnant and they made sure all treatment that day was safe for my baby which was very much appreciated. They even gifted me the cutest onesie!
Jessica, my dental hygienist at the Front Street location, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I haven’t been in a few years and I had some buildup that she completely erased. She was friendly and made the appointment pass quickly.
My last visit I was getting a spacer put in and was a little nervous going into it. The team was so patient and kind. They took the time to provide information on the process which helped me relax right away as I could tell I was in good hands. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.
An amazing visit. I have been with Lalor for a few years, and every time I visit I am glad I chose to go with them for my needs. The staff from intake to teeth cleaning are both professional and personable. I visited the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and my hygienist was watching the food network. It helped to pass the time and gave us things to talk about such as not liking Turkey for Thanksgiving. The dentist came in for a check up on my Xrays and took the time to really ask if there were any issues I was experiencing or any questions I had. He did not just come in do a quick check then jet off. Lalor allows me to not dread my exams. Thank you.
Ive always felt very comfortable at Lalor Family Dental in Binghamton. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. They answer questions that I ask and make sure I understand what they are doing before they do it! They work with my insurance company, which is a great plus!
I have been a patient at the front street office for 5+ years. I recently had my 6 month cleaning. The hygienist was very good and gentle as always! She tells me exactly what she is doing. The dentist always tells me what he sees and listens and respects my decisions. I recommend them to everyone.

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist. When I went to Lalor on Front St, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. The hygienist are very friendly and explained what they were doing. I had to have a tooth pulled and I didn’t feel a thing! I highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Went to get a crown replaced that recently chipped. The team did an excellent job explaining my options to me and helping me plan the date to come back for the appointment since it is about a two week turnaround for the crown to be made. They also did great explaining in detail the financial portion and noting in the system as well as giving me a printed copy to take home. Appreciate it!

The last appointment was my 6 month cleaning. The hygienist was very thorough. Dr.Xu came in to check on my teeth and the crowns he put in a few months prior were doing great! Thank you for helping me keep my smile great!

I recently had my first cleaning visit with Laylor. I was very impressed with the running of this office, very high tech and thorough. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. My only regret is not switching to this office sooner.

I went to Lalor practice as an accident, thinking they were par with my insurance policy. They were not par, but I had THE MOST AMAZING COMFORTING EXPERIENCE. I have never, in my 52 years and as a medical professional, felt trusting and confident in a dental chair. There are other dental practices in network with my insurance, but I am willing to pay out of pocket for such exceptional care. Hannah and Dr. Xu were absolutely amazing and squeezed me in to get a procedure done the same day. No one does that anymore.....They are an old time feel with such customer service and outstanding top notch skills.

Very friendly staff; it is always a pleasurable experience to go in for my routine dental hygiene visit. We always have lots of laughs. Billing can be a bit confusing at times, but the staff is always accommodating, patient, and willing to work with you through it.

Cracked a tooth. Was able to get in to see a dentist the next day. Procedure for dealing with the problem was well explained, and well done. Extremely nice and empathetic staff. I personally have a great fear of dentists but the whole staff worked well together to make me feel very much at ease. I highly recommend Lalor Dental!

Update:During my most recent visit, I thought the cleaning was still thorough, but it certainly felt like I was a product on an assembly line because the dentist came in and left really quickly. Maybe I just have healthy teeth, but it didn’t leave me feeling fantastic.Great office visit. Scheduling was a bit backed up due to COVID, certainly not unreasonable.I’ve seen many dentists in my day from moving around after college and this place is by far the most efficient and has implemented sound COVID precautions. The hygienist was friendly and did a thorough job. The dentist visit was brief but also thorough. Would highly recommend this practice, I am biased towards this office too :)

I’ve had major anxiety when it comes to letting a dentist fill any cavities due to some botched fillings I received years ago. I came to this office a few months ago for a cleaning and I felt comfortable in a dentist office for the first time in years. Yesterday I had an appointment to fix my botched fillings and I still had some anxiety about it but Dr. Lalor was extremely supportive and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Once he was finished I looked in the mirror and I had tears of relief. My fillings now look so good and blend with my teeth so well. Huge shoutout to Dr Lalor and everyone that works in this office.

Love my dentist, Dr. Paul. Hes very patient, kind and professional. I have always been terrified of dentists due to childhood trauma but Dr. Paul put me at ease and my fears melted away because of his gentle demeanor and kindness. Dr. Nick and his team are incredible!! I had braces when I was younger and was not very diligent about wearing my retainers so there was some shifting that occurred which became an insecurity for me. At no point did Dr. Nick make me feel silly for wanting to make my teeth as straight as possible, he was very caring and laid everything out for me. My invisalign process with him was seamless and I could not be happier with my smile! I highly recommend Lalor for all your dental needs, and Dr. Nick if you’re considering orthodontic treatment.

Jenna went above and beyond for my daughter who is 10 and deathly afraid of going to the dentist 🦷. It has always been a struggle for her and she is always anxious. This experience changed her whole world and mine jenna was patient and very gentle. She explained everything she was about to do and was very calm with her. I will never take her any place else 😁. I dont like dentists that why I have some dental issues,but I drive tour buses and my issues finally caught up with me to where I had to take action and not get caught on the road with a not so good dentist! So I went to my local Lalor family Dental Binghamton N.y and had a Awesome Experience!! My Dr.was Doctor john& assistant Anastasia they are a Awesome team and work together like sisters,they both took veary,veary,veary good care of me they are the best!!! thank you ladies for being so dedicated and professional in your field!! thank you again I now will make regular scheduled dental care when Im home thank you ladies again you are Awesome !!!
My experience was excellent. I was able to get an appointment within a week for both the initial visit and follow up. Staff was friendly helpful and efficient. Precautions were taken. Masks were warn, temp was taken and I was brought to a room upon arrival. I was asked to wash my hands and swish. The Doctor explained the problem and follow up procedures clearly and answered my questions. Billing explained my options and looked into my insurance and the Assistant was also great. I highly recommend Laylor!
I have not had pleasant experiences with previous dentist in my life time. However, my recent visit to Lalor was extraordinary wonderful. Dr. Lee and Jack were extremely amazing. I was very impressed with the above-and-beyond care from Lalor Dental. I waited in my car until they texted me to go inside, and then had a paper-towel holder at the door so as not to get germs when opening the door, and after getting inside, was greeted by a friendly staff member, and taken directly to the exam room. I was asked to go to the sink and wash my hands and then use mouthwash in a little cup. Then Stephanie came into my room to begin the cleaning. I am ALWAYS impressed with their professionalism and friendliness.
I just had my cleaning done by Emily and it was amazing. She is so detailed and spent the time to measure all the pockets in my gums to properly assess my gum health. The cleaning was very thorough and felt squeaky clean after. Dr.Paul did my exam and his explanations about my teeth were very informative. The volume on his hair is so very impressive. Would recommend my whole family here.

Dana is an awesome hygienist. Through the years she has taught me better ways to do my daily dental routine. There is very little scraping that she has to do to clean my teeth. I’m 67 years old and my dental health is very important to me. The whole culture at Laylor Family Dental is your dental health is important, no matter your age. They are honest also. They never suggest unnecessary procedures. You always come away with a plan of what needs to be done in the future.This time I needed a new retainer and they scanned my mouth so that anytime I need a new one I just call, they order it and I come in 2 weeks later and they make sure it fits as it should. I like that idea.They are expanding their services which is great because you won’t have to be referred out. They have a dental savings plan that is less expensive than what we were paying through my husband’s work. 3 cleanings a year certainly keep your teeth healthy and catches any problems early.A great dental practice!!
Staff is always friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the assistants, hygienists and dentists. Prices are a bit high with my insurance but they do accept Care Credit and even set up a payment arrangement for some fillings I had to have done. Usually able to fit you in within a few days for dental emergencies. Overall, I highly recommend!
Today I went in for a root canal on a broken tooth I had experienced in the past year. Dr. Paul and Anastasia made me feel super comfortable as they knew I had some anxiety about the procedure. Every time I have an appointment here everyone greets me with a smile and great attitude. Business team, hygienists, dental assistants and doctors all do a fantastic job. I would suggest this office to anyone and everyone.

I had a wonderful experience for my first cleaning. As a health care profession myself, I was glad to see all public health measures being fully enforced and felt safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. I was able to get Xrays and routine cleaning. All the staff from check in to hygienist to Dr. to check out made the process easy and safe.
They were informative and kind the entire time. I got a bit overwhelmed at one point and everyone was nothing but patient and understanding with me, happy to lay out all my options in detail. Very happy I chose to go to here.
Labor is very accommodating during these hard times. When sitting for my cleaning it was really cold so they gave me a blanket to be more comfortable. The hygienist took her time on my sensitive teeth and was very careful. This is a great place also for kids. The dentist was so great, my daugter prefers to come to the upper front office rather than the dino dental.

A coworker recommended Lalor Family Dental when I moved to the area 2 years ago, and since then I’ve recommended to other coworkers. I never loved going to the dentist and have had some bad experiences growing up. I was super impressed with Lalor in both their technology/set-up and their people. Every hygienist and doctor I’ve had makes the process clean and easy. I no longer dread going to a routine cleaning, and when I’ve had to get fillings, the process made me comfortable with continuing to go to Lalor. Thanks so much!

I have been visiting the Binghamton office for many years and I have been very happy with them! They are always able to accommodate me with my busy schedule. I had my Invisalign done there and Dr Dawson was very knowledgeable and caring! The prices there for Invisalign is significantly less expensive than other places in the area and I had also recommended my friend and she is very happy I told her, and saved her a lot of money and headache by not going elsewhere. Lastly during covid times they were on top of infection control (being a nurse) this was very important during these scary times and they made me feel comfortable during my visit. Thank you!
I have not been to the dentist in a long time due to past experiences. Upon researching, I came across Lalor. Was having a problem with my tooth, so I went in, they looked at it, and came up with a solution right there on the spot. Got me in/out in 45 mins and we’re extremely understanding of my fears and concerns- as well as very polite and informative of everything they were doing as well as what it would “feel” like in my mouth. Would recommend to anyone that has a fear of the dentist, just let them know up front and they are extremely understanding of everything. Thank you Lalor, and more specifically Sierra (assistant) and Dr. David Xu.
Dr Xu + all staff--friendly and pleasant. Front desk greeted then a New Hygienist that just got her license in training to office process took me back to the room and took Xrays. This appointment was for a cleaning today and a different Hygienist (name) did cleaning and was very professional + friendly, Dr Xu checked a few concerns after x-rays.Decided to have a whitening treatment, molds made and coming backtomorrow for preparation if molds fit properly with whitening for home.To front for payments then Follow-up appointment made requiring me to come back for a few teeth to get fixed, crown replaced after cavity is removed from under crown from a year ago.All staff worked as a happy team to make me feel very comfortable.Thank you so much.

After going to a dentist that didnt accept my insurance, I decided to look for an in-network dentist in a surrounding area. The dentists in my own area were all very poorly rated, so I expanded my search. I found Lalor Family Dental and their reviews were amazing so I decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint. From the moment you enter the office everything is great. Everybody treated me great, everybody explained how everything worked, and my appointment went by super smoothly. Everybody from the secretaries, to the assistants, to the doctors did an incredible job. I will continue going to this office.
Lalor Dental is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Each person I interacted with was so incredibly reassuring. They excelled at making me feel safe and informing me about every step of the appointment. I received a free gift and a thorough breakdown of the not only the reasons for each treatment but the cost and available payment options of my bill. Dr. Paul was sincere and knowledgeable, Stephanie was equally kind and did an extremely thorough cleaning, and my dental assistant (her name is escaping me right now but she was so nice and so sweet!) was great—she made what can be annoying x rays a breeze. I will be back and we are hopeful that this will be our family dental practice from here on out.

Exquisite care. All parts of the team were curtious and attentive. Wait time was minimal and they can always get an acute appointment. After my extractions and such, they checked on me to make sure I was okay that evening. Highly recommend. Financially they do their best to accommodate.
I am new to the area and have had services at Lalor dental twice now. I can honestly say it is the best dental practice that I have ever been to, and unfortunately Ive been to many, in multiple states. The office is super clean, updated, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything seems to be very well organized. My wait times have basically been nonexistent, very speedy service. Staff members explain everything very clearly and are very knowledgeable- I have no doubts they know what they are doing and talking about, which I have questioned in many places in the past. Prices for services seem to be reasonable at industry standards. However, it feels like the type of place that I would be willing to pay a bit more, knowing the service would be excellent- this coming from someone without dental insurance and paying everything out of pocket. They have different payment options also that help to make services a bit more attainable. All in all, I will continue to go to Lalor dental for all my services while I live here and highly recommend others do the same.

I was provided required information about filling procedure and had satisfactory resolved all my questions. Dr and assistants are very polite and helpful. On my last visit to the upper front street location I needed a tooth pulled. This was not exactly an emergency, but I did need an appointment fairly quickly. They were very accommodating. I have been a few times for extractions and I have never had an issue. Very professional and polite staff. Highly recommend this location, as well as the dinosaur dental location that my son goes to.
My 2nd visit to Lalor on Front st, Binghamton surpassed my expectations. Most people don’t expect to be seen on time for an afternoon appointment, pretty much anywhere you go these days. They got me in right at the scheduled time. The pandemic precautions are top notch, so you can feel very safe here. Today I had one filling done and was in and out in under 30 minutes! I couldn’t believe how efficient the team is. I’ve been nothing but impressed since becoming a new patient just a few months ago. Even scheduling that “new patient” appointment was so easy to do right on their webpage.
As a dental-phobic person, I was very impressed with this practice. The staff was very welcoming, and Dr. Xu was able to address my emergency quickly and efficiently. For the first time in my life, I can honestly say I am not dreading a return visit to the dentist.
Everyone at this facility is so attentive. They have great procedures in place to keep up with CDC guidelines down to the smallest detail. The doctors and hygienists always give thorough explanations which I really appreciate. Thank you Lalor team!

I managed to avoid the dentist for 23 years. Just had never been to one and kept putting it off. I went with my sister to an appointment she had at Lalor and there warm comforting smiles and welcoming attitude towards every one shocked me. Needless to say I became a patient a week later. I loved how much they seemed to be up to date with technology and the hygienist was so knowledgeable and made it his first priority to inform me on what exactly he was doing. My first appointment went great with 100% comfort and 0% cavities!😁 Definitly recommend.
So far Ive had a virtually painless experience. (4 teeth pulled and a bridge removed) The dentist is excellent and the staff are friendly and professional. This is the way going to a dentist should be!Later:Have my new teeth! They fit comfortably. I expect to go for an adjustment sooner or later, which is normal. Itll take time to get used to smiling again! Ive lost my nervousness about going to the dentist. The staff is always great and my appointments are on time!

Their creative-problem solving may be a notch lower, as traditional ways to address some of the dental issues seem to prevail. I was assigned to Dr. Dawson. Really liked her. She was knowledgeable and informative during the visit. I am not a big fan of the dentist so this was very reassuring. She was gentle, kind and soft spoken which helped alleviate my fears. I had 2 fillings done. The procedure was painless and timely. Only problem I had was drinking my wine when I got home!!! I am impressed with this place. When I made my first appointment I couldnt believe how fast I could get in. This was a pleasant surprise. They are so nice. My first visit I was taken on a tour. They were very good about explaining everything before they done any procedure. A gift bag was given out. The waiting room is very comfortable. Its furnished with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water, juice and even cookies. Love this place!
I truly appreciate the staff at the Horseheads office. I am a true dental phobe and couple that with painful dental issues means I am not easy to deal with. I appreciate their understanding and compassion. My immediate dental issues have been resolved with plans for future work. I appreciate Dr. Donovan taking the time to help me work through my options and soon I will have a full set of teeth.
In an emergency, Laylor Family Dental on Front st. Binghamton was exceptional. The facility, staff and service were both professional and very Covid conscious. Pleasant and expedient. I would recommend this facility and staff to anyone.

I recently had a tooth extracted and 2 posts put in for my implants to replace my bridge. I thought the procedure was going to be difficult and very painful. To my surprise, the extraction and post inserts went smoothly. I was a little sore the day after, but nothing like I expected. Dr. XU and Dr. Quan(forgive me if I spelled incorrectly) worked so efficiently together and made the procedure as easy as they could. My stitches were removed and now if feels so much better. Now it’s just waiting the 3 months to heal. Thank you so much for your professionalism and knowledge in what you do.I am so comfortable going to a dentist now. Lalor took the time to make sure I was ok during any visit. By doing so, they broke down my fear piece by piece until it was gone. I have been to the dentist more in this past 2-3 years than I ever have in my life. Dr. Dawson is amazing! All the staff is amazing as well. Pleasent, patience and caring. All involved in my care have made my teeth look better and that makes me very happy. Thank you very much
It took several weeks to get simultaneous appointments for my 5yo daughter and I, but it was so worth the wait. My daughter is usually pretty shy around new people but the staff was so kind that she felt right at home very quickly. We were both treated and out pretty quickly. Facility is great too with TVs in each patient room and great “goodie bags.” Highly recommend.

My dentist retired so I am a new patient. After 20 years of not having a cavity, on my first visit I was told I had a small cavity and they wanted me to have Novocain. Dr. Lee in error, hit a nerve. I had jaw pain and was unable to blink my eye. He had to give me additional Novocain to finish the procedure. I was advised to take ibuprofen. 1 week later I went back to tell them I still had discomfort and problems chewing. They apologized and said it would take time. 2 weeks now, and I am looking for a new dentist to see what can be done to repair damage.
This was the very best dental visit experience I have ever had in my 62 years. The staff was very friendly, thorough and made every effort (and succeeded at every effort) to make me comfortable. I have found a permanent dentist.

Very welcoming and friendly toward new patients! They took care of me as I took advantage of their free full-series x-ray and exam offer when I was uninsured. It was a challenge, however, to find out whether my new medicaid insurance plan would be accepted, which unfortunately, is not. Definitely would have stayed with them if I could.

The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel taken care of and like you really matter to them. The prices are also competitive compared to other practices in the area, though I’d gladly pay more for this level of exceptional care if I had to.

Feels like a luxury spa. Our family had had an extraction, a filling, and a bridge. All good work so far. They could use a little more time between numbing cream and the needle though. Update: I have now also had a root canal and must say, it was the easiest rc procedure Ive experienced.

I used to go to this dentist a few years back. I had 4 fillings done and 2 tooth pulls (separate appointments) the 1st tooth pull resulted in my spending countless hours in hospital because the hole was not clotting. At hospital they fixed it with more stitches (something lalor attempted twice with no success). The 4 fillings were done incorrectly and resulted in 4 black teeth that I had fixed by a different dentist office. I highly would recommend going elsewhere.

I became a patient in Septemeber. I was very impressed at how quickly they were able to get me in as a new patient. When I arrived everyone was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. (Dental offices can make me nervous.) They walked me though the process and addressed all of my questions and concerns. After my appointment I scheduled my next appointment and hope to be a patient for a long time.

Service was good enough, but don’t take your loved one with autism there. You will be told they’re lying about their oral sensory issues (by a dentist that appears to be fresh out of dental school).
I met Dr. Paul Lee at your front street office, and oh my goodness how wonderful he was with me. I ended up having a root canal done and between him and the hygienist, everything went smooth. I had Melissa at the Binghamton office for a cleaning and she was AMAZING. She went over what my brushing and flossing routine should be, had actual conversations with me and was very extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to see her again!!
Im thankful for finding Lalor. They saw me the next day after I left a message the night before worried about a nasty problem with my gums, two weeks before Im about to go on vacation. I recently relocated 4 hours away from NYC and didnt know a dentist here, and couldnt drive the hours to the city. After reading their TREMENDOUS Google reviews, I made an appointment with Dr. Xu. They welcomed me. Sent me paperwork online beforehand, so I was seen 5 minutes after I arrived. The technician who gave me the complimentary xrays was so friendly and calming. Then Dr. Xu alleviated my fears with his consultation, also free. I didnt have the infection I was worried about, but I was made aware of what the problem actually was, which we made an appointment to start the remedy on. He also confirmed another problem from previous work I had years ago on a different tooth, which proved more to me that he knew his stuff. Then i was given agum disease test be Jessica, who was great. This was also complimentary. And she even outsourced my needed work to one of their specialists. I cant believe they did all this for me. I left feeling so much better, both the tooth felt better, and I felt better about my health! THANK YOU Lalor!
From walking into the office and leaving the office, I was made to feel very special. A tour of the office, to pictures of all of the dentist, especially the dentist who would be working with me. Amanda was my guide and made me feel at home. She told me everything that she would be doing, which I really appreciated. This place makes you feel like youre part of the family.When I was first introduced to Lalor Dental I scheduled my initial appointment. When I was trying to get there and was a couple minutes late due to heavy traffic I didnt expect on the highway, they called me and wanted to make sure I was able to find them and offered me directions, etc. I thought that was very kind considering that I was running late. When I got there I was treated like at no other dental office. They were very prompt and courteous and even gave me a first time gift. I love it that Lalor Dental always loves to give too! Thank You

I am 8 months pregnant had 2 bad wisdom teeth. From start to finish all the staff and DR.Paul Lee were just so comforting, transparent, knowledgeable, understanding, welcoming; honestly all of the above. As a high risk pregnant woman knowing that the best choice was getting those two wisdom teeth removed was scary but I was at risk of getting an infection and it harming my baby. I couldn’t have been more happier with choosing Lalor at upper front street. And getting it done and over with. Seriously Dr. Paul Lee was phenomenal I didn’t feel a thing and pain afterwards close to no pain just two days afterwards. I only took Tylenol the first day after that didn’t need it. Great Dental office.

Had a root canal and crown and I was very impressed at the quality. This was the first crown Ive down with this practice. Ive had 2 other root canals and crowns by other dentists and this experience is up there at the top as best. Planning to go have another in a couple of months. Way to go Lalor!

I travel from NYC to Lalor Family Dental regularly. I went to college at Binghamton University and have been going to get my work done since 2009. The staff starting with the receptionists, Steph and Wendy are impeccable. My dentist Dr. David Xu and his dental assistants Megan and Anastasia have been nothing but courteous and professional. They never fail to ask if i need anything and the office is regularly stocked with drinks and even freshly baked cookies. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone in the continental United States.
I had my first cleaning with Lalor yesterday morning. I had Dan. I have to say, everyone in the building was SO nice. And the building was very nice, and very clean, and even the childrens play area was top notch. I had my cleaning with Dan. I will say, he mentioned wanting my experience to be a good one a little too often, BUT he really did make sure it was a no pain, no fear experience. Im 29 years old, and Ive had many cleanings in my life. That was BY FFFAAARRR the most GENTLE flossing Ive ever had. I will definitely be back for years to come. Thanks Lalor! :)

I went online to my specific insurance to search for a new dentist. I came across names of dentists all from Lalor Family Dental during my provider search. I had a great experience over the phone making the appointment. I filled out all my patient info on their website. An appt was made for me.About a week later I was struggling with excruciating pain from a tooth that had broke and I was trying to hold out until my scheduled appointment but I couldnt take the severe pain from the exposed nerve any longer and called to see if they could fit me in. I was told I could come in the next day at 3:40. I got a call from them about 2 hours before my appt saying they did not submit billing to an insurance they said was listed as mine in my patient file. I explained that was not my primary insurance and told her the name of it and she said they passed over the name and didnt see it at first. She said everything was good and would see me at my appt at 3:40. When I got there it was very nice and friendly. I was taken back into the exam room and started talking about why I was there. After the assistant was done on her computer she turned to me and explained that they did NOT submit to my insurance. I explained that the office was listed under my specific insurance and explained about the call I received just a couple hours before and that everything was said to be good. The assistant called a woman from out front to come explain the situation. Still...**I explained I was having severe pain on and off for a week and was trying to hold out until my appointment 6 days from then but couldnt any longer. I explained that all my info was filled out 2 weeks before so my insurance info was available. I explained about the phone call just hours before my current sutuation. She apologized saying they didnt participate with my specific insurance. I asked if I was now supposed to suffer and start over looking for a dentist to help me. She said they could still treat me and take me on as a new patient but they did NOT submit to my insurance. I stated that meant I would have to pay out-of-pocket. I explained sternly if I could afford that, I wouldnt have insurance. I was so upset when I left because I knew I would have to call my insurance and explain what happened and hope they could find me a dentist that truly participated with my insurance. I double-checked again after leaving that office about my specific insurance and it STILL says each dentist at Lalor Dental accepts my specific insurance. I can not believe that with all the checks before my actual appt that this still happened. I had to get my daughter out of school early and drive 20+ miles for an emergency dentist appt that I received NO help with at all. I guess if I had thousands of dollars in my pocket, I wouldnt have been turned away after THEIR numerous mistakes that SHOULD have been caught long BEFORE sitting in an exam chair explaining that my severe pain is worse than recovering from two brain surgeries and was bringing me to tears. I am VERY disappointed as I thought this office was going to be a great match for me and my daughter. :(

I had a moller and a wisdom tooth pulled and a filling in the front. I am a person who doesnt like the dentist. I am very happy with Lalor dental. I use to have to be sedated to have dental work done but not now!!!

I was in a lot of pain from an infected tooth. I stopped by Lalor to see if I could be seen and they got me in right away. After some X-rays and talking with the Doctor, he told me my options and prescribed me some Pain Medication and an Antibiotic. Immediately my mouth started to feel better. I will definitely be going back to Lalor.

2022-03-31It has been several years since I have been to Lalor Dental. My first encounter was MANY years ago when I had a tooth infection, on a Saturday, and was met at the Vestal office within minutes of my phone call. (I do not recall the dentists name, but he was wonderful!)I subsequently had to change dentists because of dental insurance restrictions (much to my dismay!)I returned yesterday with a lot of issues with my teeth. It felt like coming home. EVERYONE is pleasant and helpful and informative. I now have another appointment with Dr. Joe Lee to discuss implants, and I am so happy that I have turned my mouth over to Lalor.Thank you for being such a wonderful asset to the community.

2022-02-08Called Monday to get apt for major rear back bottom tooth pain. Got apt with Dr. Victor Chow. He and Dental Assistant Jenelle were first rate. Diagnosed to needing Root Canal and Crown. I was able to come back today Tuesday at 0900 to get the work done. Dr. Chow and Janelle worked well as a team and found the crack causing the pain. I had previously went to another dentist from another practice last November and they did a filling to fix. Was not the underlying issue and the pain came back with a worse than originally in less than a few months. I appreciate Dr. Chow and Janelle coming in 1/2 hour early to do the work the next day. This was my first root canal and time at Lalor. The office and rest of the team are highly recommended. Thanks!! Greg

2022-04-08Labor dental makes sure that they communicate what is happening as they do it. They make sure you are as comfortable as you can be during the whole experience. Every staff member treats you with respect. It makes me wonder why other medical offices dont take notice and learn how to treat people.

2021-12-13Hands down the best dental experience I could ask for every time. My hygienist & doctor are always attentive to any concerns I have, they create a really relaxing environment, & are thorough in their exams. Before switching to Lalor I didn’t even realize cancer screenings or fluoride treatments were a thing dentists could do… I’ll be sticking with Lalor for many years to come.

And great hygienists(Dana has been excellent!!) to the X-ray techs (missing Stasia!:( )The most comfortable Ive been in any doctor’s office. 2022-05-10Very professional and a thorough cleaning. My first cleaning at this office and I will return in November. They also removed 2 molars last week, 18 and 31. No problems since then. I had suffered in pain for months.

2022-04-06From the second i walked in at reception, to my cleaning to the dr everyone was friendly and understanding. If youre scared of the dentist like me, go to laylor they can help you fix whatever problems you have and do so without judgement or shame. Theyre very nice and extremely competent.
