I had been suffering with tennis elbow and had my ulnar nerve repositioned but I was still in pain on a daily basis. I had tried everything and thought I would never find any relief. My boss kept telling me to try acupuncture and I was hesitant to say the least. One day while on the way home from a conference she drove me straight to Laith’s office. He made it easy for me to be relaxed, comfortable and at ease with the acupuncture. Laith’s acupuncture was able to take my pain away and I am still pain free! I can’t thank him enough. He also has magic hands and gives great mini massages!
I have been seeing Laith for a couple of months now and am very pleased with the results. My back pain is improved and my legs are much stronger. I had never considered acupuncture until it was recommended to me, and now I see it as a very viable alternative to other therapies.
Laith is a skilled and gifted practitioner. I injured my hips and upper leg muscles in a fire 4 yrs ago. No one was able to help my pain and I was in pain every day, all the time. My MD could not help me.My chiropractor could not help. Physicaltherapy did nothing. Not until I went to see Laith, did I get any relief. Before I went to accupuncture with Laith, I was in constant hip, upper leg and lower backpain. I could not perform the simplest, everyday task without deep and profound pain. But, after one accupuncture treatment by Laith, my pain was alleviated by 80%. Now, after 2 months of accupuncture treatment by Laith, I am 99% pain free! Laith at LAN Acupuncture is my go-to guy for pain relief. Recently had a nagging back/shoulder condition that was giving me severe headaches for three weeks. Finally got smart and went to Laith for help. Immediately started feeling better after my first visit and within a week I was pain free. Always felt he knew exactly what he was doing. I would like to share my 5 Star Review of Lan Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine. To be honest, and upfront I was actually very nervous about going to an acupuncturist. I actually know several, they are just to far to travel. I went to LAN Acupuncture solely based on a recommendation by a friend. I was suffering from ear pain, neck pain and sleepless nights. I generally go to a chiropractor locally, but this pain radiated throughout my shoulder blades and shoulder to the point I was unable to lift my right arm due to the pain I was in.After a couple of treatments , I was able to see a 25-30% increase in movement. The pain was relieved and I was on my way to a more productive movements.I highly recommend this Acupuncturist for your medical needs. He has been able to attend to my ailments and I am happy to say I am 95% of the way to my recovery.
Laith is great! Hes very attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I couldnt make my appointment and he went out of his way to fit me into his schedule the next day when he didnt have to. He provides a positive and calming atmosphere and his treatments are helping to keep my ulcerative colitis in remission. I couldnt ask for more than that. Five well-deserved stars.
I went to LAN Acupuncture as I was suffering from debilitating vertigo and was willing to try anything. Laith was a miracle worker. After the first visit i started to feel better. By the third visit i was able to drive myself to his office. I went for a fourth visit and have not needed to return. I highly recommend Laith if you are suffering from vertigo. It has been five months since my attack and was outside working on a ladder yesterday.
Laith is amazing and really helped me with my back problems and muscle pain. Ive been going to him for a few months and highly recommend him for anyone suffering from any type of pain. I even threw my back out and he was able to help me get back to work two days later!
Update: Had to go to LAN Acupuncture for severe dizziness and vertigo, and Laith was able to make it go away with tui-na, which is like very gentle chiropractory, and very light acupuncture. Amazing.I have consulted many doctors in the Hudson Valley, and only Laith was able to cure my sciatica, fibromyalgia, and anxiety. I am also now able to control my diabetes through diet and lifestyle - no more meds for me.

Bedridden for 10+ years.I’ve seen every Dr. you can think of and gradually, very gradually I’d gotten to the point where I could (kinda) enjoy my life again, albeit being tired all the time while I’m at it!Over the years, I would always, throughout the day, get these waves of fatigue that just came over me and sort of paralyzed me with fatigue. It was horrible, but I forced myself to fight thru it (while crying) or I’d take a nap. I began reading about Acupuncture and how it can really help people who have Chronic Fatigue. I came across LAN Acupuncture while trying to figure out who to go to! Laith, had the best reviews, so I booked my 1st appt and I’m so glad I did. Laith is kind, has a pleasant personality, and is very knowledgeable in all forms of alternative medicine. He worked on me 3 days a week fora couple months and he made the hour trip back and fourth so worth it.I am still not 100% and I don’t think I will ever be, but Laith was able to increase my energy levels quite a bit. I no longer get those horrible waves of fatigue that consumed all of my days.I also used to have extreme dizziness upon standing and this too has mostly disappeared.I don’t need to take naps all the time and I can actually have fun without feeling tired. I moved here from California and was looking for a good acupuncturist. I went online to read reviews, and found Laith. I am so happy that I did!He is very thorough and goes above and beyond. He makes sure to ask questions and find out what is going on. He treated my neck one week and my lower back one week, but also helped me deal with my anxiety and cope with all the stress that we have these days due to COVID-19 stuff and life in general.I highly recommend him.

The best acupuncturist in the area after trying many of them. I have been suffering from menopause and chronic knee/lower back pain. After Laith treated me not only were my menopause symptoms gone, my pain has not returned. If you want to feel better I highly recommend giving yourself over to Laiths wise, compassionate care.
Amazing acupuncturist! As a dentist I sometimes have back issues. I found Laith at LAN Acupuncture when I threw my back out and could not walk. I went to another acupuncturist without seeing any results. Laith, however, immediately diagnosed the problem, pinpointed the area and treated me with amazing results. His knowledge of anatomy is unparalleled and he has gifted hands. When Laith was done with his treatment, I saw immediate results and was able to walk out on my own. If you want to go to an acupuncturist who is truly skilled, I would go to LAN Acupuncture.

Being an outdoor professional, I need some tuning up from time to time. This season I had some tendonitis in my elbow and an issue with my lower back that needed some attention. Laith was great in finding the spots and how to get them on the mend! I have to say I was amazed after walking out after he worked on my back. It felt incredible - my stride was back to where it should be and the pain was gone. If you havent tried acupuncture yet, I highly recommend it and especially with Laith and LAN Acupuncture
Ive had such a great experience here that I wanted to pass it along. I was recently diagnosed (MRI) with 2 bulging discs in my neck and a bicep tear. my biggest issue was pain and range of motion. I chose to try acupuncture first. This experience has been wonderful with 4 treatments under my belt, I can move my head, raise my arm (after 1st treatment), I no longer take Motrin and Im sleeping with no issue. Laith is truly amazing and so knowledgeable. highly recommended
I have a very physical job so aches and pains just seem to be part of life these days. Just one treatment with Laith with acupuncture, slide cupping, and bodywork resolved a nagging constant tightness and ache between my shoulders. I contacted LAN Acupuncture as a last resort to the agonizing pain in my back, legs, neck and neuropathy in my feet. The orthopedic doctor wanted me to get shots; however, after a few months of sessions with Laith I have regained full range of motion! No shots.... perfect solution to the problem. LAN Acupuncture is terrific! 🙂
After 2 sessions I felt a huge difference. Less pains, symptoms and sleep. I actually feel normal again. I will keep going here because a real good acupuncturist is hard to find, one who is also honest and takes the time to get to know your situation. I’m very happy with my healing process here.
As a western medicine doctor, I was very troubled by Laith’s inappropriate and inadequate COVID precautions. If you are high risk I would advise not going to this practice unless he dramatically updates his current methodology. I have been debating posting this as he seems like a nice person however given the current public health crisis I feel compelled to express this concern.
After my primary doctor and an orthopedist left me on my own with some NSAIDS, I decided to return to eastern medicine. It had done wonders for me in the past. My search brought me to Laith who helped me recover from a sports injury and within 2 months returned me to nearly full intensity training!! If you want to live pain free, chooes LAN acupuncture.
I was honestly a little chicken about trying acupuncture. Laiths easy going manner, professional confidence and sense of humor quickly dissolved my concerns. Its really no big deal and remarkably I got relief after just a single treatment!
I’ve been to both locations glen rock and new windsor. Both are relaxing and optimal environment for relaxation. There is nothing Laith can not fix from hair loss neuropathy back pain nausea sinus or migraine. Best non medicinal treatment. He fixes the problem when the drugs doctors prescribe just mask the pain.
I sought treatment for my son and I because we both had been getting sick frequently for many years. We were trapped in a cycle ofAntibiotic use, week of reprieve, week of getting sick, being sick and going to Dr. His nose was always runny and the mucous would eventually turn funky then his cough would become vicious. It’s hard to listen to your kid constantly coughing all night long. I felt like I was failing him, despite our organic, cage free, locally sourced, non-gmo lifestyle. Lol. In all seriousness I tried air humidifiers, over the counter allergy meds, holistic meds, chiropractic care, essential oils, not keeping my kid in a Lysol bubble and frequent hand washing with non antibacterial soap. Several different doctors (including specialists and pediatricians) gave me the same answer. “It’s most likely allergies, which causes congestion, which leads to infection.” So what made me call Laith and ask the question that every potential patient should ask... “Do you think you can successfully treat us?” His cool sign of course! In a sea of gas stations and fast food restaurants-it caught my eyewhile conveying a vital piece of information- most insurance accepted. This and a mother’s desperation/intuition of course. Accupuncture is a commitment. Don’t think you can just come once or twice to see results. I hopeIf you or someone you love is suffering in anyway you call and ask what his success rate is for your particular issue. Laith will give it to you straight.
I have visited on multiple occasions for resolving back pain due to intense workouts and a demanding job. Each visit was left me feeling better. In addition, LAN has always been kind enough to work around my busy schedule.
Anyone who smokes has tried to stop, I did many times, to many times.I knew it was necessary, I thought impossible. You get quality service, the guy knows his stuff, definitely worth going or giving it a try. It is an excellent option if you need to deal with pain. After few treatments I was feeling much better and pain free.

A great place for acupuncture and a very relaxing environment, Laith does an amazing job.
I came in for treatment after my lower back had severely seized up. I could barely stand up from sitting and was in severe pain. I was very stressed out as I had a big job coming up within a week (I am a camera operator, so its a physical job). I went to see Laith 4 times within 5 days to try to calm the spasms. He did cupping and acupuncture and a little bit of bodywork. My pain improved steadily with each visit. In an absolute miracle, I was 80% better in less then a week and was able to complete the 5-day job nearly pain free, including sitting for two cross country flights which just a week earlier would have been unthinkably painful. By the time I finished the job, I was 90% better. I continued seeing Laith weekly and am now 100% better. His approach is a bit different from other acupuncturists. I would describe it as a bit more direct into the pain/trigger points. I would recommend seeing Laith if you are in acute pain. He is a gifted healer.

2022-02-25I have had periodic lower back pain for a long time. About every two years, it gets bad enough I have trouble getting up or walking. Normally it takes 4-6 months for me to recover. LAN Acupuncture provided me nearly immediate relief. I was back on my feet after one session, and after two weeks, Im pretty much back to normal. Laith listens, assesses, and figures out the right solution. He is professional and obviously skilled. Highly recommend.

2022-01-18Lan Acupuncture was my first experience with acupuncture. After months of unsuccessful treatment with physical therapy for tennis elbow my aunt suggested I try accupuncture...I am very pleased with the results. Within the first few treatments the pain was decreasing I was able to sleep comfortably again and get back to work . Meanwhile while my arm was being treated I was acheduled to have surgery to correct a bone spur on my toe ....after several consulations the surgeon kept changing his mind on how to proceed this scared me and when he decided to wanted to Fuse my bones I decided I did not want to loose movement in my toes as I like to paddleboard and do yoga and I would loose some balance that way ....I decided I could live with the bump if I could gain mobility and have reduced pain ....I asked Laith to try acupuncture on my foot ...after one session the pain was alleviated after two I was gaining mobility ....I now feel that I do not need surgery and I am so grateful to Lan acupuncture.....furthermore , treatments are conducted in a soothing and calming environment and Laith is a professional. I highly , highly recommend Lan Acupuncture.

2021-09-06I so appreciated the attention and environment Laith provided with his service. While not my first experience with acupuncture, I was hesitant, being in a new location with an uncertainty of health precautions. The expertise and genuine understanding of my needs that Laith offered were evident in the results of my experience. I felt surprisingly comfortable speaking to him about rather personal concerns, for which he acknowledged with total professionalism and good nature. He also made great effort to accommodate my schedule. I will return in the future and highly recommend LAN Acupuncture.

2021-09-07After going through 3 failed cycles of IVF, Laith was able to help me get pregnant in 2 months completely naturally. Also stopped seeing my therapist and quit taking Zoloft (my own decision), as Laiths wise coaching (he refuses to call it counseling) and simple meditation instructions gave me clarity I needed, and I was able to throw those crutches away for good.So, I am a very happy medication-free mom now, and I cannot recommend LAN Acupuncture enough.

2020-12-11Agree with a review written a couple of years ago about Laiths easy going manner, professional confidence and sense of humor. His treatment for my ailments included a form of Chinese chiropractic adjustment and acupuncture. Remarkable and unexpected was the noticeable improvement to my “night blindness”, my sensitivity to car headlights when driving at night. The sensitivity essentially disappeared after one visit! My initially appointment was for severe pain in my left shoulder. I gained mobility and the area felt better after the first appointment although it did required repeat visits.

2021-10-03Lan Acupuncture was my first experience with acupuncture. After some research I chose acupuncture as a natural treatment for my shoulder pain. I was very pleased with the results. Within the first few treatments the pain was decreasing and I was getting the use of my arm back. The acupuncture was conducted in a soothing and calm environment and Laith was very professional. 2021-09-11I have been to many acupuncturists and by far LAN Acupuncture is the best. Laith (the acupuncturist) is kind, caring and listens to his patients.I suffer with Stage 4 cancer and have severe neuropathy in my feet and legs. Laith (after taking a medical history on me) said he could help me and he certainly has.Laith does his very best to accommodate his patients. I know he has given up his lunch to treat me.I would recommend LAN Acupuncture without hesitation. A 5 star definitely!!!!!

2021-09-07I was so frustrated with getting my pain under control. It seemed like no matter what, I was just expected to live with it. Someone mentioned acupuncture and I am so glad I FINALLY tried it. I was a bit skeptical so I did my research before choosing LAN Acupuncture.. All I can say is after my treatment with Laith, I felt better. Not only physically but I liked that he didnt dismiss my problem like it was not a big deal. He didnt tell me to relax but I actually could with him. I feel better. I trust this method now. Thank you Laith.

2021-09-14After being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis by an Orthopedist and following his prescribed stretches and exercises for two weeks without relief, I began to see Laith in mid August. I saw improvements within two weeks and no longer require a cane. The discomfort has also radically diminished. I expect to meet my goal of dancing at my daughters wedding in early October!

2021-03-01LAN Acupuncture is the best. I cannot recommend them enough, Laith is an absolute pleasure. If you have never tried Acupuncture, which I had not, he is very good at explaining things he is doing and quick to answer any questions I had through out the process. The office is clean and relaxing and the relief was instant - if you are on the fence with giving it a try, go for it. You will not be disappointed.
