Tremendous, outstanding and is always there for us... As a large transportation company with close to 750 vehicles that runs 24/7 we never have to worry cause they are available day and night! They are a pleasure to deal with, the adjustors are friendly and knowledgeable. Kim G is a phone call away and leads a group with years of experience. Lancer is always by our side... 24/7...
I have been dealing with Lancer Insurance for over 15 years with hundreds of clients with them. They are an excellent A- rated company by Bests Review. We have never had an issue with claims or service. I highly recommend them.
We have been insuring our 2 courtesy vehicles with Lancer for a few months now and while we have not had to submit a claim the setup of the policy and customer service have been great. They respond quickly to any questions we have had.
Have been working with lancer for a few years now and they offer a variety of insurance policies for different risks and I had a pleasure of dealing with one of their Marketing reps who is very helpful. As a broker I plan to use them for future insurance needs for my clients.
Accepted liability for a claim which I was not at fault then dropped us refused to renew after five years of service with no losses, do not use this insurance company, I felt like they had stolen my money because when I needed them to defend me they just dropped us.paid the claim and now we have this claim that we were not at fault hanging over our head. Dont use this company.
Very happy with Lancer. We have used them for a couple years and no issues. We have unfortunately had a couple claims and they were the greatest! 5 starts all the way from Atlanta GA
I would rate them as low as they come. They are the biggest con artist...and they work for scumbag scammers. I am appalled by their responses to my car getting broken into while at Jims Auto Body in Bridgeport, CT. The police officer who wrote up the report watched the entire break-in on their surveillance cameras. This was the 3rd part insurance companys claim, reminding you...the break-in is all on tape and the police officer witnessed it:Based on the information I was provided when the claim was reported out insured paid for the broken window out of his pocket, the other damage to the vehicle was not caused by our insured, but was a result of the accident you were in prior to the vehicle being towed, therefore we would not be responsible to repair those damages. In regards to your stolen items, I have reviewed the file with my manager, and have determined there is no liability on my insured’s part based on the facts he did his due diligence by securing the vehicle behind a locked gate.Liz TofalliClaims ExaminerElizabeth Tofalli is a liar and obviously in on the scam or too lazy to do her job. Had a bad limo accident, passengers were hurt and I was convinced that my business was going to go bankrupt. One of the higher ups at Lancer called me and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Sure enough, they pulled through and stayed true to their word, payed everything and even covered somethign that shouldnt have been covered. Whatever it costs, pay more for these guys if your a limo driver its worth it
Had an accident with one of their clients. I am still trying to get through to the adjuster who will check out the car and let me know what is doing. Left early today for holiday without the courtesy of a phone call to let me know that he will follow up thereafter. Hard enough to deal with an accident - the insurance company is the pits!!
One of their clients hit me in September and I am still trying to get in contact with the adjuster. Christine Rojas is her name, I have left her multiple messages and not once have I received a phone call back. Everyone should hope never to have to work with these people.
**WARNING** If you get hit by this company.. just get a lawyer!! The workers in the office are old, and very disrespectful!! Retirement isn’t first on their list ((even though it should be.)).. I tired to be very nice, and she did not even care smh.. you cant reach anyone when you want to, they’re the ones that get back to you.. they even switch my adjuster from a lady to a terrible guys that likes to play dirty and keeps you on the phone ((he tries to find out how stupid you are, and how little you know)).. hes going to offer you money too.. I broke my F***ing hand and he offered me “A couple hundred dollars” ((those are his words)).. i never felt so violated, and disrespected in my life! STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUY!! “You get what you pay for” I cant believe this!!!
I have worked with Lancer for over 20 years and they have always worked with my agency and my clients. The people at Lancer go above and beyond for the client.
Lancer is a great company to work with. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always there to help. I would highly recommend them.
If you talk only to a claims examiner, you will be left with the impression that this is a greedy, unresponsive bunch of fast-talkers. The executive office staff is, however, somewhat nicer.

2022-01-10Beware: New Ventures trucking coverage, beware! Dont waste time requesting a quote, move onward.I submitted a request for a commercial long haul trucking quote for a client. They responded in less than 24 hours, not with a quote, but with info that should have been posted on their website in an effort to maintain transparency.Your company does not meet our Underwriting Guidelines –* Age of Driver – Drivers must be at least 25 years or older.* This authority is new, that makes it a new venture.* With Lancer Insurance the Owner must be the driver for a New Venture policy.* With Lancer Insurance New Ventures are limited to only one driver(owner) and one tractor for the first year of the policy.__Scratch this one off...whos next in line, hmmm?

2021-01-20Ive been with lancer with 2yrs now and about to renew my policy again. Me and my agent had some words about them not dropping my rates but I checked others and they were around the same cost. The difference is when I needed lancer to help with a flooded truck they didnt question it they paid it right away we got the truck repaired and its still on road today. My truck is 15yrs old they want an inspection on it yearly now which dont bother me since we keep it up. Ive found that after they gave me a renewal qoute they didnt raise it on me kept it fair. Loyalty to me is worth more then saving few dollars. Thanks lancer for being good to me and my company.

2021-02-19If you have them and you need to get money from a different insurance company then they will be great. However, if you have insurance with them and someone who is insured by them hit your car while it was parked then they will try to not pay you and make you wait months before you get paid.From personal experience. Also business is still down and commercial vehicles are not been on the road for a while but they wont allow to lower liability to less than 1 million dollars and makes pay same premiums as if you are working which is crazy. Other companies are much easier to deal with and provide flexibility to help out business owners during this difficult time.

2020-09-18I had 3 trucks and trailer with this company for 1 full policy year. At the end of the policy I did not renew and found a cheaper policy else where and signed with the different company. LanceR is falsely claiming I renewed with them, even though I signed nothing and my broker even knew I didnt renew with LANCER. Now they are going after me with collections for $2500 when I never not pay my insurance in full day one of my policy year. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Rates look good at first but they go after you in the long run. STAY AWAY!!!

2020-04-15Lancer Insurance Company is a Fraud at its greatest!!!! They have no problem taking your premium or monthly payments but you better not have a claim because they are the worse at investigating and settling. In their eyes the owner and drivers are always at fault!!! Please take your business elsewhere because they may have affordable rates but its because they dont have any intentions on paying any claims.

2019-04-17As a broker, my office has been placing business with Lancer for 10+ years. They have been a great market for so many of our clients over the years. Competitive premiums, good claims service, and responsive underwriting. They are a local company that we can trust. I am writing this review because one of our clients suffered a claim last month and our client was impressed with the way the claim was handled; helping him repair the damage to his store and keep his business going.

2019-04-18Im an insurance broker and Ive been dealing with Lancer for around 5 years. The staff is great. Always willing to help answer as many questions as you can throw at them. They have a wide range of products and their prices are competitive. Never had any claim issues and I like the fact that are a local company, AmBest rated, and have a dedicated team working together to help us write business.

2019-04-18As an insurance broker for 20+ years, many business relationships have been formed with numerous companies. Lancer is one company that is at the top of the list to work with. The customer service and accounting staff are pleasant. Policy pricing is very reasonable. The underwriters goals to have a personal relationship with their brokers is a big plus!
