Very nice and fun place but its suitable mostly for the older kids more than the toddlers and a bit expensive cant really get much toys for the kids.
What a fun place!! It is great for kids and parents alike. You get good sight lines of the kids from any spot, so you can feel safe.Clean venue - from the play area to the bathrooms, they keep it spotless.Staff is kind, fun and helpful. They accommodated our special requests for the food and took care of the lost tickets.Try the bumper cars - worth every token!!
This is definitely more of an arcade place for children 5 + The soft gym was okay although its difficult for children under 3 to climb and reach the slides. My 2 year old was confined to only the bottom two tiers. He did have a good time just exploring around. Perhaps Ill revisit once my son is older. For those with children under 3, I dont recommend.
We had an amazing experience. Olga was absolutely patient and sweet. The food was delicious. Seafood, mixed grills, grilled potatoes, salads, blintzes with meats, wow!!! the place, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly. I highly Recommend booking your next kids event here.
Nice Alternative to going to the park especially when the weather is bad, also a great spot for parties of all kinds, we recently had a party for our 2 boys and Land O Fun takes care of everything for you, the kids love this place!
Cool center, great manager, super great staff. celebrate my sons birthday, everything was cool, the children are happy, everyone wants to return as soon as possible and even celebrate the birthday of their grandmothers there. thank you very much for such attention to your guests . My daughtes birthday celebration 2018 was lackluster...the party room was hot with the AC not working. Microphone was not working. We had to make the announcments at some occasions. Owner did not suggest or offer/provide a discount after being made aware. The package was pricy with all the add ons. We made our party favor bags but they told us that we had purchase theors in order to give ours to the kids....last year it was so much better.

Love this place!!!!! Did here Birthday Parties for my kids, was invited for others birthday parties and coming here a lot just for play day with my kids.Big, CLEAN, blast for kids all ages!!!! Have 3 kids my own -9,12&14 years old they love to come here and play arcades, ride on bumper cars, doing build a bear, my daughter love their spa salon for girls. Now they have Virtual Reality- fun for kids and adults!!!!!!Some people complaining 15$ or 20$ its expensive to enter the facility 😳 I prefer to pay 15$ and spend fun & quality time with my kids @ safe, warm and clean place than spend 10$ and go to garbage places. Workers here super friendly and always will help you and resolve the issue. The point that they not letting you bring food, drinks or other stuff from outside absolutely understandable. This is part of their business so why would they do so???? When you go to the movie theater they also not letting you bring inside food or drinks. I think its absolutely normal!!!! Highly recommend the place!!!! 👍👍👍
Great place for kids party! I did my daughter’s 3rd Birthday there. The place is awesome. It’s got everything for your munchkins: 3-level soft playground, video and arcades, bumper cars, cannon balls and more... They offer a lot of packages you can choose from depending on your budget and type of activity you may have interest for. The food is reasonably priced! They also offer outside caterings, which is great!!! Overall experience was satisfying! I would recommend... Give it a try, I bet your child will love this place.

I wasted money in a Lyft going there only for the place to be closed on a bright sunny Wednesday afternoon last week at 3pm. Just wanted my babies to have some fun. The most upsetting things is besides the wasted money for the Lyft is that I checked on google to see if the place is open. I also called but got no answer or Vmail, so I figured they were just busy. Nope theyre closed. Whats even crazier is I found out about this place from groupon because theyre selling discounted tickets from last week and now as I right this! Thats the only reason I remembered to leave this review. Have better customer service!!

HORRIBLE ! I would give 0 stars especially since I didn’t make it in !! The place was closed despite purchasing tickets on Groupon, and it showing it as open both their and on Google (10am-9pm). I wasted a total of $120 because of this situation, not to mention the disappointed kids. Will be requesting a refund. First & last experience !
Just had my sons 3rd birthday - and Im very happy with the package and the attentive service of the staff. YES, its expensive, but so most of other places. I had the VIP package (the simplest one) but all the kids had a blast, and the parents enjoyed it too. The two girls who were hosting my party (dont remember their names) were AWESOME!!!! they were very kind, patient and attentive to evey kid. They did very nice job with the face painting. The Disco Room was one of the most exciting places, the kids enjoyed the dancing, jumping and the games. Ill be honest, upon reading the bad reviews I got super worried, and it was late to cancel, so I didnt expect much. However, I was very surprised to find out it all wasnt true. Maria (the owner) came up to me few times during the party to make sure i was satisfied, the staff were constantly there, cleaning, refilling food, drinks and asking if we needed anything else. They even packed up the food and cake that was left. The whole party, I didnt need to ask for anything, and look for anybody. Its as if they read my mind and did everything as needed and expected - Excellent Customer Service!!! Definitely recommend!Thank you Maria, and all the Land O Fun Staff for unforgettable birthday experience for my son and us all.

Best indoor center to celebrate birthday parties and just come to play. My 2 kids really love this place. They like to ride bumper cars, play arcade machines, bowling. Pizza is very delicious here. The place is big and always clean. Highly recommend it!!!!!
We had a great time ! A bit pricey once u get in, food , attractions and tokens etc but the kids & I had a great time for my sons birthday . Went on Sunday evening , place was calm so we got to play and do whatever we wanted when we wanted with no lines or waiting for others , which was great because my son literally played bowling 25 times in a row. Customer service was great also ! Would go back again
We used this place several times on different occasions: B-day parties, Graduation parties and always it was more than we expected! The staff is always friendly and helpful. We dont need to lift a finger: everything is ready to go: serving food, cutting cake, announcing activities. Kids go crazy for bumper cars! This place is perfect for any size of your party. I would definitely recommend it for B-Day parties and or play dates etc. Come and see for yourself!
Land-O-Fun Hosted my sons 6th Birthday party on December 17, 2017. The staff was amazing and the children had a great time. From Disco to Bumper cars, and Pizza to ice-cream cake. Everything was A+++. The best part was the staff. Very accommodating and excellent with the children.Just remind guest to be on time and check GPS as parking is difficult and some GPS units send people on the other side of the belt parkway.Great place to host children parties.
Amazing place! I had my sisters birthday here and it was ana amazing experience! The staff was wonderful, they were with the kids all the time and accommodated us with everything that was needed. There were so many things that were included with the party: disco, unlimited pizza, drinks, bumpercars, bubble machine and much much more. Cleanest place Ive been too. Highly recommended!!
This is the favorite place to celebrate my daughters birthday. Last year we celebrated here for the first time, we loved it and decided to do it again. They surprised us with more variety of fun activities. My daughter and all our guests were extrimely happy. We’ll definitely coming back next year. Thank you!
We had a wonderful birthday celebration at Landofun for our 5 yo daughter! All our requests were addressed. Thank you to amazing staff and hostess. We are coming to the place regularly as kids really like spending time there. Highly recommended to all kids 👍
An over priced version of Chuck E. Cheese. The staff is great. Parking is not easy. Food needs help. Game machines are ok in price. Kids rewards desk is horrific, unfair, and ruins the whole experience at the end. After spending a ton of money on winning tickets $70 or so all my kid could get as a reward was a pencil and an eraser.... killed all her hope of getting a toy. Taking 2 stars off just because of that counter.
Really small indoor place for kids to have fun. There is an entrance fee of $10 for everyone and everything inside is more money (except the place place). The activities are expensive so be ready to spend a few dollars. They do limit the amount of people entering, but it still gets crowded. Overall not the best place, but kids have a lot of fun.
Its expensive as freak. Some packages dont let the kids play some activities. So, to participate in every activity you have to pay almost $1000.00. $295.00 will get you the fun area. All in all the kids had fun but was limited.
I am usually not the type to write these types of comments but I have had an awful experience celebrating my sons birthday at this location. Although my childs birthday was in May, I still run into parents from the birthday party who are in shock from the service observed that day. The girls hired are very unprofessional, and are there just to socialize amongst each other ( at least the girls who were assigned to our room). For the amount of money that I spent, it was very disappointing. The tables remained dirty the entire time. I could not find the girls assigned to our room. I had to chase them to ask for food, plates, cups and refills. It was so embarrassing. I have never seen anything remotely close to this .
The absolute nastiest people I have ever encountered. I had a party for my daughter there this weekend my worst mistake. This cost $1,000 for flat soda, crappy pizza ( they charge by the pie however their pie is 6 slices and they dont even tell you). The hostesses dont interact with the children. The nasty owner took the party bags behind the counter and wouldnt let me give it to the kids at the end of the party because they say no outside food. Ok. I understand. But to tell me to give it to them outside while it was pouring raining. One of my guests overheard her practically harassing a women who had a bag in her hand (which was a change of clothes for her child) the owner wanted to make sure she didnt have food in the bag. This place is a joke!! I had plenty of parties other places and hostesses and owners are usually a pleasure. Never again would I give this place a dime.
Great fun place. My son had a blast there. Also very honest... While playing with my son on the slides and all my earring fell off and I only noticed after I got home. I called them and they found it and put it on the side for me. This is what you call honesty!!!!!
One of the best places to kill sometime with the kids .. small but wealthy with fun stuff .. clean and affordable..and they are not stingy on tickets they are easy on the kids . And you dont have to worry about the kids always within eye reach so you can relax on the tables instead of having to follow them around...
Its almost a year i wanted to go there with my 2 year old but cuz of reviews i always postponed. Today I went there and my experience was fantastic I dont know why people are talking so bad about them. Its the perfect place of little ones cuz its not crowded like chukkee cheese. I just love the staff and all games although its little expensive but worth it. My son loved the bowling, bumper cars and all other games. Now I will go regularly there cuz in chukkee cheese we have to wait for every game as my son is 3 yr old and doesnt understand and cant wait for almost 30 mint for some games. In land of fun he doesnt have to wait for play. Thank u and i recommend it to all
Awesome place for all ages. I have 4 kids: 10 years old, 8 and 4. They all enjoy this place a lot! There are activity centers for all. We had numerous amounts of Bday Parties there and it is always wow from set up to service! Fun!!

Catered to smaller children aka tiny tikes. Not enough of games. Tight space. Bumper cars were down. Games are rigged. Regular arcade issues. My kid still managed to have a somewhat decent time. Dont think we will be back though.
Save your time and cash!Horrible place and defiantly a rip off!21.00 for entrance per kid! Includes literally 1 ride and the rest are with tokens needed! And we were not told that before payment. As soon as we entered we were greeted by the women that works there and we asked how much and she replied “It’s for $21 with the bumper car (keep in mind they can only go once on them) and we were not told so. She then says GIVE ME $21, very unprofessional. Her biggest concern was for her to get the money from us then she just left. (they have a no return policy) We then had to figure it out ourselves that Tokens are sold separately and each game is 4 tokens each. Unbelievable. Disgusting greedy human beings!!!! Oh and did I mention how horrible and unprofessional the employees were.? I felt so unwelcomed there and couldn’t wait to leave!!! So disgusted with this place and the people that work there. Oh and all the extra rooms were closed.
Good variety of arcade machines and various other activities for kids. Good for birthday parties of course. The staff is friendly. There are many places just like this though. They all follow the same generic formula.
It should be call Land-O-No Fun!!! It’s expensive to play one game 4 tokens ,It’s dirty!! They charge you a $15 fee to just to get in!! For nothing!!! A lot of the games was broken the place is small and the food takes forever to come not even good food,plus you have to order a pie just to eat pizza no single slice.Words can’t explain how horrible this place is..Not Happy 😡Kids not happy =No Fun! ..I’m a mom who loves to have fun with her kids and I could be a big kid myself but this place my inner kid didn’t even want to attempt to play nor want.The workers are lazy as well.My kids was so disappointed!!!! and as a lovin mom So was I very much so.Don’t waste ur money or time..And on top of there’s no refunds!
We had celebrate 2 birthdays there while 2years. Both times we was concerned with service. They give not enough time to play before party. Stuff always rushing to finish. We get gest present just after half of the gest left.No apologies . Otherwise ones in a year kids love to spend time there.
Kids working here. The face paint looks like a 5 yr olds art work. The foods terrible. Unorganized. I went for a kids birthday party and the food was brought at separate times to each table.

I hate writing bad reviews but this place just didnt feel right.First off they charge $15 to get in for a child because they have a bounce house but they wouldnt give any tokens With that $15 charge.Second of all the games were all a dollar every single game. maybe Im an old timer (not really) when I was a kid games were a token or two at any arcade.Third complaint: the prizes were mostly bootleg stuff you can buy for a dollar at any second hand shop.I just didnt like this place for the start, sure kids in this neighborhood need enjoyment and a place to unwind but why should the parents be ripped off?Only one good thing came out of this experience, the machine doodle jump gives out 500 tickets if you win. Easy as pie.Take your kids to Coney island, at least there the rides are worth the $6.
This is an amazing party place. The Spa Package is a golden finding for all growing princesses there are! The staff is super friendly. The food is super tasty!!! If I could give this place a 10, I would happily do that!!!
We did my daughters birthday here and it was a big big mistake. There was 3 kids who was trying to do something and nobody from management. For the money they charge at last provide some service. Dont do birthday here it is rip off
I am currently at this place and it’s horrible and overpriced. This place is not for little kids under 3, there’s only a very very tiny play area for little kids 2. I can barely feel the air conditioner. I wish I could get back my money for my 1 year old who’s not able to enjoy anything.
I don’t know why they place ice cream right front of the doors and making kids mad with it. I know they can see ice cream in other place too, but here kids hanging for a while and always problems because of the ice cream. I know making money and marketing is important, but it’s very unprofessional in this case.
Friendly nice kids play place. So much to choose from for any kid for any age. They have cool birthday packages, such as space glow in the dark room. Or you can just come in and enjoy random games.

Attended a kids party there last weekend, the kiddos definitely enjoyed themselves, the staff super friendly.. has alot of activities going on for kids of all ages from toddler to older kids with the arcade games, will definitely be booking this place for my boys birthday parties!

This place is GARBAGE‼️‼️ Total RIP OFFSo infuriating to think we payed $200. charched us for our cake (35$) that we had brought AND 20$ worth of tokens is spent in 3 min. All the games are 4 tokens and UP! The place is soo small. The bumper cars were the only thing that was actually good. And not even because its small and cramped and only lasts for a minute and half. The games are TRASH as well. For the buck you pay you can go to chuckee chesse for half the cost and 4x what you get here. Do Not Fall For This Place‼️ Its only to profit their business. You can easily go to Mcdonals the one with the indoor munkey gym and half 2x as more funn than this place. ONCE again PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLACE‼️
This place is overpriced and not worth the money . I had a party here I was offered unlimited pizza and soda I got 2 pizzas that werent enough and 3 pitchers of water . I was offered half an hour in the green room and only got 10 minutes so we were only allowed to play about 5 songs because the food wasnt enough I had to order more food Which also wasnt enough so I was forced to order more to entertain my guest I also had to buy tokens for all my guests the machines didnt even give off enough tickets to even buy a simple price this place is not worth it DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

This place is very small looks nothing like the pictures, only around 10 machines which 3 don’t work, all except 1 machine gives around 10 tickets and the prizes are way more.... my family spent 30 dollars on tokens and got only 293 tickets.... then got two plastic toys.
Great place to bring your kids. I bring my son all the time. We had his 4th birthday party here. Everyone loved it. I highly recommend it for a good indoor place in Brooklyn

This place is a very expensive version of Chucky Cheese. They charge $15 per child just to get in, and $5 more if you want Cannon balls game or Bumper car ride. Also they do not tell you ahead that you must wear socks, and sell them there in case you did not know that. All games are 4 times more expensive that Chucky Cheeses and your $20 worth of tokens runs out in 3 minutes.

Horrible service, machines eat more coins than suppose to,employees dont want to work, were seating in the office,when I asked for help made such a face,mad like why are they being bothered. When I asked to pay for ice cream I had to ask someone to come ring me because no one is available and she was too busy texting. So rude. Horrible. Never coming back
There are teens working there one my birthday went to the dancing room and we gave our her grandma‘s phone and grandpa’s phone The team put it in the wrong one and it broke two phones so then my father put his phone and puts his phone in the right one if you go to this please please do not trust the teens to put your phone to play music only if they actually know and did it before.

Its unfortunate that you cant get to try a place out when they say its open but unfortunately its closed. Dont know if its due to pandemic but you took my money for tickets. At least have the courtesy to tell if its still closed to public

We celebrated my sons birthday. Rented a private room. We had a very good time. Kids loved it there.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. We got here all the way from new jersey and called to make sure they were open..which they said until 8pm. We arrived at 735pm and they were closed, why wouldnt they tell me that when I called earlier? I highly do not recommend this place
This place is very active, full of different intertainments for kids, my daughter loves going there.. the personall team is very friendly..However, some of the game mashines are not working and just take your money, and when confronted to the working girl there, she just raise her shoulders and looks indifferent...private parties are cool but overprised...besides that, its a cool place to go for few hours..we go there sometimes

Fun place for kids. Usually take my kids there when the weather is cold, they have fun, playing acrades and running around.

2022-04-09Very fun place for kids but better for the older ones not toddlers as it is too loud. There is a whole arcade section. Major disadvantage is a lack of parking for the drivers, and the premises dont offer any parking space. Food was surprisingly good, we ordered pizza and ice cream cake was good. The service was not bad given that they were busy as well with so many kids running around.

2021-07-28The place was very clean. The owner Ms. Olga was very nice. I was able to bring in my own tablecloth and paper goods that matched my sons birthday theme (a lot of places don’t allow it) the hostess we had Maria was very sweet and helpful. My son and the other children loved the games. The kids loved the pizza, the ice cream cake was great. It was fun great for family and such a wonderful vibe. Thank you very much for my sons birthday.

2022-02-27Good place for kids fun activities like soft ball bumper cars for 7$ and cannonballs for 6$ and they also have VR for 7$ and more arcade games and birthday party options and wax hands in 10$ for child and 12$ for adult.they have food like pizza fries burgers and so on and also they allow if someone wanna bring or order from outside like halal or kosher food.bring cash with you because if you buy tokens with card instead cash you will get less in same price you will get more token if you buy in cash. toddler play area and staff is very cooperative attentive and friendly.they close at 8 pm.

2021-12-12Land-O-Fun is a nice place to celebrate you child birthday or just to take the kids out to have a fun for the day they will arrange a package for you and a menu for the kiddies for their special day and plenty of game and dumper cars, jungle gym all in one place

2022-05-03Its an Okay place for your kids to enjoy themselves whilst you sit back and relax. This place isnt the cleanest indoor park. The price for getting tokens in order to use the Arcade is somewhat fair. The food here is good, and Overall, this indoor park is an Okay place to take your kids.

2022-04-23Place is a joke. Staff is rude. I saw a picture of mozzarella sticks on the wall and asked for an order of that. The person at the register told me that the wall isn’t the menu and to look at the paper menu. The paper menu had mozzarella sticks on it too. Smh. She then tells me my total and acts like I don’t know what .23 cents is. She tells me, “it’s just a quarter” as I’m looking in my purse for change. I’m speaking perfect English, so the insult isn’t/ wasn’t warranted. Pizza for the party was said to be out in 15 minutes and that 15 minutes turned into 35 mins. Kids were cranky and parents of the kids were getting restless. I invited them and felt bad. I would have tipped the party attendant if I didn’t have to serve food to my own party room and ask for napkins and drinks that should have with the package I paid for. Manager Olga thinks she is something special by telling me not to request items unless I am the parents of the kid who’s party it is. But I’m standing next to the father of the child. Female Attendants are rude. The male ones were fine. But it is terrible how they treat people in here.

2022-02-22We attended a birthday party here. My two year old had a blast. He could not play many games but he loved the ball pit and the multi story climbing structure. He spent over an hour climbing and running around. From now on this is our new destination for rainy days.Update 6 months later: my son is 3year old now. He can climb everything on his own. He enjoys this place much more. He plays some video games now. This is still a perfect place for a cold and wet day.
