This is a phenomenal dealership with the best customer service I have ever experienced from a dealer. Julie in Sales was exceptional and made the whole process easy, but more importantly fun. She went above and beyond to make our purchase feel special. Frank the finance manager was excellent, and explained everything in great detail. From top to bottom this dealership is one of the best. Whether you are local, or a couple hours away from them, they are absolutely the place to go! No games, no gimmicks, and an amazing experience overall. I am proud to say where I bought my car when people ask me! Thanks again

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Albany Jaguar/Land Rover. There is a reason for that. In a single word, that reason is excellence. Much like a coach, I attribute this to Land Rover’s “coach”, Andy Reed. Everyone at the dealership is extremely helpful and pleasant. Dare I say, I think this team enjoys working for their coach. I have been a customer for 5 years now, and thoroughly enjoy each visit. If you are ever in need of or just desire a Land Rover, this is the best LR dealer in the Northeast. My only regret about this review is that I cannot leave a six star review.....they will work hard to not only make you happy but also to keep you happy.Very Sincerely, TL & CM

Uniquely pleasant experience at this dealership. I brought my RR in for a recall. Not only was the recall item resolved, but the service dept noticed my expiring NY State Inspection and proactively completed the inspection as a complementary service. Of course, they also threw in a Car Wash. I walked out with zero charge. Excellent inexpensive way to ensure a happy customer.

My status as a military serviceman member was recognized and upon arrival; I was warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. I love the charm of Land Rover Albany, absolutely outstanding, and does not give you the routine chain dealership vibe at all.Every employee I encountered was delightful and eager to help. They went above and beyond to help make my routine maintenance comfortable & enjoyable. The service was exceptional, high-quality, top notch, and not to be beat! This excellent dealer site was clean, and very convenient…and the atmosphere was special with a great ambiance.Overall, Land Rover Albany exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my professional colleagues and military Soldiers. I will certainly continue business and service at this location. All respect for the general manager, who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent reception…thank you so much!

Kristina was wonderful! I’ve owned several Range Rovers in the past… there is no denying that they are cool cars… but I’ve never been satisfied with service until now. Kristina handled all of my maintenance issues with courtesy and competence. Thank you for excellent service.. the true measure of a car dealership!

Short version: Capital Luxury Cars quickly helps passing travelers to attend a distant family meet up. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.Thank you so much!!!Long version: We were on I-87 northbound, cross-country traveling in our 2016 diesel Sport when the warning that we would not be able to restart the car in 248 miles because of “incorrect diesel exhaust fluid quality detected”. Luckily we still had phone connection to search the internet for on road fixes. We tried many things but nothing worked. It was 60 miles to Albany and the nearest Land Rover dealer: Capital Luxury Cars.It was a Friday afternoon when we pulled in and they really took care of us. They updated the software and gave the car the once over. We could not spare time for them to do a more thorough job because we were headed to a family meet up in the North Country. We we’re back on the road in 90 minutes!We left knowing that it might happen again but to drop by on the return trip if it did. Several days pass and on the return trip about 150 miles after the reset, the warning came back starting the countdown. Calling ahead this time we visited the same dealership and it only took 30 minutes to reset us and to get us back on the road. We drove more than 200 miles home after dropping one family member off at a NJ train station. The warning has not returned. But we can get it to our local dealer for a deeper dive into the problem.

This service department is absolutely the best Ive ever experienced.They are professional, absolutely prepared for their customers and kind beyond description. What’s particularly amazing is how deep there talent level is, given our current economy.Christina, my service representative, worked with me to support my Land Rover repair beyond the call of duty. She handled the ordering of parts and provided help in many ways that were clearly beyond her job scope. I think there was no aspect of the dealership she was not capable of performing at the highest level.Chris, the service manager, was also available and engaged. He Even picked me up when the shuttle driver was busy. In addition, treated with amazing fairness when the bill was presented. These people dont hide in their office after shuttling you into the waiting room like most places. They made me feel like I was the only customer in the dealership.To me, this is a text book example of how great organizations will gain market share, even with with limited staff and crazy inflation.When Everybody pitches in and they do what ever it takes, the customer experience is better than ever because of it. Keep up the great work guys. Im a customer for life.

Service has always been good at this dealership. I’ve owned to land rovers over the years and while I didnt buy them at this dealership because they are not competitive on price with some of the bigger city dealerships they have provided excellent service the few times I’ve used it
