I was researching a Land Rover Discovery stopped in at Huntington Land Rover and worked with Richard Cappetta . Richard explained all the options that were available at the time I placed my order . Under the current conditions with semi conductor shortages I wasn’t expecting delivery until March 2022 . I placed the order 1 st week of October and the truck arrived last week of December 2021 with all the options I ordered . Richard and staff were very professional expediting delivery of the vehicle . They explained all the features in great detail . I am very happy with my purchase !! A 5 star crew !!

Dishonest, Unscrupulous, shady & underhanded behavior.Will provide brief recap in this review, for full details including invoices & audio/video files please see formal complaint filed on the Better Business Bureau website and with the Suffolk County Dept of Consumer Affairs.It seems that the GM John L is a professional pitch man, as are his subordinates Matt the Service Manager & Steve A the Service Writer.Purchased full size CPO Range Rover with 22k miles & clean Car Fax report. Additionally purchased from dealer a full coverage bumper to bumper Land Rover warranty to cover vehicle for duration of loan. After the purchase we were informed by our State Farm agent that there was a $46,000.00 repair made to this vehicle that WAS NOT DISCLOSED by the dealer !!Vehicle developed a loud tick in the front of the motor around 50k. After 2 weeks at Huntington dealership awaiting diagnosis I was told they can hear it but can’t figure it out.I told them there was a TSB for my vehicle VIN# regarding the High Pressure Fuel Pumps making sound as heard. I also insisted that I felt that it was the timing chain making the noise.6 weeks later & after 4 trips back and forth they replaced the fuel pumps under warranty. They REFUSED to detail the repair on the invoice & falsely stated on said invoice that repair was refused by my wife (owner of vehicle). After arguing with the GM he finally told them to revise verbiage on invoice. I do not know what they were trying to hide, but it was obvious that they did not want it in writing.The very next day we started vehicle and it was making the exact same noise that they claimed to have repaired. Back to the dealership & insisted that the GM John & SM Matt come outside & listen to vehicle. They compared it to another like vehicle onsite and admitted that although they hear the noise & it obviously has an issue, the vehicle part hasn’t fully failed so they cannot fix it !! John also refused my request to have a Rep from JLR contact me or to come listen to vehicle.Took vehicle to Freeport/Garden City Land Rover dealershipEngine noise quickly Diagnosed as a BAD TIMING CHAIN & TENSIONER, fully repaired under warranty within 10 Days !!l
Absolutely the best dealership and car buying experience Ive ever had. I was treated very professionally by my sales consultant Kevin Sharkey and the finance manager Tarek Hadidi. They were courteous, professional, attentive, and truly put the customer first, and always had a big genuine smile on their face. I will certainly make the 40 plus minutes drive to do business with this dealership again. I highly recommend this dealership to Anyone, and I plan on buying more vehicles from them in the future!

I went into Land Rover Huntington to get info about a New Range Rover Evoque.. I met with Fred Steinberg one of the sales rep at the dealership.. He is truly Amazing individual. Fred is very courteous knowledgeable and patient. I did my research about the vehicle and had many questions. He never made me feel uncomfortable at any time and I never felt pressured. What an Awesome experience, I would highly recommend him to my family and friends He’s truly and asset to your company..
Beautiful store! Not like walking into a typical car dealership. Its more like walking into someones greatroom. People are friendly. They know what theyre talking about. Everything is simple, clear, easy to understand.Nice selection . . . including pre-owned. The I-Pace Jaguar is really impressive, btw.Have heard theres a new manager at the store. Hes doing it right!

This dealership took care of us. When you arrive there, look for Richard Cohen! He is the great salesman that helped my girlfriend and I out. He was honest and broke down what we are paying for. He was a pleasure to have as a salesman! We bought a 2013 Mazda CX-5 and it looks like they take very good care of their cars. Next time I need a car, I am going there again!
I just picked up my 2018 Velar from JLR Huntington. and couldn’t have been happier with the sales experience. One of the smoothest and least complicated car purchases I’ve ever had.I came across the car I was interested in (R-Dynamic HSE, white/tan, 2.0 turbo 4) on Autotrader and made an appointment for a test drive later in the week. I worked with Kevin Sharkey in the sales department. He brought the car around and let me and my wife take it for a spin. We took a nice drive and, when we returned to the dealership, we agreed that I would go home and consider it. Kevin wasn’t the least bit pushy and politely said he would call me the next day.Not wanting to lose out on a good deal, I phoned Kevin the following afternoon and, after a few calls worth of negotiating, we settled on (what I feel) is a very fair and reasonable number for the car. We spoke and texted several times over the next week and I requested a few changes to the agreement (I’d first decided to trade in a vehicle but then changed my mind) and delivery date. The dealership was always accommodating and made everything easy for me.My wife and I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend this dealership. We’d especially suggest that you ask for Kevin if you appreciate a smooth and easy purchase/delivery experience.Shout out to Michael who patiently and courteously spent 20 minutes with my wife and I reviewing and explaining how to use all of the car’s complex technology!

Absolute 5-star experience at Land Rover Huntington. I never write reviews but this one was worth the time. Originally, I went to Land Rover Huntington to check out the new Range Rovers to see if that would be a good vehicle for me. I was in no hurry to make a decision. I was introduced to Sales Guide Kevin Sharkey who really went above and beyond. There was no pressure, he listened to me, communication and response time was clear and fast. Kevin’s experience, knowledge and transparency personalized my experience and is why I ultimately decided to move forward with a 2022 Range Rover Sport that same day. He located exactly what I wanted and delivered by the promise date. There were no last-minute surprises, and the final price was exactly as discussed. I highly recommend Kevin Sharkey if you are in the market!
Great experience in leasing, servicing and returning my Range Rover Sport with Land Rover of Huntington!!! If you are interested in getting a Land Rover or Jaguar vehicle this is where you want to go. They are terrific, especially Eric Molbegat. Having owned/leased numerous vehicles in the past I can say it was the best experience I have ever had, hands down! Eric is extremely knowledge across all of the vehicle offerings, extremely communicative, answering his phone every time I had to call. Most of all he is no nonsense, super fast getting things done and extremely fair with giving the customer the best value and price!!! Whether you are leasing, buying or returning you vehicle you want to see Eric at Land Rover Huntington. He really provided me with my best experiences ever! Even when I was returning my Range Rover at the end of the lease and not getting another Land Rover vehicle he gave me the same friendly, no nonsense and amazing customer service. I bought pre owned certified and the experience was great. They treat you like its a new car. In fact, anyone in sales can sell new or pre owned. Kevin Sharkey its the man to see, he knows his stuff and isnt pushy. He also made the process easy. The picture here is the day it was returned from lease. Kevin called me the second in came in because it was an awesome truck. When I picked it up it could easily be mistaken for new!
Worst experience ever with the service department. They do not respond to my questions. They do not address customers concerns about the vehicle. Instead of addressing the reason for my service appt all u get is a text saying my car is ready to be picked up. When I ask if they figure out the issue I did not get any answer or response from them. I even had issues when I purchased my truck… I left multiple messages for my sales rep and never received a response. They don’t seem to care about customer concerns. I will NEVER buy a car there again. I will continue with Mercedes and BMW because their service is top notch. Shame on how this location is bringing down the name for Landrover. We are British citizens and expected top notch service for this company
Sales person Mel was terrific and the sales process was top notch. We previously had leased a Jaguar from Mel three years ago and it was such a good experience we came back when it was time to get a new car. This time we got a Discovery Sport. Sadly thats where the good ends, a week after we got the car the check engine light came on. Getting any service was next to impossible. Forget actually talking to a service person and they never call you back when they say they will. First available appointment was 3 weeks later and 2 days after that the check engine light came on again and now I cant get an appointment for 3 more weeks. I am quite disappointed with the service. Sales was so good, service is like a budget used car lot, really poor.Edit to update: There is a new Service Manager named Devin (hope I spelled it correctly) who really stepped up and got things taken care of. I understand things can go wrong but I also understand when a business gets the right guy in place to set things right. Looks like they have.
The purchase experience was excellent. We worked with Mel and highly recommend him if he is still there.Service is absolutely horrible. Service department does not match the vehicle quality by any means. First time I brought my Land Rover in to see if I could have a hitch installed for bikes, the service rep asked me if my husband was around.Now rain water is leaking through the air bag panels after it rains. I’ve called the service department three times this week to schedule an appointment because a regular body shop cannot repair this issue. Every time I call, the reception tells me no one is available at the moment, but she will leave a note for someone to call me back so I can schedule a service appointment. So I have been chasing them for a week with no call return 🤷♀️
I purchased a Range Rover Velar from out of state and my experience with Ronald Lazo was great. He took care of me from beginning to end and was always available for any questions I had. He made this process as smooth as it could possibly be, considering I live in the Chicago area and wasn’t able to personally see the vehicle. I highly recommend Ronald and his team!

I have a similar experience to others. Purchase experience for our Discovery Sport was excellent. Mel is extraordinary. But Service department experience has been horrible, horrendous, arrogant. We had the vehicle for less than a month and we had an electrical problem and after working on the car for 3 hours, they had no idea what was wrong. Five days later, the same issue arises and they cant see the car for 3 weeks. No one in the service department will talk with us or call us back. Like others on here who had poor service, we are told to call a number and speak to a manager. But they dont answer the number, it goes to voice mail and you dont get a call back. We like this vehicle but we are wondering if we bought a lemon and if this is they way land rover supports its customers, why purchase a car from them? If we could, wed bring the vehicle back and purchase something else from another brand.
Kevin did a great Job! This is the second lease and I’m sure we will keep coming back to Kevin Sharkey again, He was able to walk us through the process without forcing anything onto us and it became a very enjoyable process. We ended up getting a Defender 110 at a great deal in a matter of a few days. He was very profesional and I hope other dealers learn from what you guys are doing. Keep it up. And I’ll see you guys in another 3 years when the lease is up. We are loving the car.
I bought a Land Rover Defender in January ‘21. My sales person was Alexander Sultanov. He was one of the nicest people I have dealt with when buying a car. He was helpful and efficient and made the whole process painless. He continued to be helpful as I contacted him over the next few weeks with questions about the car and some of the documents - always quick to respond. Everyone else I dealt with was also very good.The Defender is performing very well, no issues at all. That will be getting its own review.Thank you JLR Huntington.

Eric managed to get it delivered at my home in NC in just 24 hours.Upon inspection, the vehicle was exactly as described, body, engine and interior in pristine condition, all maintenance up to date, fully serviced, detailed and gas tank full.10 months and 7500 miles later, still runs like new, engine light has not flashed even once.I had never purchased a vehicle without test driving it let alone seeing it, but Eric’s patience and transparency all along the process helped immensely.Eric was on top of every aspects and followed up with me a number of times after the sale.This has been a uniquely great experience, thanks again and wishing you all the best.

Worked with Alex Sultanov on the purchase of an almost new 2020 Mercedes Benz C43 AMG Cabriolet. Alex was great about getting me all of the information I wanted on the vehicle and helping me feel comfortable before making a decision. One of the best car buying experiences at a dealer! Our salesman Kevin was completely upfront and transparent throughout the process. From the very moment I stepped inside the dealership I was treated very well by everyone but especially by my salesman Matt Hogan and manager Lance Cotten. I’m not always easy to please but Matt and Lance definitely did their best to make me happy and feel satisfied. After leaving I felt satisfied and above all I love my new Land Rover, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Excellent service.. until I sent my downpayment.Had to ask for an update every step of the way.Receive the paperwork?Lender transferred funds?Is the car shipped?When will the car arrive?When are you paying registration and sending the title?Why do I need to ask these basic questions? I’ve bought 3 other vehicles out of state, which include eBay and a VWVortex. (Yes, an auction site from a dealer in Las Vegas and a dude on an internet forum from Jersey, were both better buying experiences than this dealer)Tell your customers what is going on and avoid reviews like this! It takes less than 60 second to reply to an email. Not asking for a livestream here. No communication when a week goes by is unprofessional at best.Gave downpayment 2-19-21, received car 3-21-21. Still waiting for my license plates as of 5-6-21. You do the math.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE.Also, they post date their checks.EDIT: In response to your reply, the last time I called your manager, I was never called back. The staff across the board was excellent. They made the process of buying easy. A few upsells as expected on closing with the finance deparment, but nothing is overly pushed. Tarek (finance) took the time to explain all programs, walking me through what i need and dont need, while getting me the best terms accordingly.The manager, Eric, went up and above to make sure every detail was taken care of.My Salesperson: Ronald Lazo - the only one to go to. Had the great experience to deal with Mr.Kevin Sharkey. I met Kevin three years ago dealing with our first Range Rover Sport. He took care of us with our first Range Rover and made the experience perfect. Now came the second time around and we went to Huntington Land Rover and once again Kevin took care of us. Very well spoken man with lots of knowledge on the Range Rover. We drove him a little crazy but he found the car we wanted. If your looking for a Range Rover go look for this man. Huntington Land Rover was AWESOME!!!! My salesperson Kevin Sharkey was incredible. He was kind, professional, and patient-he went above and beyond to ensure my happiness with my purchase. He even came in on his day off to check over my new car, to do all the paperwork required, and to personally turn the car over to me! I just bought my second range rover sport at Huntington Land Rover and I am never disappointed by the level of professionalism and service. Kevin Sharkey (my salesperson) has been great and made the experience effortless and enjoyable. He set up the whole transaction, transferring my plates and registration from my old car, and made sure every detail was covered. He is genuine and trustworthy, which is something I rarely find at a care dealership. The entire staff are friendly and helpful and I recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a luxury car and luxury experience!
I praised Land Rover so highly that I convinced my boyfriend to come and lease one. Richard Cohen, The sales individual who was “helping” us was incredibly nice on our first day there. Over the course of two weeks, his entire attitude changed, we had come yesterday to see the car before we signed the lease paper work and saw that there were defects on the car. It was a loaner with 4500 miles on it and it had scratches in the back, in the front, the side panel was coming off and the weather strip was coming off. Richard had told us this car was “detailed”. There were stains all over the car, inside the car on the leather and all he kept repeating to us was “I can’t make this car look new”. He told us to come by the next day and hel have everything fixed so we said okay and left. Richard texted the next day and said “I can’t get this fixed, and Range Rover would provide an IOU. Nobody wants to take a damaged Range Rover off the lot even if it is a loaner. The deal was called off, and we were still happy to come back and look at other options in August but he never answered back. On top of everything, As we were trying to return a previous lease, Richard was rushing us to close the deal and went as far as to suggest getting new plates, which would leave us with 2 cars and 2 insurances. Once we got to Land Rover Richard wasn’t even prepared with any of the paper work. It’s really despicable that I praised Range Rover so highly, and this is how my boyfriend was treated. Needless to say I will not be recommending Range Rover or this dealership to anyone.

I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque through this dealership, with the help of salesperson Richard Cohen. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient and frank. I felt that he was actually trying to achieve my goal of finding a vehicle that suited me, as opposed to just making a sale. My overall experience was excellent, and I have no reservations recommending Land Rover Huntington and Richard Cohen to all.
If it was possible to give minus stars that would be the case. My vehicle sat for approximately a month without being diagnosed ! The service tech Steve is horrible, all calls go to voicemail and no one responds back to messages. This is a first and last experience with Huntington LR. 🗣boooooooo UNACCEPTABLE
People do not buy Land Rovers because they are reliable. So one would assume they must have an impeccable service department. Wrong. Called for an appointment. Was told 2 weeks before they can furnish a loaner. Finally drop off my car. I pick it up with a huge scratch on the front corner bumper. It looked like someone under estimated the turn radius. Put 2 calls (not one) in to the service manager. No one called back. Bring your car in for service, I hope you can still use while you wait for a loaner, and if something goes awry, good luck having someone call you back. If you want a true luxury car service experience, try Mercedes down the street. This is my 3rd Land Rover and it will be my last. Their service department used to the the best, it is now a joke.UPDATE!!! Finally, took the directions below. Spoke to the service manager, who felt compelled to tell me he never received any of my messages. He said he would look at some video of my car to assess if it was damaged or not. He would then get back to me. This was a month and a half ago, and after one follow up by me, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING, AGAIN!
Absolute trash serviceI bought a used Dodge Challenger Hellcat here (I know weird but they had a nice one), buying it was very pleasant my salesman Alex was great, never had a better dealer experience. A few weeks after I bought it I got ran off the road by another car and slammed my rim into the curb luckily I bought the wheel insurance so I brought it back and they took care of it or so I thought.... it looked brand new but when I went to balance my tires (I worked at pep boys at the time) my rim was bent to hell. So I gather they didn’t bother to re-balance the wheel when they put the tire back on like they are supposed to. I brought it back and they had my car for 2 full weeks just to put a claim for a new wheel in which is absurd. Than they tell me it’s back ordered which I understand I worked in parts in the past, over a month goes by and I hear nothing despite calling and leaving messages. I went in person and they say it’s at the dodge dealer and they have to get it. Now they expect me to wait a whole other week and to drop it off for a entire day! I can switch a tire over and put the wheel on the car in 10-15 minutes so again absurd!! The service advisors are nice but they are blaming it on the system you guys have and if that’s the case than your system is absolute trash. You make us in pep boys service look like the gold standard. Once I finally get this taken care of I will never come back for service. I expected much better considering how much money I spent there.

Our first Land Rover transaction went as smooth as possible. When visiting this dealership ask for Kevin Sharkey. Kevin is knowledgeable and very helpful making it easy to walk out with what you want with a smile on your face. We had a deal done in under an hour and he delivered the vehicle on time. I usually dont like car shopping but this place and their staff make it a fun experience.

Excellent buying and service experience.I bought my 2011 LR4 in 2014. Kevin Sharkey who is one of the sales representatives helped me find the best option for me and made the process very easy. I moved to Westchester in 2016. After a bad experience with another service center, I kept bring my car back to Huntington for service.Last week, with Kevin’s help again, I traded in my old car with a new one and had another great experience despite the challenges we are all facing due to covid 19 break.
I have bought two cars from this dealership and both times I was treated with respect and courtesy. As a female, I am sorry to say that in this modern day I am still treated differently by some sales people (no, I dont only care about the color of my car!). That was not the case here. Eric (my salesperson) was always very professional, patient and friendly. I dont love the car buying experience, but he made me feel comfortable and made the process straight-forward. I didnt get a pushy sales pitch or the run-around. And, I LOVE my truck! Lets you enjoy the beach in a whole new way! :)

5 stars primarily because of an amazing and professional experience with Victor Feng.I was with BMW for 12 years, and this is my first experience with Victor and Land Rover Huntington- Victor was the BEST salesman I have dealt with since I have been leasing cars- he was not pushy, and totally understanding of people’s budgets and preferences, unlike some other Land Rover dealerships in the NY area.I am one of those annoying people that asks questions about everything and Vic would always get back to me in a timely and professional manner- never dismissive or pretentious.Vic worked with me in achieving my budget and made the buying experience hassle free.Most of all Vic is very knowledgeable and passionate about Land Rovers which is exactly what I was looking for, even all the way to delivery of the car.I typically don’t write reviews, but Victor definitely deserves kudos for his amazing work, go to him if you are looking for a Land Rover.
Buying a car from Land Rover Huntington is fine but do NOT expect any service (warranty or not). They do not care if they fix it or not, and do not care how long it may take (several weeks or more ??) . There is no quality control for the service performed on the car (often car brought with one problem leaves their service department with another new one, or with the old one fixed halfway ..) Service advisors are often not very competent and one has the feeling that they try hard to make you think twice before buying again a Range Rover! Too bad!Here is more info: Range Rover Sport HSE 2018, with lots of options and Rear Seat Entertainment package with DVD player. Car was brought 5 weeks ago for service (oil change) and an issue with the key not opening/locking tail gate. We were told that it was a software issue and would be quickly fixed. After a few days we were notified that car was ready and we should pick it up. Upon arrival (about 20 miles trip to the dealership) we were told car was not fixed and offered a loaner. We returned home with the loaner and waited. After a few days got a phone call from Melanie Couloute that they actually needed also the second key to do a software upgrade. I have promptly FedEx-ed the second key at my expense and a few days later Joanys and Melanie texted that actually they would need to order new keys from the UK and it would take a bit. 10 days later we are told that they have received only 1 key from the UK and a second one will take perhaps another 2 weeks and asked if we would like to get the car as is. We said yes and car was given us back, however with an inside panel disassembled and left on the car floor and with DVD player not in working condition anymore. Car was returned to the dealer and after a number of phone calls, texts, etc both Melanie Couloute (service manager) and Rich Cappetta (centre manager) promised that they would take care and fix the problem. Three days later car was delivered to our home UNFIXED (tail gate does not open) and DVD player (which feeds to the Rear Seat Entertainment) does not work anymore. No explanation, no help after a total of 5 weeks the car has spent in the service at this location! Hard to imagine how they are still in business !!!
I hate bringing my car in for service. It means Im about to spend $$. But Heather makes you forget all about that with her great personality, knowledge of the services rendered and great spirit. She makes the experience at Huntington truly a great one. The service manager Melanie, although a new addition to the team she has quickly shown to me that she is a great addition and I am glad to have her helping me. It is because of Heather that I keep returning and with tje addition of Melanie I now have 2 reasons to return. 100% recommended
Worst people to do service with. I drove 30 miles to do service on my 2018 range rover they promised me a loaner when I drop off my car they send me to enterprise for to pick up a loaner. When I went there they offer me Toyota corola I said ok then they try to hustle me for upgrade so they can charge me. I said no. Then they wants to charge me for insurance $42 day. My question is to Huntington range rover what part of this is a loaner program? This a shady business from them. They will not tell you anything upfront. Please stay away from these people. I will trade my range rover for a tesla where you will get world class service.
Land Rover of Huntington is the only place to buy a Land Rover or Jaguar. I have dealt with Kevin Sharkey in the sales department with a couple of purchases and he is exstreamly knowledgable, easy to talk to, prompt with his appointments, polite and helps put you in the car you both think are right for you. He makes you feel comfortable through he entire sales process and when you come in for service he always says hi and asks about your car. Ervin Johnson in the parts department also knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great dealership all around. You cant go wrong purchasing a car from them.
I sent my 2016 Range Rover SV Autobiography to replace the part since there is noise when I close the champagne container. The service advisor responsible for my car was Paul,first time they didnt diagnose the problem and directly call me to pickup the car,and when I picked up the car,the problem was still there,second time,he said the parts need to be ordered from England(March,2020,ordered as he said),and until now,7 month later,still nobody calls me,during this waiting time,I tried to contact Paul through the service number he sent to my phone,everytime,he just picked up the phone and hangup it immediately,even the text message,only replied:no estimated time. and after that,never replied. Honestly,this is the worst dealership service I ever had,I felt nothing about professionalism and customer respect,really hope the higher management level can see this and help me figure out the problem.Just get the call this Morning,Paul do apologize to me and explained the reason to me,it takes so long since the factory that produce the part is closed right now due to covid. Through the conversation with him,I can feel the attitude and understanding now,so I‘m willing to adjust the rating to show my mutual understanding,and really hope my part can be here asap,Peace & Love.

I have been a long standing customer of Huntington Land Rover, and I have to say how disappointed and disgusted I am at how I have been treated recently. Eric was my salesman and I have purchased no less then 5 vehicles from him over the years. Most recently buying a 2020 range rover and 2018 Velar for my son. I never recieved my registration for my range rover or my extra set of keys for my brand new car! I have left many messages and he will not return my call! Its been 3 months now! I am so frustrated and needless to say they have lost an extremely valuable customer. I will never buy another vehicle from this or any other dealerships owned by this company! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I’m in S.C. and had to venture out far from home to find the exact Certified Preowned vehicle that I wanted.....every dealership that I dealt with had an issue...exorbitant prices....good advertised prices but huge add-on “admin fees”....poor reputation...poor selection....or just unpleasant salespeople....I was getting really frustrated....but then I called Huntington and spoke with Ronald Lazo.I’ve purchased a lot of luxury cars online and it can be very tricky to not actually be able to touch the car in person. But I can tell you that, hands down, this was the most unbelievably perfect car buying experience I’ve had. There was no back and forth, run around b.s. where an invisible “sales manager” was constantly being consulted. Ronald was straightforward, accommodating and honest. He went out of his way and exceeded all expectations, very quickly, and with absolute zero hassle!

I wanted to recognize the great service I received from Jaguar/Land Rover of Huntington. I was torn between re-leasing with Lexus or transitioning into a new Jaguar. I approached my Jaguar dealer, Victor Feng with my situation and explained the great offers I was receiving from Lexus to remain with them.........he took me for a test drive in the Jaguar XE, which I immediately fell in love. But, I was still torn because Lexus was offering me a very reasonable financial deal on a car that I also really liked. Victor openly listened to my needs and worked really hard to make the Jaguar deal work for me. In the end, Victors service made it an easy decision to move into a new Jaguar. I picked up my new XE today and I am overjoyed. The car is gorgeous and the ride is not comparable to any other car I have leased. I would highly recommend Land Rover of Huntington and Victor to anyone in the market for an amazing new vehicle.

I would recommend him without reservation to anyone wishing to go through the car buying process in one effortless, enjoyable motion.
So attempted to speak with a service advisor, gave two tries, none available and no call back. Made appointment and was told by appt. person their is no charge to diagnose. Really? You sure? Yes. Again no advisor available. Bring the vehicle in for 8am appt. and of course advised of the minimum 1 hour diagnostic charge- $200! End of day no check yet, you will be next. Next day early afternoon, your getting in will call you. 5:05 no call, I call everybody gone 5pm no update no nothing. Next day 11:30 finally a call- diagnosed- $200, read the reader just like I had previously had done, same recommendation, estimate over 5k for what I was quoted outside at $1500. Yeah you guys have expenses, I understand, good luck.

Worst car buying experience I have had in over 20 years. Carl made everything seamless and easy to actually lease the vehicle, but upon pickup was told they needed another 1 1/2 - 2 hours to finish detailing. Not sure what they did because the car was so dirty, stains on the seats, ceiling, smudges on all the chrome. The service dept sent a driver to pick it up and clean it, which had to be done twice. Was of an entire day for us. Only to discover the next day someones old phone charger plugged into the lighter in the center console. Convinced that this is definitely NOT a brand new car!!! And no follow-up call from the salesman who was aware of all the back and forth with the service department and the uncleanliness. Extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership!

Found the car I wanted. Mark Illiano was great and very helpful in answering my questions. I should mention that he did try hard and got me a good deal on the trade-in. He was prompt with my paper work as well. I had a very positive experience. This place is not very fancy like other landrover or luxury car dealerships that I visited but they have a good pre-owned inventory. Would recommend Mark and the dealership to my friends.Had a small issue with the wheel balance in a month of purchase but was able to get in on a weekend and got it fixed for free, should mention Heather from service was kind enough to accommodate me without an appointment.Would have been much satisfied if they had done my registration work on time. They basically lost track of the paper work with DMV and its been close to 2 months I bought the car and still have not received my plates.

The sales experience was great, especially when they want you to buy a car... the post-purchase communication has been really poor. ive had some minor issues with the car, but im constantly chasing them to call me back/come through on things they advised they would help with. now theyve had my car for 2 days and again im the one having to call to get an update on when ill get my car back. communication is one of the easiest things to handle, but when there is none it makes the experience not worthwhile. when my lease is over, ill be finding another dealership.

From the day I got my car, to the the regular maintenance, to a $20,000 body shop repair, they have always been helpful and the salesman Ronald Lazo has become a personal friend. Not a great experience! Service took much longer then expected to keep us informed of service status. Took 1 week just to diagnosis the problem. No loaner cars were available. Took 2 weeks to get our vehicle back. Car was returned and the problem still exists. Back in service now and still waiting for initial call to tell us what the problem is. After purchasing 5 Range Rovers from this dealership we can say we arent too happy.
Just came home with a 2020 Evoque. This is our second experience with the dealership in Huntington in particular with our sales guy Kevin Sharkey. My wife felt comfortable and un-pressured during the shopping process. I would continue to highly recommend Kevin to friends and family.
I just bought my first 2017 Range Rover Sport as it has been my dream car since I got my license. Victor Feng helped me through the whole process and it was such a pleasure. He was extremely responsive, updated me on the progress on the car every 2 weeks, and made sure my car was delivered with every expectation I had for it. I will 100% be purchasing my next one from him as well.

My expereince with this dealership has been outstanding. My sales person Eric Doxey was outstanding to work with. Greg Fabrizzi was also good to work with during out pickup of our Range Rover. This is our first expereince with Land Rover we always owned Mercedes and we needed a change. I so love my Range Rover i only have it 4 days and i love it. Eric was so attentive to our needs and he even emailed us back on a Sunday evening. Eric was professional and he truly cared about us not about just making the sale. What as waste of my timeMade an appointment due covid-19 for purchase of Ranger Rover Sport. The salesman was not interested from get go. Was looking down on me and telling me we treat people with respect ...I dont know why. .Please go to place where they treat you with respect and dignity than make an impression of you from your appearance. Service department has been previously disappointing. The new service manager John called me and restored my faith. John went out of his way to accommodate us. It seems that John has recently started at this dealership and I am now optimistic that he will improve on our past experiences there. Hopefully after the work is completed, I can give them a 5 star reviewIt is now 24 hrs. later and I must say John the service manager has really exceeded my expectations!! Handled my issue very quickly and I am very pleased!!
I worked with a sales guide. the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They helped me and answered all my questions. I recently made an appointment with Richalin to come in and see the Evoque. I worked with a sales guide who was courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was interested in. She was polite, easy on the eyes, and great voice. I almost bought the whole store talking to her. Great place to buy a car and see a foxy sales rep. Love the place.
I have purchased three cars from Jaguar Land Rover Huntington and Eric Doxey has been great over the years. After purchasing our second Range Rover Sport in January we ended up getting a Jaguar F type R convertible and could not be happier. The dealership is great for service as well as sales and we look forward to getting another Range Rover when this lease is up.
Richard is a very honest and easy to work with professional. I called the dealership and was lucky to be paired with him, I told him I was only interested in an Aintree green Range Rover sport and he didnt try to sell me anything that I wasnt interested in. I will be doing business with Land Rover Huntington and Richard again in the coming years.

The moment I stepped in the dealership I was greeted with kindness and respect. As I waited for a sales representative to take me for a test drive I was made to feel comfortable. I then met ERIC DOXEY!!! Eric took me for the off the road test drive in a LR4. He is very knowledgeable regarding laSports er vehicles and was very attentive. I had many questions and he answered THEM ALL without hesitation. That was such an amazing experience! We then went for test drives in the LR4 amd Range Rover Sports years 2012-2015 He made sure I was comfortable with my decision before I made a purchase. His patience was admirable lol. Over this past weekend I just leased a Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover Huntington. Victor Feng was my salesperson, he went above and beyond my expectations. I also visited Mercedes, BMW, and Audi but their salespersons were not helpful and their advertisements were not accurate. Victor was patient through 2 test drives, and transparent with pricing from the start. I love my new car!!

Some sales staff are behind in knowledge of their products. Especially new releases. I spent approximately 8 hours with a rep who had to keep going back to his manager to ask questions. I purchased a vehicle regardless while I did most of the research on line. Good delivery but sales staff needs training.
I will start by stating that the process leading up to my lease of a 2017 RR Sport HSE was seamless. However, their service department leaves alot to be desired. I brought my vehicle in for scheduled service on June 10th. I was seeking an oil change and tire rotation, but was sold on the 2nd year maintenance service instead. I had a 20% discount and was OK with that service PROVIDED IT INCLUDED OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. My service adviser indicate both were included. I also noticed that the car was experiencing a delay in accelerating under certain circumstances. I had previously complained of that in November, and was told during that service visit that a software update would fix the transmission issue. On Wednesday, I received a call telling me that they recommended fuel injection cleaning. An $80,000 car needs a fuel injection cleaning to fix a transmission issue at 20,000 miles? Ridiculous. During the call the SA also recommended a tire alignment, which I rejected. But she stated, AGAIN, that the tires would be rotated. I also had a coupon for a free car wash. When the work was finally completed, the tires were not rotated, I did not receive my free car wash and they billed me $234 for ventilation system disinfection which was never explained or referenced on my estimate. I was told it was part of the 2nd year service; yet, it was billed as a separate job, probably so I couldnt get the 20% discount. Incidentally, the first receipt I received did not have the coupons applied. Finally, I was billed $18 for washer wiper fluid, despite having filled it up two days before my visit. The invoice claims a quantity of 3 for the WW fluids at $5.86 each. Is that gallons? No one seems to know. I dont even think the WW tank holds 3 gallons. In short, they failed to provide promised services, overbilled and dont seem to care. Very disappointedUPDATED BASED ON LAND ROVER HUNTINGTONS REPLYYour response is even more disappointing. To tell me that the tire treads were checked by a technician and is not in need of a tire rotation is nothing short of ridiculous. Youre making it seem like you did me a favor by not performing the tire rotation that I requested and was assured I would receive. The purpose of a rotation is so that the tires will wear evenly over time. RRs own spec is to rotate tires every 5,000-7,500 miles. My last rotation, performed at your dealership, was more than 7,000 miles ago. You conveniently ignored the fact that your service adviser told me TWICE that the rotation was included in the service. Regardless of whether you felt I needed a rotation, or not, i wanted it done and I made my purchasing decision based on the representations made to me. Youre not shy about recommending expensive services that are not necessary, like you did with me when recommending rear brakes and rotors, and a tire alignment during this same incident. If the tread was so good why need an alignment? Finally, the comment about the labeling issue and wiper fluid makes no sense to me. Was the $18 charge a labor cost for topping off fluids, or the actual cost of the fluids? If it is an actual cost, you should be more specific about what it is that is being added, the quantity etc. Otherwise, it appears deceptive.
It was such a great experience from start to finish. Alexander Sultanov was our salesman and i cant tell you how wonderful he was with me. His patience and determination to make me happy was something i have never experienced. Not just talking about what car , i mean where i was comfortable with in my price. He went above and beyond and Im so happy .Thank you Alex Sultanov and huntington land rover.
This is the 2nd time we buy from Land Rover Huntington. Mel was above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied on everything. He made the whole process so smooth and worry free. As the car itself, the technology used in Range Rover is so much more advanced compare to the same level cars of MB, and better looking. Will definitely come back in the future.

I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle and ask the receptionist for help. Ask the receptionist for somebody who can take the time to go over my options. She introduced me to Ronald lazo. What a pleasure dealing with him. He took his time and showed me few vehicles. Unfortunately couldn’t make the deal because they didn’t have anything in my price range. I promise him that i was going to write something nice about the quality of service. He wasn’t pushy at all. Fully recommend guy. When i’m ready , i will definitely come back to see him.

I am a former customer of Bmw for about 10 years now I was in the market for a new car and as everybody might know that is a very arduous task that can sometimes want to make you give up LOL . as luck in fate would have it I meant Victor over at the Land Rover dealership in Huntington and I would recommend him 1 million times over he was very patient and knowledgeable with me in search of my new Range Rover truck . Within minutes of speaking with him I knew he was the right sales person for me he immediately sent me six photos straight to my phone of a car that he had in stock that he thought would be perfect for me . That is the same truck that I picked up today and I am absolutely loving it. I recently puchased a 2016 Range Rover from Land Rover Huntington. My wife and I was assisted by Richard Cohen, a friendly and knowledgeable salesman. He helped us place a factory order for a 2016 Range Rover in early September that my wife dreamt of. When the car eventually arrived in November earlier than expected, Richard let me known immediately and began to work on paperworks required for pick up right away. Thanks to Richards great efforts, the delvery was swift and smooth. My family only waited in the lounge for about 40 minutes before leaving in our new Range Rover with excitement. The overall experience is very enjoyable and I highly recommend Richard Cohen at Land Rover Huntington if you wish to have a Range Rover as your next car.
Unfortunately, my work schedule occupies most of my hours during the morning into the evening so my availability to physically visit Range Rover of Huntington is limited, and is not exactly around the corner from my place of residence. After researching vehicles on the website , I decided the Velar was the best fit for me. My initial call to “RJ” was rather pleasant and he did seem eager to help me...but that fell short quickly. After waiting a full day to hear back from him , I followed up with a call , resulting in the receptionist advising me he is gone for the day. I called the next day , to inquire if a price was available from the “sales manager “ and they haven’t as of yet. RJ was pretty satisfied that he would get me into a lease that was in my price range. After numerous attempts to hear my options , I spoke to “Santos” (who reviewed the file in their system )and he is one of the rudest salesmen’s I have yet to encounter via phone . His snarky obnoxious attitude and sarcastic responses to some basic questions I wanted answers for , resulted with me abruptly ending the call as well as ending my business with Range Rover of Huntington. Post phone call with Santos , not even a follow up what had occurred from “rj” or a manager. I will be leasing my vehicle in Sea Cliff.
I purchased a 2018 RR Velar and had it for 3 weeks when the door handle covers fell off on the front driver door and the rear right passenger door. I was able to recover the driver door handle cover. The rear cover was lost. When i went to LR to get a replacement I was charged $35 for an unpainted replacement and told to go to a body shop to have it painted. The estimate from the body shop was over $90. This is obviously a design flaw and im not sure why i should pay for this when i owned the car for 3 weeks. Please design a vehicle where the door handle covers dont fall off.
Great location! Walked in just looking to trade, walked out owning the Evoque. Victor Feng gave me a great deal on my old car, didnt try and sell me anything I couldnt afford- he was very accommodating. The owners manual wasnt in car, I called him after work hours and he mailed me one the next day. I would recommend this dealership!
This is my second RR sport and car is getting better with the new technology packages and the gas mileages is great compare to 14/17 city/highwy/gallon and now at least 20 miles/ gallon.Experience with Land Rover Huntington Sales Dept (Eric Doxey/sales) & Service Dept is finest and great service i ever had. What a pleasure doing business with Mark. Straight talk, no pressure, total follow through. We might have negotiated a lower price but Marks approach helped move the process and reduced the normal frustration of car buying. The dealership fixed a concern about the brakes and we left totally satisfied. Would highly recommend Mark and this class dealership.
Bought my car here and have been taking it for service. Staff is friendly and very professional. Cynthia in service has helped my Family and I every time and she is very kind and courteous when it comes to making a consumer feel informed and valued. Horrible service. Called and advised I had a flat (January) and was offered an appointment in March. Then showed up the next weekend after being told they were open until 5 and was told - we closed early because “something happened”. Called Larchmont- they said bring right in anytime. Night and day service - don’t go to Huntington, very poorly run.
Horrible - service manager spoke to me and my wife like we were a bunch of idiots. To make matters worse - they scratched one of the wheels and basically said we were a bunch of liars because we called a week after the car was serviced to make the claim. Basically didnt even take into consideration that we have been loyal customers - just defaulted to a response they probably tell all their customers. Never going back - I will go to a local authorized service station for all of my needs going forward.
Dishonest, unprofessional, incompetent service providers. I strongly suggest not dealing with this particular dealer. I am stuck with a car that from the get go had one issues after another, conveniently forgot to tell me there is a problem with the car after charging me for diagnostic tests and would not return my calls because I have asked them to get it fixed at their own cost. Now they claim the diagnostic was visual and so they could not identify whereas 2 mechanics found out immediately and yes from visual inspection.
I recently called in to speak with someone on getting into the Evoque, all of the sales guides were busy as notified by the receptionist. A young lady by the name of Richalin gave me a call back in which she assisted me on combing through the inventory and then setting up an appointment to come in for a test drive. Very good customer service!
Hands down the best dealership experiance i have ever encountered.Jennifer the servive advisor went above and deyond . I received a loaner right away . All the staff there in service should be included in this 5 star rating including the techs who have a very hard job and sometimes get overlooked .
I wish i had an option to give a zero star review, they have the worst service , very unprofessional. I called multiple times to service department and every time a new person answers, takes down my information and no response. Whenever I’ve taken my car for an issue they never resolved any of my concerns, very frustrating.
Vehicle had a tough to find electronics issue which caused my navigation system to shut down for no apparent reason. The shutdown caused the radio to reboot as well. This became particularly concerning but after two previous unsuccessful attempts Land Rover put all hands on deck to fix a software glitch that evaded detection as the problem only showed up intermittently. Happily the problem appears to be fixed and I am grateful Land Rover dedicated the resources to get it right.
Once I met the sales consultant he took me straight to the desk. no walk around the car, did not show me anything. straight to numbers. he told me all discovery does not have sunroof. LoL. did not offer me test drive. no smile. bad experience. well at least I got numbers. I will get it elsewhere.

2021-10-24Land Rover huntington and their entire staff is nothing short of amazing. I have dealt with John laguerre before and I decided to go back due to his exceptional demeanor and expertise. I was greeted by his associates rich who helped speed the process along as well as mike and Matt who walked me through every step of how to operate the car. 2022-01-25Just picked up a brand new 2022 Land Rover Discovery R Dynamic. The sales team was great, able to answer all my questions and their service was spot on very helpful to all our questions and needs.We had very good experience from the beginning of the process from picking the right vehicle that fit our needs right thru to delievery. Which was a long time due to supply chain issues but the team kept us informed and we did receive the our truck when they said it would come in and it was exactly how we had it built.

2022-03-25Absolute garbage! Heartless!Was a visitor from Canada.Broken brake line owing to rust.Felt stranded and helpless.Called this Land Rover Service Centre last hour Saturday to JUST take a look.It was truly an SOS situation.Their high end, high maintenance, entitled technicians refused to help.Called Midas down the road on Jericho turnpike (next to Dunkin Donuts) and they agreed to look, while staying back an hour past closing to help a helpless person who is not resident of the country. They looked at my car, found the issue, provided me options and committed to getting me on my way to Canada by Monday by lunch. Of course, exceeding my expectation by getting it ready way before lunch.And MIDAS fixed it for under $500, $505 to be exact after taxes. And gave me shuttle service to drop me off. After the fix, I drove 14 hours to Canada safe and sound while doing 90 mph on I95 in Maine as speed limit is 75 mph. Still driving it! Absolute beast mode back and brakes like a King!THANK GOD I did not end up with this heartless Land Rover Service Centre as they would have charged a down payment for a mortgage. Please NOTE: November 2021, I spent $4.5K to put new tires with Land Rover Service Centre. Rust does not happen in a day! How do you not bring rusted brake line to the owner’s attention? This was life and death situation. I would not recommend ANY Land Rover service centres, if you want to live!

2021-10-16I spent my Saturday morning at JLR Huntington, as my friend picked up her brand new Jaguar E-Pace! We had the pleasure of touring the vehicle with product specialist Michael Mulcahy. Michael gave the most in depth explanation of every feature and made the JLR experience a great one. If anyone knows Jaguar, it’s Michael! He knew the answers to every question. Every car buying experience should be the same as today’s with a specialist like him!
