I purchased my first Range Rover sport in New Rochelle in March 2022. I was really impressed with the exceptional client service that I received from sale associate Steve Goldsmith. He handled all matters of the transaction and kept me informed on a timely basis as to when the vehicle would be arriving for pick up. The new Range Rover facility is state of the art and i am looking forward to working with them in the years to come.
It was my first time buying a Range Rover and Lenny made the process so smooth and easy. He was always available via email, phone and text to answer all my questions. I came in to this location because I needed an oil change and the service was both fast and efficient. Anytime I have issues I also contact their representative Micheal who is there to assist me anytime. This location is a must visit if you have any issues with your Range Rover. Thank you so much Range Rover employees for making me satisfied each time.
The service department here is absolutely terrible. My family is leasing an expensive Land Rover and it’s had an unprecedented amount of issues in the short time we’ve had it. A few times the key stopped working and I was stranded with a dead car. Now the windshield is leaking and all they did was put a piece of tape over it and told me to come back in 6 weeks for a new windshield. The car is virtually undrivable because of how loud the cabin noise is from the tape fluttering around. Despite my multiple requests, I have never been given a loaner car. Unacceptable. If I’m paying every month for a fully functioning car, then that is what I should get. The least you can do is give me a loaner car while you sort out your quality control issues. Would not recommend for the price.
I am very disappointed at this location. I made an appointment to see a car which was confirmed by one of the sales person and when I got to the dealer they did t even have the car. It was in transit. They ask me to come back the next day which I did. The car did arrive and I tested drive it. I decided I wanted to make the purchase. I gave the sales person all my info to process the purchase. It was a Saturday and there were limited employees (sales manager) to process the paperwork. The sales person ask me to leave and said they would process everything and call me when the car is ready. The dealership is an hour away from my home and there’s always traffic on 95s. And hour later I got a call from the sales person asking me to drive an hour back to get the car because they wouldn’t hold. I drove back and finalize the transaction. I picked up the car, drove it home and my husband noticed there were issues with the break light amongst other things. Everyone working and every department did not due their due diligence for the purchase. No one made sure the car was ready to be sold, they just rushed to sell the car. This is my first time dealing with Jaguar Land Rover and it hasn’t been a good one. I shouldn’t have to go thru allThis back and forth when I’m spending so much money on a car. This is absolutely unacceptable. Worst experience ever for such a luxury brand. Employees need to be trained properly to provide a better experience to customers.
I walked into the dealership on memorial day. I was greeted by Steve. I explained to him what I was looking for. He was very patient, kind, understanding and most of all truthful in all his explanations to me. He placed my order, he never called and bother me the way some salesmen do. I called him. When my ride came he notified me with pictures and a video of it. I went back to the dealership and he again greeted me at the door, provides me with the keys to test drive and oh boy. He helped me to make the right choice. I am happy and grateful for Steve in making this dream come true. THANK YOU
I brought my Range Rover sport in for a brake pad check up because a scratching sound was coming from the front right wheel. After getting it checked I find out my brake pads and rotors need replacement. The crazy thing is they only change the front brake pads and rotors and charge me $1924 which I believe is a rip off. I’ve never seen anyone change front rotors and brake pads only and leave the rear ones. Upon realizing I called the service and asked why did you replace only the front and they told me instead of $1924 it would’ve cost me $3800 to replace the both front and back. I’m not a mechanic but this is a total rip off I’m never bringing back my truck there again total rip off I will advise anyone get other quotes before bringing your vehicle there it’s a total rip off I’m still in shock $3800 just to change front and back brake pads and rotors
Fran Aversano is an asset to Land Rover.Fran went above and beyond and his vast knowledge and expertise is impressive. He was always there to answer any and all of our questions and we never felt pressured. Never has buying a car been as easy and pleasurable. Thank you Fran!
Great experience with Land Rover New Rochelle, specifically with Francis Aversano. I had been looking to purchase a new Range Rover Sport over the last 3 months & went down the road with many dealerships in and around NJ & NY. Given the current inventory shortage, every dealer was up-charging $10-15K above MSRP and layering in non-negotiable fees on top of the upcharge. I had 2 deals agreed upon before being told about these additional uncharges and fees and when I expressed concern was met with dismissive attitude. That was not the case at Land Rover New Rochelle - they were upfront from the first conversation - holding to MSRP and providing stellar customer service throughout the buying process. Communication was great & Francis was able to secure the exact specs I was looking for & even went out of his way to personally deliver the vehicle to my driveway. I would 100% recommend this dealership given the excellent communication, honesty & customer service throughout. It made the long arduous journey to find the right vehicle a positive experience.
I really hate to say this but the Land Rover in New Rochelle has the absolute worst customer service! Matthew Murray ignored our messages, emails AND calls FOR DAYS! We were left without a car for almost a month! Ken Esposito was also incredibly unhelpful. As a loyal customer for over 10 YEARS now, I expected so much more! Incredibly disappointing.
Steve was absolutely amazing. From the second I called, to the way he answered the phone, his amazing customer service, he was even sending me pictures of the vehicles and FaceTiming me because I was so lost and didn’t know which car to buy. Thank you so much for your amazing work.
Alex was absolutely abysmal. One of the worst salesmen I have ever worked with. I don’t think this place actually sells cars, seems like a front. Alex cannot be a career salesman, he was so insanely bad and disrespectful. This place is a waste of time, they generate completely bs quotes. Go to Carvana/CarMax/Vroom, do not waste your time selling these guys your car
My worst experience ever. I took my truck to there for repairs and they was not able to fix the problem and they charged me $1100. I have cameras inside the truck and I found out that they work on the truck 3:15 and the charged me for 5 at $205 hour rate.QUICK UPDATE. Problem was a blown fuse. This fuse costed me $1100. SHAME
5 Stars doesnt do this place justice!I had what I now recognize as a privilege to work with a gentleman by the name of Paul, who on two occasions, went above and beyond to make sure that he delivered quality customer service - he was attentive, very courteous - by affording me the opportunity to conduct my zoom meeting while he ran around (walked fast) to get my appointment completed. He also followed up, and kept me updated on the service. To top it off he offered the Defender as the loaner and I got a million and one compliments. So I just pretended it was mine.Sean Clarke outdid Paul - he exceeded all my expectations by communicating constantly on the issue and on updates. He was courteous, attentive and expeditious.
Great and easy experience! Drove 2 hours just to come to this dealership and am so glad I did because I left with my dream car with no buyers remorse because I got a great deal on it! If you’re looking for a certified pre owned Range Rover with low miles, this is the dealership to keep an eye on their inventory! Also ask for Jim if you have any questions, he was amazing!
The parts department is terrible. Half the time nobody picks up the phone the other half of the time they put you on hold and never pick back up. You have to call over and over and over within a few days time to finally get someone on the phone. Buy from Land Rover WHITE PLAINS!
Completely satisfied with the entire process of my new vehicle. Francis made the process so easy. He answered all of our questions, made sure to keep us informed of any updates or changes. He is so easy to talk to and has great great customer service. Everyone at the establishment was so pleasant and welcoming. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with their services!!! Wow I don’t know where to begin? They charged me 1500$ for an oil change and to replace a thermostat. I just got a quote from 2 other places and they said it wouldn’t cost me more then $500 including labor and tax! They gave me a car as I left my car with them. They didn’t even check the car that they gave me. I started the car and a message came up saying there’s a leak so I showed an employee, he just said don’t worry you can still drive it. The person who was looking after me Shawn. Omg. Such poor service, not friendly at all. I called him like 3 times today - everytime I called someone said he was with a customer, I would get a call back. No one called me back. When me and my husband told him. He said he didn’t get any messages and just lied and said he text us? Funny isn’t how neither me or my husband received any messages. When I went to pick up the car today, I see Shawn chatting with other employees. As soon I go in he says let me take you other to Elaine for payment. Without even explaining or telling me anything!!! You go in with one problem and they lie and tell you you have more problems, and if you don’t get it fixed, you won’t be able to drive the car for long! We waited 3 hours the first day then he comes and tells we would have to leave the car and come back a few days later. The next morning at 9:45am I get a call to say the car is ready with 2 new problems. Shawn didn’t know what he was talking about. Elaine the woman at the desk, she’s the worst, I asked her the price of a toy car figure and she bluntly cut me off saying I don’t know, I would need to get someone to check and she never did get anyone to check and she just gives everyone evil looks. She greet or smile or make eye contact.
I went in to Land Rover and asked to service my car. I checked in my vehicle with 39392 miles and they made a 200 mile mistake on my receipt that show my car checked in with 39592 and checked out with 39393 which made no sense to me. I asked for it to be changed but according to them the RO was closed. They told me dont worry by tomorrow morning you should receive an email showing that its fixed. Then I called the following day because they left loose my ambient air temperature sensor. My outside temperature was working fine and when I was driving home my temperature will go from -40 degrees to 77 degrees fahrenheit. Mind you it was 36 degrees that day. I called to explain they placed me on hold so I can speak to Sean. Sean told me in order to check that out it was a fee of 410 dollars. I told him why do I have to pay 410$ for a problem you guys made. My sensor was completely fine. After 5 minutes on the phone he said just schedule an appointment we see what we can do. I will never go to that service department again and don’t recommend it at all. Last thing I wanted was to go to the service and waste a day of work to service the car for them to tell me we tighten up the sensor its 410$. I thought for being a loyal land rover customer I can at least get a diagnostic on my vehicle since Im already there and paying over 400 for an oil change and coolant.
Buying a car gives me so much anxiety HOWEVER Michelle made the process so smooth. I felt taken care of not like she had a sales man hidden agenda. 20/10 recommend. Christine was also super helpful. Do yourself a favor and go to Land Rover New Rochelle and ask for Michelle … you will not regret it.
Mannn… dealership is full of seasoned vets, everyone works very well with each other and does a great job with customer service. Been telling everyone to come here for sales or service. By far unmatched across all brands I’ve did business with! Sean & Alex are goated!!! Keep up the good work.

My experience at Land Rover New Rochelle was fantastic. My tail light just stopped working so my boyfriend took our car in and said Sean was extraordinary. We had been looking for just the right Land Rover and found it at this location. We drove over three hours, one way, and were not disappointed. The service is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was especially impressed that there was a valet staff member who opened the car door for me when getting into the car. They really took good care of us and, in spite of the distance, a relationship with this dealership has developed.
I have other Land Rover dealerships that are located closer to me, but I am willing to drive the distance to New Rochelle because of the personalized high quality service. They build relationships with the customer so you don’t feel like just a number. Paul Rowe made sure my issues were addressed and did what he could to prevent a huge inconvenience to me.
They have made this process as easy and seamless as possible. Both times when I bought my car and when I had my car stolen and eventually found, they worked amazingly with my insurance company to get it done quickly and now the car looks better now than before I had it stolen! They also lent me use a loaner for about a week because my rental insurance had expired. Ken Esposito who I worked with was fantastic and made the progress so easy. Thanks guys!
Fantastic staffs and amazing customer service. We were in the market for a new land rover defender, had some specs in mind. Steven Goldsmith in sales was able to find one matching our specs and budget. He spent hours late into the evening, after working hours, helping us make right decisions. Ryan and Tamatha explained to us about the financial and maintenance options we may/may not need. Overall a fantastic experience, we were able to buy the car next day morning itself (with some goodies in the trunk! Also cant wait to see their new showroom soon-to-be inaugurated)Will edit this review going forward with updates and how well their maintenance and post-sale services are.Update: Tried to quote an order for few OEM parts. Still waiting after a month. Followed up with several emails. Sales said someone from parts dept will give a call back. Havent heard back from them yet.
I had a great experience recently leasing a new vehicle from this dealership. My sales representative Lenny was extremely responsive to my email inquiries, and I was most impressed with the level of transparency and information he provided around terms and pricing. We were able to finalize lease terms and execute paperwork remotely over email within a matter of a few days, they luckily had the exact configuration I was looking for on hand, and get this, they even delivered the vehicle to my apartment in Brooklyn!This was an exceptional car shopping experience, I would recommend Land Rover Larchmont/New Rochelle without hesitation!

Literally the worst Land Rover dealer! I bought a $100,000+ car and get treated like TRASH every time I go in person for a service or when I call over the phone. Dont expect to get through to parts or service when you need to make an appointment and dont ever expect any respect from the staff... You would think they would have their stuff together after new management and a brand new facility, but they are just mirage to get you in the door... Look at the other bad reviews and do yourself a favor and stay AWAY. They dont even have the common curtesy to respond to bad reviews, they just have some generic automated response that tells you to call the same number that is impossible to get help with!!!
Great experience. Loved working with Miguel and Ryan. They were honest, transparent, and most importantly patient as we worked through a bunch of different scenarios. Leasing process was easy and fast and I knew the status every step of the way. This was my first Range Rover and I highly recommend this dealership.
I have been going to this service center for past 3 years and recently I have been to their new location. The service was really good at the new place. The new service center is spacious and much better looking than the old service center. Paul walked me through the service in detail and updated me after inspection and went though the options for defects that were found during the inspection. Overall I felt like a valued customer and would definitely use this place for future services.

First time I had my Land Rover serviced at Larchmont. In fact first time it was ever serviced as the car was bought used last summer.They did a solid job. Very responsive. The gentleman I worked with was cordial, pleasant and professional. I wil go back in the future for further service.
I contacted 5 different dealers across NY, NJ, and CT. Nick (Sales Manager) & Erik of New Rochelle/Larchmont were the most responsive and worked the hardest of any in finding the exact Defender configuration I was looking for. Nick showed tremendous initiative in sourcing the vehicle based on my unique specifications from another dealer rather than pushing what he had on the lot. Customer service has been second to none and I highly recommend working with this team and this dealer.
I contacted the dealership on a Thursday evening, by Friday morning I had all the details about the Range Rover Sport I was interested in and on Saturday I happily completed the purchase and my trade-in and was on the road. Working with Lenny and the Larchmont team was an excellent experience. (Friendly, knowledgable, and relaxed) I couldn’t be happier.

I wish I could give a 5 star review, as my first impressions and overall experience in this location was extremely satisfactory. However, on my second visit, I was very disappointed to encounter the extremely sour attitude of one of their managers. Normally, I would not go so far to find a dealership, as I live in New Jersey, and have an extremely busy schedule. The only reason I went there is because I was recommended by a very good friend of mine to do so. And I am truly glad I listened to him, as I was very satisfied by the sales person who attended me. He made me feel heard, and answered all my questions. He helped me pick out the car that best suited me and my needs, but didnt break the budget, settling on a 2020 Range Rover. The only issue was a small yellow stain on the roof. A small issue, but an issue nonetheless. Once again, the sales person made me feel heard, and told me to return when I could to get it detailed and fix the discolouration. I thanked him for this courtesy and left. This past Monday, I was able to return, and I was looking forward to having the stain removed. However, upon returning, I was met by an extremely unfriendly, disinterested, and just downright rude attitude by a man by the name of Ryan, apparently the manager of the sales department. When I approached Ryan about the verbal agreement to return to the location for a touch up, he asked no questions about who had attended me, how big the stain was, how long it had been since my last visit, or even, as most courteous people would, how my day was, he simply took one look at me and my request, and denied me. However, as I had made an agreement with the sales person before, and since I came all the way to New Rochelle to give my business here, I remained firm in my stance for the touch up. Ryan then agreed to take a look at the blemish. I showed him the spot in the car, and after he looked at it, he had the audacity to slam the door of the car. I was obviously extremely furious about that, as I did not pay a small amount of money for the car. However, since we were in a place of professionalism, even if he refused to be professional and courteous, I held my tongue. After 15 minutes, Ryan finally agreed to let the bodyshop work on the unsightly spot. After another 20 or 30 minutes, I was confused as to what was taking so long. So I decided to check for myself, where I discovered that I had been waiting an extra 15 minutes after they had been done. It was simply that a certain sales department manager had forgotten to inform me that the spot was gone and I could leave. Unfortunately, if these are the kind of people this location hires as managers, I can not in good consciousness recommend this location to any of my friends or family.
I sold my car here since this dealership is part of the AutoNation network, which accepts all makes and models- 0/10 would recommend this location. I almost never post reviews, positively or negatively, but the experience I had here was unacceptable on multiple levels. We spent 3.5 hours here trying to sell a car that I had already provided full details for through AutoNation’s online portal. The vast majority was waiting for communications to go back and forth from the store to corporate for an unspecified amount of time, but we were also taken back to our appointment late.Ultimately, $2K was knocked off of the original offer they made me. Not because I failed to report damage/issues. But because their office saw a clean CarFax and ignored the fact that I self-reported a previous accident (all damage fixed in full). Fine. Whatever. Let’s just get this over with. Next, all the paperwork they came to me with had my maiden name on it. I asked if that would be a problem and was told no. After another wait, I was then told it actually was a problem and asked for a copy of my marriage license or an ID with my maiden name on it. I wasn’t asked to bring these with me and, like most normal people, I keep those in a lock box in my house and not on my person. Thankfully, I happened to have a photo of my marriage certificate saved from a previous email chain.Another long wait (long enough for us to leave and eat lunch), and my check is ready. Except the check has my maiden name on it. I asked the associate for a check with my legal name on it. The response from him and his manager: you should be able to deposit it if you go to a bank in person with your marriage certificate. Are you kidding me? So I have to be inconvenienced on my end because of your mistake, and you don’t even offer to fix it? At that point, my husband and I were fed up enough that we just left because we didn’t want to be in there a second longer. An entire morning and half the afternoon, with extra work for us once we get home, to make what should have been a simple transaction. AutoNation- maybe look into this location to see if they’re operating according to your standards. I’ve used your locations before and had great experiences, so I suspect the answer is “absolutely not.”
Great experience here today. Came in because my washer fluid was low (they always refill as a courtesy) and mentioned an issue i had with the touch screen for media, navigation etcThey said it probably needed a software update and if i had some time to spare they could do it straight away (could not be done by me). Could not be happier with their service!
Hands down, one of the best places we’ve been to - simply because of the people and the service. Throughout the whole experience of buying my first car, the individual we worked with Lenny, listened to my needs, exactly what I was looking for, understood my budget and talked through all of my options. He was patient, willing to talk over the phone and be as happy to help as he could be. Through this, we were able to determine the car I actually loved and ended up getting was one I never even considered! It didn’t feel like a one transaction and then it’s done but rather, a relationship where I know I can go here for any questions, future cars or assistance in general. Then when it came time to all of the paperwork, Tamatha was awesome and got us out of there so efficiently! Both Lenny and Tamatha were great to work with and I am so glad I left with a car I LOVE! Highly recommended.
We made an appt to test drive a car but mistakenly went to the Larchmont. They were great bc they did not hesitate to get us in there. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from them. Lenny was fantastic. He was straightforward and easy to work with and there was no push. They make the process so easy and I would definitely go back there!
Bought my vehicle from Lenny Curtis. From start to finish he was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He made the experience quick and I felt good about the purchase. I have a older Land Rover. Recently brought my car in for an oil change. Although the face to face customer service experience was friendly this will be my last time ever bringing my car to get serviced at any Land Rover dealership. I spent $300 for the oil change and state inspection. A couple days later the oil light comes on. There was no leakage, and nothing wrong with the oil/engine sensors. When the oil light came on I checked the oil level and it was extremely low. Out of caution and fear of damaging the engine I went to the only place I could buy oil at that time (Speedway) and put their oil into the car. I bring the car back to the dealer and they can’t find anything wrong with the car. I explain everything that transpired, they don’t do anything to the car, and tell me to keep driving it as is. My assumption is that the mechanic didn’t put enough oil in the engine when I originally brought the car in. So now I’m in the hole close to $400 for an overall suspect oil change. From now on I plan to find a local mechanic that can provide reliable service to my car. Anyone reading this who has a older Land Rover, I recommend you do the same. Not only will you save money but you’re car will be properly taken care of.
I had a very good experience buying my car with Nolan Obrien. He was super attentive and knowledgeable. He also noticed a small problem and made sure that it was fixed and perfect when we picked it up. That was important since we were purchasing a 2019 discovery sport. I also feel like we will be well served for anything that might be needed in the future. I would definitely buy another car at this dealership and especially with Nolan!

I bought in my 06 Range Rover for engine light check and the service team was able to give me a straight answer on what the problem was and the cost. they even put me in a loaner since I was going to be out of a car for a few days. Paul my service guy would update everyday on when my car would be ready. this will be my go to Range Rover dealership for now on
I had a great experience purchasing my Range Rover in New Rochelle/Larchmont. The showroom is not good and they need to move soon but the team was outstanding (Nolan, Tamatha and Brandon). Nolan was patience and not pushy. He understood what vehicle and the features I was looking for and he knew from the start that I wasn’t buying until I found that car I wanted. He searched and locate it but it took 3 months. Each customer has specific requirements and Nolan understood that. He kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle over that period and I was impressed with his professionalism. Both Tamatha and Brandon has been responsive and great. I visited 4 Land Rover/ Jaguar Dealerships in my area. Out of all 4 dealers Land Rover of New Rochelle was the best. The reason why they were the best is, they beat their competitors. The Salesman I had was great (James Raysor) I told him what I was looking for and I gave him a price range. 10 minutes later he showed me a car that beat out all 3 previous dealerships. The deal was too good. I could not have said No. Great experience!
A huge thank you the team at Land Rover New Rochelle. My boyfriend and I picked up our car on Saturday after two weeks of working with Lenny. He was absolutely stellar and couldn’t have made the process easier for us (first-time car purchasers!). He walked us through all of our beginner questions and made himself available to us every step of the way. It’s what made the biggest difference to us when we decided which dealer to work with.Similarly, Tamatha in the finance department was extremely helpful when we came in. She patiently walked us through all of our options and really helped us weigh pros and cons of all that was available.We felt taken care of at every point of the way and feel very thankful we got to work with such an amazing team for our first purchase. It made a daunting process extremely swift and easy, and we hope we can work together again in the future!
After this dealership sold me the car (exactly 1 month ago) I never heard back from them. Still waiting to schedule time with the “genius” to tell me all the fixtures of the car. Call dealership and explain I was having a few issues and never received a call. Very unprofessional! After multiple calls/messages I finally received a call back, made an appointment for April 6th two weeks in advance. When I went, everyone was all over the place, were not expecting me and did not have a loaner car available upon my arrival. I won’t recommend this dealership I rather go Long Island or NJ for better customer service. At first they were nice now they just ignore me.
My salesmen George was friendly and professional. He made the entire sales process so easy and enjoyable. Although, I constantly called or emailed George, he always made time to address my questions or concerns. I initially went to another Jaguar dealership closer to my home, and was not as if my wife and I were valued customers. The salesman treated us and another couple of color unprofessionally, while falling all over other customers who were only looking.That was not the case with Land Rover Jaguar of Larchmont. I told them of my experience with the previous dealership and they apologized. We were told that would not be our experience at their store, and it wasn’t. I never felt pressured or ignored. The salesmen at this dealership were so helpful and patient. Went to check out my dream car in May, they went to run my score & did a soft pull...told me I may not get approved. (Score was shown lower than what is on credit karma) So I waited 2 more months which was ideal because my birthday is in July. Long story short i did the credit application after getting my score up 100 points & I got that phone call to come & pick one out. Have never been so happy!! 23 with my dream car & no co-signer. I originally went to the one in white plains earlier this year because that is where i live. The sales manager told me i would not be able to get the velar & that i should stay in my price range and maybe look at an evoque. As a black Woman, you go to the one in white plains, they won’t even look at you! Well I’m about ready to drive my fully loaded 19 velar right to them 😛😛 thank you Anthony & thank you Lenny
They turned my fist car buying experience into an absolute nightmare. I purchased a car from here in October of 2019 and let me start by saying the sales staff was kind patient and helpful. once papers are signed and they have your money that all stops. about a month after my car had an issue with the transmission. since its not a jaguar or land rover i was redirected to jeep so they could diagnose the problem mind you this car was under this dealers warranty since i had only had the car for a month when this issue came up. this was clearly a pre existing problem with the car which they didnt disclose during the sale. long story short its been 6 months and ive been calling and emailing with no end or solution in sight. the general manager and my sales person have both confirmed to me several times that this issue is covered in the warranty yet they refuse to actually fix the car or pay to have it fixed somewhere else. I cannot stress how unprofessional they are. if i could give negative stars I would.

I am a Land Rover customer for more than 10 years. I drove this car over 3 different continents, including US. Been always happy, felt safe, ensured that I can move through (almost) any type of land road, either is in Manhattan, the pick of a mountain or in deep mud. That kind of proud and relax feeling.I was in Land Rover Larchmont/New Rochelle in 2017 for a new purchase. And I returned in 2020 for another, to replace the previous. I had the feeling of returning to friends. As Ebony Bryant, my sales associate, mentioned to me, to the family. Indeed, we need that trust and confidence when making decisions to by a car. I recently went into Land Rover after viewing other cars on Main St. I was impressed the moment I walked into the door. The receptionist immediately set me up with a car salesman without a prior appointment. I met with Jim Raysor, who I would end up leasing a car from a week later. The best dealer around. This is our 5th L.R. with Larchmont. We have always had a great experience here. We always dealt with a specific salesman (Pete) but he is no longer with them but Jim Raysor picked up where the former salesman left off. We told him exactly what we wanted and Jim & crew delivered, I mean they actually DELIVERED the vehicle to us!!!! I also want to mention Nick & Tim, they were great also. This is why we drive pass 3 different Land Rover dealerships on our way to Larchmont. We all know a Land Rover can sell itself but this dealership sells the experience. Once again, great place, great staff. 5 stars +New update: The service staff is great as well. The appointment process is smooth, they make it easy to drop off and get a rental. Very professional as well.
Where there appeared to be a systematic issue with my appointment registering months later, Brandon was able to resolve the make great adjustments to get the servicing done in a timely manner. He was attentive, understood the issue at hand, and made the process flow once things were sorted. Also Sonny provided great timely service during this visit.Despite a process flow issue, the team got the job done and my car issue resolved. Much appreciated!
I recently purchased a Land Rover from this dealer. We purchased the car on Monday. They promised to provide us new rubber mats and they said the car would be ready for pick up by Thursday. Even though, we scheduled an appointment on Thursday to pick up the car, they were not respectful to our time and kept us waiting for 1,5 hrs . Neither the car or the paperwork was ready. After 1.5 hrs, there were still some error messages on the car. When we reminded them about the mats, we found out that they never ordered them! They promised to call us back the next day for the mats but that never happened. After 1 month and several e-mails, they still havent fulfilled what they have promised. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is I love our new car and I think we got a good deal on it. Would not shop here again.
Tried to purchase a Range Rover last week from this dealership. Saw a few on their website that looked like what I wanted. Went in on 3/29 and spoke with Randy Escano. He found one in their inventory that I liked and I test drove another because the one I liked was on a different lot. After discussing it with my wife later that night and the next day, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. I called Randy the following afternoon and gave him my credit card info to hold the car. He was supposed to email a purchase order to me the next day and never did. I tried sending him emails and made numerous calls for two days. I discovered that he never even ran my card for the deposit. I tried calling the Sales Mgr, Kevin Holmes, but his voicemail was full. I give up. Ive never encountered such a highly unprofessional crew as the people that work here! Ill take my business elsewhere.
Hands down the best experience Ive had buying a car. I inquired about a car through the website on my train ride home one night. The next day James called me and we spoke for about 10 minutes. Every other communication was done through email which was very convenient for me (and my preference). Total transparency and no gimmicks. Every number on the car and my trade-in were exactly the same as they said. This was the fourth Jaguar dealership I spoke with (five if you count Jaguar of Manhattan not responding to my inquiry) and they were BY FAR the best.
On Thanksgiving, 400 miles from home, I noticed a puddle of coolant under my 04 Discovery that was too large to ignore or dismiss. Checking the web, was very pleased to find LR Larchmont was less than 10 miles away, and their site enabled me to confirm a service appointment, first thing, the next morning!Immediately on arrival, the Service Advisor walked around the truck, to note pertinent details. The questions that were asked were detailed and necessary to support their assessment of the situation. The truck was immediately moved inside for testing and evaluation by an experienced technician. He was thorough, just as I had asked, because I had a wedding to attend the next morning in Western NY State and approximately 1100 miles to travel before returning to home and my regular LR service facility in Richmond VA.Not just one, but THREE leak points were found, each requiring immediate repair (two of which needed LR-specific parts). My truck is worked hard, as I am a volunteer EMT and I take emergency calls from home at night. This truck has 179,000 miles on it and has NEVER left me stranded. It does get regular lubrication and inspection by my dealer every 3500 miles.The team at LR Larchmont - specifically my advisor and my technician - worked hard and fast to get me back on the road, so as to not miss the wedding. As I awaited completion of work on my truck, I watched a number of customers come and go and did not hear a single complaint. I was very impressed with the quality of work that was done, especially in light of the fact they had no forewarning and obviously handled all their other customers as well as they did, too!The LR Larchmont Service team demonstrated understanding and great skill in dealing with my needs.As a user of dealer services for over 45 years, I can say that LR Larchmont as earned my appreciation and my highest recommendation for any person who requires a high standard of care for their vehicle.

The staff kept me informed during the process and helped me where I needed it . I never felt pressured or coerced to do something I didn’t come there to do. Jim Raysor is terrific. Hes straightforward, honest and fair. His service was (and remains) impeccable and that level of service clearly permeates the entire dealership at Land Rover Larchmont/New Rochelle. I negotiated a lease for a range rover with three separate car dealership in the area. Jim and his dealership were head and shoulders above them all in terms of responsiveness, service and fairness. Getting to a good/fair deal with the other dealerships was like pulling teeth. With Jim, he sized me up well, and understood that I was a buyer, that I knew exactly what I wanted, and that I would not settle for less -- and I didnt have to suffer the condescension and insults to my intelligence that I faced elsewhere. In fact, I negotiated a better deal at another Land Rover dealership nearby, but decided to do the deal with Jim and his dealership, because (A) Jim is genuinely a likable guy, and (B) I knew that Jim and his dealership would continue to provide great service even after we closed the deal. Kudos to Jim and the management for establishing such a terrific commitment to great service.
Great experience at Land Rover New Rochelle. I went there with the expectation of being pressured and feeling uncomfortable. I must say it was quite the opposite. Jim Raysor my salesman was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole buying experience. I will definitely refer friends and to Jim for there next Land Rover.
I cant begin to say how much I love this dealership especially Steven Goldsmith my Sales man I have been buying my Range Rovers through him for years now and just picked up my 2016 truck last week from him and I come all the way from Long Island and that must be a great reason why I still go to him he very thorough, professional and very courteous and amazing with his follow up every step of the way. I wish I could rate this dealership (specifically, Jim Raysor) higher than 5 stars on this review. We have leased more cars than I can count but I cannot recall ever having more pleasant, smooth or most important, FAST experience! We are both busy professionals and do not have time to spend hours in the dealership listening to sales tactics. We knew what we wanted and when we wanted it and Jim kept our pace with his quick and efficient responses. We arrived to the dealer at 10:50am and were litereally driving out of the lot at 11:15am. Thank you to everyone at Larchmont Land Rover for this amazing experience!!
They owed us a refund for services not used for MANY months now after we got rid of our Land Rover. They are only helpful if you’re making a purchase but otherwise they won’t answer your calls or emails. Tamatha seems absolutely useless at this point. She never responds to her emails. It’s impossible to even get through to this place. Awful awful awful- my husband and I just want our refund!!
I have to say that I didn’t imagine leaving the dealership with my Dream car. At first I was settling on a vehicle due my budget. Then when I told them that I wasn’t happy they immediately found the car I wanted for the price I could afford. I’m so happy that during this pandemic I was able to make a financial decision with good honest people. Thank you Land Rover.

I went in to Land Rover of Larchmont after my dad and I were looking for an SUV. Jim Raysor introduced himself and we explained what we were looking for in a vehicle. The whole team at Land Rover of Larchmont, from Jim to Kevin and Joe were warm and made me feel like the genuinely cared about my needs and making me a part of the Land Rover family. They are always available for any of my inquiries. I wholly recommend anyone looking for a quality vehicle to head over and ask for Jim!Amending on 5/9/19:I had a great experience with Jim (which is why I gave them a high rating before) but a TERRIBLE experience with the service team. My Discovery Sport SE had some trouble with the backup camera and sensors not working. I assumed this would be something covered by the warranty and took it in. The service team stated it was not covered by warranty because the damage was done in an accident. They claimed someone went into the bumper and clipped the wires. The car has NEVER been in an accident and I had to buy a CarFax Report and they still did not service it. The Service Manager said he would not service it under warranty and invited me to take it to another service center to see if they would it without charging. I did just that and the other service center did the work. Please do not give a dollar towards servicing your vehicle to this business.
Went in to see Aline who was fantastic and patiently captured all my needs. I’m a conscious consumer; Part of my due diligence is to conduct research ahead of a purchase. Although not ready to buy today, I wanted to make sure I understood the process and that this dealership could accommodate my needs when ready to drive of the lot in 3 weeks.James Beban, Sales Manager came to me after Aline escalated my inquiry and was very dismissive. He said “come see me when you’re ready” with a classless demeanor. I thought that was immensely rude and a major disregard for my time. I came to see you to better understand your process. I guess since I am not ready to buy TODAY, I don’t deserve your time? Well, some of us like to better understand the product we are purchasing. Too bad James didn’t have the patience to deal. Another dealership will get my business!!
9/20 Worst place ever. Lost my key and they have one in stock ready to program. Only issue was the horrific lady at the check out stating my car would need to be towed in and programmed, which is only available by appointment and next appointment is October 5. So I would have to wait 15 days for a key to be made for my car. I called 3 other dealerships and my key would be made for me in 2 hours. Not 15 days. I feel bad for anyone who does business here.Part 2 9/21Was able to buy and program my key today. Funny thing was the key at this dealership was $340, meanwhile the key at the Manhattan dealership was $240. Yet again another indication of a terrible business. If you want to be taken for a fool, be my guest and shop here, Otherwise I strongly advise you to stay away
It was the easiest dealership experience Ive ever had...with the best outcome imaginable. Deron is a wonderful salesman, never at any point did we feel any pressure to buy. When we initially told him wed be looking in about a months time to do the transaction, he was fine with it. About three weeks later he contacted us and we were driving our new RR a few days later. We will be back.
Promises not kept!!! I went in to this dealership to lease or purchase a 2017 Range Rover Sport upon the recommendation of my husband and a former sales person who left to manage his own dealership. Even though I love the vehicle that I eventually leased and the service staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, I did not connect with my sale person Jim Raysor and to this day, his promise to pay the last month of the lease on my returned vehicle has not been fulfilled. I called the business manager to report that it had not been paid and he pawned me off to a sales manager. The sales manager put Jim on the line who said he would review our agreement and take care of the issue. He even called me a week later to tell me that he was taking care of the balance. Why then am I still being called by Chase Bank on an issue that should be a non-issue. Not pleased and I plan to call Better Business Bureau about it.
One of the most pleasant and valuable experience leasing a car for second time due to larger inventory and options on top of sincere sales service provided by Jim Raysor who worked with me for both leases over the years. He worked very diligently to find the loaner car that fits my budget with limited mileages on it. I know, I cant drive any other car but Range rover. Thank you!

I previously read reviews about out of state purchasers having difficulty getting their plates in a timely fashion, so I was hesitant to drive 3 hours to get one of the 12 coupes that they had left in the US.I called Larchmont/New Rochelle Land Rover to start working out a deal on the car I wanted. The first gentleman (George) who I dealt with was terrible to say the least. He told me he would email me quotes and paperwork to fill out on a Wednesday. I also asked him for actual pictures of the car as the posts online were computer generated/general photos. Thursday when I received nothing, I called and asked again. Friday I still had nothing. On Saturday, after a little attitude, Steve Goldsmith began helping me. From here on out it was smooth sailing. The following weekend we took the 3.5 hour drive to pick up the car. We were in and out within an hour and then went to enjoy a lunch not far from the dealership before heading home.Fast forward a month. My plates came in with time to spare. My car has had no issues. I did have a problem logging into My Control/Remote App. I contacted Steve and he immediately pointed me in the right direction. One 5 minute phone call later it was all fixed. (Love the app too BTW).If youre from out of state and youre scared about the plates, I suggest you fill out the POA form before you head up. And if possible, deal with Steve. He is very conscious of his clients and strives for things to go smoothly. THANK YOU STEVE!!!
Excellent service. Its a busy place, but is clean, comfortable and runs smoothly. Took my LR2 in and was seen quickly, offered coffee, water, etc. Gave me a beautiful new loaner (higher model even - 2015 Evoque) and were very accommodating with the return time the following day. Car taken care of exactly as promised. Another very hospitable greeting at the time of pickup, which was also a seamless experience. Car washed, clean, fixed and running as well as ever. The place has been consistently good, friendly, helpful. and I simply love the 2014 LR2 ... its the best.
The selection of pre owned vehicles at this dealership is exceptional, along with there customer service. I purchased a 2013 audi s4, that might as well have been new. Upon arrival the day of picking up my new car, it was detailed and show room clean. Would recommend this dealership, and my representative Tatiana provided wonderful help, and a smooth car buying experience
I dont normally review car dealerships but I was quite impressed by Land Rover of Larchmont and Jim R. in particular. Jim was able to understand my needs and situation. He made the car purchase process very easy. And Jon in Finance made it quick and to simply sign and drive off--it took all of 15 minutes from the time I sat down to sign the paper work.
Service center is horrible !!!!!! Highly advise you go elsewhere if you’re interested in buying a Range Rover. I’ve had more problems with my Range Rover velar that have supposedly “been fixed” time and time again by the service center. Poor communication, always confusion and a delay when you’re there, they never have a loaner, and much more. In my opinion, Range Rover is not worth it- go buy a Porsche down the block.

After having purchased and leased several cars in my lifetime... this was truly the most negative experience at this dealership...specifically sales - from start to finish. First off, a handshake or even a smile goes a long way! Was truly considering the more expensive trim... but the statement, it doesnt make sense for most people I felt was quite a bit personal. Certainly, Im no rich beauty... but I was ready to make a purchase. Everything about the sale process was saying please go away... we dont want your business here. Thanks for this horrible experience. It makes me truly value a great sales experience ELSEWHERE.

My remote start up doesnt work. Several times I was asked to delete the App. and redo it. Spent a lot of time online trying to resolve this. Still not sure why this wasnt setup before my leaving the dealership as Lexus had done in the past for me. Now I have to come back to Larchmont this coming Saturday at 8am as I am told there is something wrong that needs to be corrected on the car that is effecting this. If I have to spend more than an hour I wont be happy.. Otherwise Mr. Goldsmith was helpful.

Went in yesterday to pick my vehicle, & all I can say is, Johanna Berry from service, he IS THE BESTTTTT, his initial look at my vehicle & immediate observation was “your vehicle is crooked”, I was like oh my goodness, yes you are right, am so glad you said that cos I thought I was going crazy, smh”, there’s no time that I have taken my vehicle in for service that I ever regretted or have a complaint afterwards (even though I cringe at the cost most times😂😂😂😂) he still works with me & does his best. I have also had interactions with Randy from parts, another great guy, took care of my issue instantly over the phone, & he was very gracious enough to resolve the issue for me in person within minutes. And I also have Alberto, very calm & patient on both occasions where he has had to drop me off because a loaner wasn’t available, I am forever grateful. To these 3 people, I SALUTE🙌🏾👏🏾👍🏾.
It was my first encounter with The Service Department at Land Rover Larchmont/New Rochelle. A 45.000 miles service for Range Rover Sport Supercharged, 2013. It is important to note that the car was purchased at the other dealership. I was welcomed by Damien Earthman, a Service Advisor, promptly at 07:30 AM, given a loaner and was on the road a few minutes later. When I returned to get my car at 5:30 PM, Damien and a Service Department Manager Hugh with apologies let me know that service took somewhat longer than expected, and Transmission tune-up was not done yet. They offered me to wait until the mechanic would complete the work, or to keep the loaner for another day. I chose to wait. The mechanic brought me a car close to 7 PM, despite the fact that Service Department closes at 6 PM. I was very impressed by warm, respectful, cordial and professional services at LR Larchmont/New Rochelle. I drove away feeling comfortable to service my car there for years to come.

If you are in the market, this is the dealership where to go to have a courteous, expeditious, professional and flexible experience for your new car purchase.I worked specifically with sales associate Marco Perez Jr. From day one when I expressed interest in a vehicle that I found via LR Larchmont/New Rochelles website, Marco expeditiously was in contact finding out information and setting up an appointment to test drive and discuss the purchase terms. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed and working with Marco was an absolute pleasure. I have purchased many vehicles in my my life, even traveling to different states, from many different manufacturers, but hands down, Land Rover Larchmont New Rochelle was the most memorable experience I ever had at any dealership. The entire team all worked to get the paperwork necessary and completed in a courteous time frame, prep the new vehicle and get it ready to get me on my way within a very comfortable turn around time. Can I give zero stars? I have had consistent problems with the passenger car door holding water. On three separate occasions, the car was left with Land Rover to fix the problem. It was never fixed. Now, no one in upper management will return my calls despite numerous promises. The difference in customer care between Land Rover and other car dealers (following the sale) is drastic to say the least.
Just walked out of the dealership with our 2nd Range Rover Sport. Jim Raysor is the gentleman you need to go see! Jim sold me both Range Rovers and I can say with absolutely certainty that it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. There was no game playing or fooling with numbers,he is a man of his word and excellent at what he does. Highly recommended!
I had a superb experience with Steve Goldsmith as my sales agent. Straight to the point and made sure I got what I really want not just for the sake of having a sale that moment. He did all the work and called me to pick up the car, how is that? I am pleased with the exceptional service he did.
I purchased a Range Rover Evogue 2015 on 1/15/16 and it was the biggest mistake ever made. I should have never chose to buy it from the dealership in LARCHMONT, NY. They are the worst, their customer service skills suck and I wish I never purchased a vehicle from them. The salesman Deron never remembered to complete paperwork and the sales manager Carl Cruz is very inattentive when customer situations arise. Nobody returns your phone calls or follows up to ensure that complaints are taken care of and completed. I just received my tags today 3/17/16, 17 days after the temp expired. They made no effort to accommodate me for the time i could not use my vehicle. When I purchased the car the service light was coming on. I was told they forgot to reset it and that the vehicle was just serviced. Three days after I brought it in for them to push the reset button i received an email that my car would be due for service soon. The day I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was dirty, had scratches all over and a dent. I was handed the keys and sent on my way without any instruction on how to operated my vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE! THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT DESERVE TO BARE THE LAND ROVER NAME!!!
What was supposed to be a 24h fix took 4 days. Of course I had a loaner but I was quite surprised to find out that a daytime light failing, less than 3 months after the car was bought, is a normal and acceptable thing (words from the technician when I picked up my car).I expect more from a brand like Land Rover and it is disappointing. This is my first Land Rover and it might be my last ...
Everyone was friendly and Willing to work with me to find me the right product that meets my budget and poses as a happy medium for all.Jim Raynar my sales rep. Went above and beyond to help me find what i needed. The finance rep was also comprehensive of time limitations and setup everything for a soeedy and smooth transaction.Very satisfied with the service.

The sales team at Land Rover Larchmont/New Rochelle were great! I worked with Royal Monroe and he worked wit me to find the right Discovery Sport at a great price. Paperwork was ready for me when I arrived for delivery and Royal reviewed the features of the car and we were on our way completely satisfied. We love our new Land Rover and highly recommend Royal and the team in Larchmont.
The looks of the dealership is very deceiving. The dealership is in desperate need of a makeover, but the good thing is the customer service does not. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew as my salesman and would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to purchase a Range Rover. The rating I am giving is based on my salesman ONLY and not the faculity.I would like to note that I picked up my Range Rover HSE in the rain from the dealership. I had a 2 hour ride home upstate (which turned into 4 hours due to weather) the rain quickly turned into sleet and snow as I was driving. Halfway home their was numerous inches of freezing rain and snow on the ground.The Range Rover was absolutely amazing in the weather, it didnt slip or slide once and never left me feeling nervous about driving in such weather.
This review is for the owner of this dealership and the public. Your service advisor documented the service he did not perform and lied about it. He lied about performing a multi point inspection in my LR. It happened the first time, which I thought it was a mistake and it happened again the second time. Im concern any time Im taking my LR to this dealership. My experience is unbelievable, but it happened in the NYS certified LandRover Dealership.
Arrived there at 11 am on a Saturday to look in to leasing a range rover or a jaguar when front desk asked me if I have an appointment. I said no but I can make one and come back if its necessary. They made me an appointment for 1 pm the same day. when I went back after waiting for 45 minutes I asked what was the point of making the appointment if I had to wait this long anyways. make long story short I finally saw the sales man at 4 pm, which would have been fine if he was actually helpful. But he wasnt at all , after wasting my time for god knows how long he said he will email me to follow up. he followed up by calling me during the hours I specifically said Im not available until he finally emailed me asking me everything all over again as if we never had a conversation at the dealership.so basically this range rover dealership wasted my whole Saturday specifically from 11 am to 5 pm with no useful result what soever.
I bought my brand new Velar Oct 2017 and this dealer put the wrong bank on my title. After I caught the mistake and emailed / called, I finally got a response that it would be taken care of if I brought the incorrect title back to them. Here we are 13 months later since doing so, and guess what, not a single courtesy update, call, no response to 2x emails sent, nor title back. Nothing. Don’t bother with this dealer as it’s a typical example of the worst of dealer relations: they take your money and don’t bother caring afterwards. I’m sure they’ll reply, “we care deeply and our GM would like to correct this if you call him,” well, I’ve done that, and the GM doesn’t care to reply. Legal action is imminent as a result of me not having my title for a $80k car 15 months after taking delivery. Stay far far away as there’s plenty of JLR dealers in the tristate area.
Great experience working with the team at Land Rover Larchmont/New Rochelle. I was very happy with my purchase of a FPace. Kudos to Steve Goldsmith who reached out to me immediately after my internet request. He quickly identified which cars fit my criteria and worked tirelessly to ensure a good deal was reached. Out of all the NY/NJ jaguar dealers, Land Rover of Larchmont/New Rochelle was the most welcoming.
Recently my LR2 was having noise problem from the rear. I took it to Land Rover Larchmont/New Rochelle for service where I purchased it 9 years ago. I was impressed by the service advisor Mr. Damien Earthman. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. His courteous manner made me felt my LR2 is in good hand. The service team was amazing. They rebuild my LR2 rear differential unit instead of replacing with a remanufactured one.They saved me a large amount of money. I was quoted three to four thousand dollars from other Land Rover dealerships for the same repair. I am very please with Land Rover New Rochelle/Larchmont. I would definitely recommend this dealership because they care of their customers.
This is the first review I have ever posted online. This dealership exemplifies the worst behavior in car salesmen, with a sales manager who does not understand or frankly care about the concept of dealing with customers in good faith. We originally went to the dealership to look at ordering a new LR4, and while looking at various color options on cars in their inventory, I noticed a used 2014 Range Rover Sport tucked way in the back behind some other vehicles. It fit our criteria, so I asked our sales associate, Deron (a good and very helpful guy), to move all the cars in front of it so that we could access it for a test drive. After my wife and I both separately drove it, we went to Derons desk to make a deal. While we were discussing the car and reviewing the CarFax, the sales person next to him, while knowing that we were about to purchase the vehicle, quietly disclosed that to his customer (who test drove it after us) and allowed him to place a $500 deposit on the $63,995 vehicle to hold it while he thought about it. And the sales manager, Randy DeMaio -- the guy who should be the good faith arbiter in these situations and who should have given us a right of first refusal -- allowed him to do it. And this dealership has fixed pricing on their used inventory, so it wasnt a situation where he was selling to the highest bidder in a transparent process. When I raised this with Randy, he was rude and dismissive, stating that he sells cars and that I am welcome to put a backup deposit on the car. Wow. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you are purchasing a new or used vehicle.
I rather buy a Land Rover vehicle from any other dealership then one owned my Auto Nation. The customer service is appalling, the sale people who you would of assumed give that special attention is not there. I would compare this dealership to a used car lot with sleazy sales tactics and promises they cant keep.
This is the best Land Rover dealership in the tri-state area. If you are in New Jersey it is well worth the extra few minutes to go over the GWB and buy or lease from this dealership. Its like night and day. This is my 2nd Land Rover I have leased. The first was from New Jersey. Never again ! The dealers at Land Rover Larchmont are knowledgeable, extremely professional, competitively priced and make the experience truly enjoyable. There was no pressure from the dealers. They wanted my family to be110% satisfied. No doubt we are. If you are shopping around I strongly recommend you stop by this dealership. You will have no regrets.
Wow where do I began, Jim over at LandRover in Larchmont was amazing!! I purchased my new Range Rover Velar and the experience was everything. He helped me every step of the way, and even spent time with me learning about all the options the car has. He called periodically to check up on me and my new car. I got it at the price I wanted without any hassles. This car is unbelievable! I love it!! I recommand if your interested in a Land/Range Rover or Jaguar not to hesitate in going to visit the Larchmont LandRover dealership in New Rochelle!!!! You won’t be disappointed.
Worked with a new guy named Sean in the service department. All I can say is they did what they said they would do, called me numerous amounts of time to make sure I was well informed and new the problem with my vehicle. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

2021-11-02I purchased a used car from this dealership and I live all the way in Florida...over 1000 miles away. My salesman, Lenny, was fantastic through the entire process. Communication was very high and the process was so easy from start to finish. I landed in New York on at 9:30 am and was driving back to Florida at noon. Fast, easy, and seamless....and the best part is the car exceeded my expectations on every level. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!!! Keep up the great work! 10 out of 10!

2022-03-16Easy to get an appointment at their new facility - which is beautiful. We were immediately greeted by a team at the service bay entrance who began taking our information and introduced us to Jason, our service rep. He clearly outlined the steps they would take to evaluate our Discovery and diagnose the problem, then arranged our loaner vehicle, and within a brief period we were heading out to work. A short while later, he called to outline the issues and obtain authorization to proceed with repairs, and told us the truck would be ready by 5pm for pick-up. He later called to confirm pick-up when the truck was ready.Overall a great experience. Everyone we encountered was courteous and professional. It was refreshing to have clear communication with Jason. We knew what was happening every step of the way. Two thumbs up. Also a shout-out to Steve G. our sales rep for the tour of the new showroom.
