I wish I could post pictures on here to let them speak for themselves . . I had chipped my front tooth years ago, and every dentist I saw told me to wait until the root died. Well after nearly 8 years of being in pain, and living with a horrible filling covering my front tooth, I saw Dr Barile who changed everything for me. She layed out my options and recommendations clearly and made everything easy to understand. I ended up having a root canal done on that front tooth and my other front tooth prepped for a veneer. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN WHILE DR BARILE DID THE ROOT CANAL. None. She even called me the next morning to check in on me. I didnt have any pain during or after the root canal. I cant explain how easy and painfree Dr Barile and the hygienists (I mostly saw Kayla) made this experience for me. I had multiple appts over a few weeks for moldings, temporary crowns, etc until I had my permanent crown and veneer placed. I was so scared that they wouldnt look right, or wouldnt match well, but Dr Barile and Kayla were so thorough that my front teeth look amazing and natural and I get compliments on my smile all the time now! I could go on and on about how wonderful this office is (even the receptionists were extremely nice and helpful, especially when it came to insurance stuff). Even though my insurance didnt cover everything completely, I would still pay out of pocket 100% if I had to to have the great experience I did here.
Excellent. I am always greeted very nicely when I come in. This time I had a couple of concerns when I went in for a cleaning and they were addressed right away. Hygienist was very professional and thorough. Love that fact that I am not kept waiting and really appreciate the doctor taking the time to show me - with pictures - what the problem is and the plan to fix it. Extremely effective use of the newest technology.
I love my hygienist, Lisa! She is GREAT, and always make me laugh, which is a good thing when you are going to a dentist! LOL! Thanks, Lisa, for making my cleaning so fun! ;-) Btw~ Dr. Lapinski is GREAT too! :-)
Great Dentist and very knowledgeable. BEWARE though, as they only participate with one insurance provider Delta I believe. You WILL end up paying out of pocket additional $$ as their fees are higher than standard Insurance coverages... I paid the bill believing my insurance provider would reimburse me but found out the hard way their standard fees, that they reimburse, are much lower. Im sad to have to discontinue using DR Lapinski because of this. This was for a basic cleaning and x-rays BTW..
My wife was the patient and her feeling was both Dentist and staff very professional, however their charges were off the wall astronomical over 2000 dollars for 3-4 fillings they will never see her again, Be aware.
Dr. Lapinsky and his staff are the best at what they do and always friendly, personable, with no long waits, and excellent dental work.I highly recommend this practice.
I love Chris & the entire staff at Dr. Lapinskis office. Im moving out of state and I wish I could take them with me. They are honest and personable and I always feel comfortable there! Im going to miss that office.

I had a temporary filling put in one of my molars. It was so temporary that it fell out by the end of the same day. Very disappointed.

2022-04-29Initial visit for a new bridge was an excellent experience. Entire staff was quite friendly and professional. Dr Lapinski took his time (quite a bit of it, actually) and thoroughly explained all options to me as this was somewhat complicated, and helped me decide as to which route to take. I feel extremely comfortable placing my dental health in his, and his staffs, hands.

2022-03-09Best dentist Ive been to. Dr. Barile was very thorough and utilized all the latest tools and procedures (much more high tech than my previous dentist). Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

2020-06-04Today I visited Lapinski dental.. I was amazed how sterile a nd efficient the experience was. A dental hygienist comes to your car ,takes temperature and proceeds to take you in for your visit. Precautions were in every aspect of my visit. Dr. LAPINSKI HAS MADE SURE THAT YOU ARE SAFE AS WELL AS HIS STAFF. I WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL FOR A DR. WITH THIS LEVEL OF MORALS. ; AS WELL AS 22 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

2015-08-09I highly recommend this dental practice. I have been going to Dr. Lapinski since he opened the practice and the quality of his and his staffs work is excellent. I had the beginnings of gum recession when I started and with their care it has not progressed. Ive never had to wait at appointments and the whole staff is very friendly.

2017-09-22Needing to find a new dentist after mine retired, several folks said, Dr.Joe Lapinski is the best. So, after a cleaning and several crowns, I would definitely rate him and his practice Top Notch. The entire staff, from Paula at the reception desk to Kayla and Joyce and the hygentist is very warm and welcoming. You can feel that they work as a team to make the patient comfortable while providing excellent care in a clean and up to date office.

2011-11-09Dr. Lapinskis staff is well trained, the facilities are top-notch, he does the extra work to make sure that your teeth will remain healthy and doesnt bill out every little thing, which is helpful if you are paying out of pocket. They are encouraging clients to review them here, but not with bribery, and really, he does deserve these ratings.

2021-07-31I never was a fan of the dentist, usually had the worst experiences. Lapinski Dental changed that for me. I recommend everyone to Lapinski Dental😁

2015-07-31My whole family have been going to Dr. Lapinski for some time now, and we all LOVE our experience there. Very friendly, helpful and supportive staff and Dr. Lapinski always makes you smile with some kind of funny saying. :-) Hes a TERRIFIC dentist! We live in Hillsdale, but make the trip to East Greenbush every 6 months, because its worth the trip!!! Keep up the GREAT work Dr. Lapinskis office!!!
