Best customer service and reps!!!! I normally deal with Harry but over the weekend I made multiple impulsive purchases and harry wasn’t in but I dealt with Leidy who I drove nuts…. She was so patient and helpful that a fellow buyer where I was asked for her information to become a customer I wouldn’t trust my business to anyone else

I was with Geico for 20 years and they got really greedy. My car was ready for a lease return so I shopped a few insurance carriers like Progressive and Liberty Mutual who were even higher than Geico.It was a Sunday when I did some research and found State Farm, and Larissa Buerano. My insurance agent was Ethan who was not only professional but very informed and considerate.For the same coverages I ended up saving almost $500 per year and that included automotive, rental, towing and for less than I paid Geigo also got apartment insurance. Glad I found State Farm they really came through for me.

I have been with this agency since 2016 and Harry has the best service and the best prices all the time. I got my home and autos with him and every time has been a pleasure. The office was closed for a few days during the pandemic but they are back. I love walking in to there office.

I was going in for the reviews and it seemed pretty well and everyone was polite but one person his name was Harry . He made my experience really uncomfortable , his attitude was definitely felt .i left feeling sadded by my experience cause the reviews were great I’m pretty sure everyone was nice but him if you go be careful and or just go to someone else in the office that won’t make you feel uncomfortable like Harry did .have a nice day

I had a great experience with Harry. Harry took his time and did not rush me or pressure me into buying the car insurance. I will recommend everyone who values a good relationship with his agent and wants to save $$$ to call Harry. Harry is the best!

They never return your calls.... I been calling for days to adjust my insurance policy. they pick up the phone take your info and say they will call you back and never do.

I’ve been using Larissa’s office for all of my insurance needs for over 10 years now, and I’ve received nothing but consistent and honest service throughout the years. Even if you were able to find a slightly lower quote (not likely) you have to factor in service, and that’s where this office excels. Richy is great at matching State Farm’s multitude of products with exactly what my household needs. No more, no less. I will continue to recommend this agent to all of my friends, family and colleagues.

I needed to obtain insurance for the engagement ring I purchased. I went in assuming I’d add it to my renters insurance. After explaining what I wanted, Richy laid out the benefit of having a separate policy that would provide ample protection that wouldn’t be possible with my renters insurance. He made the process very simple and put us at ease that we got the best policy at the best price! Highly recommend!

I was with State Farm for a few years. Apparently once you sign up you get a home base, that State Farm corporate oversees. This office was great along the years. They even found ways to save me money throughout the time I had multiple policies with them. The reason why I am leaving this review is they dropped my car insurance only, without notification. No email, no phone call, no postal mail, no letter left in my messages to read on the State Farm app. I had automatic payments deducted monthly. The only reason why I found out was due to a cheaper bill I received a week prior to the end of my insurance term.I can’t even imagine what this office could have cost me if I didn’t realize I lost my car insurance without notice. Their reason? Supposedly my husbands driving record (which the knew he was insured with Geico and we have separate cars). I am currently closing on a house and could have lost EVERYTHING if I continued to drive unknowingly without car insurance and had an accident. The only good thing I see come out of this is that I didn’t waste my time insuring my new home with this office. Don’t get my wrong State Farm as a company was great, but they told me it was this particular offices decision to drop me without proper notice. The corporate customer service stated they didn’t have access to see why Larissa’s office dropped me and that I HAD to speak to someone at the office to find out more info (you would think the parent company had access to their representatives in offices files).It’s going on a month since getting that bill. Still no letter with reason.
