2021-11-20If there was a zero star option I would put here. Absolute swindlers who took our tractor for a repair and then didnt even call us back for two weeks despite multiple calls. They then took another two weeks to do the repairs only to have them tell us that the repair they did didnt work. They then have the gall to hand us a $3800+ bill in which they charged us close to $100hr in labor for a tractor they didnt even fix!!! All I know is Im in the wrong business! Would love to charge for work I didnt even do!

2021-03-31They are very helpful. Once with a interstate battery. Didnt have a Free REPLACEMENT. Called the company and had it in two days. Know a problem with a old Ford tractor. Helping me with that also. Great place to go in the southern teir ny Arcade, Ny

2018-10-17Excellent sales department, very good customer service (never had a problem as some state) and all around great dealership to deal with. Have been a customer for 20 years. Have bought numerous tractors, equipment and implements. Always ended up giving me a great deal!

2018-02-22Customer Service at Romance is non-existent they dont even know what customer service is. What they do have is some creative billing practices.On one occasion I bought a part that was on the shelf behind the parts counter. The part was the wrong size so I came back for a different size part. That part was out of stock. I asked for a refund and I got less money back. I asked parts about the shortage. The reply was restocking fee. The parts guy wasnt 5 feet away he just turned around and put it back on the shelf no repacking or labeling. They have got to be kidding a restocking fee for turning around.There are five other equipment dealers in the area that would gladly take your business.
