We have used Larrys a couple of times now. His prices have always been fair and he has not tried to do extra work; just what is needed. I would particularly like to acknowledge Greg, who was the point of contact for us on our latest is issue. He took the time to come back to the shop on the night of our accident to help us with our car. He took the time to explain the work that would be required and walked us through the insurance process. He was always proactive and responsive in his communications with us. You can tell that he cares and tries to do the best for the customer. It made the whole ordeal much easier to deal with.

An absolutely great experience. Greg explained the repairs that would be needed on my Tiguan, then reviewed the costs, helped me with the whole insurance claim , called me once the initial diagnostics were done (within a day), explained how long the parts may take, called me once parts ordered, and then, within a few days, it was done. Reviewed my bill again when I picked up my car. Professional, prompt and friendly service all the way. Repairs done were seamless, terrific. Can’t say enough good things. The only place to go. Outstanding !

Larry’s fixed our car after an accident and it looked better than before the accident! The service was quality from start to finish and they even stayed late to finish our car in order for it to be ready for a trip. I would highly recommend!

Greg was so helpful!! This was my first accident so I wasn’t sure what I needed to do. He made me feel so comfortable and wanted to help. Always answered my calls and had great customer service!

Cant say that the work done to the car was any better than when I brought it in. Got nickled and dimed for every small action taken and when I got it back there were paint bubbles all over the car. Very rushed and overpriced.

Excellent Service- fair and reasonable and they do the job correctly. Not often you can find a place where the owner can become a friend that you might just stop by and say hello to.... but this is the one.
