I want to give a huge shout out to Alex, the manager at Laser Bounce on Hempstead Tpke in Levittown. I pre purchased tickets on line for my 6 yr old son and my 12 yr old autistic daughter. When I arrived my daughter decided she didn’t want to jump and was having a little meltdown. I asked the girl behind the counter if she could issue me a refund since she didn’t want to jump. The girl said she would speak to the manager and Alex came over. When I explained that my daughter was autistic and has sensory issues and no longer wanted to jump he was very compassionate about the situation and asked me if I wanted a refund or points on a game card for her to play games. When I said I would take the game card he went above and beyond and put on extra points on so my daughter could enjoy the game room while my son enjoyed jumping. I just want to say thank you to the manager, Alex and the staff at Laser Bounce for being so kind considerate and compassionate towards myself and my special needs child. It’s nice to know there are still good people in this world!
Updated: came here again today on a schools off day. So much fun and easy to manage 3 young kids. Plenty of activities and (zones), all organized in a way that keeps the kids in eyesight at all times and separated by age groups. Good pizza from the pizza shop next door. Prices are reasonable for 1 to 2 hours with 3 kids, at least compared to the other options around. Again, I am giving a shout out to Nic for paying close attention to the kids area so my sneaky little dudes couldnt get out while I was distracted.3 months ago : Very fun for the kids. Clean, lots of activities, especially for a 6 yr old. Not as much but still plenty for the younger kids. Tons of parking behind the building. Its a bit more pricy than I hoped for 3 kids and it limited me to only letting them play in one area but it was plenty of action anyway. The staff was very nice and very helpful, especially Nick. I was very appreciative that they kept each area secure with gates and staff. I read some reviews that were negative about this and it wasnt my experience at all. They were on the ball.
Was really crowded which is a good sign. Had lots of games aside from Lazer tag. The one issue is the place messed up our parties paid order for the Lazer tag. Reservation was made, but they also booked another party for the same time and wanted to make us wait an hour. Wasnt going to happen so we got in but that was unorganized. Again, lots of other games and we might give it another chance.
I’ve been bringing my son here since he was little. It is a little hole in the wall spot but it’s nice. They just redid a lot of the stuff inside and added new machines as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly as well. I always come here on a rainy day with my son. I would say it’s much better than Chuck E. Cheese because of the variety m.
Everything from laser tag 2 blowing & both new & retro arcade games . Usual ticket for prizes thing, Good for kids of all ages. Eat before or after you come here . They order the pizza from somewhere in the neighborhood add to that microwaved White Castle burgers or hot dogs are pretty much as far as the menu goes .
My kids always enjoy coming here, especially when it’s not crowded during the weekdays. They love bouncing and making the balls fall on their heads. And I love when they fall asleep after.
Had my sons 6th birthday party there. Everyone had a great time from the kids to the adults playing laser tag w the kids. The staff was all great from the time I booked the party and throughout the whole event. Wasnt really much for me to do..... except pay the bill. I would definitely recommend u check them out and I felt the price was very fair as well. I will definitely b bringing him back there real soon!
Laser bounce has to do a better job with training their staff in regards to customer service. When I entered the door there were 3 employees at the front desk. Only 1 of them was attending to another customer. I stood there and watch them perform other task. I was not greeted, I was not told that someone will be right with me or anything. I had to tell them that I need service. Then the host finally came up to me. She was sweet at first but when questions were being asked she became snoopy and short with us. Then when we were escorted to the party room she could not handle the volume of children on her own. So, we told her that we can help serve the children the pizza. She became very angry, she insisted that she was fine but failed the task of feeding the children. The games were great and the children had lots of fun but if Laser Bounce wants to continue to be a thriving business, customer service training is a MUST!!
Our kids had a great time on their birthday! The crew was very helpful in setting up the party room and had no problem interpreting my ideas with the home made deco and games. The kids all had high energy. We would certainly have another party here.
Me, and my other three friends came here for the laser tag. We signed up for it and I think it might be a little overpriced. Once we were finish paying, we got right into the laser tag. If you are like me, looking for somewhere to go for laser tag, you came to the right review. My friend and I were on the orange team and my other friends were on the green team. We started playing the game and the green team won. Afterwards my other 2 friends went out side as me and my other friend lost something. The guy at the desk of the laser tag arena helped us find it, he was very nice. Afterwards, we played some more games and finally left. There was no food around that I know of only drinks.
I used to visit a couple of times before the pandemic and decided to come back. This place is pricey for the services offered. Each game cost a lot of credits. They charge parents a $10 fee on top of whatever package you buy if they dont consume anything ( like your not already spending enough there). The package I got was supposed to give me 2 half hours inside their 2 indoor play areas but yet they only give you 20 mins in each area. For that price and low quality youre better off going to Chuck e Cheese or Urban air adventure. Not interested in going back again.
They charge a 10 dollar chaperone fee for all adults that accompany their kids. Its a ridiculous fee because adults have no other option but to be with their kids.
My kids love it here. I love jumping in the bounce rides too!! They have great arcade, bounce rides, laser tag, ball pit and shooter obstacle course, little bowling alley, food and drinks, and you can exchange earned tickets for little trinkets!! We always have much fun here.
I went on Sunday for my daughters tenth birthday I was a little crowded but she loved the laser tag
Fun space for kids and not too expensive. The kids had a blast and I didn’t go broke. Lol
My kids had an amazing time! The staff is very friendly and patient. My only issue is that the bouncy area is too expensive.
I am not sure if I went on a wrong day but I bought tickets in advance and when I get there their credit card machine was down so there was a line that was not moving and even though I had proof that I bought tickets online they told me I still had to wait to get a card. time was wasted that i purchased on the open play that I booked for. It was pretty disorganized and the employees also mentioned there were 12 parties going on today so they seemed a bit overwhelmed as well. My kids did have a good time but again not sure if I just went on the wrong day but it seemed pretty disorganized

Fun place for kids to get some energy out on a too hot, too cold or rainy day. They have a lot for kids to do. My girls love it there, they are 8 and 9 years old.
Alex the manager is extremely professional and customer service oriented. He listened to some complaints I had. He apologized and rectified the issue. He is the reason I continue to celebrate birthdays at laser bounce

Went to a birthday party here the other day. It has a good variety of things for the kids to do. My 2 and 5 year olds had a great time.

Happy they put a ton more balls in the ballocity area. Place is kept nice and clean. Staff is professional and respectful. Theyre always doing there job! My daughter always has fun here. The games are very expensive in my opinion. I think in the last year the games have become more expensive. I love laser tag, they have a great area for this. Best played with more than 6 people. Safe environment, since they closed the front doors I feel a ton better about letting my little one run around on her own.
A lot of activities, suitable for a wide range of ages - younger kids will like the ball pit and bouncy houses, older ones will like laser tag and arcades. A lot of fun.
We had my son 6th birthday party here. The kids as well as the adults enjoyed themselves especially in the laser tag room. The staff was attentive and Maria was a great hostess. We had the party catered and the food was great. Booking the party was easy. Location was accessible.. near the parkway. In the end, we had a happy child + an awesome stress free party = happy parents and a priceless experience.
My daughter has her birthday party here every year. (her choice) All of her friends always have a great time. This year, our party coordinator was Emily. She was very sweet and extremely attentive to all of the kids. The pizza was delicious too. Highly recommend.
I am a mother of four, and this was by far, the best party Ive had for any of my children. The staff was friendly upon arrival. My party coordinator was Cora and she ROCKS! She controlled the set up, clean up, she even wrapped my left-over food. Staff members offered to help me to my car... in 2015, who does that? My son had a wonderful day, and all of his guests had a blast as well. I already booked my other sons birthday for July, and to the best of my knowledge, two of my guests booked their childrens parties too.Most party places offer one hour of play and one hour in a party room. At Laser Bounce, they had one hour of play, 1/2 hour in party room, and another 1/2 hour in the arcade. Wish I knew about this place sooner. The laser tag and Ballocity were a HUGE hit with the kids. There was very little interaction with children from other parties, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.
We had my sons bday party here and everything was amazing. Our hostess, Sim, was always present and pleasant with all our needs. All of our guests were happy too. Not a bad price at all. Were happy we chose laser bounce for the party 100%
Had my sons 6th birthday party there today and it was a wonderful experience! We had the hostess Audrey and she was absolutely wonderful. This was the most stress-free party that we had ever had. A few wishes, is that they had private rooms set for the entire party time, and not so many parties booked on the same day. However, all and all it was a wonderful experience.
I had a ball at my daughters eight birthday party! The laser bounce party host were sweet as pie and very accommodating even after I arrived 1 hour late for my daughter’s party. I had a cake shipped to the location which is against the rules by the way. I called and apologized for breaking the rule but I didn’t want to drive from Brooklyn with cake in the extreme heat and take the chance that it would melt. After ironing out a miscommunication around my cake arriving and the staff not knowing I called the day before to inform them it would be coming. I got into a small squabble with a manger but she apologized and explained why they’re so strict on not being responsible for Birthday cakes. She actually ended being really helpful and left a note for the staff to defrost the cake and when I got there the cake was beautiful and ready to be served. The host quickly helped me decorate so we could have what little time left of our party package. They served the kids pizza and juice swiftly. They had candles when I forgot to bring them and we sang happy birthday and my daughter was smiling from ear to ear. The bathroom is clean and accommodate small children. The arcade, and ball city is the best attraction. The bouncy houses are cute but I can’t say if it’s fun or not adults are not allowed in lol. They have bowling and VR games too. The party packages are cheaper in the Long Island location and they have $100 off for summer parties. I am really happy with the turnout!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing place to have your childs party. We just had our sons 7th birthday party. From the time we walked in, to the very last guest left, we were treated with such kindness, attention to detail and overall great customer service. Maria was our hostess and we could not had a better person helping us on our sons birthday. I would recommend this place to everyone. There is so much for the kids to do, it is clean and has new arcade games. And what I find the best party after the party portion is over, you can stay in the arcade as long as you want. Perfect experience, perfect place and perfect staff. Thank you again!!
This place was awesome!! The staff is super-friendly and helpful. My son 5 (almost 6) year old had a great time. Definitely get the VIP play package. Itll save you tons if your kid wants to do more than one major attraction.

I had my sons birthday party here and enjoyed it a great deal. I loved the private bounce area and the comfy couches was a big hit for the other parents to relax. I do believe they should remove maybe a few video games to make the video game area seem a little larger and not so crowded. The prices for the open bounce time are very reasonable and planning to have my other sons birthday here as well. Kids enjoyed themselves and worked off a lot of energy.
The only cool thing is the laser tag. The price is way too high. Chucky cheese would be cheaper for arcade. Do not walk in and get packages its not worth it.
We had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and were so pleased with how accommodating and helpful the staff were, especially our host, Molly! The kids had a great time and I was so grateful that they allowed us to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions so that everyone was able to enjoy the party!
My son, who turned 6 had his birthday party at Laser bounce. It was perfect, no cooking, cleaning involved on my part. My party planner assigned to take care of us was very organized and they took pictures for us free of charge. Nothing for mommies to worry they handle everything. I would recommend it in the future. Place was clean. Many time frames to choose from. Separate catering menu if you choose other food options for your guests. The pizza place they use was very good pizza.
My cousin hosted her daughters birthday here. As an adult guest I can say I had a lot of fun eventhough it was a kids party. From what I saw, you basically follow a program. First, the kids play in a bounce area. Then, they go to an area where is more of a play pen. More climbing than bouncing. After that they serve you the food. Which is already included and no, you are not allowed to bring your own catered food. Food was really good because it was ordered from Caldas. They had pizza for the kids and for the adults they had pizza, pasta, mozzarella stick, chicken tenders, wings and salad. Coffee and other beverages were included as well. After you eat you are taken to go play laser tag. And the best part about this is that adults are allowed to play! It was my first time ever playing laser tag and I had lots of fun. Lastly, the kids are given a card with 20 points to play the games. Everything was very organized and the staff was professional with handling the party. Good job laser bounce.
Celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday at Laser Bounce in Levittown this week and had a great experience! The kids had a blast! They went on bounce houses for about an hour then had pizza and cake then got tokens to play games...lets just say they all slept good that night!! The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful! The price for the party was very reasonable being that it included bounce time, tokens for games, pizza and drinks and we never felt rushed one bit! Overall I would definitely recommend this venue for party!

Great place for preschool or school aged birthday party! My son had his fifth birthday party in the ballocity room with 10 of his friends and loved it. The staff helps your child feel extra special when they wrap them in long strings of tickets before the arcade aspect of the party. Some of my guests loved playing in the arcade so much they stayed till closing!
Lots of fun for all different ages. They have got lots of arcade games, all up to date. They have a soft play area and a bounce area (multiple larhe indoor bounce houses) which is perfect for toddlers. They have larger soft play/ball zone for older toddlers. And a laser tag area for older kids. They also have a two lane bowling alley (with an option for bumpers for the little ones). Its well kept and has party packages for groups. Great place

Had a great experience at my daughters 6th birthday party! Amanda, our host, was absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly and kind! Would ask for her in the future! Place was neat and clean. Kids had a blast. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back again for a party and just to play!
Great party. My kids and my sons friends had a great time. Went to a birthday part at Laser Bounce and loved it and booked my sons party. Kids had a great time. Did the Ballocity/Bounce party which comes with the games as well. Kids at my sons school commented on his party in class on Monday morning that they had such a great time. Great place for kids parties or even just to go once in a while to play. Theyve got a bounce area perfect for kids through about 5 years old and another bounce area with obstacles and slides thats geared towards kids older than that. Plus theres laser tag, arcade games, and a small bowling area. It can get crowded during typical party times, but otherwise a nice choice for a fun afternoon.
We had a week night party for my sons 6th birthday! The party was well organized and the children had a blast. I highly recommend the photography package. The pictures they captured were adorable, great memories of his special party. Maria was a great party host! Thank you Laser Bounce for making it so easy!
The establishment is fun for all ages. There is an arcade with dozens of fun arcade games and lots of fun prizes to win. There is also laser tag, miniature bowling, a tube play area for kids to crawl around in, and a laser beam dodging game. They also have drinks should u get thirsty. The establishment isnt very big on the outside or inside but dont let it fool you because inside there is hours worth of fun. Definitely a good trip for birthday parties.
My son had an amazing day on his birthday. The staff was very nice and helpful, the food was great and everything came out better than I had expected :) I really liked that the party was private so only kids from my sons party were in that room at that time. This was a great birthday party!!!
My 6 and 7 yr old girl and boy both enjoyed Laser Bounce. They seemed to enjoy the Ballocity room the most and wouldve stayed in there all day if they could. Well return, but not on a Saturday evening again. It was way too crowded, but then again, the kids didnt complain.
Wonderful experience here. My sons 9th birthday party went smoothly without a hitch and everyone had a blast. We did the ballocity first, which was good for any age kids, then the laser tag which was more for 6+ years old but the hostess was good to offer something else to do for the the two younger kids in our party. Overall fun for everybody, even the adults because we ended the party with arcades where the adults can participate. Would definitely come back for my younger kids.
I just had a bounce party there a week ago. I had only been there once before that and that was only to check out the place. I loved it! Im a Mom of two toddlers. All of their guest were adults and children from 7 to 9 years old. EVERYONE HAD AN AMAZING TIME!!!!! ID GO ANY DAY!!!!! SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!!!-Clean-Fun-Nice staff (some were a little moody, but that comes with most places in the world)-Cool toys (for ticket winnings)-Good prices
I took my 8yr old daughter today for her bday. Very helpful staff, fun games , great laser tag experience! We stayed for 3 hours. We had a fun time. So I would recommend other parents to bring their kids as well 😊
Our twin boys had their 5th Birthday Party here. Everyone had a great time! Maria our host was excellent and was very attentive to the needs of all the children as well as the adults. The rooms are clean. The whole party was well organized. Our host Maria took pictures for us. All we had to do was show up and have a great time!! Would definitely recommend Laser Bounce to anybody looking for a great kids party!!
We had my sons 7th birthday party here in early October. He really enjoyed the laser tag and the pizza that was provided as part of a birthday party package. The price was very affordable and the staff was very helpful. We plan to return next year. .
We had our sons birthday party at Ballocity. It was great! Our host, Maria, was so attentive and cheerful. She even took great pictures of the whole event for us. The kids all had a blast. We definitely recommend Laser Bounce!
We had our sons 7th birthday party here. What a great time. The birthday package was perfect- a little bounce, a little nerf ball fun, laser tag and then video games. Molly, our server was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend.
My sons 7th birthday party was there for about 20 kids and it was so amazing and organized. The kids had the best time using all the facilities and my son loved when they gave him all the birthday tickets as his birthday present. It was amazing that each kid got their own money card to play the arcade games and they were each able to walk away with a prize. This was the easiest party (and most fun) I have ever thrown.
My son recently attended a birthday party for a friend at LI Laser Bounce and had a blast. The bounce area, the ball pit area and the video games are perfect for his age (hes 6). He even hit the jackpot on one of the games and won 1000 tickets. It made his day. Definitely recommend this place for birthday parties or for something to do on a rainy day.
Excellent Facility! They always are adding new games and keeping my kids happy! The manager Eric was very helpful and definitely persuaded me into booking my daughters birthday party. We had a great time and we will definitely tell all of our family and friends!
Fun for kids but cost you more than expected
I took my three year old son to Laser Bounce for open play. He played in the ballocity room and had a great time! Maria was working in the room and she was so kind and helpful with my son! I thought the price of the packages was very reasonable and found it to be very clean! We cant wait to go back!
Had a great birthday party for my son there. All of our friends were happy and enjoyed the party and plan to go back with their kids for other occasions. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean and machines seemed to be in good working order.
According to my 5 yo son, Laser Bounce is totally awesome! Not as many video games as Chucky Cheese but they have laser tag and a bouncy area that more than makes up for it. Great place for a birthday party.
Very cool place for all sorts of fun. They have all kinds of arcade games, bouncers, ball pits, laser tag, bowling and more. Thisbkids can win tickets and claim prizes at the front desk. Huge parking lot in the back and additional parking spaces in the front. They have 3 party rooms for birthdays or eventsGood place to bring the kids for a few hours.
I had my childs birthday party at Laser Bounce last year. Everything was great and the party was very well run. I have also taken my kids on a rainy day to play some arcade games and they always have fun.
Went for a Birthday party and it was very nice. Spent the perfect amount of time in each section. Only downfall was the bounce room smells like a teenage boys locker room. Need to put some air fresheners or an air purifier in there.
My Daughter had two birthdays here her 7th and 10th, one was better than the next!! they do an excellent job with the kids. place is clean, staff is friendly, pizza is good and price is right!! My daughter had an amazing time, so did her friends!! I highly recommend Laser Bounce for a good day of fun!!
We bring our triplets to laser bounce frequently and decided to have their 5th birthday party there...It was a large party and there was a lot going on. The staff was AWESOME from start to finish and went over and above for us! The facilities are great!!! There was something to do for everyone, including the toddlers, in between and the adults!!! Everyone said they had an amazing time!!! Our kids LOVE it every time they go and always talk about their good experienced and fun time there! It really is a great place and I highly recommend bringing your kids there for some fun!! The birthday party is a no brainer. I would do it there again....everyone was happy!!! :-)))
We go for open play all the time and my son loves it. Just had a party there in the Ballocity room and it was great, staff made the whole party so easy for us. Bowling and Laser Frenzy was thrown in and all the kids of different ages had a blast the entire party. And they order food from our favorite pizzeria Calda. My son loves it so much he asked for gift cards for his birthday to go back for open play.
We had my sons 7th birthday party a few weeks ago at Laser Bounce (Laser/Ballocity) and we had a great time! The party host Amanda and gang were very helpful and friendly. They took care of putting up and handout all my party décor and treats, without me even asking. The food tasted great and there was plenty of it! It was a nice spring day so the place was empty. The arcade has games for all age ranges and is well maintained. Only complaint would be that we felt a little rushed in the party room and actually didnt take a photo with the birthday boy. But definitely worth the money and the memories. I would recommend it.
We attended a birthday party at Laser Bounce and all of the kids had such a great time. The hostess was awesome and the kids really enjoyed the Laser Tag and Ballocity room. I highly recommend this place for parties. My son turned 10 and really enjoyed himself..

I had my son Davids 8th birthday here today and I have to say this was by far the best birthday he has ever had! We arrived a bit early and were greeted with friendly smiles, they even brought us drinks while we waited. Maria, our hostess, was incredible with the kids, constantly asked if everything was ok, set the party room up beautifully and was extremely pleasant and cheerful. She made the whole party just that much better! My son came home and said Mom, I always want my birthday there, that was the BEST party ever! Well done Laser Bounce! You will definitely be seeing us again and again! Thank you for making Davids special day so memorable 😃
The staff is rude! I can not believe they do no accommodate outside food, balloons or any decorations to celebrate a party. Better off going to chuckle cheese they allow you to bring in a small cake for your child’s birthday! I will not go back for any reason. It was an awful experience. I even ordered food, bought a ball city pass and got $50 in tokens and they still made us take down balloons, table clothe, plates and napkins. Absolutely the worse experience. Do not go there if you can help it!!!!!
My daughter, age 7, has a terrific party at LI Laser Bounce.Party was well-run by the hostess, Cora, and the kids had a blast! The added benefit of the hostess taking pictures was fantastic. I was able to live in the moment without missing it.
I think I broke every record for the ping pong in the fishbowl game. I am legend. The arcade area is not huge but plenty of fun, and the climbing/ bounce area seemed like a good time for the smaller kids. If one of these kids party places could figure out nutritious food for the kids, they should be rewarded with all the business in the world. This is a unique opportunity to reinforce healthy eating habits-- the kids are already having a great time and are so hungry-- theyre gonna enjoy whatever you give them-- nows your chance! To me, even though its deeply satisfying to so many people, feeding someone pizza just says I dont really love you.
My son had a great 5th birthday here. The kids loved it and the staff was very helpful. Joe, the owner is a very nice guy too. There are so many options for the kids to do. We will definitely be back next year.
We had our sons birthday at Laserbounce along with 31 other kids. They all had a blast! The bounce part was fun but the laser tag was AWESOME!!! The best part is the parents can play and/or bounce along with the kids, so they have even more fun. Cant wait to go back next year!!!!
My daughter Tara had her 8th birthday party at Laser Bounce. It was a lot of fun. The party hostess Amanda was very hard working, sweet and made the party run smoothly. We have also gone to many birthday parties at Laser Bounce and sometimes we will go to play games. We are always very satisfied and have lots of fun.
This was our second Laser Tag birthday party at LaserBounce. It was a pleasure booking it, and everyone involved was always very helpful and courteous. We had Bridget as our party host both times (by coincidence), and she was fabulous. Everything was taken care of and the kids had an amazing time!
My family has been to laser bounce numerous times, and actually just got back from our daughters 9th birthday party hosted by laser bounce. I can not express how much fun everyone had including myself and the other adults who were in attendance. The employees go above and beyond making everyone feel special, and let me tell you, they do it all. I was not even aware...but I forgot my camera, and they even took care of that for us. We received beautiful pictures of my daughter an her friends on her special day. The employees are special people, who love what they do, and you can see they thoroughly enjoy making children happy. I truly cant say enough about this place. We have even been there on the busiest of days, and I was in awe of how controlled the environment was.Thanks Laser Bounce!!!!

We all loved the party we had for our daughters 4th birthday there on February 9th.. Maria was our host with the most. She was very organized very personal & accommodating. She was so good with the little ones. Overall we had an excellent experience and we got a lot for our money! Totally worth it! Even had free face painting for us.They took pictures of all the kids with there own camera and upload them onto there website for you to download. That was a huge plus for me. I was busy entertaining the parents and didnt have time to take pics which are good to have for the memories!!!
The arcade games were a lot of fun. It was crowded at 11:00 in the morning, but enough games to go around. Going back for open play. Be sure to check the times for open play for the bounce toys, ballocity and bowling. Unfortunately, did not know that until we went there and there was no open play scheduled.
Anytime I go there with my family we have a blast. My daughter and son loves ballocity . My husband even participates haha ! The food is great for just a little snack, the managers are so helpful and nice and so are some of the employees. My only concern was the space in bounce arena one time. It was way to packed with a bunch a camp kids I believe we then left.
We recently had our triplets 7th birthday at Laser Bounce. The Staff were super friendly and attentive. The kids had a great experience and we booked our youngest childs birthday party there right after we left!

My son 6th bday party was here and he had a blast. He loved the laser tag more than anything. I also thought it was a very good party, i just would of liked them to take more pics than they did.. other than that.. everything was very nice and food for adults was great... would def recommend
Hands down the most organized, professional and courteous staff. From booking the party to the day of the event LI Laser Bounce did not disappoint. Our hostess, Maria, was PERFECT. My son had his 6th birthday party here. It was our first time hosting a kids party for him. He wanted a combo party of bouncing and ballocity (shooting foam balls). The place was clean, the play areas were gated and secure, our hostess Maria was very accommodating and friendly. All the parents told me what a great time their kids had at his birthday. The food is ordered from a very good local pizzeria restaurant called Calda. I didnt have to bring anything to this party except the birthday boy! They took care of it all, set up, loot bags, food, arcade tokens, clean up, etc. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a kids party place and I would certainly come back again. Its not the cheapest option for kids party, but it was definitely convenient and fun!
I had my sons 7th birthday party at Laser Bounce and it was AWESOME! He chose to do Ballocity/Laser Tag. All the kids had an awesome time. There were a few younger kids at the party who couldnt play laser tag and they were allowed to go in the bounce house room while the others went to play, very accommodating. Awesome staff would recommend to anyone who wants a great party!
We had our second birthday party at laser bounce and it was just as fantastic as the first but more. Our party hostess catered to our every need and even placed our cupcakes in a number two so in pictures it would look fabulous. She had a lot of patience with our two year old and was super organized with all the decorations i brought for the room (which we did additionally). thanks laser bounce! :)
A dirty place with too many kids. The place is swarming with germs. Ive been to this place twice for birthday parties and unfortunately, got very ill both times. My list visit 2 weeks ago, ended in vomiting as soon as I got home. Not sure if its the salad I ate or the virus I contracted there. But you bet I will not ever go back. However its have fun, so Im giving 2 stars. If they clean up their game and allow LESS people to go there during parties perhaps Ill improve the rating
Had my daughters 4th birthday party there. party itself was great...went very smoothly. i didnt have to do anything and my daughter loved it. i didnt like the one kid who was working in there who told me to tell a kid (one of my own kids) to not walk up the slide. he actually said tell her not to do that. i said, do what. he pointed and said tell her not to walk up the slide. i told him you work here right? you can tell her! i mean isnt this what i am paying for? to have staff direct the children as to what to do and not to do?? quite rude!!! but everything else was great!
Unsafe and poorly supervised. during open play. No limit on the number of kids playing at once making very unsafe for small children. Parents on their phones while children are running wild and playing rough. Teenage kids doing flips off equipment while 2-5 year olds are playing. No staff supervising equipment other than a teenager standing by a gate. Was told there’s an age limit of ten on the equipment and older kids aren’t permitted on bounce houses even though she sold them the tickets for entry. Was given a refund after daughter left with a swollen eye after being head butted by kid diving headfirst the wrong way through an inflatable tunnel. Should have left when a parent was providing attorney/insurance information with the manager while kid was in an arm sling. Save yourself the stress and aggravation and go some where less dangerous. And I’m not a competitor leaving a negative review just a concerned parent who cares about children’s safety.
We have enjoyed going to laser bounce many times. My children are 10, 7 & 3. There is something for everybody to do there. My son had a birthday party at Laser Bounce. I was plesantly surprised at how friendly and attentive the staff were to the children. The staff made my son feel special by wrapping him in tickets. He loved the giant blow up chair to sit in while the children ate. The staff helped the children get their prizes at the end and even allowed my son tochoose a special surprise. Overall an awesome party!!!!
This is the absolute best place on LI/Queens to have a birthday party. You get so much for your money, and kids of any age have the best time. My daughter had her 10yr Birthday party last year, and she loved it so much, were having her 11th there this year too. She could have had her party anywhere else, but she wanted to come here again-she had that much fun. We like the Ball-ocity and Lasertag combo, and you can add on bowling and lazermaze for only a couple of dollars more. The arcade is cool, the hosts were professional and fun- and took care of everything. It was such an easy, stress free time, and oh! the adults can play too! Tons of fun, we highly recommend this place.
Just had my sons birthday party here. The kids had a great time, the staff did a great job.I was very happy with the whole experience . I would definitley recommend this place to friends for there kids party and will be back again just to hang out and play games with the family.
Awesome place! My kids have had ALL of their birthday parties here for the past 5 years and we have been extremely satisfied with EVERYTHING! Wonderful hosts and so many cool things for the kids to do! I highly recommend LI Laser Bounce!!!
Loved it. They really took care of you. They also let the parents play for free and a lot of kids and parents enjoyed it. In the end it was quite reasonable considering the things that they added on.Only thing I didnt like is the arcade area. It is too jammed and hard to find/follow the kids. After the Laser Party is done- the kids are given arcade coins to go play and be free. It was really hard to keep track of them, as some of the kids were dropped off with no parent in view and I had to keep of track of kids going in all different directions. To combat this-ask the parents to stay or come half way in the middle of the party. Otherwise the party was great.
Staff couldnt have been more helpful and pleasant. Had a 12th birthday party here. All the guests said they had a great time! Great deal on a weekday party. Lots of extras thrown in. Highly recommend!!

I had my sons 6th birthday party there. We did the laser tag party and it was great! probably better for older kids but the kids had a blast either way. We had his 5th party there too in the ballocity and that was great too! It was super clean and perfect for smaller children because it is a well contained area
I came here for my first time today with my 3 year old... I wish I had known about this place sooner! Very well priced and so so so amazingly fun! Perfect for the active parent that likes to play along side their kid! Tons of fun and never gets old :)
My son had his 9th birthday last year and had just the best time. We did the laser tag - which was awesome - then video games. He was in heaven. Everyone had a great time and the staff were fantastic.
Excellent Kid Adventure Zone! I have hosted 3 Birthday Parties here as well as attended a few. All services are great, food is reasonable and convenient. The have merged together every kids dream, Ballocity Zone, Laser Tag and Bounce are with updated interactive games. Laser Bounce blows all the competitors out of the water! Great for a rainy day, slow Saturday or just a quick stop before going home, Kids will love it!
This was my childs birthday party. We had a great time. Everything was good except for just one thing. The photographer was Hardly around to take pics and the birthday child was not in most of the pics she took. Looks like she had other stuff going on and was out more than in on our party. Other than that everything went well.
Great experience, we are so happy we choose Laserbounce for my daughters 8th birthday! It was perfect, the little kids, teens and parents enjoyed the party. They all love the games, but we agreed that the laser tag arena was the favorite. We did not have to bring anything to the party but the candle (because we wanted a special one). I have been taking my son to Laser Bounce for years and each time we have so much fun! We love lazertag and we have tried many different places on the island but this is by far the best. There is a lot to do here: bounce houses, bowling, lazer frenzy, arcade, ballocity... you can easily spend a few hours here. We also had my sons birthday party here and all the kids had a blast. It was very well organized and went smoothly, and they also included photos of the party to download for free. Id also venture out to say that this is the only place I know where they will NOT rush you out after your party is over... stay as long as you want.
My son celebrated his 6th birthday here. It was fantastic. From the day I booked the party til the end of the event - I was very pleased with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The day of -- Maria, our hostess, completely focused on our group and made the event a huge success. Handled all the gifts, set up our favors, placed the cake in the party room, passed out pizza and cake, carried the gifts to the car. She had an assistant in the party room who was great too. I dont know what part the kids loved the most -- the bounce room, the ballocity room, party room or the Arcade. Great games btw - better than Dave & Busters IMO. When I got home, I had a question, so I called Maria and she graciously answered it. No attitude, no rushing to finish the call. The place is very clean, the bounce room, ballocity room, the arcade and even the bathrooms. If you can, have your party early. Ours was on a Sunday at 10am. It was like we had the place to ourselves.
When i called laser bounce to reschedule my sons bday due to snow the owner answered the phone. He could not have been more helpful and understanding he allowed me to change the day with no penalties and this was before the snow had even started! When the day of the party arrived maria was our host she was great with the kids and very helpful. She handled the whole party from start to finish my son couldnt of been happier. The place is very organized, and the party rooms are clean. My friends that go to Dave and Busters will now go to laser bounce because of this party.
Our daughter enjoyed her sixth birthday party at Laser Bounce. The party room and bounce and arcade areas were clean, the staff was attentive, the pizza was great (we love Calda!) and the kids had fun.
Cant go wrong with laser bounce! Very affordable and the grouping deals are a nice treat when available
They just got in new arcade games. Its dingy - floors a bit sticky. A good rainy day spot for gamers. The ticket prizes should be better - kids want something better than tattoos and plastic tat.
01/19/2020Brought my son here, he is on the spectrum for autism, me and my wife were searching for a place with more activities to keep him entertained and engaged. He doesn’t like being stuck to a group, video games or rides. Upon arriving I specifically ask if we can just have the bounce area/jungle gym area, lady at front desk tells me we have to wait for a group and that the time will be split 30/30 between the two areas. I ask if I can pay extra to just allow him to do as he wants for the time period or if she can help him In some way bc again he is autistic and finds being in group uncomfortable. Wouldn’t help at all and didn’t seem to care. Why is it that a majority of places I go to like this do not have any accommodation or empathy for families in this situation? I will never step foot in here again.
I cant keep my kids away from this place! Had our sons birthday party here and everything was perfect. The staff was helpful and everyone had a blast! We will definitely be coming back.
This location doesnt have as much to play as their Glendale location. It is busy on weekends and the staff lacks even the slightest idea on addressing the guest wifi problems as my cell signal is poor inside or telling parents that bounce house 1/2 hour has to be used consecutively with the ball zone that is a 25 foot walk since these two areas are not together. These problems cant be new.
This place is a lot of fun but its a huge rip off. Way too expensive. There isnt a single thing that isnt overpriced. The security sucks. A 2 year old child was able to make it outside and back by himself and nobody noticed. It took me an hour to find the mother. Someone could easily take your child. At least with chuck e cheese they have security measures to make sure everyone leaves with the kid they came with instead of someone elses
A nice place for your kids 6 and younger. A mix of bounce castles and smaller activities.But kids seems to loose their intrests after a few visits.The biggest advantage is they have more oppen sessions than other bouncy places.
Our kids love coming to the open bounce times so we planned our sons 5th birthday party here and everyone had a great time! His whole class came and the parents all commented how nice it is to actually get to speak with other parents during a party - all the kids were so happy bouncing, jumping and climbing that the parents actually got a chance to enjoy themselves too! Also love the private, closed in bounce area.
We had a party at Laser bounce in November of 2014. It was excellent. Especially the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. All the boys seemed to have a fantastic time. Will go back there again.
My daughter had her 7th birthday party at Laser Bounce and it was the best party ever! Amanda, our host, met us immediately at the door and showed us and our guests as they arrived first to ballocity. It is a fun-filled play area with safe climbing and sliding equipment. The balls are soft and can be shot out of a cannon, or blown up in the middle of the room like a rainbow fountain. After a 1/2 hour of ballocity, the kids played for another 1/2 hour in the bounce area. By the time they were done, they were exhausted. Next we had pizza, and cake, and then the birthday girl was wrapped up in tickets, to her delight. Each guest received tokens to play in the arcade. We added 20 extra tokens, a game of bowling, and one game of mission impossible. It was just the right amount of time, and mixture of physical activity with arcade games for boys and girls! It was also reasonable priced and the staff and management were friendly and very helpful!

A 2 star cause my kids enjoyed the bounce area. However... When purchasing the card for my kids the young man explained to me that the bronze. which is what i purchasd was. Included all three things the virtual the bowling and something else. I asked if the bounce was included he said oh yeah yeah sure. After the bounce house the jKids tried to get on the virtual but it read insufficient funds. I went to the front desk and the lady explained that i only purchased the bounce area. Both were $1=.95 they told me i had to put $5 extra for 20 coins or i could purchase the silver or gold. What a ripp off and so much money when it looks and acts as a chucky cheese but for all ages bounce area. At least chucky cheese give yoi a good deal with meals included. Never coming back again. Over priced
1 hour Unlimited card is terrible:- Have to wait a minute between swipes. If you have 2 kids who want to play at same time, forget it.- can only use on Orange colored games. They claim its 80% of games. Does not seem true.Note: My 3 and 5 year old asked me to leave...

We did our daughters 3rd birthday there. It was an awesome experience and because of that we are coming back to do our daughters 4th birthday there as well. The staff was courteous and friendly and there is so much to do for kids. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.
Visited this facility for a friends 4 year old birthday party. Staff was NOT helpful and no one looked like they wanted to be here. They were extremely rude to the children and constantly yelled at them. Don’t expect to be greeted upon arrival or be given any sense of direction.. you’re left alone to fend for yourself while they stare from afar. One of the staff even pushed a child because they were touching stuff and thought no one saw.
Laser bounce is a play area. They have a few arcade games, laser tag, bowling and bounce. I felt it was too congested. The bowling is really for kids with a small gully and small balls. We had a hard time starting a game and with some assistance, we started. The pins kept tangling and we had to call for help quite a few times. Laser tag was ok and I felt it was too expensive at $14.99.I felt they were extremely short staffed for a busy Sunday evening. It was difficult to get help.
We have had or been to a number of parties at LB. The staff is attentive. There are multiple rooms for the kids so they dont get bored. And of course there are tokens for games and prizes so everyone wins!
My sons 8th birthday party at Laser bounce was so stress free. My party planner, Cora, is the best. She was always there when I needed her and made sure every detail was taken care of. My son chose laser tag and ballocity for the party, and laser bounce allowed the parents to join in on the kids fun, at no extra charge. The kids and the parents had so much fun together.
I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Maria who was an amazing hostess for my son Zeuss 5th Birthday Party. Maria and the entire staff were so warm and friendly. Zeus had one of the best parties ever. Everyone including the adults had a fun filled enjoyable time. I highly recommend booking your party at Laser Bounce in Levittown, N.Y. I know we will be enjoying many more parties there in the future!!

Went to family paint night and Debbie the artist was fabulous but Trish the manager was horrible. Didnt know that there was a list of registered painters and couldnt register me and my kids. They ran out of tokens for my kids that I had paid for and when asked where our tokens were, she said there was no more. I will never come back here. Poor management and she was rude from start to end. Rest of staff was wonderful. Sorry one person ruined the rating.
Better than expected. Our sons birthday party was a hit and everyone enjoyed the food, even the grandparents that can be very picky. Love that it was private at each play area. Highly recommend!
This was my first time ever at laser bounce I took my son and a couple of his friends for his birthday. They had sooooo much fun and there laser tag is the best. I dealt with Steve he was amazing the staff here are all super nice and very helpful. I will be back 1000 times over!!!!! Thank you Steve for making our first time experience here GREAT!!!!!! AMAZINNNNGGGGGG and Im not at all easily impressed

This place is the worst. I save over 8000 tickets and i never used the card yet and when I came back and they took every single ticket off of the card. When i spoke to the manager she checked the history and it said that i didnt spend any of it, but they still didnt give me my tickets back. Do not bring your kids here, david and busters is a much better company. Have your kids birthday parties there.
My daughter wanted to have her 7th birthday party at Chucky Cheeses but that place gives me the heebie jeebies so I reminded her how much fun she had had at her friends party at Laser Bounce and she was sold. The place is great and appeals to kids of all ages. The staff are friendly and professional. They run each party as if its the most important one ever vs. herding cows in and out. We all had a blast!

This place is soooooo amazing. I love the various choice of activities that my child could choose from. Elissa was very helpful with all of my questions. I realized that there is a wide range of things from all age groups to do. I will be going back before my child goes off to camp.
We had my 9-year-olds party, back in February, and we and our guests had an absolute blast! Every staff member was friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, and engaging - from our room hosts, to the gentleman cleaning up in the arcade, and especially Steve at the desk! My son, his brothers and friends, enjoyed Ballocity/Laser Tag/Laser Frenzy. All I brought were the favors and the cake - which they can also provide, but I needed something to do. LOL I actually had so much time for myself, during the party, I was able to take pictures and watch the kids having fun! The rooms are clean, the arcade is fantastic, and there are so many activities and party packages to choose from! Well be back, tomorrow, for our 12-year-olds party, which he insisted on having at LI Laser Bounce - no arguments here! He has been looking forward to and planning it, since February! We cant wait! Our family absolutely recommends that you do yourselves a favor, call Steve R. at LI Laser Bounce and let them take care of the rest! :)
We were there for my nephews 13th birthday party. We had such a great time playing laser tag. They need to do a bit of an upgrade but overall its okay.
My daughter Arielle had a magnificent time..treated like royality from the manager and staff at LaserBounce. Her 23 friends had a great time at laser tag and the food was great. I will definitely come back...special shout OUT to: Gisselle and Maria!...I was back for my babys 11th birthday, had a wonderful time Emily and Adel were great! My daughter enjoyed ballocity and laser tag....thanks for making her 2nd party with you guys a success.
We came at 6 PM and it was frustrating because my 2 year old couldnt play anywhere even 30 minutes before the party. Also many machines dont refund coins after putting them in. I recommend to call in advance.

I took my son for his 4th birthday & he enjoyed himself, especially playing laser tag & bouncing around in the bounce house. Its a little pricey... but worth it for special events.
I took my family to Laser Bounce Tuesday night, it was fun until one the workers made a racial comment to my kids. The worker went on to say to them I can tell you guys run from the cops a lot. When I went to report the inappropriate comment to the manager, Ryan N., his response to us was what would you like me to do about that? and he walked away from us. I found the staff to be unprofessional and insensitive to the diverse clientele that I observed that day. I will not go there again nor will I encourage anyone I know to go there in fear of being subjected to unwanted racial comments.

My family and i frequent laser bounce it is a fun establishment for the whole family . your staff are always friendly courtious and the place is always clean and maintained. we had my son tylers 8th birthday party there in april as always laser bounce lived up to there good service and fun for the children . steve r was our host for the evening he was absoluteely faboulous he was attentive and full of energy and enthusiasum, job well done by steve r .i strongly recomend laser bounce to my friends and family weather it be a night out or for a party .keep up the good work
I and my 3 kids have been coming here for 4 years and had a birthday party there too. We have always liked it but after last night Im not sure. A continuing problem is that they post open play times times on their website and then change them during the day which screws up plans. We get there last night expecting 5-7 ballocity and were told it is now 5:30-7 because of a private party…then when I complained about the website being wrong they basically finally admitted the website is useless you have to call and be sure to get the name of the squirt who answers since even the verbal info is often wrong. Then we agreed to get 25% less time for the same price and we go in.At @6pm a woman began walking around with one of the managers setting up a fundraiser and then shortly thereafter the place was swamped my mothers and kids…and the real problem was most of the mothers went in to the ballocity room and used it as a gathering area to socialize which is totally wrong and ruined the area for kids to run freely. My kids came out and complained to me. I said talk to the girl at the entrance to the room and I watched the exchange…as expected she did nothing and didnt even try to do anything. There was a mother even sitting on the inflatable making it hard for kids to get in…they also reported it was not inflated enough…a first.At this point I was already annoyed with the place and the people behind the front desk. I went and complained directly to Eric and said you need to see how bad it is with all these women standing in the room. I asked Did you book a private party on top of our open bounce? and he said no. hmmm Then I said You booked a fundraiser or foundation and he immediately knew that I knew they did do that then I asked him to come see for himself. He walked over and looked at the 20 or so mothers standing in the play area and agreed it was bad but then said but there is not much time in the session anyway. I said…is that all you have to say? He just shrugged and I walked away.I have had issues before and spoken with the owners/managers before and they always tried to make right and did. This did not happen last night.Also the $15 special price is gone and any special prices now come with half the tokens. This place is trending in the wrong direction for customer experience and value.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. My nephews attempted to enjoy a game of laser tag when two employees thought it was funny to tell them that they must be use to running from cops. As many must know, running to avoid being lasered is a part of the game. In this climate, rather any climate this is completely unacceptable. When we tried to seek assistance from the shift manager Ryan N., he dismissed my family and I. Such a horrible experience.
This is definitely for the 7 and up crowd. I was hoping to have a birthday party for a 4 year old here since they have a ball room, but its all for bigger kids. I can see older kids having a blast here.
Not only do they offer great deal to have the most fun ever. they throw the best birthday partys ever. my twins love going there for playdates or just to have fun. but they had the best time at there glow party last night 3/22 and we had the best host danielle and steve. they were fun very nice not just to us but to my whole party which was around 80 people including the adults. they were fast all ways had a smile no matter what. laser bounce was honest and amazing. i would go there everyday of the week if i could. and any time you need something fixed see blake he will fix it and fix it with a smile. for a party request danielle and steve. have fun cause we do.
My son had both his 7th and 8th birthday parties there. Both time he had a great time. It has everything a boy could want - bouncy houses, laser tags and arcades. It was a great time!!!
Even with a group of high school seniors we had fun. The music was awsome and even though the field was small there were a lot of places to hide and surprise attack your friends. We wanted to go back the next night! Cant wait for the next time.
My daughter had the best experience at her birthday party! Favors were great and all 25 kids were busy for 2 hours! Highly recommend!!!

Very affordable, great for kids a lot of helpful staff it has a parking lot thats a plus ,they has multiple rooms for different birthday parties ,many video games machines ,will definitely bring my children here again
Thus place is good for small children Id say ages 2-6 for the bounce house area and arcade. You must play for admittance into the bounce area and the arcade takes tokens.
Incredible party!! Host maria was such a doll. I did NOTHING!!! Absolutely fantastic, the kids had so much fun!! Great value, I totally recommend it!
Very nice staff, kids all had a great time playing and eating. Good idea to book parties in the morning if possible, less crowded and more personal.
Very clean establishment. Staff. Is always friendly and helpful. Vidoe games are kept in working order and updated as necessary. Great stop for a rainy or cold day with kids. Easy access to highways.
As an adult I really enjoy this place. Its small so you dont have to worry about losing anyone. But camps and other programs go there as well so its very crowed

2022-06-13Was such a great birthday experience for my sons 3rd birthday party. Worth every penny. They organize everything so well from the 2 private play areas, the party room and then the arcade play time. They even hung up the decorations for me and set up everything exactly like I wanted. It was perfect!

2022-05-13Super fun family friendly place somewhat akin to a Dave & Busters for kids and a Chuck E. Cheeses that grown ups can enjoy and take part in. Most of the staff we saw were quiet, reserved people but were incredibly kind and helpful!

2021-07-17This place is sooo cool. It gives you plenty of opportunities to win prizes and play lots of games. My kids love winning the extra tickets. We put 100 bucks on one card and manage to get over 5000 tickets that we split between two kids for the prizes behind the glass. But they played so many games that gave them balls and stuff animals. Over all an awesome times and my family and I will be back soon!!!

2022-04-04I had an amazing time playing laser tag and doing a little spy mission with my boyfriend he told me he would pick me as his spy. And we won almost a 1000 tickets 900 and something tickets So we got some amazing prizes and definitely a memorable night something Im not gonna forget for a very long time. It felt nice just to get out and live like a child again Definitely something I recommend doing also do laser tag if you go here I recommend it 💙🤍

2022-02-21Cool place for kids. Laser tag is cool when there are more people. The bowling area is really small and the Mission Impossible thing is TINY. There are a handful of games. You probably wont be here long if you dont have kids

2022-02-25I have been going to this place for years with my kids with little to no issue. Today (2/25/22), my mother and sister took them and was told AFTER they paid that there is a chaperone fee of $10 per adult. The bill was already $180 but now another $20? The person helping said, well you are taking up space and its small in here. Also we are giving you 40 credits to play. The problem is the adults did not come to play, they came to monitor the children as they play. Why get charged? The comment about space was also unnecessary and demeaning. They came with 6 boys (1 that just turned 1) and so yes 2 adults made sense. One to dedicate time to the smallest and the other can handle the older kids. The next issues was the amount of credits versus how much each game cost. They were given 40 credits each with games (and i mean the good ones), ranging from 9.8 and up. Sooo not only is the bill high, you charge extra for existing, but you barely play any games? Another woman came up to my mother as she was confused as to why the cards were already empty and said yea the amount to play is outrageous and I wont be coming back. She was actually the one who explained the range in credits to play. The kids were done in no time despite package description smh. This will be the last time that we come to this place.

2022-01-24Oh boy, where do I even start. I went on a Saturday to check out the place, and my daughter and I liked it and it was not over crowded, it looked ok. I decided to book it for my daughter’s 10th bday, which we celebrated this past Saturday. One, the place was overbooked with bday parties, the place was way over crowded. Two, they cut us short on the second room, and although the one host who was helping us with my party was very nice, she was left alone with 15+ kids to control. I was asked to “help” get the kids to listen a few times by another person. When we were on the second room, another host girl from another party came up to me, very rude and told me I needed to get the kids on a line, because she had her party lined up outside, I said to her, but it’s not time yet, we still have another 15 min, which my girl host agreed. She completely ignored me and started to tell all my kids to get ready and make a line. She was rude and didn’t care. I was so angry, but kept it together bc I didn’t want to make a scene. We were taken to the party room and we got there at 1:50, the kids were all sitting and ready to eat, the kids were in that party room bored and going crazy for 1:10 hrs. The agreement was not followed, the kids were supposed to be in that room for 45 min, to eat and that was it. The party package also promised a mission imposible, which was left to us to do on our own, and it was not included for all the kids, just one group of 4 kids were able to do it. I spoke to the manager, she really really really did not show any empathy, she was busy doing other things, like I said, the place was over booked and crowded. I ended up paying a lot of money and it was not worth it. The organization is very very poor. There should be two staff minimum per party to keep things organized. They had lost my goodie bags and were no where to be found. My staff girl and I looked and looked and we ended up finding them on another room. I helped serve foods and drinks and so many other things, bc it is not enough for one person to do it all. Overall, the manager gave the kids 60 credits on the cards, instead of the 30 credits. I wasn’t happy at all with how she really handled it. It was a lot of money to just tell you that. Don’t waste your money look some other place.

2022-06-06Laser bounce is good, but it is more.of an arcade than anything else. I initially went there because they have softplay and bouncey castles. However any package has very limited play in these areas and focuses you to spend the majority of your time in the arcade, which isnt great for small kids and kids who just want to run around and play. Which is why I tend to go to Activekidz over laser bounce. However we attended a party here and the kids really enjoyed it with 30mins bouncing, 30mins in soft play food and a limited arcade card. The only problem was that it felt really rushed, a bit of a birthday party conveyor. But the kids loved it and at the end of the day thats what matters.

2022-05-23Went there for my nephews bday party. My 5yr old had a great time. Passed out in the car on the way home. My only complaint is that my son wanted the huge spongebob hanging from the ceiling that you need 20,000 tickets in order to get.. I asked how much bc Id rather just buy him..they told me Im not allowed to buy him I can only get him with tickets. 😞 so you can imagine how that conversation went with my lil one.

2022-02-25My mother-in-law just went there with 6 kids and my sister. They charged her a chaperone fee for just standing in the building. $10 just for her to stand there watching her grandkids playing. Then the credits for the game are ridiculous you get 30 credits and you only get to pay maybe 2-3 games. Its a disgusting practice this is suppose to be a childrens place for them to have fun. Then on top of that I checked your website and nowhere on thr website does it say anything about chaperone fee. Then its in tiny writing so you cant dispute the charge.
