Miriam was so attentive and did a great job! She was constantly keeping me informed while doing my eye lashes. I also loved that she showed me my lashes and asked if I wanted any changes. Of course no changes were needed because they were exactly how I liked them. It was overall a great experience :)

I had such a lovely experience! Miriam was friendly, knowledgeable, and a clear lash application expert. I was so relaxed in her care that I actually fell asleep and was thrilled with the end result. Miriam offered to adjust any of the lashes to better fit my desired outcome, but what she had done was just perfect. I’m already looking forward to visiting again. Thanks!
I was away during COVID until June 2021 and I never found anyone who could give me the best powder nail as Fanny. I tried in Palm Beach, West Palm Beach and South Hampton and my nails would peel after a few days to a week and a half. I’m very happy to know my nails will hold up when I go to Fanny at Serenity Spa!!!
Ashley is one of the great lash tech there. Her gentle manner and professionalism make it a pleasure to go there. My lashes have been perfect every time. Facility is kept well cleaned, bathroom is a pleasure to walk into, soothing music piped in while youre being pampered. Its a pleasure to go there.
I LOVE my powder manicures with Nube! Shes THE BEST. Always delivers amazing manicures and is very attentive to detail. The salon is well organized and accommodating. Recommend it.
Lash Decor is a clean and organized company with many kind and friendly workers. Sasa created beautiful full lashes for me. She provided me with options and listened to my requests. There were no fumes or allergic reactions--just pretty lashes! I recommend this place and will patronize them again soon!
I paid the same price at another salon and my eyes were so irritated and it hurt. Never going back to that, thank you so much Sophie!! Serenity spa on 79 E and 3rd is a fantastic, certified SNS spa in UES. Lily and the care she takes to make the nails look good and match the color chosen perfectly makes the experience lovely.
Eva is the best! She does really well with my thin, broken lashes. She’s very gentle and knows the perfect size and curl for my eye shape. Also, as someone who is allergic to everything for the eyes, the glue they use does not irritate me and lasts well into the 3rd week.
I have been going to Serenity Spa / Lash Decor for 3 or 4 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience nor a bad technician. Everyone is lovely, friendly and does top notch work. I’m thrilled to be a client.
I have been going here for 6+years . Had to stop during Covid times but then was right back to my lashes !! Alice and her staff are excellent and my lashes always come out perfect. I highly recommend !!
First impressions are important but do not always tell all...that being said the filthy entry rug made me leery of what kind of sanitary procedures were in store for my first pedicure at this salon.Jenny used a plastic bag to cover the foot bath and sterilized tools which all put me back at ease.She did a lovely sea salt spa treatment and was very good at the foot massage! It was a tad pricey but I love it when they treat your heal with paraffin which can make or break a great pedicure at least in my book!The only other negative was that the owner was present and never once approached or acknowledged me... that was disappointing since I am looking for a nail salon near my new apartment to replace my favorite , Emmanuel nails at 75th.Will give it another try since Jenn did such a nice job!
I love Hana and Miriam at Lash Decor. They both are friendly and work with you to achieve your desired look! They arent looking to gouge out as much money as they can from you, which is a nice change from European Wax Center. EWC can feel robotic at times with them pushing products onto you at the end of every visit. Additionally, the place is always clean and comfortable. I appreciate the soothing music they put on to lull you to sleep during the visit since it can take an hour or more. I have been coming for almost half a year now and will keep coming! This is my go to spot and I dont have to worry about possibly losing all my eyelashes when I go to such a high quality place! Their lashes last me 4 weeks easy as long as I dont rub my eyes often.
I live a block away from this salon and have gone for years. Their nail service is wonderful. However, they routinely let customers talk loudly on their cell phones and I have asked a half dozen times whether they would put up a no cell phone sign and ask customers to stop talking on the phone. They still do not ask people to get off their phones and there is no sign. So today I walked out after enduring 10 minutes of some woman loudly talking on her headphones about her wedding plans. I am peacefully at a nail salon 3 blocks away rather than one, but it is worth it.
The worst ever. the women did my lash had really terrible sweat hand and bad breath. And the lash result after 2h was awful and I had to take them all off. After 3h looks no differences than before.Totally waste of time.
Sophie is such an amazing manicurist. I requested Sophie after I saw a google review and ever since then I‘ve been hooked. She applied dip powder to my nails and they came out perfectly (especially since she took her time)! Even if I noticed a minor problem with my nails, she knew what it was before I could even ask and fixed it! I definitely recommend going to her.

As soon as I walk in for my eyelash extension appointment, I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Although I was a little early, my technician, Ara, was able to receive me. We started almost immediately. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and skilled. This was my first eyelash extension set ever, so I was a bit nervous. Ara’s knowledge and reassurance made me feel confident and comfortable. She did an amazing job, and I left feeling and looking great! I definitely recommend this salon and Ara to any and all first timers.
The customer service was great, my lashes look beautiful, and so do my nails! Getting a pedicure WHILE getting my lashes done (meaning not in a chair and pedicure sink) was different but my toes/feet look and feel great! The location was beautiful and clean. Will be coming back!

I had the most awful interaction with a woman named Judy, who said she wasn’t a manager but seemed to want to take on the role. She wouldn’t honor a discount that was given to me due to a previous inconveniencing circumstance. Instead of being cordial and understanding, she was blatantly rude, arrogant and unprofessional. For her sake alone I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there nor would I return.
Really glad I discovered this place. Prices for lash extensions are great compared to others and they offer specials as well! Was able to book an appointment the day of. Kc did a great job and I look forward to coming back in two weeks for my refill!

I have had my lashes done many places but never as good as at Lash Decor. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The store is clean and the beds comfy. The best part is that you can get your lashes and nails done at the same time.
Sassa was incredible!!!! Been getting my lashes done for 6 years in manhattan and she is the best I’ve ever had! The woman working the front desk was incredibly helpful and as I was checking in she asked if I would like to get a manicure at the same time, and I needed one so badly. I felt like a queen! My nails were amazing and so were my lashes! I found my new place! Would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you again.
My 1st visit at this location, the calming music had me snoring , Hope Eva didn’t hear me. While getting eyelashes. Awesome experience, looking forwards to returning for a nap, and awesome service.
Came here with a Groupon and got dip powder with tips. Jessica did an amazing job!! The shape is spot on, and honestly she was a perfectionist every step of the way. My nails are perfect! The mini massage while my nails dried was a delightful surprise. They also have a punch card here, with the reward being $20 off- love it! I will definitely be back. Thanks Groupon!
0 Stars from here!I feel I have thrown my money into the trashI will never recommend this place !!!! came and got nails and the next day several of my nails broke !! it is so badly made! I read their reviews and looked at their pictures with nails and therefore I booked a time with them. my nails did not become like the ones they have on the pictures. it was top amateur made! when my nails were finished I was NOT satisfied as they were completely flat and crooked without shape! I informed the owner of my dissatisfaction, but she was quiet for a few minutes and then told her that my nails were not good! I feel they have cheated me and will therefore advise against choosing them!would like to put a picture of the nails, but of course you cant! and would not even give a star, but then you cannot report it
Lily is meticulous and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. She files gently so my paper thin nails aren’t shredded so that is a huge plus. Her massages are just the right amount of pressure
Today was a great day of pampering. My dip manicure and my pedicure were so relaxing with Jessica. The spa is so serene and clean. My eyelashes are beautiful thanks to Sophie. I will be back in two weeks for a other dip mani, pedi and of course, a lash fill in. Thank you so much for making it a beautiful summer Saturday! :)
I visited this place for the first time last week and was thrilled with the natural eyelash extensions applied by Eva. They are less expensive and definitely better than the other 2 places I used in the past. The only thing Is that the store is packed, and I was afraid of the noise level and the service, because it is not as quiet and serene as my other 2 places. I now know the reason they are packed and can’t wait to try the other services. Pat M

A lovely, quiet atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent work and fair pricing. I have been to three other salons in NYC and this was my third visit to Lash Decor and I will keep coming back.
Staff was super friendly but the manicure was messy and full of bubbles and over four nails chipped within 12 hours. Usually manicures last me 5 days at least without chipping. Ive never seen anything like it.
I absolutely love going to Lash Decor. The environment is calming and serene as well as clean and sterile. SOPHIE makes you feel quite comfortable and her professionalism and skills are phenomenal.
My husband and I did a deep tissue couples massage and it was great. I had Selena and she was amazing! She Asked about my comfort and if her message wasnt too hard. She just did her thing and I cant wait to go back. My husbands lady wasnt as pleasant but he said she did good. I wanted him to get an amazing massage as well, but he enjoyed it.
I had my eyebrows done as well as a manicure and pedicure and they did a wonderful job. They are also very kind and eager to please. I would highly recommend them.

Second and last time i go to this place. I went before back in December and i absolutely loved it. I received half off since it was my first time and i did the volume lashes which were perfect. This time i called and made an appointment and i asked if i was allowed to use a Groupon even though ive been there before and the girl was very lovely and she said yes.I went Thursday last week and i had Sasa this time again because she did mine last time. I paid $75.00 for the Groupon and they still charged me like $30 more because i wanted dramatic and i honestly did not even get dramatic, they were not that noticeable. It has now been a week and i have barely any lashes left, this is very disappointing. Im not writing this to receive another set i just want to let other clients know because they completely rip you off and still dont even do what you want to get done. Last time i go there, ive gotten them done better for less and better customer service...
I was going to the same person for 15 years & she just moved so I lost her... BUT... I was LUCKY enough to be put with Eva WHO WAS AMAZING!!!! She took her time explained everything to me & they were absolutely PERFECT!! I 💯 will be coming back!!! Even the girl at the front desk was lovely.

Went for silk eyelash extension, precision & artistry of Hanna was phenomenal. I have taught 5 makeup artists to do extenshions & done them myself since 2007; but Hannah was beyond me. She took almost an hour to perfect them, results were beautiful and looked surprisingly natural. Im 3 weeks in but they remain intact. I recommend the sensitive eyelash glue (think its by Londell). Rosa Naula is a Blessing 😇and THE BEST 🤩at Serenity Spa at a variety of services she performs at the Salon: mani/pedi, eyelashes, waxing etc. I have been her happy customer for apprx. 10 yers. Although I relocated, and moved 25 blocks away, I don’t mind the additional car fare and or time it takes to reach the Spa as I know the services performed are excellent as is the outcome- consistent, professional- and customer centric.

After taking me twenty minutes late, the technician put a sheet of paper over a stained sheet and didn’t change it. If promptness and cleanliness is important to you, this is not the place. Lost my patience and trust in this place. MY Eyes are too important to me than lashes are

I was walking by and saw Thwor sign. I walked in and I was welcome right away. I was able to be accommodated the same day for my eyelashes. She was sooo great. Love the job.
Called them after seeing a Groupon, the service we wanted was available at this location however Groupon had a different number which didnt have the advertised service.We were the last client of the day, we didnt talk with the help desk person, which resulted not confirming what we want and how much it cost.Make sure to communicate beforehand about what youll get and how much it will cost.The service was nice but having that weird few minutes at the end wasnt pleasant.

I went in for biosculpture gel mani. Nails are very damaged and over a week after color chipped off the sheer layer does not fully soak off. Is like a glue.

2021-12-24I got eye lash extensions for the first time here and loved my experience. The staff was incredibly, mind, welcoming, and attentive. I wasnt sure about what kind of lashes I wanted and Christine was incredibly helpful and helped me pick it lashes based off what I was looking for as a final look. Prices was quick and easy. After that, I got a powdered nail manicure and had an equally wonderful experience. Plus, love that they are a very digital first salon so it was super easy to book and appointment online, reschedule if needed, getting reminders about up coming appointments, etc. High quality service and professionalism. Highly recommend visiting this salon.

2022-04-20This spa offers the best of all services-Ihave been going there for five years for manicures, pedicures, lashes, waxing and fast massage when I get knots. Everyone there is easygoing and good at all of the services and the reception is organized and accommodating . I always see the same people returning because of the consisitent service. I have also had house calls and they have been amazing. Love this place and so do my daughters!!

2022-05-13I came here for a lash re-fill appointment with over 50% of my lashes from my previous session. I booked an appointment online and chose the $90 3-week fill option. I was waiting for over 30 minutes to be seen despite having an appointment.When it was time to pay, a lady working the front desk charged me $180 with no prior warning. She had walked past me 4-5 times while I was waiting for over 30 minutes without mentioning to me ONCE that I would be paying twice as much as what I had booked for. She waited until my fill was complete, and I had no choice but to pay. Any other lash tech would have agreed to a fill by just taking a glance at my lash retention, and even if they didn’t, they would have at least given me a heads up that I would be paying double before it’s all said and done. Owner had multiple chances to tell me what the outcome would be, but completely shocked me with the final price with zero communication!! She didn’t say anything prior to the fill being completed, because she probably knew that I would have cancelled on the spot.I am sick to my stomach that this happened; I have been getting my lashes done elsewhere for over 5+ years and can attest that I have never had such a negative experience anywhere else. I can not believe there are actually businesses out there who would do this to their customers, treating them as if their valuable money is disposable. Never coming here again, and I will be sure to disclose this information as a warning to everyone I know in the city looking for a recommendation!!

2022-05-01Wonderful experience at Lash Decor. It was my first time and Sophie was attentive, patient, and very sweet. She understood exactly what I was looking for. Front desk was courteous and checked me in even though I was a little early. Wonderful experience - I will definitely be back.

Bottom line: would not recommend this place. Read on for full review.Booking: When I called to make reservations, the front desk person was fun and so helpful. My friend and I booked 90-minutes massages, mani and pedi for a much-needed spa day.Background: We work seven days a week and were really looking forward to this self-care experience. We requested female massage therapists.Arrival: When we arrived in person, the greeting was not warm or friendly. We were quickly ushered by David to the massage rooms. We had no idea who he was nor his role at the spa. My friend is younger than me and he advised my friend to head into the massage room. He ended up being a massage therapist. I didnt like that he didnt explain himself to us and that he chose my younger friend. Why?I was barely greeted by my massage therapist. Maybe shes having a rough morning, I said to myself. Although I appreciated the time she took on my shoulders, she didnt introduce herself. She didnt ask me what I would like her to focus on. She didnt even ask me to flip over to massage the front body. Remember, I paid for a 90-minute massage! In the many years Ive gotten massages, Ive never had someone massage both sides of the body. The therapist confirmed I was getting a pedicure and said she would wait outside the door. She was nowhere to be found when I opened the door. Why?Pedicures: While we were sitting next to each other, I noticed two female staff members walk by to look at my friends tattoos and make judgy faces underneath their masks. Two days later my friends polish chipped. Why?The nail technicians didnt engage us in conversation and barely looked our way. The vibe felt distant and cold. Why?Manicure: My friend got the manicure and felt like the nail tech was in a hurry. Two days later my friends polish chipped. Why?Atmosphere: Quiet and uncomfortable. No music. Just people getting through the day. No excitement. Why?Customer service: Could use a lot of improvement in this department - how about smiling? Making small talk? Playing music? Being grateful?I will definitely tell my friends to think twice before booking services here and spending their hard-earned money to find relaxation and professional staff.

2021-01-05Ive been a customer for a couple years and I love how the technician does my lashes. I always leave satisfied. I had one issue were the cost was not communicated to me correctly which I thought resulted in an overcharge, however, they have worked with me during covid when Ive had to get foreign fills. They ended up correcting someone elses work. This could have resulted in a higher cost but didnt. Overall they do fabolous work. Their facility is clean and they tech is clean.

2022-06-12Absolutely love this place, they do such an incredible job, and you never feel rushed and I’ve never had to wait (even when I don’t have an appointment). Every technician is fantastic!
