I love this place! I got my lashes done here for the first time a few months ago, and I’ve been getting them done ever since, and to be honest, I don’t know if I could ever go to another place. The professionalism of the salon and level of service is incredible! You are greeted by friendly staff in a welcoming environment. They take the time to sit down with you and go through a consultation to see what would be best for you. They are very honest and helpful. After the consultation, youre taken into a nice quiet and serene room, where you lay down, relax, and let the technicians work their magic! The lash technicians are VERY experienced and the process is very pleasant and comfortable. The lash extensions themselves look and feel extremely natural! I get compliments on my lashes all the time! Lash Forever is the go to place for lash extensions!
Ive been going to Lash Forever for almost a year now and after every single visit, I leave in such a better mood about my life. Not only because I look prettier (duh, eyelash extensions) but because the facility is generally so pleasant and warm.Making an appt is the easiest thing in the world, literally, the front desk staff is extremely responsive to phones and texts from clients and they ALWAYS go above and beyond t Ao get you scheduled in to your liking.The facility has always been very clean, especially now with all the Covid safety regulations that are being followed.Now regarding eyelash extensions... YES BABY YES! Every single artist on deck is amazing. If its your first visit, staff will dissect your eyeshape and recommends the best design for you and um they are always right haha....I 100 recommend Lash Forever :)
Amazing experience! I read reviews for lash salons in nyc and saw they had a 50% discount for the first time and I knew I had to take advantage. So glad I chose this place! The staff is very knowledgeable and answered every question as it was my very first time. Beautiful atmosphere and serene music, which the latter had me fall asleep within minutes. A must if you’re looking to get lash extensions!
I recommend this place if you want quality work done on your lashes!This place is amazing! Everyone there is super nice and professional. They make you feel like you are a queen. Its super clean and quiet. Where you lie down is comfy and when they work on your lashes its not painful at all and when its all done they dont even feel heavy or bothersome. Yooni was the technician that helped me and she was super helpful and make my lashes look so NATURAL! Ive gone to other places and they never look this great!I dont really have a lot of lashes so she did a great job making it look super long and full. (which is what I asked for) Also check in through yelp and get a discount!!I will definitely be back!
Absolutely in love with this place. This was my first time getting a lash extension, and Lash Forever put all of my worries at bay. The facility was sparkling and everyone at the front desk was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. You can immediately tell that everyone at Lash Forever genuinely cares about each client and takes all situations into consideration during the consultation. As a first timer, I didnt know what to expect from the process and made it abundantly clear that I knew nothing about lash extensions. The lash artist and consultant patiently explained all of the options to me and gave me their opinion on which combination would best suit me, but did not push anything on me. The lash artist was extremely gentle and took her time to make sure that each lash was secure and in place. Afterwards, I was warmly greeted by the front desk again and given an envelope full of aftercare instructions. I cant stress how great this place is, and Ill definitely be returning here soon! I was so nervous to get my eyelashes done for a wedding, but a colleague recommended Lash Forever and they did an amazing job!! They looked natural, felt safe, and were totally comfortable. MJ is the best and Paul is the most accommodating and helpful person Ive encountered in the beauty industry. This is really the ONLY place to go in NYC for lashes. They understand quality and great service!
I have been going here for over a year. They were great at first, and then all of their lash artists started leaving. My lashes would last three weeks at first, then after their good artists left, within the week they would all be falling off.Recently, the artists have been pulling my eyes, putting the tape on my water line and eyeball, and making my eyes feel like theyre on fire the entire time.My last apt, the artist who did my lashes, after the fact, told the receptionist that she wasnt able to do them well because I had a lot of mascara residue on them. I asked the receptionist why she didnt tell me because I would have taken it of. Not telling me, I just wasted an hour of my time and $100 by this artist doing a job she knew very well would not last. Almost all my lashes fell off within three days.I called lash forever and told them they almost all fell off--they were unamused and unapologetic.It took a couple of texts and phone calls (me being the only one to follow up) to convince them to comp me an apt. Finally, they did. Once the apt came around, I fell ill, so I told them I couldnt make it. These people had the AUDACITY to charge me a $50 cancellation fee for A COMPED APT.I was an avid lash forever goer, twice a month for over a year-- these people no longer have me as a customer and I advise you to go somewhere else.PS the artists hands always smell like they didnt wash them, the rooms AC doesnt work so its very hot, they pull and poke at your eyes (most artists know better), and if you dont tip (I didnt want to tip on this last artist who did my lashes poorly) they call you out and tell you you need to tip.Hope this helped someone.
If you are thinking of getting your eyelashes extension then Lash Forever is the place you want to go! It was a great experience, the stuff r very friendly and extremely professional. The place looks modern and clean! They work fast and the result is outstanding! Im happy to find this place and they won me over for life.
Good clean and sanitary Ive been going to this place for 5 weeks now. I usually go to the 55th between 3rd and Lexington location which I love but on my last occasion came here.Ive never had any problems getting my lashes done all of the receptionists were very nice, lashes well applied happy customer. HOWEVER, Chloe who was my last tech was not good at all. She very impersonal, kept kicking the table I was laying on, and was very heavy handed on my forehead pressing hard and poking me about. Moving my head roughly man ol man was she trying my patience. She also didnt do that great a job i usually get cat shape and thats not what i have. She is never to touch me again!Clover on the other hand does an excellent job I recommend her.
This place is by far the BEST place in NYC!I was on the hunt for eyelash extensions in NYC. Of course I ran into a whole bunch of problems with other places(JJs Union sq place and that 33rd street location). All BLAH. Since I had my eyelashes done in Miami for the 1st time(which was superb) but couldnt find anyone comparable in NYC. Alas, Lash Forever came into the pic!They are EXTREMELY NICE, HOSPITABLE and the prices are amazing. Ive already gone twice (My tech girl Kayla!!!) and recommended them to a few friends. Its a must for any one looking for a great relaxing place
I was very disappointed with my extensions at Lash Forever. I got 100 per eye (a full cost of $175) and pretty much every lash was GONE by day FOUR - I used no eye make up, no oil, no water on my eyes in that time. Not cool. Ive had lashes done many times before, understand how to care for them and get them to last. Even at a special offer price a quality extension service should last more than four days.
Ive been to Lash forever 9x so far, and I really wouldnt go anywhere else! Its clean, professional, and the candy jar at the front desk is always full! When you walk in, the people at the reception desk know your name, and are always super sweet--despite the fact that Im always 2...okay 5minutes late. Ive had 4 or 5 different lash artists and theyve all done a really good job. I fluctuate between 2 week refills and 3 week refills and I like that they send a reminder for appointments via text to ensure that I dont accidentally go over the 3 week mark. Also, they give you a little punch card that has little discounts on certain weeks, I love feeling like Im getting rewarded for being a loyal customer. I think in the city we are always in a rush, but its nice to slow down at lash forever, take a load off and wake up a little more beautiful!
Im updating my review, because miscommunication we had with a front desk was resolved, and I would like to speak about the place from my 1 year experience as a costumer. The place is nice and clean, service always have been great. Ive learned that misunderstandings due a human factor are happening. So its better to talk and figure any situation out.Chloe does the best lashes in the city. Im always pleased with her work. Im highly recommend her!
I have been going to this place for almost a year and Love this place and these ladies. My eyelashes have never looked better, natural and healthy. They are very accommodating, as it seems like I change my appointment each time. Highly recommend.
This is my go to spot for lashes. Ive been going here for months and have always been 100% satisfied with the service and quality. The lashes look natural and last for a while. They always have some promotion or discount that they offer. I highly recommend coming here.
Lash Forever is the best! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable about the products and services. The venue is spotless. Grace, Clover, Kayla and MJ are the best technicians. I feel comfortable going to either one and knowing I will come out looking gorgeous. And Paul, the manager, totally understands superior customer service. When you walk in, you will be automatically treated like VIP. I cant imagine living without Lash Forever! Im addicted to my lashes. I love the personalized text reminders.
I love Lash Forever. It is such a relaxing experience. Feels like butterflies landing on your lashes. Each technician I have had did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with my lashes. I wish I lived closer so that I could go more often.
My second eyelash extension experience and by far, the best. Making a reservation was super easy with their online booking, loved the reminders and just the whole experience.Front desk was understanding when I got in a couple minutes late, offered me water while checking me in and got me into a brightly lit, clean room within 10 minutes of my arrival. Paul walked me through the process and gently explained the differences between my choices. I settled for C-curl 9, 10, 11 in the CAT style to accentuate my naturally short lashes.Clover had gentle eyes and gentler hands. I fell asleep to Americas Top 40 and woke up with eyelashes I never dreamt of having. Even now, 2.5 weeks later, I still have long beautiful natural-looking lashes that friends and strangers notice. When asked, I demurely smile and tell them its Lash Forever.
Not worth it. I made an appointment to get the 120 PCS set & during my consultation they told me it was not going to work because I didn’t have enough “natural lash” so I settled for the 100 PCS set. They promised to make it as glam as possible however what I got was very natural. When I told them I wanted something more dramatic they blew me off and told me they “wish” they could of done it. I wear false eyelashes daily so in my opinion the money was not worth it. Oh and most importantly they start curling/ falling out 4 days after getting them done
I love this place! This was my second time here and the technician Jacky was AMAZING!! She spent an hour and a half on me and did such a great job that everyone at work was in awe, almost half my coworkers also all get eyelash extensions at other places and Jackys work was better than what all of them have gotten! They also took me in even though I was 15 mins late to the appointment, super grateful to this place and feel lucky i found them!
I live down the block so for conscience I’ve tried many times to get my eyelashes done here.The nastiest most horrendous mean people answer there phones.No respect. They leave you on the phone waiting and laugh it off when you call back.No accommodating at all.I do my eyelashes weekly and i get treated sooo nicelyI only keep trying this place for sheer convience and every time i try there sooooo mean!!!!Probably gd is saving me from a bad job or from a eye infection that I’ve read from other reviews
Warning!!!!!! do not go to Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions !!!! The eye lashes do not last, not even a week. The more you go to Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions, the less eye lashes youll see after they are done. If you complain, they argue, even if they are wrong!!!!!!. My daughter used to go to Eye Lash Forever, until she discovered her eye lashes were getting less every time she went. Finally, she decided to go to another place. They did it perfectly and for much LESS, AND NO PENALTY!!!!! Now she understands, Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions, were cheating her of money and eye lashes. Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions are very argumentative and rude. Lash Forever Eyelash Extensions, do not understand CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! The customers need to be PLEASED and compensated. The Lash Forever Eyelash Extension needs to understand, their business is based on Happy Customers NOT HAPPY EMPLOYEES, who charge penalties to teach their customers a lesson. I personally DO NOT recommend this type of business. Ill start my review by saying Ive never written a review in my life. Im writing this review because of how awful the work and customer service is here.My lashes began falling out litterally 2 days after my service and i had 3 lashes left after 5 days. (Pic included). The lashes are not attached to my natural lash, which they should be of done right, and they fell out 8-12 at a time. There was absolutely no water near my lashes for 48 hours, I did not go to the gym or sweat. There was no oil, makeup, etc.I contacted them and was told I could come back in and pay for a service for them to fix it as there is no refund policy. (Which would be fine if they offered to fix the hack job they did in the 1st place). As a manager of a buisness myself I would never respond to a customer so rudely about something that was my staffs fault, if anything I would comp the service and ask that they tip my staff well because that is not included. I was told that they fell out because I went on vacation and its hot there. Interesting because I was in an airconditioned condo 90% of the time and I dont swim.I have had this service 30+ times at multiple lash locations and never had an issue. DO NOT waste your money here. Go to Extends or Ebenezer. They both do great work.
I contracted a bad eye infection from this place. I’m not the only one. I should have read the reviews on yelp. They taped my eyelid to my lower eyebrow and exposed my eye. When I complained of the intense burning it was removed. A day later my stye developed which is from bacteria. Pictures can be seen on Yelp. Someone else had a similar incident and has posted pictures. I had to fight to get money for my doctors bill and medicine. Be warned.
The friendliest staff you will find in NYC -- Suki, Paul and Kayla! This place is clean, professional, and they listen to what your needs are. Kayla took her time with my lashes, and they look great! The atmosphere is so relaxing -- I actually fell asleep! It will be my place in the future for a refill for sure!
They are way too expensive for the quality of the eyelashes. I specificity asked to look not natural at all. But i actually looked like i didnt have any eyelashes on. And ended up paying $142 dollars. There are other places who charge half of the price. And better quality and service.
Ever since I got my first lashes done in 2009, I tried many, at least 8 to 9 different eyelash salons before I first came to Lash Forever.Now Ive been getting my lashes done ONLY at Lash Forever for several years. They are just so good, and I never feel like to go elsewhere! :)These people definitely know what theyre doing. The front desk staffs are always welcoming, super thorough and helpful. The lash artists here are absolutely top notch and extremely detail-oriented in their job. Also I like how they always keep the place so clean and sanitary.My lashes usually last over a month even without touch up, but of course they gradually become more natural from after 2wks, so I usually come back in every 2 or 3 weeks for fresh fills.I always try to request some specific artists to get consistent result that Id like to achieve, but even when my favorite artists werent available, other artists I had so far were all skillful! :) I consider myself quite picky about my lashes but Lash Forever never failed to satisfy my needs, and Ive never had any issue with them. I really love this place!
Ive been many other places but theyre the best, they use good quality lashes and glue so they last as long as you take care of them well, and their new location is great!
The technician got glue in my eyes and it turned my eyes BRIGHT RED for a whole week!!! I was crying throughout the entire hour of them putting the lashes on. Not only that but they damaged my natural lashes which are now half the size they were before. I’m SO disappointed. PLEASE. DONT GO HERE. SERIOUSLY.
A little pricier than some other options on NYC but they do a great job. I get the natural look mink lashes and people always ask if they are real! Very professional and clean too!
They haven’t told me or ask me if I had eyelash before and took my card info and tried to charge me eyelash before I had for 50$ or cancellation fee for 50$! It’s insane!

Lash Forever opened me up to the world of eye beauty. I have tiny blond lashes that dont allow my blues to pop. Lash forever made this possible. Rather than get involved with risky latisse, I am sold on this place.

Their customer service is fantastic. The staff is very professional and if you have the slightest problem they will take care of it right away.I called and didnt leave a message but someone saw my number and that I had just visited their establishment and they called me right back and asked if there was a problem. They didnt even give me a chance to complain they told me to come right in. Great job!

2021-03-01I have been going to Lash Forever for years. I will not go anywhere else to get my lashes done. I was happy to see that they are open again. Everytime I go there everyone is super friendly and informative. I enjoy and feel safe going to them because even before the pandemic they were always clean and professional. The quality of their works is great. I always get a natural look with mink lashes. The lashes feels extremely lightweight, great quality and comfortable. It looks like I have mascara on when I dont. I truly recommend this place to get your lashes done. Its clean and following pandemic guidelines.

2021-01-18Lash Forever is amazing. I have been going for about a year now and they have been nothing but professional, clean, and on time, but whats more important is that my lashes look fabulous! Im a working mom of two, I dont have time to put on my make-up sometimes and having the lash extensions, it feels like I have make-up on. It makes me feel pretty and ready to go for the day! The process is easy, its clean, there is music in the background or you can listen to your own thing, I never had issues with any eye pain or discomfort, the stylists are gentle. I know there are concerns out there about putting on lash extensions and yes it can be an issue which is why its important to go somewhere thats clean and professional and Lash Forever is that place! I highly recommend them!

2021-09-14This place is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional places I have ever been to. After they did my eyelashes my eye got infected, which in turn caused lots of pain and discomfort. When I went to go get my eye checked at the doctor, almost all of the lashes fell out. When I tried to make an appointment for them to fix the lashes,they refused multiple times until I had official statements from the doctor which I had to wait for. They even told me that I was harassing after a few phone calls. All they care about is money which they blatantly said to my face. If you are looking to get infected and disregarded this is the perfect place for you.

2021-01-17I’ve been going to lash forever for years now and don’t think I can go anywhere else. The facilities are clean and the girls at the front desk are so friendly and accommodative. I regularly ask for Clover who does a meticulous job with my lashes. I usually get the C curl with length varied between 9-12. Always get compliments from people and people are surprised how natural it looks. The facilities are very clean and since covid, they’ve now asked everyone to fill out a questionnaire once you arrive. There’s a loyalty program as well as a cash discount which are great. I usually make my appointments over text. While the non-discounted price may be a bit steep, I wouldn’t want to cheap out and take a chance with my eyes!

2019-08-09My go-to lash boutique. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. The staff is well trained and a pleasure to work with and operations run smoothly.The quality of lashes and placement always exceed my expectations and they take care of their clients with different perks/discounts with repeating visits. I have people ask me all the time where I get my lashes and I always point them here!Tip in cash only and they sometimes have discounts when you pay in cash so its worth the trip to the ATM before going.

2020-09-17This was the first place where I got my lashes done and have not left since. I was super scared because of the negative experiences that I heard about from other places, I was really hesitant to get my lashes done. But when I went to my first appointment, the receptionists there were so helpful and patient into explaining and guiding me through the process. My eyelash lady alice and clover have made me look and feel so beautiful and I am super grateful for them. Highly recommend this place!

2019-05-23I called this salon before an afternoon appointment to notify the technician that I would be a few minutes late, 10 minutes at the most. I was told that if I were any more than 10 minutes late they would stop my appointment mid-way to work with other guests. Rescheduling was not an option without having a $50 fee applied on top of the fees for an eyelash refill. All because I would have been a few minutes late.I opted to cancel instead of rushing to an appointment where I would be expected to pay full price without receiving full service. The customer service at this salon is abysmal. They seem to care about more about profit than working with their customers. The technicians are great, but trying to work with the receptionists is pointless. As a customer, you might as well take cash out of your wallet and light it on fire -- youll get the same result.
