While they were very professional and friendly, I must say I was very disappointed with the end result. After getting a lift with keratin, my eyelashes barely curl and you cannot tell the difference before and after. I have gotten my lashes lifted before for a lesser price and the results were drastically better. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
The experience at lash lift NYC is personal, relaxing, professional and comfortable.Gil, the owner is lovely and professional and always make sure you happy with the final result, answer any question with patience. I come every few months and won’t change a thing. You can trust them with your eyes closed😉
Spent $95 and Saw literally no results. After the lift my lashes looked nice and noticeable but the very next day my lashes were back to normal. Save your money and don’t waste your time. If I could less than one star I would.
Great experience! I always leave so happy with the results. I also really appreciate their honesty on the state of my lashes and upkeep. They are always suggesting ways to improve them and how to keep up with the treatment.
Such a scam. Very poor results/customer service. After seeing no change from the lift I was told my lashes were to short and thin and that I should try tinting. Which I did and they still look the same. When I explained why I was disappointed the staff proceeded to argue with me and charge full price for all around bad service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Reporting to BBB
I love this place! I live in California but everytime I come to NY I go there to get my eyelashes done. They are professional and kind
Terrible experience, about as bad as it gets.I purchased an eyelash perm and tint, this was my very first time. The technician burned my eyelids, I have pictures of the burn spots near my lash line. I complained during the service of the burning feeling but the technician assured me it was fine. At the end of the service, my eyes were sore and red. Again, the technician assured me this was normal and it would go away in a few hours.After a couple of days, it was clear that the red spots were burns. I called and spoke with the owner, and sent him pictures of the burn areas. Although he had to concede it was burns, he was very rude about it. He tried to claim that it was something I did, and perhaps something else that caused the (very obvious) burn spots. After a lengthy discussion (where he tried to get me to return for a discounted price), he offered a PARTIAL refund. Yeah, no thanks. So frustrating, disappointing and unprofessional.Ive reported this to the Better Business Bureau and am leaving this review to warn others.
Nice salon, clean and private. I’ve had my lashes lifted many times in the UK but struggled to find a US salon to do it. Price is fair and booked a same day appointment.
Do not even come to this place! They will steal your money and not have a care in the world. I paid $100 for lash lift and it barely lasted for 24hrs. Look at the photo to see for yourself! Horrible company.
I am not reviewing them for their services because I haven’t done!! I booked a lash lift and even call them to check if I would be waiting or not, since I have other appointments later and couldn’t be late! They don’t accept credit card and for me that is Big!!! They just let me know at the day of my appointment and didn’t say when I called, they could’ve let me know at the call!! Clearly they don’t say they only accept cash at first contact, they said that a few hours before I go there and I am already on my way to nyc, I literally don’t have time to do other stops and I got angry!!! Next time let your customers know at the moment they call so that don’t happen again! I don’t go to New York that frequently and I try to do as many things as I can to avoid more trips and the crowds! Now I won’t have time to book in another place. I would give one star but since I didn’t do the treatment I am giving them 2 for wasting my time!!! And Please don’t answer this review to futures customer see you care because you don’t!!!

I was there last week and I don’t see any changes on my eyelashes . I came back to show the staff that they didn’t do a nice job and all they did was brush my lashes . I had such a bad experience , waste of time and money .I would not recommend it to anybody.
I really enjoy my time at lash lift. Staff are very nice and professional. Had my lash lift done twice, both came out amazing!
The technician did a lopsided job.
Super clean and professional. I go in for lash tints every few weeks and am never disappointed.

2022-03-15I had a wonderful experience today, I believe G did my lashes.I was going to do two treatments, however the lash tech spoke with me and together we decided that for the health of my lashes, it would be best to do the lift, and wait and see about doing anything else. I so appreciated their care for the health of my lashes, it made me feel that I was in good hands.Also everything was clean, calm, quite, and soothing. Amazing client care. Will be returning!

2022-05-25Disappointed with lash lift results. You have to pay even if the result is no lift. I get lash lift quarterly and it has never not lifted. The photos posted must be fake, your lashes lift will not look like the photos

2019-05-28I had a wonderful experience at Lash Lift NYC. The lash lift + tint was done in a quiet, relaxing environment, which allowed me to rest while the technician worked her magic. The immediate results were spectacular, it looked like Id gotten lash extensions (the photos dont do it justice). I was warned that my lashes were dry and that therefore the lift was less than optimal, and some of the lift was lost the next day after washing, but even so, the before/after difference is remarkable. Now my lashes look like they normally would with a good coat of mascara, and I dont need to worry about smudging etc... I definitely plan on returning.

2019-11-19I came here for a keratin lash lift for the first time a few days ago and had to wait even though I made an appointment prior. The woman who was doing my lashes also kept working between clients. It was way longer than a usual lash appointment. The main reason Im giving one star though is because the lash tech dropped a tool on my nose while doing my lashes. It REALLY hurt. She apologized and gave me a short leg massage, so I was still nice enough to leave a tip. The next day however , I saw that my nose was bruised. The lashes were not good enough for me to not be upset. In fact , theyre not really that good at all. They barely have any curl! And its not that I have short lashes because I dont. Every other place Ive been to does a fine job. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

2019-09-21I have naturally long and thick lashes, but because they are heavy they don’t stay curled very long. So I figured the lash lift was the best way to go. I went for a lash lift (first time) and was a little nervous because of all the mixed reviews, clients complaining of no results and others mentioning being burned/the process being painful. I was extremely apprehensive.I had a very pleasant experience. I came a bit before my Appt and they managed to take me early. They put the keratin solution first to moisturize my lashes then they started the lash lift. To be honest, I totally fell asleep and had no idea what else happened but I do remember getting an amazing complimentary leg/foot massage. After about 45 mins I was all done and my lashes looked great- they were a bit clumped together from the keratin solution but the woman there told me it was totally normal and by the next day my lashes would be spread out again (which was true because by the next morning my lashes separated and they look FANTASTIC).I will be returning in 6-8 weeks because my naturally long and thick lashes look so great and now I won’t have to curl them everyday like I used to do!

2018-11-03I had a similar situation happen like the previous customer. They were nice friendly and professional, the place itself made you feel comfortable, but the results of my eyelashes lifted only lasted for 1 minute. I thought ill give it a day to see if by the next morning id notice any changes on my eyelashes being lifted but no. There was no difference from before or after.Update: I decided to come after they reached out and after speaking with the owner I was very much pleasant with the results this time around. I appreciate the step by step process and his explanation over the reason it didnt lift the first time around. Thank you so much for your time in getting them lifted. I am a satified customer now :)

2020-08-15OMG I barely had any eyelashes when I walked in so it was hard to notice the lift since they were short plus they were damaged from all the lash extensions. They gave me a small bottle (I wish it was bigger) of stuff to put on my eyelashes AND they grew soooo quickly. FYI I’ve always had short lashes so whatever is in that bottle is amazing!!!! I’m super happy

2018-02-11Gil is so friendly and very experienced in what he does. The process of getting a lash lift was easy, relaxing, and a good time. I loved the results, and 4 weeks later my lashes are still curled. I highly recommend this lash lift!
