Idk what happened but coffee isnt good. Bitter, far too strong and my husband who just adds two Splenda and very little milk everywhere else wont drink here because its like needing 10 Splenda to just taste a smidge or sweet. They always mess my drink up so we stopped going.
A huge thank you to the Latte Lounge, who did everything possible to make me feel valued when my order was accidently messed up. They are a caring bunch of employees!
First time coming here, and definitely will make a trip the next time Im in town! My friends and I all wanted to find a cute place for everyone to eat breakfast and this place fit the bill!We had 5 in our party, and only got 4 meals and drinks. I asked the cashier when the 5th meal would be out, they said they didnt hear a 5th order. Instead of making me wait at the end of the long line, they quickly accommodated and put a rush on it so we could all eat together. The cashier apologized and so did I. An honest mistake, but they made it right, quickly.With the lack of staff worldwide, I was pleasantly surprised that this small business was thriving, and staff was friendly. A bonus, there is an attached book store with SO MANY cute items along with a large variety of books. In my group, we all shop small, and enjoyed every bit of our visit to both small businesses.THANK YOU!
I really want to like this place but the food quality is wildly inconsistent. Depending on the day you may get very good food or barely edible food. There are no recipes and no quality control. It just runs however it wants to on any given day. When its great its great when its not its not. I will amend this review after a few more visits.
Wonderful! I went here to meet with a group of friends and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and quick! I love coming here. My favorite part is that it is attached to the Green Toad Bookstore!10/10 would recommend

Loved the breakfast here! I ordered the hot chocolate and finally it wasnt some boiling lava hot watered down nonsense. Delicious. Also the avocado toast was amazing. Will come back

I absolutely LOVE this place. Their food and coffee is so delicious. Plus, the aesthetics in the cafe are so nice. It had an old revitalized industrial style which gives it a nice rustic vibe. I would had this turkey cheddar sandwich which I would definitely recommend. This is a really great place for breakfast and lunch. It’s also relatively cheap compared to other similar cafes. I would totally recommend this place!

Their food and coffee are good. However I sat on hold for 8 minutes while I heard the woman take 8+ orders.Update: Second time Ive been left on hold while they take order after order. And they dont pick up their phone.
I needed breakfast, and badly! Hungry is the word! I got a toasted everything bagel with bacon, cheddar and eggs, and it was great! The coffee was great too! Prices are reasonable, and service was fast and friendly! Go there now and eat!
The good & the bad:The good; the best coffee in town and the food is also very good especially their breakfasts.The bad; they really need to concentrate on cleaning their tables throughout the day. The tops are habitually covered with remnants of prior customers ( who apparently can’t get food in their mouth and don’t understand about cleaning up their mess) food. Really, a quick wipe down with a damp cloth and towel would go a long way.Overall, the place is good.
Decent coffee selection but they dont seem to think a bagel ought to be toasted unless you specifically request it! The last time I checked we are in New York? Prices are high and it is often crowded. Owner tends to be quite rude and self-important.

Don’t get a matcha latte. It is just milk and sugar ... not even a little green? And it was sooo sweet that I just threw it out immediately :-( the food is ok here. It is cute inside, though!
I went to this place, not realizing it was pretty much a health food store, and definitely not what I was used to. However, willing to try new things, I ordered a garden burger. It was actually very good. The wait for the food was not very long at all, and the staff was pleasant, and willing to wait for me to decide what I want. Ive been to other cafés where they were very rude because I waited an extra 2 minutes to decide what I wanted. I definitely recommend this place to people wanting to expand their food pallet, they have very many vegan options, and I was pleasantly surprised. Most vegan options Ive had dont actually taste very good (especially to a non-vegan) but it was very delicious.
For the last couple of times we have called to pick up breakfast they do not answer the phone.... called back and they left the phone off the hook so it was busy after trying again.. this is very unfortunate ntm our last 3 orders have been incorrect but charged right? Things were left out and got plain bagels instead of the lox with the works... not sure what going on but this used to be one of our favorite spots....

I go out of my way to stop here every time I drive through on 88. Best hazelnut coffee around. Food and service are great and a wonderful bookstore right next door.
A fun, cozy environment with great coffee and food. A great place to stop to get a cup of coffee. The staff are always friendly and although it can be busy at times the wait is never to long. Many delicious chocolates to look at , and there is seating to accommodate all size parties if you get there early enough to secure a table.

Great lattes and smoothies. Pretty good food too. The staff is friendly, and this is a good place to be if you like fudge. Full of hipsters on a semi regular basis, so be advised. The best feature of the Latté Lounge is being attached to a book store!
I love this place! Get points for each coffee purchased to get free coffee. Ask for the large it is humongous! Many flavors daily of hot and cold brewed drinks including different cold coffee flavors. I also loved iced green tea with mango shot.
Great coffee..caters to mostly college kids....not a great place to be when the college kids are here...cant stop for a fast coffee...line out the door after they wake up....
House iced coffee is amazing. Love the 32 once cup. First time being here but food looks good. I will come back again to get their house drip again! Plus try the espresso!

Stopped into Latte Lounge while driving through Oneonta. Perfect place for a good coffee (whoa big cups), and a bite to eat. The Lox Bagel with capers, onions and tomato was divine, and the pancake and eggs plate was just what we expected - solid breakfast food. Highly recommend this place for a stop through town.
A staple in my routine for breakfast and an iced coffee. If you’re lucky enough, you’ll run into Dave the owner who is super personable. His staff reflects his motive to get your day rocking and rolling. A joyful place to be

Nice local coffee house. Good coffee, lots of variety, plenty of sandwiches, bagels, etc. My favorite and everything bagel with horseradish cream cheese! You cant find that in many places. Good sweets, but could have more choices here. Give this place a try.
Absolutely disgusted! I watched the girl making my food yesterday shoving her face with the same gloves hands used to prepare my dish after already waiting for my food while she gabbed on her phone. This is how this virus will be spread. Completely unsanitary.
5 stars for drinks, 2 or 3 for customer service, 1 for cost efficiency. The prices here are WAY too high, and there is always a line because this place is overrated/has that college kids off-campus hipster sanctuary feel. Not worth the wait with Bagel Co. and Capresso serving the same (or better in some cases) quality coffee/drinks right across the street. Interior decor is nice though and the atmosphere when quiet (rarely) is peaceful.
I have always loved this place, but this is at least the fourth time I have ordered a hummus sandwich and gotten a hummus schmear. This is a $4 difference in cost, and since I usually get it to go it’s very frustrating since I don’t notice until I’m already gone. I won’t be going back - I shouldn’t have to remind the workers every time what I ordered!
We love Latte Lounge. Its our home away from home. My favorite is the Tarragon chicken salad sandwich on Heidelberg cracked wheat Lightly toasted. It Comes with Lettuce and tomatoes and I have them add swiss cheese, onions and balsamic vinegar to it. All I can say is.. Wow! You should try it!
Latte Lounge is a staple for Oneonta locals, college kids, and advanced professionals across the board. Great food, great prices, and a diverse menu as well as room for new things when warranted!Make this a morning stop at least 5 out of 7 days! You will be happy you did.AMF
The bathroom was beautifully decorated. The breakfast wrap is incredible. It should be their flagship dish and they should serve it all hours of the day. Heck they should build a food truck in its honor and take it on tour.
Best little coffee shop in Otown. Nice atmosphere, nice people, good coffee and baked goods. And dont forget breakfast plates and sammies, and lunch to boot!Just watch for the long lines on the weekend. Get there early or be prepared to wait!
Perfect breakfast spot with Mary Elizabeth after a nite of celebrating at Hartwick. Had a good breakfast wrap full of turkey, egg white and avocado. Very hot, very fresh decaf coffee, really appreciated

Banana sounds like a strange flavor for coffee, but Latte Lounge has it and its wonderful. Also, affordable salmon burgers on delicious local ciabatta bread. And I cant forget the cheesecake! And adorable truffles! In all shapes and flavors. Good atmosphere, too! They just redecorated in a steampunk style, too.

We already enjoyed the coffee (good latte) two years ago, when we were on our way to Elmira, visiting from Germany. This year we are back to the US and had to stop again at this great place for breakfast.
Latte is my favorite coffee place in oneonta and I love that they have gluten free bread!! Their GF French toast is bomb and I love their chai lattes. It gets pretty busy on weekend mornings tho so get there early

Wouldn’t serve us when we came in. Let us know they were closed but it was only 4:45pm and they actually closed at 5pm..all we wanted was an iced tea :( ..when I was in college and worked at a cafe, we couldn’t “close” until it was 5 on the dot, it was annoying but it is what it is. It’s called customer service. ;/

Ive been here a few times for just regular coffee and its really good. I cant say how the rest of the menu is but for a regular cup of coffee I really enjoyed it.

Worst coffee ever. Threw my latte away before I even got out the door. August 2019. It’s undrinkable. It’s been the same for several years no matter when I occasionally try another chance in hopes of supporting local businesses.

If you wanna spend $16 on stale bagels and a subpar latte then this is your place to go! Basically everything is frozen which most likely contributes to the staleness of the bagel. really dissapointing.

2021-10-02Latte lounge stays messing up my orders I’ll ask for a sausage egg and cheese with salt pepper ketchup and I received a disgusting cold egg with just a sausage patty missing the rest. Then I also got a cinnamon raisin bagel (lightly toasted) was completely charred black. I may as well have asked for a burnt bagel with cream cheese. And also the service is absolutely horrendous I’ll order two things and they’ll take 30 minutes just to come out and they’ll end up coming out freezing cold

2020-12-04Lovely little place in a lovely little town. Everybody that works here is friendly the bathrooms are super clean. Im enjoying a tall cup of dark roast that is quite good and my breakfast meal was fantastic. I highly recommend this location for a sandwich breakfast brunch lunch and of course really good coffee

2022-04-03I’m giving my review over the past 9 years of service while working in the area. Food has always been great as well as countless drinks. At 5 bucks a pop I would have looked that for as much business I’ve given them over the past 9 years, they would have merchandise ( like hoodies or at shirt) to remind myself of my time there. I spent half as much time at wise guys and he was throwing stuff at me every time I came in because I always brought him business. More customers means more money. My last drink today had to be heated up because it was barely mine warm and the sandwich I asked for tomatoes and was given two things that looks like tomatoes but we’re as thin as a piece of paper. Even in a fragile economy, people still want to be treated fairly and feel like we’re still getting something for our money. Each customer is a return customer and a possible new customer that follows off referrals. Cheating people for the sale of a dollar will won’t bring in more customers. 👍

2022-05-29Best by far the best local cafe. Attached to a small bookstore this coffee shop is a classic artisan shop for espresso made right. Great ambience and location, very walkable and prime for people watching.

2022-05-23Came three different occasions, early AM. No home fries each time, & this time no bagels? Hard to like a place that never has what they offer.

2020-06-26Got huevos rancheros with a good friend of mine. It was absolutely stunning. So good. I almost cried it was so good. The employee who handed me the plate confessed that it was the first time shed made it and asked me to let her know how it was, but by the time I finished and went back in a couldnt find her. I hope she reads this. Its been 5 hours since I finished and I still cant get over how good it was.
