Really impressed with the service in this place. Staff was nice and attentive and quick. Machines work great. Manager was fantastic. On top of their game. Would recommend to anyone.
The only problem I find with this laundry is that management accepts too much tardy and uncorporative behavior of some of the clients who use the facility. For example some people “hold” their clothes in the washers for more than 30 minutes in some cases, depriving others to use the machines. This is especially true of the 3 washers (yes only 3), set aside for mats and carpets. These 3 machines should be monitored and any person who hold the 3 machines more than 10 minutes should have their carpets/mats removed by management. Thanks
Please fix the machine that accepts debit card payment it has been broken for weeks, buttons on machine are missing, last but not least nothing turns people off more than horrible customer service. The attitude of your employees is unacceptable for any business. Anyone with recommendations for a better laundromat nearby? It would be greatly appreciated. The problems with this laundromat is clearly from poor manangement.I have made an official complaint with this company about the poor management of this facility... Not necessarily looking for a response. Instead I am hoping to see results.Update...Thank you for responding. I am hoping to see long term results. Looking forward to having a better experience.
One of the best laundromat. Extremely clean, neat and organized. Well lit, plenty of sitting areas and plenty of folding tables. Lots of washers and dryers. A bit more expensive though. They also have televisions to watch while you wait.
Machines work for the most part. Staff is rarely helpful. The credit card machine does NOT work. So bring cash. Not coins. Cash. They have an ATM machine which will charge you 2.15 plus whatever your bank makes you pay. My personal favorite excuse was its only taking CERTAIN cards... No no they really mean they are taking NO cards.
I love the fact that this is open 24/7. When its time for me to do my laundry, I go there straight from work. I get off late in the early morning. There is a lot of light, theres parking and theres an attendant there if you need assistance.
Very clean. Spacious. Even on a busy day there are machines available. Had minor issue.Based on reviews was hesitant to talk to staff. However, the attendant Naomi and the manager was very helpful and understanding. Issue resolved. The End 😊
I usually go every other week and the payment machines have been out of order for months no matter what time of hours I go there no workable machines available. The other day I went into do my laundry and I was notify that my card I have no longer works in the machines I had to buy another card with a chip( like why I had to pay for something I wasn’t aware of ? Then the next time I went back I wast able to use the new card with the chip any more so I ask the attendant with bad attitude how am I suppose to get my money off of it her response was she don’t know nor care. Smh. They always have a bad attitude when you want to ask a question like isn’t this your job? I only come to this one because it’s walking distance from my house.
As long as you dont have to interact with the staff the place seems fine. The lady at the counter seemed annoyed by my very presence, and was made even more so when informed today was my first time dropping clothes off there and didnt know about their card system.
Not too crowded. Most people still following Covid guidelines, while clothes are washing or drying.
I love this place!! It’s The Only Laundry Mat I use!!! The establishment is Super Clean and the Staff is very Friendly and helpful
Midnight service is great its usually quiet and relaxing to wait for laundry to get done. Although maintenance needs improvement.
I dropped my clothes off twice on 2 separate occasions and they never refund of bothered to check to see what happen to my clothes worst experience ever no cap
The workers there are very rude and I will never do laundry there again..l would rather go out of my way by 20 minutes or even a hf hr just not to deal with the people working there.Its that bad.
I wouldn’t recommend that place for nobody first time I gave my clothes to wash and when I get them back I was missing some of my clothes and my blanket every time I go back there they keep telling me they will give me a call which I never received i am sooo upset I’m not gonna let this slide like that it’s either I get a refund for all my clothes I lost which I didn’t get back or I report it they shouldn’t take away your clothes if they couldn’t watch it

The staff is disgusting .... everyone needs to be fired!! I wish there was a 0 star ...there is no words to sum up how terrible customer service is .... I don’t understand how anyone hasn’t gone off on them for unprofessionalism... you can’t even call to ask a simple question about services provided with out the rude employee being disrespectful...

The parking lot is small and hard to get in and out of but its clean and always open and the cards are nice becauae you never have to carry cash.
They advertise free WiFi and when you ask for the password the answer is upsss sorry no WiFi plus all the front pad on the washing machine are all broken you cant not even know what the setup is!!!
Why wash when you can drop it off and save yourself some time.Its so convenient!
Employees are beyond useless. Incompetent, idiotic and act like they don’t work here. There’s a reason you’re in your mid 30s and working the midnight shift at a laundromat.
The staff here are very rude and alway disrespectful to the customers but euipment are always good there the need to let the staff here k ow that being rude to customers can cost them to lose business they are very rude management better have a talk with them two black ladies worked inside there seems to have a problem with people who do not have their accent please management teach them some manners not the only person has had this terrible experience I think they will continue to give the business a bad name
People bringing dirty laundry into the same basket you use for the clean ones you take out of the machine. People leaving finish laundry into the machine other people wants to use.
Spacious, you can use your debit card to add money to your laundry card, drop off service is really good
Always have washers & dryers available regardless of how crowded it may be... This place is also always very clean!

2022-07-31Helpful staff, clean washing machines (not always a given in laundromats). Many machines were available, and it’s very convenient to use the cards and avoid carrying quarters around. Parking in the area is very tight

2021-11-14I do not enjoy writing bad reviews. its stressful and Id rather just avoid somewhere altogether because mistakes happen, but for some reason i gave their laundry service too many chances. the first time i came here after moving in over 3 years ago, everything was great and i was impressed, excited to have found a place so close by that does wash/dry... but that was the only time it was even acceptable. ever since then (handful of times) its been so bad it almost seems intentionally malicious. even asked them to use low heat and still ended up with heat-ruined clothes. synthetic materials are now warped, scratchy and covered in patches of hard melted fiber. all cotton is extremely shrunk...i dont even know if OSHA would approve of the temperatures they run their dryers at if theyre literally MELTING MY CLOTHES EVERY TIMEIm only even writing this review because it blows my mind how/why this place has such a high rating for the (lack of) quality of work that can be expectedi had already decided to never go here again, especially after they messed up paperwork and i had to pay a second time to get my clothes back from them and only because my laundry bag was visible from the window and i had to argue with them enough to finally open the bag to identify the contents and prove it was mine....i wont even go here to do my own laundry anymore because i dont want to support a business that destroys my property... but since the place recently had a bunch of major upgrades and new payment cards, i naïvely assumed/hoped there was new management or new employees, but it appears the changes were purely cosmetic and now i have to budget for replacement clothes.

2022-02-19The worse costumer service ever! They are not helpful, if the machine breaks or if the there is any issues with the recharging card machine. They just try to take your money.Many issues over the years, today I had enough and wrote this review.

2021-12-28I waited over an hour for assistance after the machine took my $20. I finally left, there was no one there to speak to.UPDATE: a owner was able to get in contact with me within the hour of my review and is working to assist me. There is a low number of staff available due to the covid mandate and he stepped up. I appreciate it!!

2020-10-31Nice and clean laundromat with credit card options. 4 star because its a bit pricey and theres not enough of the smaller 2-load machines available, but otherwise pretty decent place to do your laundry quickly. The dryers are excellent. Watch out for the high temperature, its very hot and might burn your clothes.

2021-07-25Just like its name its very clean and tidy. Has great fast drying dryers. A bit pricier in comparison to a Mom and Pop laundromat but its worth it.

2021-02-15A bit pricey, people putting dirty clothes in the basket where the clean clothes goes. On top I kind of felt uncomfortable using my debit cards just to purchase plastic bags because they don’t take cash. The guy who is the manager just started looking at my numbers on the card like he was trying to remember it or something. I’m looking at him like are you finished?? That’s just weird.

2020-11-22This is absolutely one of the WORST laundromats I have been to during this Pandemic. The workers are nonchalant, with music and headphones in their ears or not present because they are outside socializing or in the back. They have at least 7 extra tables for folding behind the large washing machines but use that area to store the extra carts in between them and wont allow people to use them to fold their clothes; so you have to stand and wait to fold your clothes, putting you in close proximity to others and wasting your time. There is no sign that says no refunds, however if you purchase a laundry bag that was placed in the WRONG packaging BY THEM, they wont give you your money back. They also allow people to leave their clothing in (3) machines unattended for over an hour (need I mind you theres only 6 machines of that kind) and refuse to remove them so that others can wash. The manager Anthony Gabriel is very rude and accommodating aswell. Its very expensive and no where near worth your time, money and energy. This was my first and last time!

2020-10-26Amazing!!!Last week I dropped my laundry off for the first time. I have done my laundry all my life. (50 yrs+) Never again. What a fantastic job the staff did.Thanks, Clean Rite!!!
