Big spacious self-service laundromat. Only thing is people allow their children to run around like animals and hang out in the lounge all over the massage chairs and people that come with money to pay for massages cant even enjoy the chairs and watch TV while their clothes are washing or drying, because people allow their children to play in the chairs, and the staff doesnt say anything about it

I love the new management. I also met the assistant manager, I think his name is Victor he was so helpful to me when there was no water in the washing machine. I was having literally having a bad but he put a smile on my face and he sound so educated. This is my new place to do my laundry. Thanks for helping the community.God bless

Love this laundromat! Ever since its been renovated its been my favorite laundromat to go to. Its super clean and huge. The bathroom is always clean too. There are plenty of washers and dryers to maintain safe distances from other customers.
A little pricey but machines are pretty good and the store is clean. Also have a section for kids to sit down read books or play.
This place has very good customer service and Rosly was an amazing worker. She guided me through everything and it is a good center.
5/29/2019 7:30 pm. Terrible service from staff. Employee wouldn’t help me and refused to call the manager. Machines wash cycle was about twoMinutes and was starting rinse cycle before I could finish putting the soap in. So now I have to pay double to wash my clothes again when I could have just dropped them off to be washed for the same price I’m gonna pay to wash them twice. $30
I work 10 hours days and dont have time to do laundry and they are fast, nice, professional and reasonably priced

The store was very clean. Nobody wants to clean their clothes in a filthy environment. The laundry attendant, (I wish I had gotten her name) was very kind and helpful. It poured rain as we were leaving and she even tried to help us find a cab! I really liked the store. Wasnt overcrowded. Thw best laundromat Ive been to in a very long time.
I love coming to this laundry! The place is always clean and maintained well. I got a chance to meet with Rosly one of the general managers there and she was so friendly and so kind it was a pleasure meeting her.
Absolutely phenomenal place. Always clean and mostly empty during overnight so very happy to come back every month. You cant beat their prices or atmosphere.EDIT: 10/24/21 I have to add that I won a prize at the key master machine october 3rd 2021 but the prize door was locked. I left my contact info with the associate working there but recieved no call. I come in tonight to wash and find no prize and the associate working never knew about a prize locked in the machine. The washing is not an issue, but the simple act of calling someone when you recieve a prize. I have photos of the prize in question and will be waiting for corporate to contact me. Clean and big. I didnt get the attendant name that was working yesterday but he stays busy and makes sure to walk around to check for carts and cleanliness. They have huge machines for those with very big loads. Vending machines and they have separated AC cooled folding room and sitting area

Really expensive and ridiculously dirty the floor the tables a lot of machines broken or with some defect attendant was somking and talking in the phone outside while i was watting to buy soap they need to have more friendly employees and to clean the location is horrible for the high price they have more

Excellent place for laundry. Machines are easy to use, fast and it doesnt take more then 1 hour and half. Staff are nice and is not expensive. It has vending machines for snacks, sodas, ice cream and game machines. Oh also they have massage seats, which they are amazing.

The place is always clean, the employees are very friendly, especially enough space and machines for customers. One detail to improve would be that the dryers had more drying time, 8 minutes is not enough, even if they are at the high level. To dry large garments well, I must put the card 4 and 5 times.
I used to love this place but as of lately customer service is going down this week was the worst experience ever my clothes got stuck in the washing machine the assistant manager couldnt help me I had to wait a whole 24 hours for a manager to come then she knew less the assistant then she was giving me attitude about a free wash and dry after I had to wait a whole day and my clothes smell like mildew idk if its under new management but its a wreck it in there

I can do my laundry here with relative ease. To beat the crowds you should get here before 8am or come back either 4pm or 7pm. They have ample parking and they just installed new seating for customers. Weekends are a little more crowded than during the week and the parents bring their kids which could be quite noisy.
I started to like the place when I walked in but I saw the owner/worker lady just yelling at this guy cause he wanted to use the bathroom.She was yelling so loud but when he started to ask why he couldnt use the bathroom he was washing his clothes here. She told him bathroom didnt work but someone was in there earlier. He was minding his business . He was across the room that was unprofessionalWhen he started to say YOU DONT KNOW ME i realized she started with him for no reason. She discriminated this man who wanted to use the bathroom while doing his laundry and tried to embarrass him in front of her friends
The place is clean but the machine are old really dirty inside and outside. Most of the machine are out of service. I give them 2 stars because the place is open 24h/7. This is not place to wash your clothes if you dont want to get infected. Bathroom is so dirty and smells so bad.
Often go here its gotten way better over the few years. But.. seriously the machines break down very easily, and if you want to wash your clothes with hot water only cold water comes out, this place offers free soap. And massage chair a vending machine and free WiFi and cable.

The place has added comfort seats with plenty of tv screens and now you can use your debit card to put cash in your card however some people that wash here can be rude and disrespectful! You get free soap with every nachine you use!
When I went to this place my soap had gotten stuck in the vending machine but Rosly was so kind and helped me.
I left my bag filled with clothes for a week because I was away on a business trip. I went to pick up my bag to only find out IT WENT MISSING. IT WAS NEVER SIGNED OUT AS “picked up” or anything. I had 29 lbs of clothes, including some work clothing. The attendant told me to send an email to the district manager and complete a claim form, that’s all that has been done. My clothing was either given to someone else or someone walked out with it! I took a picture of their log and still have my receipt.I WILL POST ADDITIONAL INFORMATION on this situation, I hope to hear from someone with a solution to this problem. I sent an email to the district manager and filed a complaint online.Update on 9.27.18Below they replied. I sent Them the completed claim along with pictures and my original receipt yet I was notified by a manager that my claim was denied.The manager called me once, while I was working and unable to answer the phone. I called her back and have yet to hear from someone. This is ridiculous. I have been going back-and-forth with him since July and I refuse to let this go. This is completely unacceptable
Although this is my go to laundromat since I live pretty close. I believe this place has been going down for the Last couple of years. The prices went up, alot of machines are broke, too many people hanging around not doing laundry and they dont tidy up like they use to.

I gave the laundry mat my childrens uniform shirts which came in multiple colors and my dress shirts pants and blazers everything returned faded (some with bleach spots ) and wrinkle with soap powder chunks all over it. Its costing me a lot of money repurchasing clothing THEY DONT RESPECT YOUR CLOTHING AR THIS LOCATION THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT NEEDS A COLD OR HOT WASH OR DRY ALL OF THE JEANS HAVE SHRUNK TREMENDOUSLY THE CLEANING LADIES ARE YOUNG GRUNGY THUG LIKE LOOKING WOMEN The best wash is from a nice old lady not dusty unkept person that cant even put themselves together lesson learned if you go here wash your own clothes at $1 a pound you get really bad service and all the staff add tips to your bill so the price they say doesnt match the receipt ever cuz they adding tips that isnt required
I would like to commend jasmine s. at 1240 east tremont ave Bronx NY. Im new around the area n this young lady was so helpful to me in everything I asked or needed, extremely aware of her surroundings n the clients in the store, every time I looked at her she was helping someone or folding clothes. Jasmine is very friendly and professional, made me feel welcome and at home. I just wanted to thank her for her kindness, she has really good energy.

Cheap place, and not in a good way. The place never adds enough water to the machines, the dryers and machines charge extra for less better service. I changed my laundromat.
For the last 3 months Ive called before going to see if the site has hot water. No hot water and no signs of the problem being addressed. You should always call before going to this location or youll be disappointed in the service. How unfortunate that this chain is constantly dropping the ball.
Lady there clearly not washing ger clothes with a big speaker like she is radio raheem smoking weed outside the door 6am in the morning. She didnt leave until 8 music too loud and smoke stunk.They need to monitor better because the attendant didnt care. DO BETTER PLEASE
I don’t even know where to begin , but the staff is loud and obnoxious. Machines either out of order or old and malfunctioning. Spewing water and soap all over the place. It’s dark , and not very clean. I’m disappointed, I’ll continue to go to the one downtown that I’ve been going to. Smh

Expensive machines rates ,convenient for late nights its what you would expect to pay to wash 24hrs , has vending machines,acrade games and you have to pay 2 dollars for a card in order to work the machines but thats reimbursed if you return the card i recommend it for washing or drying after hours also includes free parking so thats a plus

The worst laundry to leave your clothes ... They dont wash well; White clothes were horrible, I had to throw some away. They do not fold your clothes well, you have to do it again when you put them in your closet and also had to return again because they did not deliver all the clothes together ... Super expensive !!!! The worse !!!!

2022-06-19Overpriced, even for NYC. 3.00 fee just to get one of their dedicated cards to use the machines. The machines are not the largest. They are high but not deep- 5 bucks for the large ones. They sell laundry bags for 7-8 bucks. It is filthy. The folding tables dusty and dirty also. A lot of the dryers did not work. The only plus is they have a parking lot. I will stick with the old school laundromats that use quarters and have more washing machine options. Ooh they have extra large machines for 10 dollars per use . Another example of capitalistic practices taking advantage of lower income populations.So apparently you have to wash your clothes in warm at this laundromat. If you use cold the water pressure is so low that it will not wash your clothes. The employees are very rude and stated it is my problem there is nothing they can do. I can pay to use another machine or deal with it.ATTN- be careful when you use the dryers in the back. One dryer is 49 cents for 10 minutes and the same dryer right next to it is 49 cents for 5 minutes.. There are no postings in the difference in prices or temp..there are pictures of the dryers below..

2022-02-18You don’t have to miss breakfast to get your laundry done early! They offer coffee and hot chocolate in the morning with a little snack cake. The staff is really friendly, the dryers are a bit pricey but it’s worth to sit and relax in comfort while your waiting for your laundry to be done. The facility is clean and kept I’ve never had a problem with the machines.

2022-03-14Machines wash with lots of water, but the machines offer cycles that dont exist. I tried to add extra wash/rinse but it didnt work.Make sure when you use the dryers, you press the actual dryer youre using- I made a mistake and added time to someone elses dryer - but when I informed the attendant, he gave added time to mine (I appreciated that).Clean place. Updated tech for money card re-ups was a plus.

2022-06-03I live for clean clothes and I go to clean rite almost every two days because of the ambiance and the staff that I encounter when I do. I would give this location five stars, just not today. Today was quite different because when I entered the entire laundromat was flooded. The young lady who is working (Roslyn) is trying to reach everyone I suppose in management and the repair guy who had claimed to fix the exact same machine that caused the tsunami inside this morning to see if he could return to help find a solution to stop the water from gushing out. The patron whose clothes was in the machine tried to stop the machine countless times to no avail, the emergency push button wouldnt even stop the machine. I asked her did she have a squeegee as she was beginning to try and use a mop which was definitely not going to clear all that water inside. The laundromat is not equipped with the proper tools the staff would need in the event flooding occurred. There are no inside drains and all this water was going to take her forever to remove. The patron using the defective machine and myself sprung into action and began to help Roslyn. We were in clean up mode for probably over an hour and the water was still winning. It was something different. Finally the repair guy comes in and goes to the machine and sarcastically tells her at least It gave you something to do as if shes a non worker, which I have witnessed myself she is always working. After opening the machine he said ohhh the hose detached, and laughed. At this point there was nothing funny because the many patrons that were there could have injured themselves or left but they continued to do their laundry. There has to be a better system in place for the staff to be able to combat such large amounts of water. Get them the tools and help they need. Throughout this entire mess and stressful time Roslyn still continued to provide her customer service to the patrons, Job well done Roslyn!!!

2022-05-05I have visited this Clean Rite - East Tremont location twice.* Pros: fairly clean, spacious, upgraded machines. vending machines, folding areas, chairs for waiting. Parking lot.* Cons: the dryers are a hit or miss. Either too hot and burns clothes, or doesnt dry enough even at hot settings for a full hour. Wasted more time and money only to find out the high setting will end up $3 just to dry or destroy my laundry. Oh well..

2022-05-09The washing machines are a hit or miss on which ones will work. I put my clothes into a machine that kept giving me an error message after I inserted my card , and I moved my clothes because the associates where busy.When I checked it took my money, and the manager only gave me $2 in dryer credit for a $7 machinePlus, half of the dryers don’t work. They don’t heat up or heat up minimally. I’ve wasted time and money drying on these machines. This is conveniently 2 blocks away from my home and with a parking lot , but these issues have been persistent for a while and don’t seem to be fixed
