I came across the Web site for Adams practice when I was searching for a lawyer who could answer some questions and concerns I had about a home-repair contract, and I was impressed not just by the professionalism of his site but also the efficient, attentive way in which he and his office responded to me and arranged our consultation. I drove three hours to get to his nearest location, but it was well worth it even if not completely necessary; Adam in his great flexibility was cool with just doing the consultation over the phone, but I chose a personal visit to show him all the details and realia of my case. Went to Adam due to a missed payment reported to all 3 credit bureaus brining my credit down 54 points. I was referred to Adam by my father which he also previously helped in the past with amazing results. He was able to walk me through and throughly explain the steps to disputing on all 3 bureaus. With the help of Adam we were able to dispute all 3 bureaus and get it taken of my credit in its entirety. My credit also went back up 56 points on all 3 bureaus and back to 100% payment history. Credit it exteamly important in todays day, with out the help of Adam I would have had this mark on my credit for up to 7 years ! Truly an amazing experience! I needed a lawyer desperately, I mustve called 5 others; I got their secretaries and a promise theyd call back. But they never did; well, one did a week later. When I finally called Adam, HE answered the phone, agreed to meet with me the next day, & immediately put me at ease. Type of the law office best to avoidIve sent an initial inquiry to Adam G. Singers Law Office about removing an false item from my credit history in mid August of 2018. Since I havent heard back from them in a few days I took my own actions and resolved the issue.Today, about 9 (NINE) months later first I received a phone call from a female person who had a hard time to identify herself, name, where shes calling from etc followed by the email from Adam G. Singer stating his office is unable to help me.Thank you mr. Singer very much and thank you, dear God I did not have to deal with this law office at all because if took them whole nine months to reply to an initial inquiry I can only imagine how long would take them to do something useful.Seems, this is perfect law office to avoid and do not deal with them, period.

Adam gets the highest endorsement I can giveSome context regarding the problem Adam helped us solve.My wife and I have our mortgage with one of the largest banks in the US. Over 2 years ago they made a serious mistake on one of our accounts. Our credit scores, prior to this, were unblemished.The mistake dropped our credit scores by over 200 points. We were denied credit that we would otherwise have easily qualified for. Our credit cards had their limits lowered without our notice. Payments, that normally wouldn’t have been a problem, were declined.We were also in a position where we had to refinance. No other bank would touch us. We were forced to refinance with our current bank, which then charged us a penalty interest rate because of our low credit scores, which were the result of their mistake.In the months following the mistake, the bank conducted an internal investigation. It concluded that, yes, they had made an error. However, they refused to fix it, or work with the Credit Reporting Agencies (CRAs) to restore our credit scores.We were two people against one of the biggest banks in the US. We had done everything within our power to remedy the error, and its repercussions. We felt we were out of options.At this point we were referred to Adam. 2022-05-03I worked with Adam and his team for about two years on a case involving credit report misrepresentation and identity theft. The journey has been really smooth and pleasant. Adam asked the right questions to come up with an unbeatable case for multiple trials that ended with settlements in our favor. He always deferred to me regarding next steps as required by his profession, but most importantly, he always explained in details any pros and cons of any potential move. 2022-04-08Adam and his team represented me in connection with a dispute with one of the credit bureaus after they mixed my credit file with someone else (with a considerably worse credit history). To say I was upset and overwhelmed when this happened is an understatement. But, Adam and his team expertly guided me through the entire process making something extremely upsetting and stressful very manageable. 2022-01-01In 2017, I assisted my mother in looking for an attorney to dispute charges that were found on her credit report regarding a vehicle and the loan associated with it. I would say that finding Mr. Adam Singer and his firm was nothing short of sheer luck. After consulting with Mr. Singer on what was found, we made the decision to hire him and his firm. Unfamiliar with this traumatic experience, Mr. Singer and his firm were kind, compassionate, helpful and broke down each and every step of the legal process and what he needed from us along the way. Mr. Singer was gentle and straightforward from the very beginning and throughout the course of his involvement with us. Mr. Singer was not only interested in my mom and I from a legal standpoint, but he took this opportunity to get to know us personally and, I think, understood who we were as individuals and was empathetic to this unfortunate circumstance. 2020-11-23I sought out legal help from the Law Office of Adam G. Singer after multiple background check companies reported inaccurate information about my rental history. I had an excellent credit report, but the inaccurate rental data from the background check companies showed a judgment against me. I was denied the apartment that I was seeking solely on the basis of the inaccurate rental report data. I have an extremely common first and last name. Someone at a previous apartment complex that I used to reside at had the same first and last name. Our identities were mixed up by the background check companies. My good name was dragged through the mud by the background check companies. I was viewed as a risky applicant by landlords because of the sloppy reporting by the background check companies.With the help of Adam Singer and Brett Sherman, I was able to clear my name.
