I am so grateful I chose Isaac as my lawyer. He is very savvy and well versed in navigating the cumbersome legal process of the five boroughs. My case took three years to process due to the pandemic and he was there on the spot ready to fight it when the case came up. During the deposition he caught a mistake made by the officer who was speeding through his testimony. He knew the Judge and calculated he would not take kindly to the officers mistake and pointed it out right away. The Judge then decided to dismiss the case! Needless to say I was thrilled with the result. I will definitely be calling Isaac for any future violations.
A Great Traffic Lawyer. Mr. Abrahams and his office gave me peace of mind. They updated me with just the important stuff as they delayed the ticket 4 times. This law office went to court on my behalf and got me an unfair 3 points on my license and a bill of $138. Such a shame. This claimed traffic violation was no fault of mine, the pedestrian caused it but the cop chose what to see and handed me an unfair ticket even when I tried to explain. Makes me question whether these guys even showed up in court at all. This is a ticket I probably could have fought on my own so for a whole lawyer to lose this in court baffles me. Makes me regret using them.

I did not have a good experience, and maybe I just got stuck with the new unexperienced lawyer, BUT I could of done the same job he did (could not do worse. The day of court he was on the phone till 11am (court was 10:30!)In addition he did not press the cop at all. maybe 6-8 questions? Nd told me the fine would only be 25 (was150!) and initially did not realize points were attached to this ticket. now this will end up running me close to 4-5,000 dollars (increase from insurance) and I paid theses guys as well!. I was lucky I got one ticket dismissed, because then I would of been livid. he said as little as possible. and one ticket was outright false (in fact he wrote a false ticket and had the writing to prove it, lawyer never mentioned the text of the actual law to judge..Now I know there is no guarantee with these things.. he could of a least tried! or if there was no chance of winning due to court/judges.. be totally up front and say likely not going to win...In conclusion.. would strongly NOT recommend this firm and I am not 100% that the glowing reviews are actually real.. they might be?? but thats my opinion.. and you can decide for yourself...
Got referred to there service. All I can say is that they took care of everything. Rescheduled my court date. I didnt have to trek all the way in to Brooklyn from Long Island and they got it dismissed, no points , worth every cent. From now on I know where to go!!!

This lawyer doesn’t take any initiative to fight the ticket. They take the money and never defend people. I deal two moving violations with them both was not even paid bond but they make me guilty. They don’t even try to bond $40 and change the date . WHAT A SHAME!!!! What a shame!!!! If don’t want to do your job in minimum level I don’t know why you choose to become Lawyer.

*reposting because comment was deleted*I have been doing business with this lawyer and his team for the past five years. Most recently, I hired them to take care of a traffic violation bureau ticket. I spoke to the admin at the office who confirmed that they would send someone to represent me as they usually do. If I’ve been doing business here for 5 years , it’s because the service and outcome has always been up to par - although the firm says they don’t guarantee anything they’ve always done their best. I am not sure if the new staff has anything to do with the lack luster service as of late but they will certainly not be getting my business going forward. The admin informed me that they were going to reschedule my date, the next day they came back with a verdict. I was very confused as this is not the information I was given during the screening call. Had this been shared upfront I’d have no issue however there was clearly a lack of communication here. They will not be getting my money any longer. I usually Do business with Mr. Abraham and learned they sent someone else. This was truly a very telling experience. They will definitely be losing a client after 5 years of referrals and business.

I had an unfair ticket for a bus that had its stop sign out BEHIND my car and 2 lanes over in queens NY. Somehow I’m magically supposed to see that- we all know anything school bus related you are always “wrong” even if it’s not so. Anyway, I was fully ready to try to resolve this on my own but covid pushed off my hearing (this was from 2019!). I moved out of state so I couldn’t even go to my hearings, I’m in TN now! So my husband recommended I try his family recommended lawyer and I figured I would go along with it.I ended up having a really exceptional experience. Worst decision i made to hire this office to fight my upstate speeding ticket. I wanted to try this office because of their rating. I dont know how they have this rating but they messed up my driving record. I paid over 200+ for lawyer fee. $368 for fine and 300 for DRA. They claim they brought my point from 8 to 6. Really? It is shame for lawyer in upstate to get this result. If i went there my self i might have changed it to jay walking or so. Just sharing my experience with this office. Never would recommend this office to anyone around me.

I hired this law office in November 2019. They took down my number and email and never got back to me. Every time I call I am directed to the online chat. Every time I use the online chat the rep just asks for my info and says somebody will reach out to me. Nobody ever does. $390 down the drain.

I found his services via google search and I was very pleased with their help. I had a traffic ticket that they took care of for me. I called their office and had a short talk on the phone and provided the ticket information and made my very reasonable payment. The best experience with an attorney I have had
I recieved a portable electronic device ticket in the summer of 2018. After two years of postponing the hearings this office got me NO RESULT. I was found guilty and required to pay the full fine and received all 5 points on my license. Additionally there was certainly a case to be made considering I was not in motion when I recieved the violation and I had no points or violations on my record at the time. After paying the lawyer fees there was no communication until the email telling me that I was found guilty. If you want a decent result look elsewhere.

I received a reckless driving summons which is considered a criminal court case . I reached out to Mr. Abrahams office, and from the get go they were warm and eager to help. I was pulled over in Suffolk County and received four tickets totaling 15 points, for stuff I didnt even do. I am a young kid with a fast sports car, I seriously thought that the officer that pulled me over was going to take my license away and stop me from starting the police academy. I chose to let Isaac handle my case and he took everything over, I did not have to worry about a single thing with him taking care of my tickets. I was charged with unlicensed operation to the 1st degree (felony charge) and to the third degree (misdemeanor charge) in Nassau County (99 Main st). This place is completely garbage. I had one ticket initially that they lost and I was pretty upset and made a google review describing my experience. Mr. Abraham called me begging me to take the review down and that he would give me a discount on my next ticket. I gave it a shot since I was pulled over for 9mph over the speed limit. He told me that there were no worries and that he could easily get this case dismissed. That was not the case as he has now lost this case as well. I have honestly had no good experiences with this firm and would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere or you greatly risk losing all of the money you pay them, plus the extra money in court fees. He does not respond to requests to speak to him personally either as the only time he ever called me back was after posting my initial bad review.

If they had not, I would have to pay a hefty fine and even possibly face a 1 month suspensionThey rescheduled my hearing date a few times to push it out for almost 2 years. This review is based on outcome of my speeding ticket trial, he only postponed it once then didnt show up to court, instead he sent somebody else to represent me and ended up losing the case and probably just pleaded guilty because they already got paid upfront. Very disappointing, I wish I took my chance and showed up myself, I wouldve gotten better results. The money wasnt the issue, I just wanted a good legal representation but instead I ended up with the wrong law firm!! Very disappointing, hope my insurance premium doesnt go up.

All they did for my speeding ticket was to postpone court date for 2 years. I always call them a few days before court date. But one time they forgot my court date so I had to pay the bond extra. After 2 years same point, same fine. That was all right. My concern was if they could shave off a few miles so my insurance premium wont go up. Didnt happen. Seemed like they just plead guilty. They didnt care cause they got my money already. Pretty much dissapointed.

This was my first time ever using a lawyer for a traffic case (or anything, for that matter!) I got a ticket upstate for going 24 over, which is an automatic 6 points. (It was a case of VERY bad timing-- I was in an unfamiliar new car just getting on the highway from a steep downhill onramp, and a trooper was right there waiting at the bottom of the hill.) I dont make a habit of speeding and I had a clean record, but these six points would have automatically forced me pay an annual driver responsibility assessment fee to NYS on TOP of the ticket penalty amount.Long story short, Isaacs firm got it reduced to a parking violation with NO points!! They were prompt and professional, and answered quickly any time I had a question. Would 1000% use them again! It was worth every penny of their fee.
Issac Abraham is just simply great, I had 6 tickets I acquired on two separate occasions and was scared to attend my court based on the fact that I am not financially stable at the moment (college life). I wasn’t sure of the amount of fines I would of had to pay but when I looked up the tickets online they were in excess of $1400. I was referred to issac by a mutual friend and he represented me well, not only did 4 tickets get dismissed but the remaining two was reduced as well and my fines dropped significantly to 500 n change. I would highly recommend Issac Abraham to someone that needs help with a traffic violation.

The Law Office of Isaac Abraham is the best in New York City. I received 3 Traffic Tickets. 2 for HOV Lane violations and 1 for tinted windows. All 3 tickets combined carried 6 points and $960 fine. No-nonsense, straight to the point and very professional, these are the words I would use to describe the office of Law Offices of Isaac Abraham. After driving for 27 years, I received my first moving violation (speeding ticket). When I received the ticket, I wasn’t sure how to approach the situation, my initial intuition was to treat it as a parking ticket. After much though, I decided to do some research online. Apparently pleading guilty to a speeding ticket is a bad idea. I found the Law Offices of Isaac Abraham online, and mostly dealt with their general manager (Ms. Mazal Shamayev), Mazal was responsive to my phone calls and emails and always available to answer questions. She was knowledgeable, understanding, straight forward, but more importantly she was honest about my case, and I appreciated that. To be honest, I wasn’t to positive about my case because the police officer used a traditional radar or laser gun. In conversation with Mazal and in consultation with other cops it is very difficult to win a case when they get you with a radar gun. On April 13, 2018 I received the following message: It is our pleasure to inform you that we were able to dismiss the above-mentioned violation. No points will be added to your driving record and no fees were assigned in relations to this summons. I don’t know how Abraham fought my case, I wasn’t there, he appeared in court on my behalf, but he got my case dismissed and for that I am grateful. 2022-02-22Isaac Abraham and his staff overturned an unfair ticket that would have cost me money and points. Due to Covid, the court date was set for 2023. I just received an email from them stating that they were able to dismiss the violation, with no points on my license and no money due! Called them up, made the payment, and the ticket was completely off my hands from there. They handled everything and kept me updated on dates and further instructions.
