RUN RUN RUN a total fraud don’t waste your money they are so fake nice at the beginning after you pay them the money they disappear on you Richard assign Kristen to my case super rude unprofessional, I pay 7,000 dollars and they took my money and it has Ben one year and 6 month and they told me that I only had 700 available if I wanted to move forward I literally had to pay more money to continue with my case, biggest fraud ever I don’t even think they are real lawyers a totally fraud . Please consider another layer before you loose your money.
The Law Office is incredibly organized, affordable, timely, and they call to check-in whenever the status of your case changes. They are on top of your case and give the best service possible. We worked specifically with Attorney Elizabeth Cordoba throughout the residency process. She was absolutely wonderful to us. Thanks to her, I was able to get my green card without any trouble. She is fantastic at what she does, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
After they take your money they do not care of the follow up, the woman helping there LIBIA is rude and closed the door on me and told me not to come back and to stop wasting her time. after paid almost $900 for a service. this office should be banned from helping the public. still waiting for a phone call from lasalle
We started our case on January 2017, finally on October 2019 my case was approved. It took so long because of the type of case. We had issues with the new immigration/consulate web page, uploading documents, that extended the processing time but PJ always helped us.During that time, I had to visit Richard La Salle office, a few times. Our main issue with them was to get an appointment with him, we already were clients, but we had to wait as new visitors every time. To communicate with Richard was so difficult. But when PJ took our case the issue change, she was always answering the calls and the emails.We suggest to the receptionist, not always treat everyone as new client, if you are a client in a process the receptionist can help to speed the appointment. If you as client need to talk to Richard is because you have an appointment with immigration or need to send documents and cannot wait 3 weeks or more to see Richard, because you usually have a due date and the appointment with Richard is after the due date. They also offer you walk-in appointment but it’s insane to wait more than 3 hours being a client. It would be great if you can change the method to assign the appointments and the walk-in appointment, in order to prevent to wait a long time knowing that everyone has to work or something to do.
Lawyer Lasalle is one of the best, hes very honest and to the point. I have been utilizing his services for many years, the staff is also awesome, very courteous, professional, very respectful and responsive.

Mr La Salle and Mrs. Cordoba along with all the staff at this office helped me greatly on my immigration case. My case was so complicated that many lawyers did not want to take it. Guys not worth it the front staff girls will make u wait super long. I wont recommend. Not at all.The front staff girl is not organized n they always send their people in appointment first if I take appointment still they make me wait long. It took 3hours to get my appointment to see the lawyer. Its worst dont go. I went with my sister for her green card case they wasted my time.I took appointment for 3:30pm n it was my first appointment then how come they allowed other person before me, when I made an appointment on the phone the lady said Im first so how come I was pushed 3people behind. This office robbed $5000 from my mother causing an anxiety attack due to lack of communication with her regarding her divorce case which was presented once in court and costed $2000. I hope lawyer Richard la salle give me back my money that I pay $5000 in his office in Roosevelt Ave, for a divorce, but me and my husband fix our problems lawyer never apear in court or do something I deserve my money back, her assistant went one day to Queens Court just to say that we no longer get divorce that took half hour. I went to see this Lacey twice and I never got the chance to meet himThe first time I was there and a lady downstairs told me that he’s coming a little bit late ... are you serious ... was already 3 a clock and inside was a lot of he’s clients and finally I went there for the second time because I was recommended by one of my coworkers and my my family and was already 3:30 and I never got the chance to meet him again 🤨 I ask the front desk for an appointment and she told me yes I can give you for October 21st 😁 I have a court on November 29 I don’t have that much time to wait anyway I will never come back here again
Hi my name is Brenda I met the lawyer by a family of my aunts they help me a lot with my husband immigration case he tolds you if there is a solution or not and the more important think is that for a consultation he doesn’t charge you like others lawyers you do have to wait because he has a lot of clients but is worth the wait like I said he and the other employees help a lot in my case Pauline help me a lot there is no words to thank her it took 8 months for my husband to be here in the United States legally thank you so much I really recommend these lawyer with my eyes close

Yeah its true it takes forever to speak with a lawyer. Also the staff up front is the worst. They are not that helpful or polite. When I ask them for info on my case they show me a face as if they want me to leave or get rid of me. In my opinion I really dont like the treatment.
Thanks to this lawyer my i601 waiver case was denied, I think that they could have done a better job filling the proper documents to the uscis and writing a stronger argument to support the case
My friend refer me to Richard n I went to Richard lasalle office n I met evanet the tax accountant lady.After having an appointment with evanet it took me 3 hours, she was super slow. Shaking my head.Evanet doesnt know her job what she was doing n she says she is into taxes experience for pretty long 25years but she doesnt know the tax form n she charges money toooo much for Just seeing her face.There r many good accountant in queens newyork this lady doesnt know her job. What kind of accountant she is. Without experience.She doesnt have any account degree, no accountant experience n doesnt know her job. Very bad.! She said I was suppose to get tax return, instead of getting tax return I have to pay IRS. She doesnt know anything how to file n wht to do in taxes. Evanet just bluff. She is worst, unprofessional, no knowledge about irs n tax filing, evanet rip off, super slow, horrible person, I will never ever go to her again.It took my lots of time. With no result. She needs to do baby sitting job. Evanet is waste of time. Will never do the mistake again.

People dont go there she does not do her job right or knows what she is doing !! I went to her on The first week of April and now its August 24 and still havent gotten my refund because the lady apparently didnt send my W-2s which is the commend thing to do but for some reason the lady forgot to do so I guess she was too busy rushing trying to get more do more customers and just doing whatever ! Am frustrating I am sad mad because I the lady didnt do my tax return the correct way and she charge me 150 for nothing what a waste of time I got mail saying the social security number was wrong so of course I had to fax social to the federal and then I get a letter from the state saying they need proof of income she forgot to send my W-2s and there I go send my W-2 and social this has been a long process and today August 24 I have to wait for another letter from the state because apparently she forgot some other paper work. And believe am not writing this review to bash on anybody but to let people know my experience with IVANET ALVARADO I try contacting her so she can help me fix all of this and she told me she already did her part that anything else I had to call the irs office. $150 for less than 30 minutes is crazy especially because she didnt do her job right almost 5 months already and am still trying to fix this whole situation I decided to write the review because am exhausted with this situation At this point I dont even know if Ill get my refund back because of all her mistakes I hope she read this so she make sure to do her job right next time I will not ever even think about going to this place !!!!!

What a bad and charlatan lawyer they are from the office of Richard Lasalle, especially David Dominguez, who is a liar. The girls at the front who pick up the phone and tell you that the lawyers are going to communicate with you and never call you. My God, what a horrible and bad service. I have a pending case with this law office, to top it off I dont owe a single dollar and they dont want to return my money, everything is with a but since March 2019. All this is for a simple name change.

We dont even have a birth certificate for my children because they kept it, we cant get a passport for them either, we are documented as they say!!! They supported my grandmother for more than 30 years in the hope that she would collect an inheritance and after the distribution was even approved by the New York Court they told her that they read correctly and that she is not an heir in the will, after 30 years and an extremely cumbersome and difficult process and through an informal email they tell this to my grandmother who is already 80 years old and has been waiting for her inheritance for more than thirty years. Anyway, for me he is a very unprofessional lawyer and all this matter ended with my grandmother in a hospital almost to the point of dying due to the lack of respect of this firm and the alleged executor of the inheritance. Anyway, I just want with my message to let you know that it is very dangerous to put your cases in the hands of this bosom and this place that also has a very rude and unprofessional staff.

2021-12-13My husband and I began our case in 2018. Today my husband and I are finally at ease with his immigration status and it’s all thanks to Richard Lasalle and his group of paralegals.To be honest there were many times we felt uneasy because of the length of time that a petition takes to process and be approved. That’s not their office’s fault. They could have broken down the process a little more for us because we were very doubtful many times. But its okay because when we emailed our paralegal about any questions or concerns, they always made sure to answer.Even if it took an extra day. Even through the pandemic!And whatever situation stalled our case, was mainly out of their hands.The office is very busy but of course it would be if they are good at what they do.Overall they are great! Our case was successful. And to me that goes a long way. Thank you so much for helping us. Thanks to you our family won’t be separated.

2021-06-12The only thing they served for was to charge me, that was quick, then it was all a nightmare I was so frustrated not knowing what to do until my case was denied all the information was sent wrong, my wife is in Colombia and the papers appear They said that she was in the United States, they did not know anything, I hired another lawyer and he could not believe what they sent, a real lawyer that if he helped me, yesterday I got that my wifes case was approved, my experience with the lawyers the salle was awful if I had continued with them, Im sure they would have definitely denied my wife forgiveness. and I write this because it is the only way that I can show all my frustration of having hired them and so that other people do not go through what I go through

2021-05-18Once they took our money for an uncontested divorce I never heard from these people again I call always get an operator I leave a detailed message and asked to be called back and never hear from anyone it’s been like this for 3 months I’m in florida now so I can’t go in person and what makes matters worse it’s AN UNCONTESTED DIVORCE AND NO CHILDREN ITS BEEN 8 months. Why can’t they give me any feedback or information on the case!?

2019-10-25I started my case back in May 2017. My husbands finally had his interview in Oct.11 and his visa was approve. It took a total of 2years and half. I also want to advice people that immigration process is taking a long time now and just by calling the office all the time wont make your process move faster. Be patient and trust the process. I have work with Richard and his paralegals. The new ladies in the receptionist are very kind. Be nice people!!! Thanks Richard LaSalle and his team!!!! Definitely recommend them!!
