Do not park here! Laz parking at the Hyatt Place hotel in flushing caused damage to my car and their insurance company was quick to deny claim. No investigation was done and they refuse to take responsibility. The shark fin antenna on my SUV was crushed and the top of my vehicle was dented. There is also a review from another customer with the same exact antenna damage 2 years ago! You have no choice but to valet your car. They bring your car and park right at the exit gate so if other customers pull up behind you you are forced to hurry and leave, so as to not keep other people waiting. The attendant who broke the fin must have heard and felt something but of course he/she will NOT admit this. I am disgusted that blatant damage could be done without any recourse! If I could give negative stars I would!

LAZ parking is the worst parking service I have ever dealt with. Should be called LAZY Parking!! Says they open at 7, but 7:30 rolls around and guess whos still not around? Thats right. LAZY PARKING!!!!!! How do you run a company in NEW YORK with AIRPORT SERVICE and not be open on time??!!??? PEOPLE HAVE PLACES TO BE AND THINGS TO DO. LAZY LAZY LAZY WILLL NEVER PARK WITH LAZY PARKING. I WOULD RATHER PAY TRIPLE THAN EVER PARK WITH LAZY PARKING EVER AGAIN! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

I know its hard to find good parking in NY especially in Queens when you are trying to find a safe place near La Guardia airport that makes it easier to get to and from your flights. Of course this has become a necessity since LGA is still a construction nightmare and not finished w/ creating new parking there. With that said I needed to find parking fast for a flight to see my parents down south and since waiting too long to make reservations I jumped on a Way.com app and quickly found a great rate w/ Laz Parking garage at the Hyatt Place Hotel in Flushing. Now keeping in mind I didnt have a lot of room for error to make my plane I was stressing the whole way since it was getting close to rush hour and the traffic in that neighborhood was crazy. The good news is I was able to quickly find the parking entrance on the back side of the hotel by listening to the hotel desk suggestion of cutting thru an outdoor parking lot to save time in the bumper to bumper traffic. So made it in the garage and quickly got my reservation scanned, since I took a screenshot of it before I lost the data underground, and car parked. One fast elevator upstairs and all I had to do was wait 15 mins for the hotel shuttle. Still cutting it close to my flight I asked the driver if he could drop me first and he was very willing to help make time and get me there without any expected delays, what a professional. So thats just the beginning of the story and why I am taking the time to write this. I went to see my elderly parents because my mother needed some risky cancer surgery and my father was unable to be independent or help while she was hospitalized. So we had to stay in a hotel down south until she was discharged and could take her home. As it turned out the surgery went well but there were complications so what was supposed to take a few days took a week. That took a toll on my Dad and when we all got back to their house to begin the healing my father had a stroke and then he had to be hospitalized for another week. All this lead to me having to change my plans and stay past my return date and of course my parking reservation. I tried to extend the stay in the Way.com app but it wouldnt work, called the apps customer service and they said dont worry the hotel will honor the fee when you get back. After a few weeks Laz parking mgmt actually called to find out when I would be back and informed that they could not extend the lower app rate w/ out a valid new reservation and w/ the rate of $38+ a day for my SUV it was going to get extremely expensive very fast. Not being a wealthy man I asked for assistance and the mgmt did their best to offer a monthly rate to lower the costs but since I wasnt going to need the but a few days of the 2nd mth, and I was not getting paid while out of work, I was hoping for an alternative that was a bit more cost effective. After I realized I was going to gone for 6+ weeks of costs I got worried and called back and was given the contact number for the boss and when I called Mr. S.N. he picked up right away, took the time to listen to my issue and went out of his way to offer a reasonable compromise. I was grateful to be able to go back home knowing I had enough $ to cover the parking and pay rent this month. To top it off when I flew back we landed in the old Pan Am flying boat way in the back, Terminal A, and I thought the Hyatt hotel shuttle would never come there. To my surprise they answered my call right away and the driver texted me that hed be there in 15 minutes! When I got to the Laz parking garage the mgmt kindly honored the agreement and when I found that my battery had died from lack of use their attendant immediately helped me jump my car and get me going. I have to say again how amazed and thankful I am for Mr. S.N., his mgmt, his and Hyatts teams help and will go out of my way to use and refer Laz parking and this Hyatt to my friends and family going forward.Kindest Regards,Jeff V.

Worst parking experience ever. They have a shuttle bus phone number that no one answers. Had to look up the Hyatt front desk number. The front desk contacted the shuttle and then I received a text stating 40 minutes to get a shuttle at Laguardia terminal B which is 3 miles from the hotel. The shuttle should be at most 15 minutes or on demand like all the other hotel shuttles

The valet stooooooole my apple cable. I dont want to use this word, because it is just 20 bucks. However, when your phone is about to die and you need GPS. That will make you extremely upset

Horrible experience!!! They left the headlights on and drained the battery. They claimed it wasn’t their fault, bad battery. Refused to gives us the keys or show us where the van was. Ignored us. We spent two hours in the hot garage arguing with them and finally got the keys and van. Another customer helped jump the van. They lied and said they had no jumper cables. Every time we tried to reason with them they ignored us and said they don’t speak English.

Worst valet parking ever. DO NOT PARK THERE. They gave me a key fob which was not mine and of course not working with my car. Then they said you did not leave your keys in the car. So far no clear answer from these ppl. Again, DONT PARK THERE.

Double charged my credit card. Didn’t pick up the phone when I called to be picked up at the airport. Incredibly rude about the situation too.Can’t recommend parking literally anywhere else. I’ve been on the phone for an hour trying to remove this double charge.

This parking garage is a joke and falsely advertises free shuttle to and from the airport which did not happen in my case and cost me more money to transport myself to and from the airport on top of their over priced rates for parking. If you want parking I’d suggest another location. If I could rate a zero I would. Terrible Service!

This is the worst parking lot I’ve ever seen. when I came out, I couldn’t pay, the machine broke down. I called customer service,and they were horrible. It took me about 20 minutes to get out.
