Le Bilboquet in other cities:
Discriminatory and Waspy Establishment and StaffWas turned away bc Im a POC. Host claimed I was violating dress code (was wearing new DG Shoes, a Scotch & Soda top, Fendi sunglasses, Heron Preston accessories, Ferragamo watch/belt/wallet, and Dior pants). Host had the audacity to say I didnt fit their image, said in his opinion I didnt belong, and then proceeded to let various casually dressed white people in with unbuttoned linens and Bermuda shorts.Would give zero stars if possible.
Arrogant. Entitled. Out of touch for 2022. Was a frequent customer for years. But the arrogance and being looked up and down at the door before letting you in when the place is 1/2 empty at lunch is ridiculous. This place needs an attitude update for the current times.
This an absolutely best experience in a long time. Upscale and yet cozy environment. The servers are all extremely professional, but not superfluously “friendly”. The food is excellent and the crowd is the best in the Hamptons. Do not go here if you expect to spend less than $400 for a dinner for 2, and don’t go here if you expect lip like service - you won’t get it.
Lighten Up Guys, Its Wednesday! I have owned a home 5 minutes from the restaurant for 20 years, and was so excited to learn that a new place was finally opening in this awesome location. To be fair, I was warned by friends that it was seemingly impossible to get a reservation and one had to just show up. So given it was a quiet Wednesday in July (so quiet, I could literally park on the wharf right outside the restaurant), I suggested to my brother and his wife (who also own a home out here and eat out all the time) that we attempt to go to Le Bilboquet. Upon arrival I was immediately confronted with the Bouncer/Gatekeeper who asked can I help you in an intimidating tone? I simply said I was meeting several people and could they seat a table for 3? He asked if my entire party was there and I said I do not know, can I check at the bar, and was allowed in... I think I was allowed in, I kinda just kept walking, so maybe I entered forcibly? Do they really not want customers here?Once inside, the bartender asked what I was drinking, I sat down, waited for my party and made a new friend with a local ex-gallery owner. My party arrived and the lovely host said there was a wait for an outdoor table, but we could sit inside. My brother and his wife were only allowed in the restaurant by the gatekeeper because they said that I was already in, and they overheard them turning away the chef of La Grenouille until his wife finally chirped in to say who he was! The bar was void of customers except for a large group of wall street wives, and a few random people, so why the attitude. We waited for about a half hour at the bar (highly recommend the rose sangria), and an outside table never materialized so we sat in the almost empty main room (see picture attached). But given that the indoor space has been so luxuriously renovated in creamy beach tones, it was great despite the disappointment about not being outside with all the famous people who had reservations. After about 15 minutes no one came to our table, and we asked for a waitperson, ordered and dinner came in a normal amount of time and was delicious! The chef/owner/manager came over to greet us (and potentially gave us a phone number that works). All the items were great especially the crab and avocado salad, scallops (please more corn salsa) and the bass.Other points I should make, the prices are no worse then other places in the Hamptons, and the service for that matter is no worse, but yes unprofessional and untrained but we are used to that out here. But really they should not be arguing with each other in front of customers! Even the reservations policy which I found out is that one can either make a reservation in person ahead of time, or text/call them if you can find or be given a number that works, is not crazy given how many people make reservations and then do not show up. Thus the only thing that is unusual and offensive is the gatekeeper who has to go. Come on guys read these reviews, do you really want people like me who come all year round and eat out all the time, to not be welcome in your restaurant? I only saw one famous person (Tory Burch) that night, so where are the rest of these fancy pants that you want to populate your restaurant exclusively? They are not here mid week, and certainly not here off season! I love and hate this place at the same time, but alas, I my husband would not put up with the doorman looking him over and judging him, so we likely will not be back until the attitude is gone....well I will probably be back with girlfriends especially since the bartenders are nice and not bad on the eyes.
Not quite up to par this season. Host couldn’t find our reservation at first. Service was extremely friendly but spotty (he had a lot of tables). Food took a long time. Cajun chicken was over-seasoned and under-sauced compared to Palm Beach and Manhattan. No lobster. Dinner took too long so we didn’t get to see if they even had the Vacherin - one of the best desserts ever.
There was a meltdown in the kitchen when we were there. We had to wait 1+ hour to get our main course. Things happen and that is not why giving 2 stars. Two things1- issue was badly managed. Staff came every 10mms to tell us that it would be just 5mms. In addition, it did not take any mitigating factors such as proactively offering a drink2- food was average. Out of 4 dishes we got for main course, 1 was mediocre, 1 average and 2 good. Given the price point, it is a low performanceConclusion: go there for a drink. Great patio.
Horrible experience here on so many levels- in short, do not waste your time here. Food is subpar, staff is terrible and prices are ridiculous. Youre better off going to Tutto across the street which at least has tasty food and kind staff.I attended dinner here with a group of girlfriends about a month ago. Ill break this review down into sections. First off, there are absolutely no covid precautions in place if that is something you care about. The location on the water is the only thing going for this place. We were seated inside, outdoor seating is virtually impossible to get. In the middle of our dinner it started raining and the staff began frantically rushing tables from outside to inside the restaurant like they have never seen rain before. I couldnt believe how unorganized and disorderly things were being handled. It was utter chaos to the point where one of the managers running in a table slams me in the back with one of the tables and didnt even flinch to apologize (mind you Im 8 months pregnant). I ended up speaking to him later on and he was unconcerned and rude. Staff in general is horrific, our waiter was terrible and dismissive of our table. Food was mediocre especially for the prices you are paying. I got the chicken paillard which was doused in salt, the salad was nothing special and had no flavor, the cajun chicken wasnt even good despite all the hype. On top of it all, they overcharged my credit card significantly which I noticed on my bank statement and good luck trying to get a hold of the restaurant on the phone for anything be it a reservation change or overcharge. Overall horrible experience on so many levels, do not waste your time at this place.
To all loyal Yelp followers... if you want to dine in the Hamptons best Euro trash restaurant, then this is the place for you. So as long as you get past the rude French Maitre D ...who wont roll out the red carpet unless youre Ron Perelman. But be sure to place your order quickly (appetizers & main course) as they will tell you they have 500 reservations waiting for your table! If youre the owner of a lovely restaurant, why be so rude & arrogant!! I will take my bankroll to the nice seafood restaurant across the street. Honestly, who needs this after the year weve had! Take your stuffy attitude and go home. Cest la vie!!
I’m sorry to say this place is a disaster. Line out the door at 6pm when the place was empty. The staff was overwhelmed and very disorganized. The cocktails were outrageously overpriced and average. It’s a pretty setting and that’s about it. Don’t do it. There are much better options in town.
Compared to places in France, Italy and Switzerland that are low-key, in a beautiful setting, with courteous staff...this place tries to compete by giving attitude. Not much else here other than attitude and gossip. Over the top pretension (why is everyone so insecure?). Avoid.
Really bad experience! Avoid at all cost! The food is mediocre. All our food was on top of that served lukewarm/cold we had to ask twice for napkins (which were missing at the table) and twice for bread. When I sent back my dish and complained nothing was done about it; even after notifying management. They did apologize saying they were understaffed. It’s absolutely shameful that people are allowed to run a place like this and know it will be full next evening anyway.
An absolutely terrible experience!Go to this restaurant if you want an awful FAST FOOD experience.Ordered 4 appetizers. While we were still eating, the busboy was sent to clear the table. I told the person to come back after we will be done.Then.. they managed to botch 3 out of 4 entree dishes. The waitress recommended a Halibut special. We ordered 3. Also ordered a salmon at medium temp. 3 out of the 4 dishes were served with a raw center. Totally inedible. Dishes were taken back and returned after about 10 min.Manager came over, apologized and offered 2 deserts on the house. While we were eating the dessert, the waitress came by and asked if we wouldn’t mind rushing as the table was needed for another reservation!!! If they would’ve cooked the entrees correctly, maybe we would have been ‘on time’.We were forced to wait for them to fix their first 3 mistakes and then, after being seated for 1:40 (min), the waitress had the audacity to ask us to leave. We had more class than causing a scene but felt compelled to write this review. This place is an absolute disaster. I have been to countless restaurants but this place is the absolute worst!Btw.. look at the pics, for an average of $200/person, this is totally tacky!I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last restaurant on Earth! 100% serious review! If you are considering this, you’ve been warned.
THANK GOD, the view is incredible and that DRAGON, our waiter was exceptional, because otherwise this environment is very unwelcoming. My feelings resonate with Logan Skinner that were written a month ago about this place. The host absolutely schmoozes with people he knows or believes are worthy. The environment described as too packed is indicated in the pics and youll notice everyone gravitated to the bar anyway. We waited at the bar for our table and were forgotten about quickly, which was great for us because our server was our bartender and he didnt suck. Drinks were awesome and recommendations for what to eat (luckily the bar menu was the same as restaurant menu) we perfect. Breast was a little dry, but the sauce made up for it. Octopus was perfect. Thats all I got!! Try better Let Bilboquet or at least live up to the standard of your location on Madison and 59 St in Manhattan.
I wish I could give it zero stars. Our waiter was great, the food awful. We got started with an appetizer, a prawn cocktail which consisted of 4 prawns from safeway, half a small lemon and some cocktail sauce. Main course, monk fish, overcooked and not fresh, kale that wasnt washed properly with mushrooms. The harbor location is great, but the focus needs to be on there food rather than there pretentious attitude. Stay away.Note: Not one review that is on here has a response from the owners or management, what an awful way to run a customer centric business.
The reviews Ive seen of the attitude here seem over blown ... especially since I saw a young male person in flip flops. And the food was fine ... Not great, but fine. And the atmosphere was great because we ate outside.Feel me? Its fine ... And then theres nothing much else to say.
Food was great, besides the fact one person at the table ordered a medium rare steak that came out medium well. The service was awful. From the beginning it seemed as though the restaurant thought it was too good for us. After initially speaking to the hostess, a man came and looked at us as if to see if we were worthy to eat at the restaurant, even though we were dressed like all the other patrons. The man then stopped judging us because he thought the family behind us was more important so he started to talk to them. He then came back and looked at us and struggled to find where to seat us even though the restaurant was completely empty. After deciding to seat us as far away from the front we then had to deal with the staff who all seemed to be on something causing them to all be dazed. The waitress also said I can translate the menu for you since its in French. She should not have assumed we didnt know French since one of the people at the table did speak French. The restaurant staff thought they were all too good to serve us.
Fantastic locale and great French inspired food. Still hitting their stride on service (open less than a week as of this post) GO: if you want gorgeous views and tasty food PASS: if you get grumpy waiting for your server. Dont miss the skirt steak- super flavorful and cooked to perfection, best steak Ive had all trip.
If snobbery upsets you then you may want to pass, but I thought it was kind of hilarious. The hostess was so over the top arrogant that it almost seemed like an act. But, the food was delicious. In fact, the Barefoot Contessa was eating at the next table over. If its good enough for her then its good enough for me. The Cajun chicken was outstanding. When they recommended the chicken - I thought they were kidding. Who orders chicken? It was ridiculously good. Also - word to the wise - dont wear shorts. They will not let you in for dinner unless you have on pants. You may want to wear an ascot as well - probably wouldnt hurt - and the hostess might seat you more quickly.
I have just been charged $450 for a no show is that a joke? it was raining like crazy and no one wants to have indoor dinner during this pandemic. I tried to contact the restaurant to cancel but no one never picks up their phone. Please get back to me asap and cancel this charge otherwise I will take it as a fraud with my credit card company
Avoid at all costs if you’re looking for good food or an elevated experience to match their prices. We ordered chowder (which the server couldn’t tell us was either New England or Manhattan style), branzino, oysters and mussels. All were either excessively, almost thoughtlessly salty or totally tasteless. One star for the service support staff (made up seemingly of only POC) who tried earnestly to offer good service but clearly weren’t in charge of this tremendously disappointing spot. Plenty of better options in Sag Harbor if you’re looking for good food or ways to blow money.
Long term resident of Sag Harbor & NYC,Was happy to hear this place was opening,My husband and I bought friends over for an early supper and drinks, place was half empty! We were treated very rudely by the man at the gate We will not be returning ever! too many excellent restaurants in our beloved Sag Harborto put up with bad behavior. It is laughableto think people will return to be disrespected ,and embarrassed Along With their family/friendswhen our goal is to support local restaurants, Shame on you! You dont belong in Sag Harbor , so well known for being so welcomingShould be zero stars.
There’s a host or jr manager (vest and jacket from Marshalls w fake kswiss and mustache)that makes out of town guests go home and put on sneakers instead of their $200 sandals or mandals it’s belittling and not cool I would never eat there again Chef needs to learn about salt there are definitely issues and it’s not just at the host stand good luck thank you
It was an awful experience! Have been traveled to over 70 countries and dined in some world famous restaurants, this place was a total turn off for me a my friend. The staff were snobbish and rude, especially the dark guy at the entrance ... dont be fooled by their hype.
Wish I could give this place a zero. The gatekeeper at the front was the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. She literally looked my wife and I up and down 5 times before deciding it was okay to come in and have a glass of wine while the restaurant was not even busy during lunch. This from someone with disgusting frizzy red hair and an atrocious outfit on. Guess we don’t fit the sag harbor mold but our Gucci shoes and Rolexes certainly showed we could afford to be there. I couldn’t drink my glass of wine fast enough and get out of there. All after I walked into the two hipster waiters discussing why I as a man ordered a Chablis. This place is a joke. And it certainly lives up to an article I saw about the nyc restaurant as being one of the snobbiest places. Keep up the bad work firecrotch hostess.
My mom and I tried to go for lunch on a weekday and the hostess was extremely rude to us. She looked us up and down, said they only take reservations (granted... the entire restaurant was completely empty) and that we wouldnt be seated even with a reservation because we had sandals on. EVERYONE wears sandals in July! Will never eat there.
The rudest, coldest hostess. Embarrassing experience for us and our friends. We will never eat there. Feels like a private club, not a community restaurant. Pretentious, self- important service workers. Theres even a security guard. Really? Last thing Sag Harbor needs. Money does not equate class.
GLOSSY EXPERIENCE SABOTAGED BY HOSTILE MANAGER.Lunch at this gorgeous new restaurant by the Sag Harbor marina should have been fun. We were shown to a table for two overlooking the cove and docks lined with yachts, all sparkling on this sunny day. Lovely, friendly staff appeared to greet and serve us. We started with a truly exceptional tuna tartare and tasty endive salad. What could go wrong?Ever stand at the railing of a restaurant’s outdoor deck, well clear of the other diners, to take a photograph of the view? I began to do that here...until a scowling young Manager appeared barking, “No picture taking! Its a rule!” I pointed out that his maître d’ had mistakenly believed I was a professional photographer, but said OK when I assured him I was no pro, just taking a shot across the bay where I once lived. But this Manager was on a mission to assert his authority, not to indulge some insubordinate guest who wanted to take a picture from the perimeter of his domain.“I’m his boss! No picture taking! Its against the rules!”Now, everybody understands why restaurants don’t want professional photographers taking unauthorized pictures of their enterprise. But going out of his way to loudly berate a guest as either (A) a liar or (B) an idiot for expecting to take a personal photo that doesnt even show the restaurant? Really?Other staff were apologetic and aware of our Manager, who was only one of several Managers including a Regional Manager and even a Consultant gathered in house that afternoon. No doubt busy promulgating more rules to keep guests in line. For the first time in 20 years, we paid up early and left a restaurant that made me lose my appetite. It was a shame because so many other people did their jobs so well...but I see that other reviewers had similar experiences. As MGM studio head Dore Schary once said about management, The fish stinks from the top.On the flip side of the issue, we were staying at Topping and Rose for the first time. It had a few quirks that we shrugged off because the people in charge were genuinely friendly professionals who made us feel as though they liked having us stay in their gorgeous property, enjoy their restaurant, admire the artwork…and take some photos. That’s an authentic five-star experience, as we appreciatively posted in our review. We finished our lunch at T&R - a perfect antidote to the unpleasant taste of Le Bilboquet.
What a pitiful attempt at fine dining. In the land of constant turnover and overpriced, sub-par cuisine, the Sag Harbor outpost of the NYC restaurant Le Bilboquet is the worst new place to open in the last few years. Sag Harbor is known for being the low key Hampton town - the entire staff needs an attitude adjustment - STAT!!!It wasn’t one incident it was all:A doorman that is trying to revive the last days of disco with the velvet rope era of Studio54....Sad part was the place was empty on a Saturday night - it was laughable for this weirdo behave in this manner.Waiters that are so rude and arrogant they should find another line of work. The need to feed Lorenzo, our waiter, and the entire staff big servings of humble pie should be mandatory. If the food is sub-par then you need to drop the arrogant behavior, just throwing that out there. To make matters worse during this dining experience - I suddenly felt ill, and ran to the bathroom. Imagine my surprise to walk into the women’s room to find a man washing the mirrors. I asked if there was the ladies room (please note I was sober, not one of the messy drunk women you find at a place like this) He informed me “Yes, this is the ladies room you can use any of these stalls and turned around continuing to wash the mirror. I was a bit taken back that a man was cleaning the ladies room but he didn’t have the common sense to leave when a woman walked in. Nothing could be more than DISGUSTING and DISRESPECTFUL.The following morning- I decided to call this pathetic business establishment to tell them I got sick in their bathroom. I got the run around - I finally called the NYC location- to have the manager of Sag Harbor location call me back - I am shocked they didnt ask for a pint of blood. The man on the other side of the phone - not only saw nothing wrong with my complaints I listed but he also called me a liar. Telling me I didnt get sick in his bathroom. Beyond shocking, hey arrogant fool - if I am going to this length to inform you of the crappy service - I have no reason to lie - but again the level of unwarranted arrogance is the reason it’s the pits. Cant wait to see what this place will be next year!!!Since this jerk didnt believe me the conversation escalated and arrogant rude man threatened me to call the board of health, if I got so sick. FYI, I just got off the phone with them. SO not only am I writing this review of your awful excuse of a fine dining but I want it to be known that the arrogant loser manager (the one with the french accent)- shouldnt dare a paying customer to call the Board of Health - you should be fired for that and calling your customer a liar. I can give the person’s name I reported your business to at the SUFFOLK COUNTY HEALTH SERVICES, if you want. They are fully aware of your behavior..... KARMA... if you are torn between eating ANYWHERE else or here - go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Hell even a dumpster behind any of the other places will be better…
Terrible food. I am shocked that food that expensive could be that bad. Every single thing we ordered was awful and way too salty. Not only overly salted but the veal was thick and tough! Ive had better food in a hospital cafeteria. Please....do NOT go there. Terrible disappointment. The staff was nice enough...but they think they are superior and cool. What a joke.
I arrived there at 2 pm on 4th of July day . The restaurant was empty inside and only half- maybe less of the tables taken outside . The door was closed ( I consider that unwelcoming ) and the hostess was sitting on a bench under the shade . She was rude telling us that they dont except people without a reservation ( even though the restaurant was almost empty ) and didnt even bother suggesting to talk to a manager or any alternative . I also called multiple times for a reservation and nobody answered .Trying to look fancy in an allienating , illogical manner , the restaurant will not survive in the Hamptons .
We went late-afternoon on a weekday sat in doors very bright upbeat decor. Young French waiter on top of his game. Food somewhat overly priced but what got me turned off was not a single bottle of wine on an extensive wine list priced less than $100 which is really not the French way.
Why is there not an option 0 stars!!! GARBAGE! I have never been so apalled with a business establishment in my entire life. The host is a rude arrogant racist pig. Our food took over an hour to be served which is pathetic when you are practically the only ones there. Swordfish was cold and slimy, wilty lettuce and watered down cocktails. We still cant decide whether the infestation of insects from the patio or incredibly degrading help was more offensive. Avoid this ARMPIT at all costs!!!
An odd experience. Actually a very odd experience, even for the Hamptons, where the absurd is the commonplace. One comes upon this place in the mood for a drink and a sunset and encounters a velvet rope with a thug, a teenybopper with a clipboard and some strange, oddly Fedorad EuroTrash/Pharrell clone. They ask do you have a reservation and you say no and they say were closed for a private event. You then drop a name or two, preferably of one of the owners, and you enter a sterile, mostly empty space, nicely refurbished, with staff running around trying to look busy yet looking more bewildered than anything. The few people you do see are mostly of the short pants and varicose vein set you might encounter at Westhampton Bath and Tennis. There is certainly no private event taking place. You then, grab a seat by the tiny bar/lounge area, order a couple pricey drinks and enjoy the sunset and, if you have any sense at all, go eat elsewhere. I suppose these inexperienced mogul investors think that replicating Aby Rosens success comes easy. This place is proof that even out here in Bizarroland, an empty velvet roped EuroTrash joint in a thrice doomed location in a Marina aint gonna make it.
Wow! If this restaurant is a sign of the times we are in real trouble. My husband and I go out to eat quit often, in the summer mostly by boat. We love to visit each of the towns, walk around, shop, eat, and have a few drinks. Although we are creatures habbit and usually go to the same friendly restaurants who know us, on occassion, we will check out a new place.Recently, we left Il Cappaccino after having a great meal and pleasant conversation with the staff who are ALWAYS hospitable. We had heard by SEVERAL people how rude the staff was at Le Bilboquet but decided to check it out ourselves. While walking back to the boat we tried to enter the restaurant but was stopped by Gastopo and his security guard at the gate. He rudely said to my husband, Can I help you?, my husband responded, No, my wife and I would just like to have a drink at the bar. Gastopo, then said, Are you with her? (Meaning Me) because we dont allow flip flops in the restaurant. (I was wearing Tory Burch Flip Flops and by the way there is no dress code sign). We walked away and notice that half the women eating on the deck where wearing flip flops. My husband called him over and asked why was it OK other customers were wearing flip flops, he laughed and said he didnt notice. All I can say is KARMA!!
These people are not to be trusted, I worked for them for about a month and even I have not received my payment, I communicate via email with the payer and he told me that he would notify me but I still do not get a response and Now when I try to send another email to him, my messages do not reach him. Apparently they do not know that the secret to success in a business is to treat your employees well so that your employees treat the customer well and work with more enthusiasm
I got recommend the place from my friends in Southampton i asked one of the hostess what time do they open .and I got an answer at 12noon .place didnt open at the time .and after 20min of waiting another manager told me they have private event . seriously ? Get the website .and hours of operation and be ready to open on timeFollow me at Instagram for more @nazgool

2022-02-08When you want a perfect dining experience in Suffolk County, this resturant is the place to indulge that craving. Raphael was gracious, accommodating and made the evening memorable. I purchased flowers for my date and dropped them off earlier and Raphael presented them with a flair, just as you expect a Frenchman to do.Dinner was fantastic; the Branzino was perfectly prepared, the Pom Rose and mousse were delicious and to cap the evening the town had Grucci fireworks out on the long warf. The view from the restaurant of the bay is spectacular any day of the year.

2021-08-09Spent an incredible evening at Le Bilboquet for dinner. The food, vibe and service were unparalleled. Our waitress, Fleurianne was super attentive and had a delightful French sense of humor.

2022-06-12THE NOISE WILL MELT YOUR EARS!Food is better than average--but not much. Service attentive and friendly. This is a great see-and-be-seen place; good for large groups. Would recommend sitting outside, otherwise not worth the overpriced food and drink, screaming patrons, and table-hopping scene.

2022-07-07I am never the one to write a review however, the experience we had here is unfathomable. I must say that out of all the restaurants we have been to- this was by far the worst and had the most unprofessional group of staff members. The first round of our drinks arrived and 3 out of the 4 were incorrect- missing garnishes, incorrect wines etc...(Fine, mistakes happen.) However, as the lunch continued, we were left without service, drinks arriving 40 minutes late, incorrect side orders met with rude staff members snubbing our concerns. As a family who has stayed in Sag throughout the summer months for going on eight years, it is a shame to have such a distasteful addition to downtown. A word of advice- treat others with respect and it will go a long way ;)

2022-07-09Heirloom tomato salad as appetizer was böand and tasteless to say the least. There was a piece of meat on the floor next to our table from the previous guests. Tartar was OK and gazpacho and salmon were great. Come here for the atmosphere and not the food..!

2022-05-01Worst dining experience of my life. I have only been to this place once before at valentines and it was great. Today it was a disaster. They couldn’t figure out our table. The waitress didn’t say hi, paid no attention to us, brought the birthday desert to the wrong table. Not returning to this place!

2022-07-03Charge over $20 for water. Location is incredible, but service is poor and food is average at best. Burger at 5 guys was better. Very overpriced. Also no clam chowder

2022-02-20This place is hilarious. I would give zero stars if possible. I paid $19 for a little over a sip of wine from an $8 bottle. I also spotted Kendall Jenner’s tequila on their top shelf. What a pretentious mess.

2022-06-27*WARNING* WAITRESS STOLE FROM MY CREDIT CARD. I was charged a higher amount and she then tipped herself 20 percent. They were not even busy. I’m still waiting for my money to be returned. Also, I gave her cash at 1st. She took the cash and then came back later and said she needed a credit card instead. The food has even gone down. I was served soggy vegetables sitting in a pool of oil and my child ordered a lemonade that they made with sour mix from the bar.
