Ordered a carpet for two sets of stairs and a long hallway runner. Super professional job from beginning to end. Guy who came out to do measurements before we even placed the order was easy to work with and very clear, the store salesman Jon knew everything about everything and made our choice much easier, and then finally, their install team was great and extremely respectful of the home (especially during COVID.) Strong recommend, cant go wrong here.

2022-02-18We purchased Mohawk RevWood from Leader Carpet for our finished basement and turned it into a fine living space with a beautiful and durable wood floor. Between the sales professionals, Mike and John, Installation Manager Garry and the installation crew, they did a wonderful job that my family will enjoy for years to come. The owner, Paul made a personal visit to evaluate and repair the concrete floor before the new floor was installed and it turned out great!

2021-10-12Gary, John and Paul (the owner) are an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the Estimate to the Installation it was seamless. Not only were they the best priced, the carpet came out amazing and they did a perfect job. During the install they took it upon themselves to not only clean the entry way landing to this building which was dirty, but they fixed the vinyl flooring that was separating as well as installing a new carpet strip for us. You cant beat this customer service, they will be doing all my buildings moving forward without question.

2018-08-14I have been using Leader Carpet for many years and always choose them for my home improvement projects. They have upgraded carpets in several of my rooms as well as the tile work in two of my bathrooms (complete renovations) and my kitchen backsplash. I always trust them with my projects and have been extremely happy with all of the installers and sales team. The store always has a great selection of products and the team always help me find what I am looking for regarding my projects.
