This is a great place to take the kids. There are a number of staff members available at all times. They are constantly moving through the play area making sure its clean and safe. I had a problem with a cup blocking a hole on a game. They cleared the cup and refunded my tokens with tremendous speed. The real downside here is they cram a lot into a smaller space. They have a VR space, arcade games, party areas, a play structure, the bounce houses themselves and a pathetic toddler area. The toddler area itself is miniscule and seems like an after thought. The highlight of the toddler area is an ailing inflatable ball pit.Outside of a poor excuse for a toddler area this is a great place for the kids. They even charge different rates for different age groups and their wavier system is easy to use.
Handicap & stroller accessible. Perfect place for kids under 12 yrs old! Very large & spacious bounce houses, slides & small arcade area, with loads of kids running, yelling, bouncing (literally) off the walls. Chairs scattered throughout. Very loud, highly chaotic atmosphere. Kids LOVE it. We brought a light picnic lunch (website said we could), but were told we couldnt eat it there. Ate outside at car. Limited food & drink concessions available.
What an awesome day for the kids. The variety of bounce houses, climbing things and arcade games kept them busy and entertained for hours! Was a nice time to sit and visit with a fellow mom while our children played and enjoyed a level of normalcy we havent experienced in public in a while. I cant wait to return and this time Ill bring my 2 year old too! Thank you for providing this opportunity for us!
Great place to take kids! Clean, fun, smile-friendly! We love the layout of the activities and the non-stop smiles from everyone! The staff are fantastic, and we love the owner! Im so proud and happy to know there are people in this country/state/city that stand for freedom, the constitutional republic and personal autonomy. We will continue to support this business several times a week.
This place is AMAZING!!! We brought my 20-month old son here and he absolutely loved it!!! So much to do for all ages! It’s super clean! The staff is friendly and so helpful! My sister took her kids, too (ages 3&4) and they also loved it! We will definitely be back!!!!!
For the first time in a year I felt a tiny spark of hope after taking my kids here. My kids were able to run around and be normal kids, without masks. We were able to interact with other human beings and not have to treat each other like walking covid vectors of death. My kids had a great time and it was so refreshing to see people and kids smiling and interacting like we were meant to.Staff was very nice, and I did see them cleaning and wiping down the equipment often.Oh, and shockingly, it’s been over a week and we all survived!!! We didn’t even catch a cold, let alone covid. Amazing, isn’t it??
The kids enjoyed themselves. Unfortunately, there were a couple of concerns. The hand sanitizer stations in play area were empty and 15-20 minutes before closing they started vacuuming. The cord was stretched though play area where small kids were running and my granddaughter almost fell. I know they want to clean up and go home but they need to practice safety for the patrons first.
The kids had a fun time butttttt....I paid for a party room there this Saturday 8/14. Its only worth the money if you have 10 or more kids attending the party. It was very lil help, like the bare minimum, wear as you had to ask for it. For the price I felt they shouldve had a host or 2 appointed to each party. We were asked if we wanted help with cutting cake/serving I said yes then waited over 10-15 mins waiting for the help. One of the girls finally came and apologized but by that time I believe it was time for someone else to have the room so we were rushed. She seemed to had been there longer or the younger 2 guys that were helping were fairly new. All were kind but the 2 guys definitely unexperienced. They didnt know our party had 1 drink pitcher + refill and 1 water pitcher + refill then when cleaning us out the room it was thrown out instead of going on our cart to move with us. Pizza was hard and alot went to waste, the kids didnt complain though they was too busy trying to go back to play. No one told us anything about our party package but stopped us to ask who was the party mom and immediately had me sign and pay. Everyone in my party bought the arcade cards and when I looked up my party package ( because I wanted to know exactly what I paid for) it stated the bday child got a $10 card and 40% off cards for party. Well when I mentioned this was told Oh, yeah but theres no way for me to give a refund for the cards already purchased and the mom of the bday child would have to get the cards because we cant have everyone coming up to us for the discount because we wouldnt know who was who. I said well all of this should had been told or explain to me BEFORE or Right after my money was collected. This would be the LAST time I pay over $300 for a mediocre 2 hour party and NOT get everything I paid for and am entitled to. If I bring the kids back it will maybe be for open play.. Book at your own risk.
We’ve been twice in the last few weeks. The place was very clean, the staff was working hard to accommodate any needs to their customers and my kids had the best time! It’s a great indoor place to let kids be kids and burn off some energy. Keep up the good work Leap and Laugh!
I find it funny that on a previous review owner states:“ Yes the children on the Beam website our barefoot, however because I care about my patrons I wont allow barefeet in my facility. Ill take 1 and 2 star reviews all day before I allow a little child to get sick in my facility because parents dont want to follow rules.”The irony of him not allowing people to be barefoot out of fear of kids getting sick but he brags about not enforcing COVID safety precautions…
Great place to let the kids get their energy out. Lots of bounce houses, climbing structure, arcade games and a separate area for under 3 is great for kids. They offer birthday parties as well for what seems to be average pricing compared to other places in Rochester. I had my sons birthday their last June and my other son wants his there next month. My boys love going here so much, I bought the year membership, which pays for itself in just 5 visits (for 2 kids). Highly recommend Leap N Laugh!
We Are so excited you’re back open! What a truly inclusive place with an owner who has served our country and truly cares about creating a safe space for families in the community. So incredibly clean, welcoming, and exactly what children need right now after a year in lockdown.
I appreciate that it was clean here. The bathrooms were very clean! Perhaps I didnt enjoy my visit because this type of activity isnt usually how I like to spend my time, were a pretty mellow family. We attended for a classmates birthday party. It was VERY loud... arcade games, music, screaming children, 10 or so air compressors.. my ears are still throbbing after several hours home. I also felt closed in. Theres a lot of equipment in a small space and I could barely navigate the small path between the equipment through the crowd. It was overwhelmingly and not arranged in a way where you can easily supervise a child..none the less several. Lastly, there doesnt seem to be an age limit for the jump houses so there was a group of young teens barreling through the jump houses making me nervous for my 3 and 5 year old.
My three year old son had a great time running around and going down the slides. He loves climbing around and this place was great for that as well. I was even able to go up and down the blowup bounce houses with him. Well definitely be taking him back there to play again. The staff was very friendly as well.
We had an amazing time here for my sons birthday. He had a blast!!!! Our friends and family all had fun. The kids goes up to me and told me this was the best party ever. All the workers here was kind, polite and gave us a helping hand. I definitely will bring my kids here again. Thank you for providing us all these fun. Keep up with all the great work!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Love it here! My 3 and 4 year olds run and climb for hours and then nap on the way home. Especially enjoy meeting other mamas and kids for play dates for some much needed adult interaction with normal humans who arent covid-paranoid/obsessed with masks and hand sanitizer.
We have been going here for almost 3 years and maybe a dozen times now.It has gone downhill a little.Pros: Lots to do! Fun and colorful.Cons:*dirty. The general areas are clean, but behind, above, and the ball puts are disgusting. My son was picking up trash, jewelry and giant dust bunnies.* No step stools in the bathroom for kids! Every time we visit I ask the staff to request step stools. They are literally next door to 5 Below , who happen to carry $5 step stools.* $15 Price is way too high for a 3 year old. Or anyone for that matter!
The staff was mostly nice. I think it can be a bit hectic especially when you have staff and employees who try to remain nice, but then you have parents and guardians who are out rightly yelling at their children. People cant tell others how to treat their children, however I would give this advice: if you being your child here, remember it is for fun. The kids just want a place to enjoy themselves. As a parent, you get freedom by knowing your child is building social skills, learning through play, and being active. There might be problems that come up, yes, but these things are what children have to learn to adapt and grow through. Yelling at them to stop crying or getting mad when a child is frustrated will likely lead to them repressing their emotions, which can lead to problems later in life. Less angry parents make for happier & healthier children and happier employees. My opinion on parenting aside, I like that there is a large room with tables in the back. Be advised that you should bring socks. Shoes are not to be worn on the carpet. The area is very nice. The staff might do well cleaning up or wiping down tables more, however with so much going on at times, it can be tough. Notifing a staff member was easy though and they were always nice when directly interacting with guests. The company provides some snacks and allows for food deliveries, however I am not certain if food can be brought in for parties.Overall, I wish I could be a kid again to have fun at a place like this. I truly believe it can be a phenomenal place for children, but it ultimately falls on the parents and guardians bringing kids here. If you enter, please try to focus on the fun your child can have. It might help you relax as well, which makes everything better for everyone else.
My kids ask to go here DAILY!We deeply appreciate this businesss understanding of an Americans right to choose what goes on their body and for the fact that they respect those of us with disabilities, whom are unable to mask. Anyone who has a problem with being around smiling faces, can just stay home forever as far as Im concerned.
I only stayed not to disappoint my daughter. The website outlines Covid 19 procedures and not one was executed. They have a tv with food deals and they did not honor it. Even crew members mask were minimal. I am just calling a spade for what it is. Y’all have to do better.
The people were rude when I asked what the waiver was for initially, which is my right being a first time attendee with my child and also after knowing what it was for I was then followed by the security officer who told me I couldnt get on the slide with my son to keep him safe. It honestly wasnt about me and I was treated poorly as well as my party up until I went to turn in tokens, where I was treated kindly by the woman assisting me. The facility is nice, but yet need a more diverse staff to make attendees feel more comfortable and welcome. I noticed a contrast between how they treated people of color as opposed to Caucasian attendees, and I think thats bad for business.
I have a 19 month old and he LOVED Leap n Laugh. It was an exceptional use of $6 for fun. They have a specific area for 2 and under and they have staff that will enforce the 2 and under rule which is nice. They have big, medium and small bounce houses. The small were great for new walkers, the mediums were nice because I could climb in and go down the slide with him. I went before 4pm on a weekday so it wasnt busy. I would definitely recommend it!
Today was my first time there and my last. Going there to have fun with my son thats 2 1/2 and I cant even do that because I was told out of no where I cant go in the bounce houses. Last time I checked, the bounce house restrictions were 200 lb maximum capacity and no taller than 6 ft 4 in. So whats the point of going if you cant play with your children but yet parents have to take there shoes off. Thanks but no thanks.
This place was awesome! We have a 4 year old and a 16 month old, and they were entertained for 2.5 hours. They have TVs for the adults. Okay food selection, lots if games to play, and the bathrooms were clean (changing station in both mens and womens bathroom as well). A+
We have been to Leap n Laugh more times than I could count and we always have a great time! The kids get their energy out no matter the season or weather (Yay Rochester!). The snacks and drinks are fairly priced and theres things we all like. We havent had a birthday there yet, but have been to a few and they were a blast! The staff and owner have always been friendly and helpful. We just love Leap n Laugh!
Great venue to bring your kids. Lots of bounce house variety and many other entertainment options. Food is available as well as games. Environment was clean and well staffed. Plenty of seating for parents. Perfect for a cold or rainy day. Nice that they had a space dedicated to kids 3 and under.
Pretty decent place, lots of big bounce houses, TVs for adults who dont wish to get swept up in really hyper, on the run kids and some good arcade fun games to boot. What I didnt like was staff seemed a bit annoyed and unenthusiastic, and there was some not so good parents there which isnt their fault but it sure makes the experience that much worse. Nonetheless, a good place to have a little fun with the kids.
I booked a VIP party here about a month to a month and a half ago after going to see the place in person. When I showed up for the party today there was about 1/5 of the place blocked off for construction of a playground being built. I was never told about this when booking and I expressed my dislike that they never informed me, seeing it was running through the time of my parties date. I spoke with the owner who seen it more as him giving back and no big deal as I told him I would have probably threw my kids party elsewhere if I knew they had plans of building going on for my parties date. The owner was not a customer service based guy but hopefully he heard my frustrations and will change his policy. It would have been nice to have been told these plans instead of just collecting my money and booking a party. I looked at a few other places that were just as nice locally that i would have booked a party at if they told me they planned to block off a whole area. For the money I spent I would never book a party here agian but my kids did have a good time. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the party and also understood where I was coming from on the situation. This place will probably look nice after it is built, however I will not spend my money here again because the way they handled my situation.
Leap and Laugh is an incredible place to take the kids! I have had two birthday parties this year and doing my youngest daughters in January and it has been soooo great! Friendly staff, super local business and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this place, the kids love it and the environment is one that as a parent doesn’t make you feel frantic and worried about your little ones.
There are a dozen bounce houses, oversized games, climbing slides, and a separate play area for kids under 3. Very few video games that earned tickets, but a lot of prizes to buy with tickets. You have to buy tokens also to play games or use anything besides bounce houses. No one is allowed in without socks. Including parents. So they will sell you socks at $2.50/pair or you can go to 5below right next door and get a 5 pack for the same price like we did.You have to sign a contract when you walk in that you wont sue them if your child is injured or dies, but i guess thats standard for a bounce place.Big kids were all over the 3 & under play area, and there were half constructed tires for slides covered with a plastic mesh fence.Regular price was $12 per kid. We went on a pay your age day (3 & 4), I would never pay $12 each. Total visit, under 2 hours. At that age they need lunch and naps and we dont need an all day pass. Plus what patent wants to be there all day?Kids had a blast.
My 3 year old son loved it, there are so many different bounce houses - regular bounce houses, bounce houses with slides, obstacle course style. My favorite part in the tunnels/climbing structure/slides/ball pit. It reminds me of a scaled down DZ Discovery Zone (my favorite place as a kid) I couldnt help but join him climbing and sliding even though Im sure its not made for adults. 😂 they also have games and tickets but my son wasnt really interested in that, he wanted to run and bounce. Also, the ultimate payoff after we left - a nap!
Cost $150 just to get in. $20 extra for extra pizza. No drinks. Two small tables no matter how big your party is. Must wear socks, if you don’t have any you have to buy those. No cups. No silverware. EVERYTHING is extra. All in all it cost us a few hundred dollars just for a 2 hour birthday party. Website said no outside food or drink, but the employees told us to sneak some in if we needed it! Also conflicts with what other reviews have said where other people were easily able to bring in food. Website doesnt tell you anything, you dont know whats included in the package. Had to order 3 pizzas and the only drinks available are bottled drinks from a cooler you have to buy individually. Would end up costing $60 for the people we had. Don’t ever come here. Won’t ever come again. As we were leaving my son wanted a PacMan plush from the counter. We asked how much it would be and the lady said you had to use quarters to play games and win over a thousand tickets to get it. We said wed just pay for it, however much it was and she refused. Was very rude about it too. Son left sad.
You pay for a 2 hour party, but cant have your party room for an hour after your party starts. That gives you 1 hour to eat your food, sing happy birthday and eat cake, and do presents. Good luck accomplishing that with a bunch of kids. Also the play area is not monitored properly. My 2 year old nephew was knocked over and hurt while playing in the section ment for the younger children by a very large child that did not belong in that section. The party itself was very expensive and I felt rushed through.
There are 7 bounce houses, an indoor slide and climbing structure with balls at the end and then a little section for littles up to 3 years old. Theres chairs and messaging chairs to sit in and a VR section also. it also had a little photo booth and an arcade for older kids. Also a little screen projects games on the floor for kids. The prices for drinks are very reasonable, you can get a Capri sun for 50 cents. My three year was so excited about this place! it is 12$ for Monday through Thursday and Friday through Sunday 14$. There is also tables to eat at in the beginning too if you dont want to spend the extra money for their little cafe area they have. I would definitely go back but make sure we have more time to make the price really worth it.
It was fun because my family was there however this place IS NOT COVID FriendlyIn my opinion Covid precaution WAS NOT BEING ENFORCED even the security guard wasnt wearing a mask nor did I see him enforce anyone else to put it on....ppl DID NOT SOCIAL DISTANCEUntil they enforce this WE WILL NOT BE BACK!
Leap and Laugh is not following NYS regulations or The Depart of Health’s regulations on COVID-19 safety. Their employees do not wear masks and when asked to put on a mask simply refuse. This is alarming considering this facility is for children to have fun and be safe. Everyone is at risk as soon as they walk into Leap and laugh. The employees are around children all day and not practicing social distancing and not wearing a mask.
The best toddler place i had taken my kids that is actually close by our home. Its a new place so obviously clean they have small arcade you can win tickets and prizes which people dont have to spend lots of money just to get a cheap toy like chucky cheese. Highly recommend taking your kids here, staffs are really nice when we came not rude and very helpful. Really hope since its new place new everything they keep up with good maintenance and everything working properly. Its been along time since there has been anything fun in this town for toddlers with parents have a good time. Maybe soon when business geta better they can add a small food court. If i forgot to mention the price is just right and affordable whether its snacks candy there selling or arcade games for the amount or tickets that it actually can give you for the prizes will def bring my kids here again and again they loved it
They order their pizzas from mozzerinis and it takes an hour for an order even though theres one right across the street. Parents or adults supervising kids have to remove their shoes as well as kids. Management doesnt know how to fix an issue and are younger than my adult child..... very disorganized place. Just saw the response to my review... as far as your age policy response, you have to have adults running a business that are good with children as well as the parents or all youll have is anarchy. Your response made no sense never again will we have a party there. Do not go there unless you want to be ripped off.
This place is awsome to bring your kids to play arcade and go on bounce houses. They have a center with a ball pit and other toys for kids ages 3 and under, by the center for kids is 2 spa chairs that cost $2 to use. The bounce houses are huge my kidswent crazy on the paw patrol bounce house and loved the arcade and won 500 tickets, the party areas are big. They even have dipn dots but changed the name. This place is perfect to bring family and friends.🤙🤘👍❤
My daughter had her party there today and honestly it was very unorganized. I was honestly so excited to have a place to do mostly everything for me (cleaning and setting up wise) well I got there I didn’t even have a cart ready to put any of the party supplies since I brought my own. Then when I did get one they turned it because the employees got there pictures taken against the wall behind it ???? I don’t know but none of my guests could even read my daughters name on it so everyone was carrying around presents not knowing where to put them!! The check in is terrible they clearly need a sign to direct guests where to go. My 1 year old niece couldn’t even play in the baby section because the older kids were running into the ball pit. They deffinetly need more supervision. The worse was when it was time for me to get the room, I had to set up everything by myself!!!! This is WHY I wanted to come here so I didn’t have to I wanted to enjoy my daughters party and yet I was running around like a mad woman! The host set up ONE table cloth while I did the rest. Yes she served the pizza and cake even though she did MISS some guests on the other side of the room and did not offer any one drinks or take anyone’s plates when they were done. Once cake was served the host threw out my candles didn’t even ask me if I wanted them back. I was beyond livid over this whole day. Once it was 2:58 we all got kicked out and I had to clean up a lot of the stuff myself. I will NEVER EVER have a birthday party here again. And deffinetly would NOT recommend it. For the money it was NOT worth it. Yes my daughter had fun on the bounce houses but I couldn’t even enjoy her party with her.
Me and my 5 year old came today with a friend and her 5 year old who is autistic. They both had so much fun. We have been to bounce it out but its almost an hour from my house and you cannot leave and their food is pretty gross. Here you can leave and come back which is pretty wonderful itself. You can bring in outside food to sit at the picnic tables that have tvs nearby with kids and adult stations on. They have the beam game which was super awesome for them both.. even me! It is alot closer drive to come here. They have alot more houses that are more complex and fun. There are scooters and games and some arcade games... even one or two that you win every time!! Will definately be coming back and letting people know how much fun we had here!
I had a coupon from the paper that was for pay your age. When I got there they would only apply it for one of the kids I brought. I had to play full price for the other. There was no mention of this anywhere in the fine print. The bounce houses were visually appealing, however they looked cooler than what the offered on the inside.
Just bounce houses and ballpit but lots of fun i was overcharged for my 1 and 2 yr old on our 1st visit and blew it off but then 2 weeks later overcharged again for my daughters bday party but the manager resolved it, still a bit sketchy about that. Cant deny it is fun for them.
Was a decent experiance. I like what they had too offer and the price. I didnt like how crowded it was. There wasnt much staff there, very disorganized. The main thing i didnt like is that they do nit allow you to go on the inflatables with ur kid too make sure there ok.
The facility is too narrow with too many rooms for children to move into. They have an enormous slide apparatus where one of the sides lets the children off behind a wall. You have no access to them and hope that they return around the corner. I couldnt find my 5 year old for a while and that was quite scary.
Childs party. Seemed individualized whereas party participants were all over the place (not centralized from general public) until reaching the party from for food, drinks and cake, then again everyone dispersed in their individualized direction. Was hard to keep up with your child running all over the place. He seemed to have a good time. I think it should have been more organized by staff.
The website and signs upon entering should indicate that everyone must wear socks. It is incomprehensible to me that barefoot children are pictured on the website using the beam interactive floors and yet the personnel hound you to buy socks from them if you happen to be wearing sandals.(even if you are an adult and are just chaperoning) Any establishment that truly cares for its patrons would post such a rule on the website and have it written on the waivers and posted in plain view upon entry. This demonstrates an uncaring attitude.
BEWARE if your booking a party. We had a very hard time booking this party to start. The “manager” woman in charge was a complete nightmare. She never gave her name. She took 2 weeks to finalize my daughters party. She contradicted herself many times when we set date and time. It was supposed to be a double party for both my girls and when all said and done I was only able to book one. So the party day arrives and we show up having to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come set us up, ok it was busy. The manager woman did not come check on the party one time to see how it was going. The table was disgusting and dirty in the room where the kids ate. The party host did an ok job considering he was stoned. He did do his job and made the party go pretty smooth. I did have to ask 100 questions and he didn’t know the answers so he kept having to go ask someone. So My mother inlaw was helping us pay for half of the party, my husband and mother in law were at the counter counting up there money separately to settle up what we owed, the manager makes her appearance and as there counting swipes the money off the counter and says she counted it here’s some change. My husband said no it’s not right and she said it was. We just got robbed from this woman. She took and extra 54$ from us. This party mind you was over 300$ and we tipped pretty generous. My husband and I and mother inlaw sat there for an hour counting and recounting the money she gave us and nothing added up. We were sitting at a table when all of a sudden this manager comes over slams a card on the table and says call the owner this is his personal number, oh and by the way he’s a Sargent for greece PD so “good luck they aren’t going to do anything”. We looked at each other and I said I would call. So I call and it’s the main number to leap n laugh. She is very un professional and it’s sad after spending so much money she stole more. We called greece PD to file a complaint for petit larceny in which we waited over an hour for an officer to come and they never did but ended up calling, the officer stated since I was not robbed at gunpoint there’s no real report to file and he would get the seargant in contact with me to settle everything like adults. We waited over a week with no word from the seargent who is also the owner. This business and manager woman stole from innocent people and basically no one will help us Bc the owner is a police officer. Apparently that makes it ok to steal. So my suggestion is if you do have a party don’t pay in cash and don’t expect to be treated like a person if you have to deal with the manager. I really hope this review will stop the sketchy buiness going on and no one else suffers like we have. We are a typical family that scraped together money so our daughter could have a great birthday. We got taken advantage of!!!!!! Don’t let it happen to you thanks .Owner— I left my number with the front desk of leap and laugh. The manager woman should also have our number when we booked the party. Have had no missed calls. Waiting on your call.
Why does a 2 yr old cost $12? And the website doesnt make sense by saying 2 & under $6 & then 2-12 $12? and when we called to check pricing I was told if my 2 yr old wanted to play with toys its $6, if he wanted to use the bounce houses its $12 so based on his activity. Just doesnt make sense Ill stay going to bounce it out for $6.
Took my son hear for the first time today, love that we have some Were closer to home to go to and the bounce houses are amazing...the only thing that was a little disappointing was the food serves as I saw an employee warm up a big pretzel in the microwave take it out spray it with water from a bottle then dip it in salt, change plates then serve it to a customers.. the staff seem a little unorganized behind the counter..but other then that the place is great for the most part...so thank you for that...
So i planned my daughter 3rd Birthday party at the Leap and Laugh bounce house and it was a success .. My daughter enjoyed herself and her party with family and friends.. the prices are good better than chuck e cheese pricing .. good food , awesome games and bounce houses are definitely worth the money but AXA lso for the kids ❤❤❗
All children staff who has no skills to care for children, cannot purchase prizes so that children will feel like they earned something after playing $50 on very few games only won 90 tickets had 4 kids who only was rewarded candy prizes but was given candy bags at the party pizza from Monozzi tasted like cardboard must be a family association go to chuck e cheese or skyzone or altitude
Went back last weekend and the staff seemed very childish...they were running around chasing each other and hiding in and around the bounce houses texting on there phones not really paying attention to the people or children there..this was last saterday...but the bounce houses are amazing and very big which my son loves plus the themes...if the staff was a little more put together it would be better

2022-02-10Was a great experience, they have 6 bounce houses..they are fun and have different sizes, area to build whit foam blocks, a arcade that for my experience is best to play Wednesday since is half price the games, other days the arcade is expensive, they have rooms for birthday party, they have a maze to croll around and slide witch my opinion they should try to keep it cleaner, at the end if you collect any points from the arcade better safe them since for now the things to choose from they wack, bathroom are clean staff is helpful and friendly, the price for each kids is in the middle of ok...and the available food to purchase is not greatThanks for reading and dont forget to stay fit with my YouTube channel at👇zajira 4 fitness

2022-02-28This past Saturday I had a party for my son who turned two. Days later I’m trying to figure out what I paid for. I chose the Gregory party and didn’t get everything that was included in that package. The host came in once the entire time and that was to bring the wrong pizza and had an attitude when she took it back after realizing it was the wrong pizza. I had to ask them to bring drinks in the room and the young lady i asked had a whole attitude as well. Didn’t even sing happy birthday or cut the cake at all. The manager blamed it on them being “14 and 15 year old kid” employees. I have 4 kids and this was the worst birthday experience I’ve had yet. I hate that i chose this place for his first time having a party. The people here are not kid friendly at all and this was my first and last time coming here if i could give zero stars i would .

2022-03-08It was really nice. My niece had a birthday party. The only thing is is that theres just not enough space it looks so close then and very hot they should have some type of air circulation there yeah, I know its winter but still there should be some air circulation in there had a shirt on and I was still sweating I wasnt even running around LOL

2022-03-16Greta place! Clean, good variety of fun, so fairly priced, and parents can go on slides with the younger kids who need the help. Plus they have food, drinks, and an arcade

2019-12-15Didnt know what to expect from the place. I had only read that it was some indoor bounce house thing. But it was awesome! My 3yr old LOVED it. $15 and we stayed for 3hrs. Only left because we had to go home. My daughter cried when we left because, she didnt want to leave.

2022-03-02The play areas are dirty and have garbage in them. The bouncy houses are leaky. If you can look past that, this place is okay but not great. It needs TLC.

2020-02-08This is a blast for kids and you dont HAVE to spend extra money to have a good time. A bonus is adults dont have to pay to go in as long as youre not planning to bounce yourself you can enjoy the time with your kids for free!
