Excellent as always, extremely reliable, always a thorough car inspection and their service recommendations are always accurate. Whenever an issue or question comes up they always ask and inform me. They always service my truck correctly and in a timely manner each and every time. The service at LeBrun Nissan is impressive, would recommend without hesitation
The service manager, Tim, is awesome and honest! The tech who gave us a ride to mall while car was getting worked on was great as well! This is the ONLY Dealer service Dept that I trust and feel truly cares about their customers! They deserve an award for being the best!
Very friendly and helpful staff along with a professional environment. I helped my daughter lease a Sentra and felt confident everyone at Lebrun was honest and genuine. No pressure sales experience. Shout out to Sirena our sales person, Alex in finance and Phil the sales manager.
My headlight needed to be replaced. I called just 10 minutes before close and the service writer said come in (I was 3mins down the road). He was going to have me come back until a service employee said that he could stay and do it. I was very thankful to have it fixed since it was hard to see in the country roads I had to drive on. I was so impressed with Phil and Alex at LeBrun Nissan in Auburn this past weekend. It has been a very long time since I have had a new car (pre-owned) but certainly new to me. I live in Webster and there is a Vision Nissan dealership there and I just did not have the feeling that I was being taken seriously then. Im so glad I waited because at LeBrun we found the same car with 10k less miles and at the price I was looking to pay. I cant say enough about my experience and how positive and effortless it was. Thank you to such a wonderful team and thank you for finding me my dream car!
I would like to start by saying I have dealt with many car salesmen and Chris DAmato at Lebrun Nissan in Auburn, NY is above and beyond any other I have ever dealt with. Chris is an exceptional person and pleasant to deal with. He is patience, understanding and not pushy. He wants what is best for the customer and isnt just looking to make a sale. Let me tell you, I do not usually write reviews but Chris made an impression worth sharing.
Great experience, returned my end-of-lease 2017 Rogue and it was extremely fast and enjoyable!Edit: I left my garage door opener and EZ-Pass inside my returned Rogue and when I reached out, they said they had it and would mail it to me. Was never mailed to me, called multiple times and was told to call back and that they hadnt seen it, and was ghosted and ignored multiple times by email by the person that said they found my items and would mail them to me.Final Edit: Going to change my review to a 3 star, the employee that said they had my items reached out to me the same day this review was replied to and said they would ship it that day. I received both items yesterday. Sad that I had to leave a review like this to get them but I appreciate the help in asking your employees (I tried calling again several times but was redirected and not given any help previously).
Same issues as last, plus water coming in car through vents. Under warranty and still charged me because they couldnt fix the leak problem so technically they needed some reimbursement because they werent able to work on other cars. Seems like they should have told me they werent going to be able to help me from the first phone call because they were unqualified for that job.
I was looking for a certified used Frontier and LeBrun had several available. I ended up with a truck that had quite a few accessories as well as a 6 foot bed. Am very happy with my purchase and the buying experience as well. My salesman, Sky, worked with me to get my payment where I needed to be and the process was relaxed and not high-pressured. I also had new brakes and a serpentine belt installed without any extra charge. The service department appears to be efficient, reliable, and well-run. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out LeBrun Nissan in Auburn NY.
The service garage staff were efficient and very good. I was very disappointed in the staff member where I paid my bill. Given the pandemic and the precautions expected by both business and customer, I was sitting in the waiting area, watching the staff member behind the counter. She was not wearing a mask and was periodically coughing into her hand. When I came up to pay, she put on a mask. I did not see any effort to sanitize her hands or anything else. She offered a pen, I used my own. More educations and enforcement of employee precautions are necessary.
We called to schedule an appointment, as the brakes were spongy and the car had sat in the garage since December. There was extensive work to be done: brakes all the way around and calipers, new battery, reseal tires on the wheels. All of this work was done in a day! We were able to get the car back by the end of the day! Great service.
The service department at LeBrun in Auburn were wonderful when dealing with the work that needed to be done on my 2019 Pathfinder. I could not have been more pleased. The vehicle had been cleaned and looked as nice as it did when I picked it up at the dealership when it was brand new.
My car was in need of inspection before the end of April. Very polite scheduler, no problems dropping off car, was politely led to the inside (I was wearing a mask) and waited while reading. (There was a NOISY game show on TV but another gentleman was watching....so I just read my book til he left...then quickly lowered the volume.) Inspection was done in about 20-25 minutes....all was well....I paid and went on my way (with a CLEAN CAR).
I received a fair/competitive price for my trade in and the new Nissan Pathfinder I bought. It is rare these days to truly feel comfortable in and trusting of a car dealership, but I did at Lebrun Nissan. The salesman and owners were very good to me throughout the process and made me feel like family.
I brought my car in for a service visit and received excellent service from the staff. The polite and professional customer experience I got from Rich was refreshing in contrast to the customer service I had gotten at other Nissan dealerships. I was just visiting town, but would go out of my way if I was in the region again and needed my maintenance on my car to visit LeBrun Nissan.
This isnt even my dealership but if I could give the place 6 stars, I would. My wife has purchased two cars from here and I accompany her to her appointments and am consistently blown away by the quality of service.. friendliness of the staff... and all of the little touches that make this a great place. And this is coming from someone whos own car dealership is pretty good! Its enough to make me consider buying my next vehicle from here. Masterful job!
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lebrun and have had nothing but 2 great experiences. Most recent I dealt with Alex Clark, who was fantastic. He made sure I got a great deal with an easy going no pressure experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody. Im sure they will have just as good of an experience as I had.
I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV from LeBrun Nissan. The sales staff was great. They treated me like a human being and not like just another sale. They offered me a fair and reasonable price for my trade and worked with me to get a payment that I could afford rather than forcing me into something I couldnt. They took great care of me, and the buying process was simple and stress-free. Last year we purchased a vehicle from Fox and it was a nightmare. LeBrun is a far better dealership and treats you with the respect you deserve as a customer. They are professional and kind and I didnt feel like I had to play games or jump through hoops to get what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone!
Actually it is my wifes car that has been a nightmare. It has been several weeks and multiple trips to just try to get a faulty sear belt latch replaced on a late model pathfinder. A litany of wrong parts ordered and installed, wrong parts shipped, not to mention the very questionable reliability. Seat belt systems should not go bad
Alex McIntyre was my sales consultant, I could not ask for a better experience. He worked with me and made me feel very relaxed about my purchase. He went over and above with his kindness. It was also nice to be welcomed by the dealership. I love my new 2016 Nissan Rogue. :)
Purchased a used vehicle from them. Very nice salesperson, Sirena. When we went to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled appointment, the car was not ready. They had the vehicle for a week to get everything ready but didnt know until just before we arrived at our scheduled time, that the repairs had not been completed. Many excuses for this situation but even though we waited for an hour and a half the repairs could not be completed before we had to leave for another appointment. Thus, we could not pick up the vehicle that day. We had to ask for a simple gesture of a couple free oil changes to offset our time and gas having driven there from Syracuse twice to pick up the car. They only would say they would see what they could do. When we arrived the second time to pick up the car, everything was ready and they did decide to honor our request of two free oil changes. I would definitely do business again and would recommend Sirena as the salesperson to ask for.
I bought my 2015 Nissan Rouge and get all maintenance services from LeBrun Nissan in Auburn. Phil LeBrun assisted me with my purchase; he listened to what I wanted and showed me a vehicle that met those needs with no gimmicks. The purchase went smoothly and every time I go in for an oil change / tire rotation they are fast, efficient and dont try to fix whats not broken.
I leased a 2016 Rogue in 2016 from Le Bruns Dealership and have had no problems with the lease or the service. They just hired a new person in service who was very pleasant, but when I got my oil,lube,filter job done the other day, he didnt put the mileage sticker on the windshield or give me my detailed worksheet of the inspection they do every time. I understand he is new, but now I have to go back to get those items. I would still recommend Le Bruns because they are friendly and knowledgeable when they get it all together.
Zero communication. did not tell me they where going to put two pegs to hold up what ever. sure it cost 23 dollars but still talk it is not hard. Make sure it is was I want. also my car was ready in 10 minutes but no one come out to tell me so im sitting their for 45 minutes before I ask what was going on. yet I saw other workers coming out and talking to other customers about their car. A joke must be working with midas in Ithaca because the whole experience felt the same. zero communication!
Sold us a truck with dry rotted tires (it was supposedly inspected before it left their lot) so we could not get it inspected in PA. Would not even give us half the money needed to replace all 4 tires. I left a message on the owners voicemail and he didn’t even bother to return my call.
This is my favorite auto dealer. Mr. Lebrun and staff are friendly and professional, and I have been going there for 20 years, with half a dozen Nisans by now. Prices are very fair, and I recieved a great deal on my 2019 pathfinder, which is a great dog mobile! You wont go wrong at Lebrun Nissan.

My first visit with LeBrun Nissan was to repair the transmission on my 2007 Xterra. The vehicle was repaired under warranty, requiring a dealership to do the repairs. When I picked up the vehicle I paid the balance, brushed the snow off my vehicle and left the dealership. Later, to my surprise, I noticed that there were trouble codes listed on the invoice. Not one of the codes had been mentioned to me, nor was I asked if I wanted the issues resolved. The invoice stated all my fluids had been topped off. Driving home from the dealership I ran out of wiper fluid; hard to believe it had been topped off. Later putting in more wiper fluid and brake fluid, I noticed the front grill was missing all 4 plastic retaining screws. The technician never put them back into place. Does not give me a lot of confidence in the repair work done on my vehicle. From my experience, LeBrun Nissan will not be my first choice in the future.
Very nice dealership, friendly staff with good inventory, because I am kind of picky. And most of all the deals are good. I have purchased several cars there, and always found Mr. Lebrun and now his son, Plil, to be very honest and helpful. Service is very good as well.
I highly recommend anyone thats in the market looking for a new or used car to go to LeBrun Nissan. It was honestly the best experience ive ever had buying a car. I went into the dealership kind of unsure if I wanted to trade in my Jeep for a Nissan, but Alex Clark was very informative and made sure I was making the right decision for me the entire time. I love my new 2016 Nissan Sentra and Im making sure I tell EVERYONE about my amazing experience with this dealership. I never ever write reviews but the whole experience was THAT good!
I was looking for a car for a few weeks for my daughters 16th birthday and finally found one at this dealership advertised on Auto trader that was priced fair and pretty clean. I drove 40 minutes to see it and test drive it. I offered $500 below asking price and they said no thank you. I called on my way home and offered $200 below asking price and my sales person said we are not taking any less than full asking price because we havent run it through the shop yet. She said the owner may raise the price depending on whats wrong with the car. She said, and I quote... the good news is that the owner will sell you the car for the advertised price! I was coming up on my daughters birthday and it was a clean car so I said ok. I gave her my credit card over the phone for a $500 deposit which is what we agreed on. She thanked me and said she would call me in the morning. When I got home I texted her to ask for a copy of the buyers order to be faxed or emailed so I could have the information to forward to insurance company. She said she could not send it to me till the car went through the shop and the owner gets here in the morning. I said I dont understand I thought we had a deal on the car, I gave you my deposit? She said I havent run your card yet. I said I dont understand you said the owner was going to honor the price? She said I just talked to my sales manager and he said the owner will honor the price. She said I will call you in the morning. (All of this is in writing via text message which I have in writing) I never heard anything so by 11am I called and she said I havent seen the owner yet. I called back in the afternoon and she said I apologize he will not sell you the car for the advertised price. He wants $500 more. The car needs some brake work and a muffler. I said but you told me that the manager and the owner would honor the price?? I know she said I am sooo stressed out over this but he has decided not to. I said to her my daughter birthday is in 2 days so I guess I will buy the car. Her being happy on her birthday was worth the $500 more. I was never rude with anyone at all and remained professional. I have all this in writing on my phone. The owner and the sales manager went back on their word like it was nothing for $500. The rest of my sales process went fine and I did not mention it again. The sales person apologized several times to me when I picked up the car. I am just letting everyone know what my experience was there.
Needed a spare key made for my 2008 Titan. They had the key blank in stock. The price for the key blank was within $1 of a competing Nissan dealer in the Webster/Rochester area. The key had to be programmed though, and LeBrun Nissan in Auburn was $65 less to program the key than the dealer in the Webster/Rochester area. I dont mind paying for a service, but I dont like being robbed either! That being said, when I look for my next vehicle I will start at LeBrun because although they need to make some money for a service, I know for a fact they didnt overcharge me as the other dealer tried too! I bought my first car from Dave LeBrun in 1995. I was very happy with the experience. In 2011 my family needed a larger vehicle for our growing children and we knew we could not afford a $40k new SUV. I went back to Dave for help. He took my needs and price range into consideration and worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for my family! This was the first time I had ever bought a used car and I was confident that Dave and the staff at Lebrun Nissan was honest with me on the vehicle history. They took care of all concerns before and after purchasing the used vehicle. We were so pleased with our experience that we bought a second used SUV from Dave less than a year later! This is the only dealer I would buy used from because I know I can trust them!
I havent bought a car from a dealership in over 10 years. I was a person that didnt have a vehicle in the same decade it was manufactured. When I noticed the Nissan Jukes back in 2011, l fell in love. Recently, I have been looking for a Nissan Juke all over NY, PA, and NJ. I found my dream car at LeBrun Nissan in Auburn for the exact price I was looking for. My salesman, Alex McIntyre, was awesome and treated us like family. Not only did they say that they could finance us. they actually cared about my ability to pay the monthly payments! When we went to sign and pick up the Juke, we were overjoyed to find that Ralph had found us phenomenal financing way below what was quoted to us. When we said that we will have them service the Juke, they offered us the best warranty they have for a very reasonable price. We will NEVER go anywhere else, and I recommend this dealership daily! They do care, they are fantastic people and make you feel right at home. Go there to get your new car, and tell them Annie sent you! I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed.
Today, I officially picked up my 2nd Nissan Rogue! The service I have received from LeBrun Nissan made it an easy decision to stick with this company. The whole process both times from my salesman Phil LeBraun was a piece of cake! Phils knowledge on the Rogue and all of its amenities was very useful when showing me how to opperate all of the new features... Not to mention the present he left me on the front seat! That in itself is making me excited for my next one!! LolThank you Nissan and especially my super salesman Phil!!!
I bought a new 2014 Nissan Rogue Select from this dealership, and it ended up being deemed a NYS lemon law car. At 3,000 miles the vehicle was not starting or running properly. The service staff could not replicate the problems 5x until I contacted Nissan corporate service, and they sent an engine specialist to the dealership. The specialist performed a scope and found a cracked engine that was leaking fluids. Needless to say, LeBrun Nissan listened to the specialist, and repaired the vehicle until less than one month later the engine imploded and was deemed irreplaceable by Nissan corporate. Nissan USA paid off my loan, issued me a loaner vehicle for 1 month until I bought 2016 Mazda, and provided an inconvenience check of substantial amount. The service staff dealership never apologized for any inconvenience, except Mr.LeBrun, the owner. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced at LeBrun Nissan.

If you own a Nissan I strongly recommend you take it somewhere other than LeBrun Nissan for repairs I took my Nissan to them with a electrical problem and instead of fixing it right they shortcut the job and created more electrical problems by doing so So I had to take it to a different garage to try and get it straightened out because LeBrun kept telling me it was new problems when in fact it was there mechanics shortcut that caused them The other garage told me the car may never be right again because of the shortcut LeBruns service department made so dont make the same mistake I made by taking your vehicle to LeBrun Nissan for repairs
Came in for an oil change and a problem with the brakes at 65,000 miles..got the oil change..no wash, even though the price of the oil change indicated a wash was part of the service..got an estimate near 2500.00 to do brakes bearings and others..Had to make an apt to get it done..left dealership..brakes locked up within a half mile..had to return..left the truck for 2 days..returned and paid for part of the required service 1600.00..again no wash..This is the second titan Ive owned from new..both started having issues around $60,000 miles..will not buy another one..

2022-03-02It was a basic oil change. They did a check list of car. Recommended couple things. (Air filters). My husband works in a shop and changed them. Had planned on it but didnt prior to oil change. The team at Lebrun are Amazing. Make you feel welcomed and address you by name on arrival. Ive been other places and also had worked as a title clerk at a large dealership. Lebrun tops any place Ive done business with. THANK YOU for that.

He patiently listened to my concerns and kept me up to date on the findings and the plan of action.I am so happy that I bought my brand new Nissan here (my dream car) and that their service department is above par (believe me; I tried them ALL with my former Nissan).
