Marc is very professional he recommended putting a now transmission in my high mileage car by checking for any sensor in the engine
I worked with Richie and he was very helpful through the whole process. Transmission was fixed and they gave me the best price possible. Would definitely go back (though hopefully I dont need to!)
Terrible business! They claim they rebuilt my transmission, but only changed a couple parts. When I left my 4WD and AC didnt work! They pinched a wire for the 4WD and cracked an AC line. I didnt even want to bring it back to have them fix it because I was afraid theyd break something else!
I brought my car in to get serviced and Mark got it done. He saved me money and time. Excellent customer service.
I just want to say how thankful I am for this Transmission Shop. I came into Lee Myles Saturday morning with an issue reguarding my ford fiesta , He helped me so much with this car situation i was in and now i can breathe and not stress. I don’t know how the mechanic figured out my car problem but he did. I took my to a dealership and they couldn’t find the problem. Happy with my service and will keep his number in my phone.
Brought my Jeeps here for many different things. Some minor and some not. Wade is always a class act, honest, and upfront. I would recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat.

The owner Mark and staff were very Courtesy. They rebuilt my transmission on my Chevy Malibu. Had to take.the car back because there was.a.problem with a part. They took the time to check it out and replace the part.
I didnt receive a phone call back about getting a estimate for my car i left my information with a lady at the front desk..i guess no love for black customers there..
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Repairs to be done are explained before work begins. We are always given a fair price.

2021-11-19Very dishonest. Mark is an appeaser and manipulator. Had to bring my truck back 3 times each time he told me it was something different. Eventually brought my vehicle to Habbys transmission in Hicksville where they diagnosed it. I went back to Lee Myles and threatened to go legal. They eventually fixed my truck correctly and called me to pick up my truck which was parked across the street with keys left inside and nobody available to talk with . Basically just get your truck and go. No final conversation nobody available in office to talk with me. Dont bring your vehicle there!!! I ended up renting a car each time which costed me over $3000.00 in total not including my fee for getting my transmission repair done... If they say they have no record of my service I will publicly post a copy of my receipt and best believe the Better Business Bureau will be getting a copy of my receipt as well😡

2021-04-02Mark and his team did an amazing rebuild on my transmission. After doing a routine flush at a Midas, Mark was able to diagnose the mistake they made and save me thousands of dollars on the repair. Cant say enough about what he did. Ill be back again.

2021-02-19Marc and his people are awsome! I made the mistake of bringing my vehicle to a repair shop that did not do the job right. Marc and his people were able to diagnose and repair what the other shop said they couldnt do. I will never make the mistake of bringing my vehicle anywhere else again, i highly recommend for any diagnostic and repairs!

2020-11-03Wade is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The quality and level of service is unparalleled. I have used various other shops in the past always with undesirable results. I have NEVER had any issue with the cars that I have brought to this shop. I highly recommend anyone to use this business for their car repairs.

2020-10-12Excellent service polite and honest. I went to other auto repair shops and I was very discouraged. After speaking to them wasnt sure if I should keep my truck but after speaking to mark he gave me options and did not pressure me in any way. I followed his advice and now my GMC Acadia runs like a new car I am very happy.

2020-11-05I have used this company a few times now with both of my vehicles. they are very honest when they tell you what’s wrong with car. they don’t try to up sell or anything. i have had only good experience with them. never had any hidden fees or anything. they are definitely recommended in my book

2018-05-30I brought my 2003 Honda minivan in thinking the transmission needed to be rebuilt but Mark was so honest telling me all it needed was an electronic sensor component. Saved me $2500.00! I would never have known .Thank you for your great customer service. You have my business!

2018-12-04Wade is THE MOST HONEST guy I know, not to mention a phenomenal mechanic! After being scammed by WESTBURY JEEP, who had my truck for 24 days, i had it towed to Wade. He spent 3 days taking apart my entire engine to diagnose a 3500$ problem! I was upset but needed my truck so told Wade to start the work. Before the end of the day, Wade called me w good news! He didnt start the work, made a few calls instead, n got the work covered 100% under manufacturers warranty from a different Jeep dealer! He gave away 3500$ of business n i had never met the man- we only spoke on the phone. When i finally made it down there to say ty, he wouldnt take a dollar from me!!! Who does that?! An angel in disguise, thats who!!!
