I was having trouble with my car I had gone to other mechanics like midas telling me what was wrong and charging me an arm and an leg, thank God I wanted to get a second say on my car they checked it out they told me and very honest wasnt that and fixed the problem for a better price. The owner friendly and funny person. He saved my car now he has a customer for life.
I took my Infiniti G35 to Lee Myles in Hicksville because the engine was making a rattling / grinding sound every time the rpm gauge passed 2300. Ron the Manager went for a drive with me to diagnose what I was hearing. It turns out that the problem was just a vibration in the catalytic converter shield from a loose or corroded bolt. I walked away with no charge. I am often suspect of auto repair places, but this place is so darn honest. Ron is the best. Ill be coming back here if I ever do need transmission work.

2021-09-21Ron is the owner. He knows his stuff. Very few reputable businesses like this in this industry. Trust him and his team. Theyll fix you up and stand by their work. I just had my transmission redone there. Quality job. Ill be back, and I would recommend anyone else with their check engine light on to give them a holler.

2021-02-06On the morning before the mid-December 2020 snowstorm, my cars transmission (11 years old, 125,000 miles) completely died right in front of this shop. As I sat there at 7am wondering what I was going to do next, and looking for an alternative to getting towed to the dealer, I looked up and saw Lee Myles - not the person of course ;)After reading these reviews, I decided I had little to lose, so I gave it a shot. I waited until they opened and met Ron. Immediately I could sense how he was both extremely professional and personable.My car was fixed (complete transmission replacement) for a very fair price in just a few days (with the snowstorm even shutting everything down for a day), and a few months later, it drives beautifully.Thank you Ron and crew! I highly recommend these guys, and I now have a regular mechanic I plan to use - something Ive been missing for a long time.

2022-01-18These guyz are good they fixed my car(honda elemwnt ) transmission in a week complete rebuild but they are little expensive or you can say pro work cant be cheap

2020-12-28Wade is great ! My serpentine belt broke and my car was close to over heating. He Took my car in, did the diagnostics for free and made sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. And gave me some valuable advice on my car and saved me money on a tow. I got my car the same day. An honest mechanic will definitely come back.

2019-02-07Ron is the man! The guys here are not crooks, they dont want your money, they only want to get you back on the road as fast as possible. This is as close as you can get to your friendly neighborhood auto mechanic. I trust Ron and his crew with my familys cars and really wont go anywhere else (unless its for tire replacement, which he recommended me a fantastic tire guy in Levittown). I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Im grateful to have stumbled upon this little corner auto shop and highly recommend them.

2018-09-26I brought my 2012 Mazda CX9 in for Ron to check out. I ended up needing a new transfer case. Ron provided me a fair quote and got the truck fixed by the next day. Ron even brought me into the back to see the old transfer case and the mechanic even showed me what was wrong with it. Overall a great experience and would come back again!

2018-05-15The computer for the transmission on my 2010 Mazda3 was defunct. I called Monday for an appointment on Tuesday. I dropped off first thing, and it was done by 2pm. Ron & Pete were very polite, courteous & professional. The price was fair. Highly recommended!

2015-07-20I had engine issues with my Chrysler 300 and was given Repair estimates, $1500, and the other for $1400-1600. And you know what that meansMy wife convinced me to get a third estimate which I thought was insane, but she is very convincing.After bringing to this Lee Myles, in Hicksville, The owner said he checked it thoroughly. He said he can have it ready in about two hours, and Parts and Labour would be $227.60 I reluctantly said to do it. Its been 6 months since the repair, and my car has never run so good.I give this place 10 stars out of 5.
