I had being a loyal customer from Audi Of Smithtown for many years, I got 3 cars from there a 2007 A4. A 2012 A5 and a 2014 A5. But took one day ny car to Audi of Massapequa for oul change, found out they never fill it up causing some problems to the engine, I called for this problem and theybhad being ingnoring me, scott Led the manager drom service do not return my call. I am glad Audi Of Smithtown will take car that engine problem soon.

I just pickedup my 2022 porche cayenne s platinum edition turbo last Friday ,oh my gosh this jeep is excellent .Jessica was very nice and professional great customer service from start to the end of the sale i,m very happy

Contacted Ed online as soon as the car I had been looking for a while became available. Ed was very helpful with providing me information and answering all my questions. I was coming from another state and most of the transaction was completed before I picked up the car. The Finance Manager Ivy was also extremely helpful. Overall great experience.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Jose provided me with an excellent car, competitive price, pictures, and details over the phone and through email. When I arrived at the dealership, I did a test drive and put down a deposit. A day later I took the car home. No misdirection, no deception, no hidden fees. Ivy was also a pleasure to work with on financing. I would gladly buy from them again.

Excellent customer service! Check engine light came on, so I dropped my car off at Legend for the first time. Best VW I have ever used for servicing my car. Shoutout to Heather for always keeping me informed about what was going on (turned out to be a big job), offering me a loaner car when it appeared the job was going to take longer than expected, and being a friendly face in an unfamiliar setting. When it comes time to get my next VW, Ill be purchasing my vehicle from Legend VW.

Online buying experience is bad. They won’t give you any info about a vehicle without you giving them your phone number. What a turn off. Communicating thru email is not good enough.
