The Driver for my wedding was an idiot. He was rude and completely unprofessional. We had the Bentley and the Escalade limos unfortunately the gentleman who was driving the Bentley was so nice and got roped into the jerk with the Escalade and I felt bad. But he was so awful I almost told him to just leave us and I would call a cab for my bridal party rather than having to deal with him any longer. The staff in the office as long as they are male are very nice any female that I spoke with (I think it is the same one but I will not assume) was obnoxious! I would pay a few dollars more or shop a bit more if you have the time and avoid the experience of using this company. It is not going to end well I promise you.
This was the WORST bus company I have ever used. There was no communication with the company and the party host. When we tried to call to clarify our issue we were hung up on and treated like imbeciles. We were promised a coach bus for 55 people with a bathroom and they subbed us out and gave us a 6 person limo, a 35 person shuttle with no bathroom & a Mercedes van. We were not made aware of this change until the night before. If I could rate it lower I would. Do not use this company.
Let me begin by saying I am VERY easy to please. go with the flow, and VERY understanding. I will begin by rating their cars/buses... 5 star. Absolutely beautiful. so beautiful I booked with them multiple years in a row their 40 passenger party bus despite their lack of customer service. However that being said dont be surprised if you order a specific vehicle because you love the amenities it has and then they show up with something much smaller and not even from their fleet. I received a call the night before stating their 40 passenger bus has been in the shop and the original bus they had on backorder for us canceled. This tells me i was NEVER getting the 40 passenger bus i booked, they knew it was in the shop, being they had one on back up, but still allowed me to book it and pay full price. It was the night before the bus was to arrive, it was what it was they said they would send a 39 passenger bus in its place from a different company. unpleased i agreed because there really wasnt any other option being i had people flying in from out of state for the wine tour we do every year for the passing of my brother-in-law. There was no canceling. The bus that showed up was NO WHERE NEAR the size that we paid for. Im not saying like 2 or 3 people were standing, EIGHT of my guest had to stand in this so called 39 person limo. SO i called the company a few weeks later, not asking for money back because like i said things happen. I was giving the company the benefit of the doubt and was tying to book THREE more additional limo/bus rentals. The owner of the company refused to call me back. I was told he was out of the office, he wasnt in today, he will call you when he returns. well after multiple hours, and having to deal with their incompetent receptionist Amy, -WHO suggested i dont go with the company that she works for (excellent business skills apparently) he magically got on the phone and long story short he claims he doesnt deal with customers that is not his job, and he values his larger business deals much more than day to day bookings. So if you are looking for something reliable, professional, and guaranteed DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY after looking around and researching there are MANY companies with a fleet just as nice. :)
Legend Limousines has far surpassed every expectation I had of a transportation company they redefined the word. They went far and beyond and provided a service rather than a good!!! I used them for my wedding. My life partner Mortimer and I shopped many of the local companies and found the unprofessional-ism appalling. One guy actually showed us limos while wearing a tee shirt that didnt cover his protruding belly while eating a doughnut!! I kid you not! Once I entered the office of Legend Limousines I knew we were dealing with a different operation. We were welcomed with a hot latte and a scone, and sat with a beautiful young woman named Nicole. Nicole was very warm, caring and and absolute pleasure. She was knowledgeable on not only the various catering halls but the entire wedding process and made us aware of possible issues that may arise that we never even considered. To say she was knowledgeable and understanding is an understatement. We were even greeted by this beautiful mocha man who happened to be the owner,(Mortimer said I looked to hard but he was buff I couldnt help it) and he offered his assistance should we need it. The day of went swimmingly. Cars showed up early, chauffeurs well dressed and clean cut holding doors offering water and working with our photographer. The chauffeurs even kindly made the photographer aware of timing as to avoid any overage we may occur if we were not aware which was a huge help (cause lord knows we would have with the Glam shots we were taking). Legend Limousines is the choice bar none!!! They have gained a lifelong client for any of my upcoming needs. Thank you Legend Limousines!!!!!
Would highly recommend Legend Limousines. Rented a limo to bring myself and my friends into the city for night on town. I dealt with Nikki who arranged everything for me. The limo showed up on time and the driver Steve was awesome. He was very professional. The limo was clean, stocked with beverages and ice. We had the best night in the city. I will use Legend Limousines for all events!
I have used them many times from events in NYC to wine tastings out on Eastern Long Island. Legend was nothing but professional throughout the entire booking process and was even better once they showed up. The party bus was clean and the driver was nothing but accommodating. They surpassed my expectations and all my guests! I have and continue to refer everyone to them for any event or party! Thank you Legend for creating some life long memories! Worst experience Ive ever had. I booked a 55 passages charter bus and was CONFIRMED THAT MORNING AT 11:15 the day before were suppose to leave. It was 4:00 on the same day that I was confirmed my reservation and I was on my way down to Long Island, stuck in traffic and I was getting yelled at by the owner, Who is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, that he didnt have the bus that I WAS CONFIRMED that morning and that he needed all these number and times, which I didnt have because I was in traffic getting yelled at by Bobby, the owner. So we ended up with a 36 passages shuttle bus from another company, a 13 passenger van and a 5 person limo. The 36 passenger bus also has terrible customer service, and demanded $250 because of the clean up fee. But I made sure before they left and spoke to the driver to make sure that everything was ok and asked if they behaved and cleaned up after themselves. (Because I was on the 13 passenger bus) Her response was yes dont worry about it go have fun. I also looked up and down the bus and the only mess they left was a trail of wet feet. So those 36 people were left abandoned in the Hamptons. My driver Eli and Dan were amazing but because the 36 people on the other bus said they werent paying Bobby threatened to leave us too. I stayed calm cool and collected with both companies to only get cursed at. We rented the 55 passenger bus for 8 hrs and got a total of 4 hours out of all the cars. DID NOT GET OUR MONEYS WORTH. By far the most unprofessional, unreliable company I have ever gone through. Im sure all 55 people, especially the 36 that were left ABANDONED in the hamptons will be on to rate this company the same. Go through a different company and dont spend a dime here. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
This was by far the worst company I have ever worked with. We booked them for our wedding For 3.5 hours and it costed a little over $750, when picking me the groom up and my groomsmen the limo showed up on the side we take pictures on with a HUGE rust mark, the driver stayed in the car the whole time and we had to let ourselves in, on the way to the venue the driver slammed on the breaks twice causing guys to spill drinks, when picking my bride up with her bridesmaids he didn’t open the door for my bride to get in he drove very aggressive when bringing them and also slammed on the breaks causing drinks to spill all over the maid of honors dress, when picking my wife and me up at the end of the night same limo came different driver but was about 30 min late. When calling to speak to the owner of the company about our experience he was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke with. He said the rust mark has been there since last February and that we are the first ones to complain about it, stating that it’s not huge and it’s only 8x8 inch rust mark. He laughed at us for saying we want some kind of refund and then offered only $80 back out of $750. My father in law went there to go talk to him being that we live in PA and laughed at him and told my father in law the same thing he told us and said he’s not threatened by him coming there in person. The limo and driver were so bad that even the venue wrote emails complaining about it and also saying they would never promote his company, my father in law got us a refund of $200. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY oh and the photographer even wrote and email on how bad the limo was. If anyone would like to see the rust mark I have a picture of it.
Have used this company for many events, Wine Tours, Nights Out on the Town, airport service on many occasions and will be using for my wedding in Sept 2014. Their drivers are always on time (early), know where they are going and are very professional and accommodating. Highly recommended using them for any event you may have
I rented two NOT one limousines for my aunt’s Wedding this past Saturday, for a one way ride, the driver for the ladies and the bride was rude telling me the complete wrong information about the guys and ladies limo. It was supposed to be a basic white limo for 9-10 girls, they sent a black Lincoln truck only fitting 7 girls in the back and one in the front. One of the braidsmaids had to end up finding another ride, the lady from the office was nasty demanding that I get outside NOW...turned around and charged an additional $92 each limo...We the braidsmaids and bride didn’t have AC, and he drove recklessly the bridesmaid that followed couldn’t even keep up do to his reckless driving. The driver for the men showed up in a white basic limo, that was ok, he kept on ringing the doorbell and threatened that he was going to leave the men behind. One of the groomsmen forgot something in the limo, when calling the driver he said we had to call the office...smh
I highly recommend Legend Limoousines. The 20 person bus arrived EARLY. The driver, Jay, was professional and continuosly went above and beyond. While out east at the vineyards, we were in need of an AUX Cord. While at the vineyard, without our knowledge, Jay went out to get an AUX cord for us to use. The company was easy to work with and provided exceptional service. I will definitly be using them again! Thank you Legend Limo!
From the costumer service to the drivers and everyone in between, this is an A++ company! I used them for my birthday and drivers were so friendly and accomodating. The party bus was brand new and super clean. I cant wait to use them again in the future!
This company may have received 5 stars if it were not for the customer service rendered by the owner robert and another female who identified herself as management. i felt like 2cents after they spoke to me several times in such a condescending way i thought it was because i was not one of ther elite clients- it seems they proudly wear the banner as being in charge but they should always humble themselves at the realization the customer at the end of the day is really in charge because without them weather rich or poor, black or white, nice or polite... there is no business. the best thing i can say about this company is with anthony the driver he was very nice and treated us well
I have never experienced such unprofessionalism! My family is LIVID!!!! We were supposed to get picked up for transportation to a family members wedding and at exactly 3:30 (our designated pick up time) we get a call that the bus would be an HOUR LATE!!! We were told that they had just found out when the chauffeur returned. So, it never occurred to the Chauffeur to call someone when having car issues so a replacement could be sent out? You cant call yourself a transportation company and FAIL TO TRANSPORT, GIVE NO WARNING, NO EARLY COURTESY, NOTHING!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER!!!!! USE THIS COMPANY, REFER THIS COMPANY....NOTHING!!!!! BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS WE WILL MOST LIKELY MISS OUR COUSIN GETTING MARRIED!!! YOU SUCK!!PLEASE MAKE SURE MY REFUND IS ON ITS WAY...THANKS
I booked Legend Limo because they came in at the lowest rate. They brought us to the first stop and demanded we give $240 more in CASH or they would leave us there! This seems to be a scam. Use someone else because they will cost you more in the long run!!!
We used Legend Limos for a friends 30th. They were on time, driver was very sweet and professional. The pricing was very competitive and I will definitely be using them again. :)
Its my experience, as a repeat client, that Legend Limos operates with professionalism, and courtesy, going above and beyond by providing for the easily overlooked details of my past bookings. Highly recommend this company to all that ask.

Changed the limos we had been under contract for for over a year the day before our wedding, then gave us a limo with a leaky roof.
Mention the word wedding and the price jumps from $1,100 to $1,900.SCAM SCAM SCAM.Avoid this company at all costs.

2018-08-29At first the company was very responsive to our inquiry and handled all the booking quite efficiently. Amy did all and was extremely pleasant to deal with and understood our issues when I informed her that we did not know what time we would need the return. We booked a limo for 8 hours with the stipulation that anything over we would be billed. The driver arrived on time and he was very pleasant. That’s were all the good ends. The driver drove like a NYC cab driver. He was speeding, in and out not safely at all and we actually felt like the limo was going to tip over as he rounded the turns because he was going so quickly. He got lost not once but twice and informed my husband that we had to leave our event by a certain time as he had another engagement as the company double booked him for the night. I reached out to the company regarding the occurrences and to date, have not heard back from them. Why would I, they have my money. I will not be using them again and would never recommend.

2018-06-17Best experience for renting a limo. Amy is friendly and helpful with all you questions. I rented the Bentley for my sons prom. Car was spotless and driver was Very friendly. Felt safe sending my son out for the night. The car was a little late due to an accident on the highway. NOT Legends fault and out of there control. We live on Long Island and it happens. Legend call and discounted my rental. I never called to ask for it they just did it. Again great service. THANKS Amy.

2017-09-27I utilized Legend Limo on 4 separate occasions over the past few months. We used Legend for my wife’s bachelorette party in a Sprinter Limo Van, for our wedding day in a 20 person Escalade Limo, for our post reception pick up, and for an airport transfer to our honeymoon.Pricing is on par with all the other limo companies, in fact they may be a bit cheaper. More importantly, they were very reliable and professional in every one of the four interactions I had with their drivers. The drivers were early each and every time, including our 4:30 am airport pickup! Legend showed me a lot about the integrity of their business as well. We had booked an 8 person limo for a pick up-drop off after our reception. I was quite surprised to learn that the 8 person limo had broken down and they sent a PARTY BUS instead! That gesture showed that even though Legend already had completed the biggest ticket item of our relationship (Wedding Limo), they were still willing to take care of their customer no matter how small the transaction.Additionally, I was in contact with Amy at Legend Limos multiple times to plan, confirm, and adjust our various itineraries over the months. Amy was efficient, professional and accommodating in every interaction.

2017-10-25I hired Legend Limousines for my wedding and was absolutely impressed by the service. Our driver was outstanding, prompt and so accommodating! (I wish that I could remember the drivers name because he deserves a round of applause!!) The Cadillac was perfect! thank you Legend Limos and Nikki Bruno as well for making this part of my wedding the least stressful part!!

2015-11-04I have used Legend Limousines several times for transportation to the airport, and for my birthday celebration last summer. They have always arrived on time or early, getting me to the airport with time to spare. Cars are always clean with very polite, well dressed and cool chauffeurs.Party bus to the city was awesome for my birthday celebration this summer. We had 20 people on the bus with plenty of room. The bus was brand-new with a banging stereo! (Highly recommend) Thank you Legend Limousines!

2016-10-01We used Legend Limos for our wedding day and we were extremely pleased with the service!!! We booked a 20 passenger Cadillac Escalade which was brand new and in immaculate condition. Our bridal party was extremely pleased. We also booked a 1938 Cadillac, to escort my dad and I to the church and then my husband and me after the church. It was really sweet to have a classic car driving us around, and it was nice to have some alone time on our special day. The drivers were so professional and they even helped organize the procession of our large bridal party at the church. They helped keep things moving, which was very helpful with a big bridal party.

2018-08-01Please use caution when booking your event with this company.I recently had my entire sisters bachelorette party ruined by this incompetent limo company.I had inquired about booking a July 28th date months in advance knowing it was a busy part of the season. After crunching numbers and confirming my date, we were all set.Friday July 27th — I received a call from Bobby giving me a “I have a good news and bad news” dilemma for you (me). He mentioned he didn’t have my Escalade limo for 15 passengers but would give me a 30 person party bus at no extra charge... I kindly rejected the offer because my sister is into more aesthetics than anything.Bobby said no problem, you’ll have your Escalade at 5:00 pm tomorrow; I even called later that evening to re-confirm and again, Bobby said no problem, see you at 5:00 tomorrow.Come Saturday, I get a voice mail from Dan in the early afternoon that the Escalade is having minor Air Conditioning problems but not to worry, just a heads up!I said I can’t comment on it because I’ll need to evaluate the problem once it’s here - Dan said, fair enough.Fast forward to 4:40 pm , 20 minutes before the agreed pick up time per the contract, and Dan suddenly tells me the Escalade is not working due to a wiring issue...After arguing over the unprofessional communication and lies over the phone, Dan tells me that the party bus that I now have to settle for at a discount is over an hour away and with traffic, maybe 1.5 hours. Really?!?!?!?My party was ruined, all pictures were lost and I had to scramble 3 Ubers to get to my dinner reservation which we were now late for.Point being, whether it’s a wedding, party or any event, please use caution. This company did little to nothing to rectify an issue.

We have used Legend for so many events, from airport & one way service in their Sedans to event and out the the city and vineyards in there party buses. We have always had clean vehicles and Professional drivers. Highly recommend to our clients, family and friends
