This was one of best dealership experiencesI ever had. Legend Volkswagen made me feel like I was with family. The employees there are outstanding. They kept me informed on my vehicle progress and made me feel at home while I waited. I actually knew I was going to receive outstanding service at the time of the phone call I made to make the appointment. Customer service was very friendly. I was called and to remind me of my upcoming appointment. I wish I could had met the service tech who repaired my vehicle as I want to shake his hand and tell him how happy I was with the repairs done to my Volkswagen. Thank you so much Legend Volkswagen I will definitely recommend anyone who will need a dealership to go to!!
Purchased a used car, problems started within a week. Unqualified mechanics never detected fault and gave excuses, finally car broke down after 2 months and had to get a new engine with a lot of add ons. It’s just like any other dealership or most of the businesses where focus is on each sale and not long term. Doesn’t deserve any star.
I was referred to Legend by my mechanic in order to unlock the new radio that had to be installed. The vehicle also needed a couple of recalls taken care of. Making the appointment was easy. Upon arrival, I was promptly checked in. There was plenty of social distancing within the dealership waiting area. Overall the service was top notch.
Ugh. The people just continue to transfer calls before listening to the info I have to share. I was transferred between service and parts 4 times this morning because the “parts” people couldn’t give the extra 10 seconds to hear me out. The “service” guys are very nice. They said it’s weird that I kept getting transferred. I had a great experience with Legend Volkswagen in Amityville. I was traveling from out of town when my car’s air conditioning conked out. The helpful staff at Legend got me in the same day and found the AC had been overfilled with Freon. They fixed it and I was able to continue traveling.
My husband and I were dreading the car buying/leasing process. This market scared us to say the least because we didnt want to overpay. Our first stop was Legend Audi/VW and Adam helped us with a Tiguan we liked. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism was unmatched by any salesperson we went to after our Legend VW visit. We visited other VWs, Kia, Volvo, and a few others. I reached back out to Adam after realizing he was the only person that was genuine. This is by far the best Volkswagen dealership on Long Island, Staten Island, and Jersey that we went to. We had a wonderful experience with Adam. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and informative regarding safety features and took the time to explain everything to us from back to front. He treated my family with respect and was very patient. We went with a beautiful Atlas Cross Sport. Thank you Legend VW and especially Adam for a wonderful experience.
Was the most easiest experience ever, no random extra fees. I called talk to them during the week, and they got things ready for me to buy that same weekend. Was the best price I could find and the fees was not a extra 1,500 like other dealers. The car runs greats and still has the warranty. Ask for Adam! if you do want to buy from here. He is amazing and will work with you and answer any questions. Will buy from here again!
An outstanding dealer. Michael Paskoff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We bought a used Tiguan for our son. The prep of the car was excellent. Real attention to detail. And Mike made the experience for our son one he will remember for the rest of his life. Best of all, Mike enjoyed himself too.Thank you Mike. You are the best. Waited way too long ( over an hour) just to get my salesman’s attention to pick up my my new car and another hour to do the paperwork and get the car cleaned and readied. Then after all that wait time, the instructions to go over the car was barely 5 minutes which I felt was a real let down. I liked my salesman in the selling part of the experience but the pickup process needs to be majorly overhauled and was a real disappointment.
This was my first VW purchase and it was the smoothest experience I have had at any dealership. Louis was amazing. He knew every aspect of the car and when it came time to sign the papers, he set up a specific time to do that and I was in and out in an hour. He answered all of my questions during the process, even on his days off.
I could not be happier with the service I received from Legend Auto Group My car was repaired as requested with no “stories” it was washed and ready when they said it would be. My service advisor Heather Schmitt was knowledgeable and conscientious keeping in touch with me along the way. Job well done!
Found a recently listed 2019 Jetta on their website. The car was in great shape an had less than 20k miles on it. The asking price was $2 grand less than other dealerships. This meant no haggling was even necessary. The buying experience was great and the salesman J worked with (Charlie) was fantastic. And the Finance Manager was also great even able to beat the apr on the loan from my bank by .3 percent
Best Volkswagen dealership on Long Island. We had a wonderful experience with Adam. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and informative regarding safety features and took the time to explain everything to us from back to front. He treated us like family and respected the fact that a woman and her daughter were capable of buying a car on their own. (Kudos to Adam). My daughter and I had gone to 2 other dealership before Legend - the first changed pricing as soon as they saw us alone and said advertised price wasnt the real price - Not Adam he made us feel like got the best deal possible. The next dealership told us we could sit in a car if we brought my husband back with us (ha-ha welcome to 2021 dude) not Adam he took the time to make us comfortable with her decision to go for a Jetta. Glad my friend Amelia steered me Legend Volkswagens way. When my Tiguan lease is up next September I know where Im going.
Amazing people at this dealership. They attended me and my wife with great hospitality, definitely felt like the people that work here are my friends we felt no pressure. Louis the sales rep is a great guy very transparent .. and i respect and appreciated that, im not saying this cause we share the same name. lol. I kept telling my wife they are so nice there. The finance lady was amazing at well. Basically if your looking for a car this is the people and dealership for you.. God bless this dealership and may they prosper in jesus name amen
Had an issue with my Tiguan they looked up that it was do to a recall. Was easy to book appt and drop off. They called for pickup and let us know that they discovered an air bag issue and checked that we had an extended warranty so it was covered so they fixed it. Provided a checklist of their inspection. No upselling and very nice to deal with.

The service department at Legend VW/Legend Auto Group has been a true pleasure to deal with. Scott Ladd and Giovanni Reyes went above and beyond to help me with issues I have had with my Tiguan I leased end of May. I have had several problems with my vehicle and they have even advocated for me dealing with Customer Care and as an intermediary with the dealer I actually leased the vehicle from; needless to say I will be doing all future business with Legend and will strongly recommend them to friends and family. They truly understand Customer Service!!
Although this car was not purchased at legend vw ( first was ) they are simply amazing with their customer service. Every one is polite. They listen and Kathy who works in service is amazing. She’s out fo to person and never lets us down. I myself will be purchasing my next car there!!! 5 stars
I drove an hour and half from Jersey to this dealership because they had a specific car I was looking for. I had a great experience dealing with everyone there from Jackie, Frank, to Don. All very nice a pleasant people to do business with. I feel we agreed on a price that was fair for them and myself. I would highly recommend this dealership.
First time buying from Legend and I can say without a doubt it won’t be my last time. I have purchased many new cars at several dealerships and this has been my best experience period. Very good experience buying. Not pushy and only shows you want we want. Sales people treat you like family. Purchased 3 VW from them. Main reason is their service depArtment is top notch. They are always there to help and answer questions. They always fixed everything on first shot. Recommended them to neighbors and family
I requested a test drive through the website and received an email from Michael P. asking when to schedule. He was very helpful, personable, and best of all not pushy. Nothing irritates me more than a pushy car salesman. He answered all my questions. I have yet to purchase a vehicle as I am still looking around, however, I recommend dealing with Michael.
My car broke down on a Sunday. Legend service was closed but the ppl in the sales department were incredibly friendly and helped me have my car towed to Legend for service to review and fix on Monday. Im grateful for everyone that helped me that day. Thank you Legend!
Sales women Jessica was very nice and helpful, when it came to the finance part the women was very rude and yelled at me for asking questions because we were being charged more money than our original deal. Dealer fee was way too high. How are you going to be rude and yell at a paying customer. Horrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. I bought a CPO vehicle and everything with the deal went smooth until I came to pick it up. They charge a lot for a prep fee and when I came to pick the car up it was dirty so I questioned it. At this point the salesman got extremely aggravated and walked away and wouldn’t talk. We step into the finance office and of course the price is different than what we agreed upon. All they kept saying was that they’re losing money and can’t do the deal. After arguing saying we’re walking out, the finance man was able to fix the problem (the only one somewhat helpful). At that point I just wanted to get my car and leave. A few days later the GM calls since he heard I was unhappy with the prep. I was away on vacation so I called him back a few days later. When I called back his response was “I don’t remember calling you, and I’m extremely busy right now with the sales floor. I will call you back tonight.” Well that has been over a week ago and I still haven’t heard anything. They also failed to tell me that this car requires 93 for gas. If I didn’t look at the little label quick on the inside of the gas cap written in tiny letters at the gas station I would have never known. Don’t you think that’s something important to tell a customer when almost all cars take regular gas? If I didn’t do a double take on that little label who knows what would have happened. All they care about is selling the car and once they sell it they don’t care what happens after. I will never return to this dealer and I highly suggest you don’t.
This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had looking for a car that fits me. Nick and Sam were stand up guys and truly awesome individuals to work with. They never once threw out nonsense deals at you and were always willing to work with you based on your budget. Everyone was super friendly here and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. If you are looking for the real deal come down to this dealer because not only do you get amazing service but you get to deal with genuine people.

Very disappointed with my past service. I even called corporate and still have no response. Didnt receive the usual follow up survey either. Legend is right down the block from my house and super convenient, but will definitely make the trips to Platinum or Atlantic for the better service.
I am not a fan of car dealerships servicing my car lots of problems and long wait times..I went to Legend in Amityville for a recall. The horn didnt work when I left, I called Kathy she said bring it in the next day, they were the best. Kathy and the rest of the service people were courteous, no hassles and the wait time was not bad.. I would have my car serviced there again.
I just leased my car from LegendVW. Ask for Kaitlynn Van Alst if you are looking for a VW from them. She is very easy to work with. Very professional - we were there on a late Friday afternoon and she stayed after their closing hour to show me the car and worked on my lease. Pricing is competitive!
From the time I arrived at VW the young man at the desk was courteous and pleasant having a nice conversation and taking care of my car and the situation quickly . The car was taken care plus a safety checklist that wasn’t requested and a surprise car wash wich was a nice addition! They were done the time they said they would and it was a quick pick overall a great experience !
Make sure you get your spare key at the time of sale. If you don’t it will take an hour of your time to get it done. I paid a dealership fee to avoid having to go use my personal time, going to dmv or any other hassles but that is not the case. It will take them an hour to program the key (which I was not told that). So I have to wait there or get someone to pick me up after I drop the car off to be programmed (the car has to stay there to get programmed). This should have all been taken care of the day I picked up the car. Very disappointed and upset that this is the case. I didn’t receive a call when the spare key was received either. I had to call my sales person Jackie who I left a message for and she never returned my call. When I finally got though it was via text and she told me to call service myself. I know everyone’s time is valuable so that’s why I paid the dealership fee to value my time. But I guess it doesn’t matter since I have to go back to the dealership and leave my car there for an hour.
I brought my car in for service with a light on my dash. I was told I had little to no oil in my car when I have had oil changes at the necessary intervals by a local mechanic. Then when trying to resolve an issue with a diagnostic fee I was given the run around, all day long until about 5 minutes before they closed, the employee either didnt answer her phone line at all, and let it go to voicemail, or told me that her manager was in a meeting. this went on for 6 hours.
The entire Legend Volkswagen staff is amazing! Ed and his team walked my husband and I through the entire sales process which was a seamless experience. Cathy in the Service Center has always been very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend the Legend Volkswagen facility!

Congrats guys! After my nightmare visit to Atlantic VW ( read my review about my experience with them!)I decided to visit Legend VW in Amityville.Giovani who took care of me was very helpful! He did not charge for inspecting the suspension of my car and when the results come he took me to the car to show me what ever need to be replaced!!! Also the chief mechanic took time to explained and answered all my questions.Definitely a place to go if u need a dealer service!
Although we ended up purchasing elsewhere, I want to say that Brian was excellent to deal with. We worked over numbers, spoke with the sales manager and were very pleased with the entire experience. Had some follow up to do on compatibility of certain options on the car (Audi claims certain selections are not compatible with others), but otherwise everything was great. Brian was friendly. Understood that we were looking for a specific car and that we werent willing to compromise on certain options. He checked near-term deliveries, etc. to find the car we wanted. Unfortunately it didnt work out this time, but well definitely consider working with him and Legend when the current lease is nearing its end.
2nd VW and will not be our last! Great car but ABSOLUTLY the best dealership to deal with! The transacrion was fast and easy. Brian was a pleasure to deal with. Service techs are great also. All in all Legend is just a great dealership, they know how to treat there customers. Will highly recommend to friends and family.
Legend VW is the best dealer around! I have been having my cars serviced here since I was 17. Recently, I even received a free cell phone holder! What a great idea!! Now when friends see me enjoying the hands free driving experience, they see the legend logo and I tell them about how great Legend is. They must have a good marketing team to come up with this stuff.
We had a great experience at Legend Volkswagen. Our salesperson, Brian was exceptional. He was very upfront and honest which we really appreciated. He took time with us to answer any questions we had on the car, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car we wanted. The whole experience took a little over an hour. Then when we picked up the car 3 days later, Brian once again exceeded our expectations. He took his time explaining every single detail about the car. He did not rush through it at all. All in all it was an extremely pleasant experience.
I’ve been leasing from this dealership for 20 years. They are amazing at customer service. They go above and beyond for their customers. Alan Cantor is who I have had the privilege of doing business with for many years. He builds a personal relationship with you and becomes someone you would feel comfortable calling with anything you have a question about. I plan on continuing using this dealership for my leasing needs for more years to come.
Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We decided to use service from where we purchased our car even though it was about 40 minutes from home. We chose a Saturday and as promised by Anthony we were out in less than an hour and everything including a recall on our springs got done. This experience starts with our salesperson Ed Jaffe and continued with the person who directs the calls right down to Anthony in service. Good job everyone. Hi - I just leased a new Jetta , nobody looks forward to the process and hopes everything go smooth and fast . Well , I was in and out within a little over an hour , the salesman Had everything ready when I walked in , the finance guy was awesome , quick , professional and gave me advice on how to improve my credit score which I really appreciated !!!Its one of the best run dealerships Ive ever been to and the staff went above and beyond for me ! I was ready to buy. Saw Michael Paskoff on a Tuesday night to figure out which model to get. Back the following morning by 10 to appraise my trade in. Was told I couldnt get the price any lower and he couldnt do any better on the trade in. Said Id have to get it down by a thousand or Id drive to the next dealer because I believe I could get better. He got me another thousand on the trade in (aint that interesting). Left a deposit and emailed my title and registration by 2pm. Called and called and texted and emailed. Always slow to respond or got no response at all. Issue was he didnt know if he could get the car I wanted. Friday I called another dealer close by. 2 of what I want available! I leave a message for Michael and (surprise!) he calls me back within 5 minutes to tell me the other dealer is lying and they are sold and give him another day until noon (Saturday) to try to get the color/options I want. I say ok, but beyond that, I cant keep waiting and will entertain other colors. No call Saturday. I called shortly after 12 to say go ahead and look for another color. Im tired of waiting. Waited over 2 hours with still no update. Called the other dealer again and confirmed the 2 of what I want are, in fact, available and there are no pending sales on either of them. Plus, the inventory manager had not received any recent calls for availability. Drove to Amityville to request a refund on my deposit. Was told Michael was out on a test drive. The receptionist spoke to another salesman after about 10 minutes of me insisting Ill just wait. She comes back saying he was delivering a vehicle and wouldnt be back for at least an hour. Long test drive, huh? P.s. when I called Friday morning asking for Michael, I was told he wasnt at his desk. I asked if she could page him and she then said well, hes in a meeting with the owner. I said, oh, why didnt you just say so? I wouldve just taken his voicemail. She answered because if she told me he was in a meeting, it would sound like shes lying. Ya, you do sound like a liar. Dont bother with this location.
I left giovanni a bad review via their email requests, and i have NOT stopped receiving spam calls ever since. gio made up issues about my car that magically disappeared when i brought it to another VW shop. he had scammed me like this in the past, causing me to pay for unnecessary repairs and service, which is why i got a second opinion this time. if your issue is covered by your warranty, gio and his crew will definitely try to get more $$ out of you. good luck lol
I got my oil changed here on my 2012 passat which is in perfect condition and a month later my oil tank emptied out and my engine seized. I also brought my car in to have the stereo fixed 3 separate times because the sound doesnt come out properly through both channels and every time they told me theres nothing wrong. This dealership has terrible service. If you live in the area do not use this dealer. Travel a little further and use someone else.
I liked their professional behavior and the way they keep their cars. Very well maintained. Got the delivery of the car on time. But one thing where I am not satisfied at all is the after sales service. I bought jetta from them 6 months ago (April 2014). Since then, I have not heard, not a single email/letter, asking about how well the car I bought is working from me. Are there any issues or so? Nothing. My car servicing is due. I hooe they give me better experience with that. Secondly, Neil from the sales department promised after the sales that he will give me a charger after the delivery of the car- because he got the wrong one for me. But again, never heard from anyone.
The purchase experience at Legend was perfect, with no pressure and an easy process after the deal was made. Mike went out of his way to be sure the car was exactly as it was supposed to be, including accessories. The tears of joy in our daughters eye as she was handed the keys to her birthday gift said it all. Thank you to the Legend team, but especially to Mike. You made this day extra special for our daughter.
So i need a key for my wheel lug. Service guy came out and identified key number. Parts gives me wrong set. Take car for brakes and call cant get wheels off. Go back with car to legend. They want $135.00 to remove 4 lugs from my car. Dont care that they sent me away with wrong parts. Wouldnt budge. Didnt do it. Will NEVER SET FOOT ON THOSE GROUNDS AGAIN. WIll never recomend. They couldnt spare 5 minutes to correct their mistake and satisfy a customer (former).
Mixed reviews on Legend. My wife and I ultimately leased a 2018 Tiguan SE in white with black leather interior in October of 2018. We first saw a gray Tiguan on the lot that we loved and were making arrangements to lease. Gasper was our salesman. He called a few days later to tell us the gray Tiguan had an engine issue and could not pass inspection. He accommodated us greatly to find the white Tiguan. On the morning of the day we were supposed to pick up the car, Gasper again called to say the inspection machine was down so our white Tiguan could not be put through inspection -- further delaying our pick up date. Our lease rate was again lowered to accommodate the inconvenience. We agreed on an even dollar amount rate. However, the rate on the lease agreement reflected a price ending in .95. I called the credit department office, left a message for Dave and never received a call back. I also requested a copy of the inspection report to have in my records to know what our starting mileage for the lease was. Ive made several requests to obtain a copy, including one in person, from Legend to no avail. A notification about needing an oil change soon popped up the other day. The Tiguan only requires an oil change once a year or once every 10,000 miles. Before the car was sold, the settings were not updated to reflected the date of pick up to accurately track the need for an oil change. As mentioned above, its been an up and down experience with Legend so far.
Gaspar at Legend VW made the leasing process very easy. Legend was able to beat pricing of all other VW dealerships in the area. The lease return of my current vehicle was effortless and the new vehicle was nicely detailed upon delivery. I highly recommend Gaspar and look forward to working with him in the future as he is a great sales specialist.
5th vehicle obtained from Alan at Legend. As one in business, I value customer service more than anything! Price is negotiable, however, professionalism, friendliness and just getting to KNOW ones clientele cannot be taught at a training class! Alan helped us surprise our mom with gorgeous new car, (we took his word over phone that it was classy, stunning and a wow, which it was) for her 80th birthday. If in market, our family suggestion is simple: call and ask for Alan at Legend.
I had a fire under dash in my then 10 years old Passat due to a heat shield recall I was unaware of. I drove 2 miles to my house with fire and smoke coming from under dash and through the vents. I extinguished the fire by sticking a garden hose in the defrost vent.I called VW and a cust serv rep said he would have the car picked up and brought back to the Legend. The technician told me the fire was due to a leaking transmission, I told him there was no tranny leak. I confirmed by checking the place I park my car every day.They replaced the heat shield and called to say the car was ready. I got into the car and it smelled like a wet burnt old shoe.I went back in to say they had to do something about this and they said they were not resposible for the cleanup.A day later I realized that the temp control was frozen and did not work. I brought the car back to Legend. They took the dash apart and told me that the broken gear for the control had nothing to do with the fire. They really made me feel as if I was lying about a pre-fire condition. I told them I was not paying for that as the car only had 40k miles and the control worked before the fire. They put the dash back together with the broken part and sent me on my way saying there is nothing they can do.I left Legend fuming and with a new small dent in my hood and a scratch on my fender. I would think the scratch could have happened anywhere except that it was touched up! I dont think if someone hit my car in a parking lot they would stop to touch it up. I went back in and mentioned the new dent and scratch and they said there was no report about an accident so unless i had some pictures there was nothing they could do.After numerous complaints to VW corporate, the same cust serv person I had been speaking with all along called me back and asked me to bring the car to Platinum VW in Hicksville. Platinum called me to say they were replacing everything in the dash including the broken gear and evrything else damaged in the fire, They replaced glove box and removed all old carpet and sound shield and replaced with new.Cheers to Platinum VW for doing the right thing. Shame on Legend VW for being a buch of crooks. My next VW purchase will be from Platinum.
Stay away!!! A bunch of thieves. They told me they were going to pay off the last 3 payments of my lease. They never did. Do not believe what they are telling you.Just a follow up to the above. After I went there a we sorted things out. I get a call from them and they tell me: if I do not take down the review they will not help me. I told them, first help clear up the problem and I will. They insisted that I take it down first. I told them that I will not be threatened. This is the way they do business. So they refused to help me, even though they new I was right.
Terrific, professional experience working with Alan and the rest of the team at Legend. Alans wit, knowledge and zero sales pressure style won us over as soon as we met him! After 2 weeks of shopping various brands, it seemed ALL salespersons were exact same boorish, pushy people. Lucky for us, everything worked out well, and we have already referred Alan friends and neighbors as customers!

NEVER GO TO LEGEND! I purchased a brand new 2020 GTI from Legend Volkswagen and I left my Nissan Altima with them, sounds easy enough. Except for the fact that they never returned my car to Nissan and now 3 months later my credit has been destroyed. They are unprofessional and clearly do not know how to do their jobs.There are plenty of other places to buy a Volkswagen and I would highly recommend going anywhere else. If you do end up going to this dealership make sure to NEVER work with a salesman named Alan as he has no idea what he is doing.
I would give less than one star but theres no option to do so. I brought my 2014 Passat in for annual maintenance (year 2 of lease) and was told I need 4 new brakes and rotors...the cost would be $1000. I found that very hard to believe because I only had 17,000 miles on them! I brought my boyfriend in to talk to them and we were then told they cleaned them offand I should get a little more wear out of them but they would probably have to be replaced soon. Needless to say we went to a private garage and saw that the brakes and rotors were fine! The private mechanic didnt want to replace anything because there was plenty of life left in my brakes and rotors! Maybe Volkswagon was trying to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge because I am a woman. Whatever the reason is DO NOT USE THEM! They are a complete rip-off! Funny how when I went back to Volkswagon for my inspection a few months later it passed ....how would it pass if I needed 4 new brakes and rotors?! My Passat has had so many problems within the first 2 years...stalling while car is driving, complete replacement of the power steering pump and rack and pinion, fuse box washers replaced (whatever that is), they claim to have rotated the tires and never did and now the fronts must be replaced, major squeaking whenever I go over a bump...they claim theres no sqeak, and the phone bluetooth never dials the correct person. What makes me madder is that my initial plan was to buy the car outright at the end of the lease bc I really wanted to like this car, but now that I know I never want to own this piece of garbage I must pay them $350 to give it back...according to my lease. It makes me sick to pay them anything. My advice...stay away from this dealership service and Volkswagon in general.
Where do I begin, I bought a new Volkswagen Beetle in 2010. I just made 10,000 miles. Here is my problem, I have every single paper, form, cards, letters and all the manual books given to me at the time of purchase. Recently, my battery died and my radio stopped working. I read all the booklets and in one it said the radio card (which is used to reset the radio) is in the front of your Owners Literature booklet. Well guess what? it isnt and was never given to me. This dealership is running a scam, they dont give you the radio card and when your battery dies and you call them the want to charge $175.00 to give me a code that should be mine. I spoke to Corporate headquarters for Volkswagen and they said the dealership should not be charging for something that belongs to me. I am going to post this on FB also so this does not happen to someone else. First of all I would not buy another car from this dealership (LEGEND AUTORAMA) at 158 Merrick Road, Amityville, NY. They keep your radio card since you dont know its something you will need in the future and then charge you to give it to you. A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

2022-02-24The person who assisted me the whole time during my car PM and recalls was Heather. She is absolutely a sweetheart! She asked me questions about my vehicle issue and kept me posted on when my car would be ready. I even got a complementary wash :-). It took a little longer for my vehicle to get the proper car but she did inform me due to the holiday and extra cars and short staffed; it would take a bit longer. Which was not an issue for me. I am very grateful for the communication and response time she gave me. Thank you VW!! Heather is a great Asset to your company!!

2022-04-15When I enterred Legend VW, I was greeted by Heather. She was very polite and professional. She said good morning and welcome to Legend VW and was zi here dor an appointment. I was then asked what is wrong with my car. That is where I told Heather what was wrong with my car, she rook notes to give to the technician, it was then I a way as made aware of the $150 refundable service charge to diagnose my car. Heather took my personal information and let me know she would call me after the diagnosis of my car was done. I brought my car in on a Friday and I was called aboht 4 hours asterI brought my car in and Heather informed me that my car needed a wiring harness, which needed to be ordered and would be there on Monday. Heather said I could pick up my car and being it in Monday morning or leave it there so the technician could take out the faulty harness and have it ready to install the new one when it gets there on Monday. I was called and told my car was ready and it was covered under my warranty and no charge to me. I was totally satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the technician and the whole Legend VW team. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommending Legend to all my family and friends.

2022-04-15Very accommodating. I had a leaky sunroof and the technician stayed late to finish because it was going to rain that night. He was able to fix the problem and test overnight with the rain that was coming in.

2022-03-18Heather is who I dealt with in the service department was such a pleasure, I dropped car off for a routine service and she was so amazing in keeping me informed with what’s going on and where we were timeframe wise which really put my mind at ease while my beloved car was in for service. They also provided a very nice 2022 VW TAOS as a loaner which was nice to use for the week! Overall really great and pain free experience and I never bother to write these!

2021-10-18Excellent customer service. I had one of the best car buying experience of my life. I initially sent to Huntington VW (terrible customer service and hidden fees) but ended up at legend. I was able to get my car in a matter of hours, no pushy sales person and no one tried to sell us unnecessary insurances. Am looking forward to recommending them to my friends and family.

2021-12-27Atlas is the worst car I ever drove. I had an appointment with the service department for the 2nd time in 2 months. First time I had an engine leak.This time my brakes were grinding like the car was 20 years old. Sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesnt. They said the brake noise is normal and that it is loud truck and found nothing wrong with car. My appointment was at 730 am and the said it actually isnt the time your appointment is its when you speak to someone from the department, but I was told to have it there at 7:30. I have leased cars for 30 years and never had an issue. If you have or think about getting a Volkswagon DONT!!!! They are terrible!!! The service is terrible and they have no respect for your time!! I hate that I am stuck with this truck 3 more years!! I wish I can get rid of it!!!

2021-12-23They identified the issue with my GTI and installed a new door wiring harness which resolved the issues. Everyone was super nice, especially Heather. I’d recommend Legend to anyone that has a VW that needs service done.
