I work for Advanced Medical & Dental. Weve been using Lenco Lab for 3 years. Theyre amazingly quick with results. Jimmy is our rep and he is very helpful with any issues that may occur. We call and hes there for us. I highly recommend this lab and Jimmy as a rep. Both are courteous and professional. You would be lucky to work with both.
Fastest turn around time. I came to Lenco because the wait time at Quest, LabCorp, and Northwell was not acceptable. Lenco staff was well trained and knowledgeable. They tested my blood and nasal swab on site and I was able to carry on with my day. Definitely worth it! Thanks Lenco!

Lenco has been amazing to us! Though we are a small practice, they treat us no differently, if not better. They have been and continue to be punctual, extremely responsive and very reliable. Our patients have complimented us on our lab results fast turn-around time and its all thanks to Lenco!On one instance, a few months back, our centrifuge broke and while it would normally take us two weeks to replace it, our rep, Aaron, was kind enough to go out of his way to deliver a replacement by 7 p.m. the same day. Got some annual blood work and testing done. Got back the bill and it was $1400. No heads up that it was out of network or going to be $1400. This is terribly ridiculous and expensive. I checked regular prices online and it said max $600 at the highest cost.
Lenco is the best lab there is. I have gotten two covid tests from them and was able to get my results so quickly! I have also gotten multiple blood tests from them. They were extremely professional and empathetic which attributes to how great their customer service is. Overall so quick, painless and trust worthy. I highly recommend using this lab whenever you need anything done!!

I have been using Lenco Lab services for more than a decade. The Lab provides with complete list of services including specimen pickup in doctors offices, house calls, or working with the patients at the numerous Laboratory locations in the city. The Lab is able to deploy mobile stations for testing in emergency situations as well.The laboratory results are available for viewing on line, or can be sent by fax or delivered in mail on timely fashion. Laboratory staff is very supportive and always eager to resolve any kind of miscommunication.I am happy to tell my patients that Lenco Lab is able to provide them with COVID test results in 24 hours, which is very important for people with travel plans.I strongly recommend Lenco Diagnostic Laboratory for medical professionals.And I wish Lenco continued success!
I have managed Queens Medical Group since 1986. We have certainly had our share of experiences with MANY labs. Of course, not all have been good. However, in 2020 just as the pandemic initiated, in great need of reliable service , my Rep , Joy, came through like a shining star!! I work with Advanced medical group and we have been working with Lenco for many years, and I’m more than happy with the overall experience with this company. The customer service experience is always wonderful with every representative always being helpful and very respectful, and all test results are processed very quickly and on time. And especially with the current COVID-19 situation and the insane amount of tests coming through every day, I have to give Lenco’s service a 5 star rating, mostly because it’s quicker than other labs, and because of all the quick, easy and professional experiences I’ve had working with this company compared to other labs our office has worked with.
Ive been doing business with Lenco for a few months now and I cannot say enough nice things about this lab! I am good friends with Michele, one of the administrators, and have gotten to know several of the people working at the lab as well. They are always friendly, prompt and attentive. If there is an issue, its handled immediately. I cannot recommend Lenco enough to other healthcare establishments and patients! They are the best!
My office now uses Lenco exclusively. Their lab is exceptional. Reports come back quickly and efficiently. We have a large senior patient base and their home draw staff is wonderful. During this difficult pandemic it is important to have Covid19 results quickly and they dont disappoint. Our rep, Michael Rapone, is wonderful. Lenco Lab has been a very efficient lab to work with during this time of the pandemic. Our clinic representative Brad has always been extremely helpful and reliable, consistently informing us with any new updates for us to stay up to date with protocols. His visits to the office assures us that we are in good hands and always have help available to us when we need it. Was happy with their location on E13 street,but 86 street location is awful, tiny place with strange room,little place,even medical supplies were store strangely. Wont go there again.These kind of lab shoud have better place
I work for City Health Urgent Care and we’ve been using Lenco since the summer of 2020. They have been nothing short of excellent. We use them for our COVID tests. I have had nothing but a positive experience working with Lenco, you get personalized service that you dont get when using other labs. They did pregnancy blood work for me for both my pregnancies, they have drawn blood on both my young children, and done multiple COVID-19 tests for my family. Turn around time on results was fast and accurate. They were extremely professional and the phlebotomists has great bedside manner with my children. I highly recommend using them.
Hands down, Lenco Lab is the best Lab in tri-state aria. Check-in was super seamless and appointment times right on schedule. Patients are greeted with friendliness and warmth at the front desk. Everyone who walks through the door is made to feel super welcome and accommodated, and it is genuine! Bedside manner is 10/10. All personal is so kind and personable! Above and beyond. Lenco laboratories is very professional and they make sure that all reports are accurate and processed in a timely fashion. The reports are never delayed and when there is an issue customer service is very helpful and they will fix the issue for you immediately. I’ve had great experiences using lenco at both an urgent care that I used to and now at a derm office! The rep for both offices was nothing but helpful. Such a better experience than using one of the chain labs. Plus they take pretty much all insurances which makes life a lot easier on the back end. Patients are very satisfied with the turn around time as well

I have been in practice for over 20 years using Quest, Sunrise, and Labcorp and recently started using Lenco Lab. In all my years I have never had such a tremendous user experience. My representative works tirelessly on my behalf. When I call a person answers, I am rarely on hold, they are responsive, courteous, appreciative of my business and my patients, often going out of their way to make me look better. There report are easy to read and place all the abnormal values on the first page making it easy to summarize. Their phone app is better than anyone else. It honestly feels like a family business but with 21st century technology. It is hard to imaging that a new company could infiltrate the stranglehold that the larger companies have on this industry but I promise that with your first interaction you will see a difference. I work hard to take great care of my patients and the laboratory with whom I work is an important extension of that care - as a third generation physician I could not ask for a better partner. I have been dealing with Lenco on a daily basis, for the last 3 1/2 years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The staff is courteous and helpful that includes the delivery person who drops off my supplies when I need them in a hurry because I forget to order in advance . We also have a wonderful rep Brad who is always checking in and there to help when he can!

Turn around time for results are quick, simple and reader friendly. The interface is easy to navigate. Lenco lab is very responsive and gets back to you right away. Zero star if possible. Worst customer service in my 10+ years in the health care industry. Calling in for a covid test result and being told it cannot be given and the result must be given to the doctors office. only a simple positive or negative on the result. No hippa violation whatsoever, it is only bad office policy.
Best customer service of any lab I’ve encountered over 30 years of practice.I can send a COVID PCR at 7 pm and receive results early next morning. The site is the easiest to manage and, if I have a question, I text my account manager, Brad, who usually calls or texts me right back. I highly recommend Lenco

Our practice has been using Lenco since 2019. Lenco has adapted well to keep up with high COVID-19 testing demand during the height of the pandemic. While there have been some hiccups over the past year due to this extreme pressure, our lab representative has been attentive to our needs and gone above and beyond to ensure out patients receive results as quickly as possible. They are flexible with meeting our ever changing needs and quick to answer questions and respond to requests.

We have been using Lenco at our multispecialty practice for a number of years and we only have good things to say. Very professional and have done an exceptionally good job during the pandemic. When we had trouble with other labs trying to meet the high demand and turn around time for COVD PCR, Lenco was the only one there to really get the job done for us. LENCO LAB Is amongst the best private medical labs in new york city. Staff are all well trained and competent. Patient Service centers are fully accomodating with quicker in and out times than many larger commercial operations. I have heard only good reviews from my patients. Had the most awesome service from Lenco today. I had my covid testing done on Tuesday by another lab and needed my results back today for my morning travel tomorrow. I never got the email back for the results and upon going back to the urgent care, they were closed for today and tomorrow for Chinese New Year. I went to Lenco in the afternoon and got results for the PCR test this evening. I am extremely happy with their service. I would definitely recommend coming here for covid testing!

They are Great ! Brad Rapone is my rep. Hands down, the best drug/medical device/product rep I ever had. Always answers his phone when I call. If there is an issue, he rectifies it immediately. When using the other big lab companies, unless u are a big client, u are ignored for the most part. Fast turn around time as well, rarely a problem with insurances.

I mean, I truly dont understand how all these 5 star reviews are on here. It seems like nothing but fake or solicited reviews but whatever. This lab is a mess, their billing dept is beyond rude. They literally yell at you and no one listens to a word you say. Greedy, careless company that truly does NOT care about the patient, I dont care what these other reviews claim to say.
I was impressed with the level of service. Front of the house as well back of the house, the phlebotomist was amazing I didn’t even feel the stick, i got the results directly to my email. Will continue using Lenco lab for all my needs!!

Did few tests with Lenco, and received all the results very fast. Patient portal is very convenient, and I was able to to see the stages of my tests (collected, in progress, final copy). Stuff is friendly and professional, and I did not get a bruise after blood collection, a special thanks to nurse!
The 80th Street Residence, located in the Upper East Side, is a NYS DOH licensed Assisted Living Residence entirely devoted to memory care. As such, as the COVID crisis began, we were scrambling to figure out a safe way to have our 70 Residents and 100 Staff members tested weekly. A physician connected me with Brad Rapone from Lenco Laboratories and that problem was solved. Lenco never failed to provide us with sufficient tests and results were back in an amazing amount of time. I don’t know what we would do without them. My doctor had Lenco send a flobotomist to my house at the peak of the pandemic. They tested me, my elderly mom, and aunt. Covid antibody tests and regular bloodwork. The Lenco staff were amazing. On time, and easy to schedule. The blood draws were done very gently. Results were ready in two days. I would definitely Recommend.

Brad Rapone is our rep and he is awesome....He comes by regularly to update us on the newest and easiest testing, follows up on all my requests PERSONALLY and is always available if there is an issue that need handling....He is basically my go to for all lab issues. If I could give higher then five I would.....
My Doctors Office just cancelled the contract with this place, per my request. This happened because the field techs and internal office staff are very discourteous, uncaring, disrespectful and very unethical. These people lie and give anyone who has a complaint the runaround by placing you on hold for 20-30 minutes with absolute zero intention of transferring to anyone. Instead, youre left in hold limbo and are forced to hang up the phone without ever being able to reach the rightful department. This toxicity of field techs and supervisors seems to be the cultural norms at Lenco, because no staff members answering phones will ever know who to forward your call to. Theres no Director or Manager to speak to, Ever! I guess if you cant get in touch with anyone, they have no complaint to document and/or report. Ive also come to realize that many of these 5 Star reviews are blatantly fake. Caveat Emptor. Conduct business with these people at your own risk!!!!!!!

Im kind of surprised by all these negative reviews. After having gone to Quest the last several times I had blood work (which was kind of awful), I went to Lenco this time and was impressed. Incredibly fast and professional. Had an 1pm appointment, and was done and out the door in 20 minutes. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

2022-03-13Took a COVID test on 01/25 for traveling purposes, didnt opt for the rapid exam as it was not needed so I waited the ~3 business days for my result. Keep in mind this was a Free COVID test. My swab test was sent to this lab and 2 months later I receive a bill for $405 dollars relating to the lab work for my COVID test. I cant begin to imagine how many people this lab attempts to scam people/insurance companies as these exams are free. If you get a bill from this lab, take it up with your insurance and do not pay it. Absolute scam of a lab trying to take advantage of people.
