The office was clean and my test was done professionally. My experience started a little oddly but I think I will return in the future.
Lenox Hill Radiology is a quality state of the art facility that provides exceptional service.
Technician was a 1/2 hour late other than that wasnt a terrible experience.
Place was very clean and staff was very organized and pleasant to meet. The technitions were very caring and walked me through each process from the mammogram machine to the sonogram room.I will definitely return!!
When I arrived at the desk to check in 4 my mammography I met a young beautiful lady named named Jodeci who I spoke to on the previous day. I was in a wheelchair all I could see was a young ladys eyes and when she stood up I said you are so beautiful and I asked her name and she said Jodeci. To my surprise she remembered our conversation yesterday. She was very professional kind helpful and I can go on and on about this young lady. Then I was met by another wonderful woman named Volga who did my mammography. Again very kind very sweet very professional woman. Then I had to go for a series of back X-rays due to a fall and I met Dana this young lady again very kind professional sweet and empathetic to the fact that I was getting these x-rays cuz I may have had a hairline fracture somewhere in my lumbar spine. She explained to me that the type of x-rays ordered by my doctor usually are post-surgical done I advised her the reason why. She was very gentle maneuvering my body on the table into a fetal position and then kind of like a hog tie position. The people employed there at ACP who are Lenox Hill Radiology employees are the best ladys I ever met while being at ACP I chose a new PCP because my PCP at ACP treated me like a child which I didnt appreciate as I turn 61 years old yesterday and spent the whole day theyre having tests and exams these ladies need to be commended for their excellent excellent personalities their excellent professionalism two people with disabilities or not. God bless them all
This entire building is awesome, they are all nice, efficient and accommodating.
Waited an hour to be seen. Had 315 appointment, I got there at 250. Wasn’t seen until 415. Sono lady didn’t seem like she knew how to work sono machine and needed help. I hope the results are Accurate

2022-03-03Once the technician arrived the lady ahead of me was done in 5 minutes. When I got in she explained positioning for 3 views and I too was done in about 5 minutes. She was very polite and good explaining what to expect in results and possible MRI would be good if X-ray unfounded.

2021-06-15My experience was a as pleasant as pleasant could be for an X-ray. Clean profession and made to feel comfortable. But the real star of the show was Kim N at the front desk. What a sweet and professional woman. I watched her juggle me and other patients being the only one at the counter. She was kind courteous and all with a genuine smile. And really putting her best foot forward all while dealing with computers that would not cooperate. She was so polite as she asked customers to be patient as she would be with them as soon as possible. Customer service like this is something to behold. Three cheers to great Customer Service!!!

2021-12-01Today at the Babylon location I was the only one for an X-ray but I had to wait a while for the technician to appear and then I had to keep waiting because looked like my information was not available on the computer. Finally the info came and I got my X-ray done. Maybe the people were tired because it was almost closing time, but they werent too friendly. Maybe was a bad day.
