No one calls you back. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for over a week. I’ve tried calling and have been sent to different departments that hang up on you or keep transferring until it’s a number that hangs up and I’ve tried online which never got back to me after multiple attempts. I even spoke to a supervisor who took my name and information 4 days ago and no one has gotten back to me. Complete waste of time. These are life and death situations people are dealing with.
Horrible horrible!!!! They (secretaries in front desk) had my mother coming back and for to have a test where she had to stop eating for 6 hours. First they said she was suppose to drink a liquid, second time that she wasnt suppose to drink the liquid, third time they lost the referral. This last time i call like the other times to confirm they had everything done and to make sure the instructions they gave her were the right ones and that they had the new referral that the primary office had send and they said yes. Now that we come they said they never got it. How can they be so inept. Never again im steping a foot in this place.
I had such a great experience at Lenox Hill! I did my breast biopsy today and the staff made it so much easier and comfortable. Ann from the front desk answered all my questions regarding my bill and health insurance. The nurse Robin definitely calmed me down since I was really nervous for this first biopsy. She told me all the necessary information very patiently and softly. The doctor assistant, Olive, who did the ultrasound for me offered professional suggestions. Plus she was so pleasant to talk with, making the waiting time more fun! And finally the doctor Waldman did the biopsy so fast and professionally. Knowing how nervous I was, he used his funny stories to distract me and the whole process was just within 10 minutes. The biopsy procedure was not bad at all! I wish everyone stay safe and healthy, but if you ever need an exam, this place is definitely going to be your first choice.
The Asian front desk receptionist with grey hair is ABSOLUTELY IDIOT. She doesnt care what shes doing and she couldnt even handle a tiny thing. To just look for my doctors name in the system, she took 30min and couldnt find it. She made a tiny thing such a huge problem!!! Just because of her stupidity, I had to make multiple phone calls with my doctor, and had all the other receptionists come to help her. Thanks to Susan who finally helped me solve the problem. The only problem is this Asian receptionist never know or not even bother to try different ways(e.g.first name, clinic name) when the last name is not searchable. Because of her, I wasted almost AN HOUR to just to solve the problem she created! And she never admit her careless and stupidity!! And she gave me such a bad attitude just because she made a mistake! Ridiculous!!!The staff in there seriously needed to be coached!!! Shes careless and you can hardly understand a word she said. Someone like her will just push more customers away! I will not use this Lenox location again as long as this lady is there!
I was nervous at first to get biopsy...nurse Robin explained everything to me...she was great!!!...at the desk they was very professional...especially Ann....u/s lady Olive put my nerves at ease...andDr. Michael Waldman was fantastic....they were all in the room with me..except ann...and to really put my nerve at ease they actually started singing...lol..but kept a professional level...they were great. I was not nervous anymore...and did not feel a thing. I would like to say Thank you again...everyone was great and professional.
I had a great experience at Lenox Hill Radiology Flushing. the wait time was significantly lower than at other branches. My nurse Olivia was very kind and helpful. I had Dr. Michael Waldman for my biopsy who was efficient kind and answered any questions I had. The entire staff was nice and reassured me many times. I would recommend the flushing location to anyone who needs a biopsy.
The people there were very professional, gave precise instructions, the wait time was short like 15-20m and tech doing my ultrasound was instructive I understood what to do and whats going on. Receptionist had the whole register process done very smoothly. I think this place deserves a rating at the very least lolOther points I saw was the place was very accessible near the q65 and had the escalating chair for those with walking disabilities. Facility was very clean (have not used bathroom so I would only assume) and people there were kind and smiling.
Great! Lenox Hill made me feel comfortable. They have a great system. I filled out my paperwork and sent them through the secure website prior to my visit. So I could spend less time inside. Getting a copy of the disc takes longer than the test. I wish they would upgrade their internet system.
The check in process was quick and easy. My MRI tech was lovely her name was Earchna (spelling may not be correct). My biggest complaint was the wait....1hr 35mins.....and no one came and said anything. At 5pm everyone at the operating desk up and left. Which left me with questions and no answers. Not sure if this is how it always is, as this is the first time Ive been here. Just FYI.
As scary as it was having a Breast biopsy.. The staff made me feel so at ease.. The staff was totally awesome and made my experience a breeze. Thank you so much for your heart warming professionalism through all of this. I received my results in no time and Thank God it was benign..
I feel so blessed to have the biopsy here. The teamwork is super, beginning with the front desk Ann, patiently explaining everything to me; then the technician Olives assurance and friendliness; finally the proficiency and personal care by Dr. Waldman. I wasnt even aware that the procedure was done already, good job Dr. Waldman!!!! The last mammogram given by Maria ends my biopsy experience. Thank you all! Praise God for your excellent service in our community!!!
Ive been getting services at Lenox Hill Radiology for a few years now, and I have never had any inconveniences up until now. It has nothing to do with the company itself, but with its employees—well, at leats with one of them in the last occasion.I had an appointment for an echocardiogram, and I almost ended up in the ER with a tremendous neck pain because I have a few herniated discs in the spine. The gentleman, the one incharged in the room for the echocardiogram exam, was very rude. First of all, as a patient, I deserve at least some respect from the, professionals taking care of me. It looks like this guy doesnt understand much about ethics, however. At any rate, the main issue I had was that I explained him that I have two hernias in my spine (cervical area), and that, for that very reason, i cannot stay in one position for too long. Nevertheless, he kept saying, DONT MOVE, DONT MOVE! Like if he was dealing with a robot or someone as clumsy as himself. He should have been more understandable of my condition, and allowed me to take small breaks during the exam. However, It looked like he was annoyed, and in a rush the whole time. His attitude was not professional at all.I understand that these type of procedures need to be done with caution for our own safety, but it doesnt justify the lack of consideration towards the patients. Im sure that a few seconds of waiting wouldnt have delayed his work, but he was so worried about getting it done ASAP.I wouldnt like to say anything negative about this place but i wouldnt like other patients that are paying for these exams to get treated the same way because these services are not FREE.Management should assess their employees, and look for sings of carelessness, impatience, or reckless behavior in the workplace; and then they should actually do something about it.I hope they are able to read this comment, and start taking care of this issue ASAP because we are not paying to get yelled at or to see rude people. Thats all I have to say. Thank you.
I had a car accident, and I was on crutches for a several months, I was the last patient of the day, and Ms. Archana Hardat, the MRI technician, helped me tremendously. Four months later, I went to the radiology without crutches, but my leg was still in pain. Both times, Ms. Hardat was outstandingly kind and tried to accommodate my poor leg condition.I am extremely thankful for her. It is clear that she cares about the patients who come to Lennox Hill in Flushing. I strongly recommend this radiology place.
The service was excellent. The facility is in desperate need of an update. Even though it is not, being so old, it appears dirty. Light bulbs out, floor tiles worn, some chairs need to be replaced, wallpaper is tapped up, ceiling tiles dirty and worn. I don’t understand with all of the new facilities around that they don’t put a little back in? If so I would have given 5 stars. Just a little constructive feed back.
The receptionist Mrs. Wang is very nice and professional . I am not patient in Flushing site but Lenox Hill Radiology on 77 street. she helped me to upload CD ( previous data) today for doctor in Manhattan today , which she could just simply refuse to do . I appreciate a lot.
Very quick in and out. The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. However, the nightmare began with the X-ray technician. First, he constantly had trouble operating the computer which suggests he was inexperienced. Second, he had to do multiple retakes exposing me to extra unnecessary radiation. Third, he made no effort to shield my reproductive organ from radiation exposure even after I made a request.I worked in a radiology center for many years.
I had a little bit of a scare recently and had to have a biopsy. I had the luck of having it performed by Dr.Waldman & Jessica. They were absolutely amazing super entertaining, I forgot what was happening! It went by so fast. I appreciate them bringing me that moment of comfort at the time I needed it most.
My experience was soooooo wonderful . Not so much with the girl who got me to sign my name on the sheet. She was a little cold . Some dark hair girl . But the Asian woman who registered me into the system who I showed my ID and referral and insursnce was sweet as pie. She whispered the private questions to protect my privacy I really appreciated it . She was very thorough and made the experience better. The wait time was as expected . They are very organized . When I went inside I met my tech and he was this petite lovely guy . I was very nervous and he explained and took time about what I needed to do . Later , he got my IV in matter of seconds. I honestly give him five stars. I was nervous and he said it will be ok . He went over the procedure step by step of the abdominal and pelvis ct . I had this test somewhere else to my head with IV contrast also and it didn’t go well . But I felt nothing . He was very knowledgeable . I recommend Lennox Hill Radiology in flushing to anyone who is scared of tests . They will calm you down and they are professional and know thier stuff. Love you Ming my tech . ❤️Love you Lennox Hill!!💖
First of all, the medical assistants were talking behind the receptionists in front of me. Second, I waiting more than 2 hours for the damn ultrasound. Did not give me correct instructions in the beginning and cost me two hours of waiting.Never come back to this place. Staff are nice. But the bad managent.
This is a clean, professional establishment with some of the friendliest and most efficient staff. There is a parking lot for patients convenience. The young lady at the front desk helped me with my authorization and prescription issues and got me in on a Friday afternoon. I was also kept informed about when I could expect to go back for my imaging. Jimmy performed my MRI and he was thorough in explaining the procedure highlighting the pros and cons and offering support to me throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure and I recommend this place to everyone. Triple A and 5*!!
Every time I call this place and speak with the front desk I receive nothing but courtesy professionalism and respect. They respect your privacy and are understanding and have full knowledge of their practices. They are informative and are empathetic. They smile with you and overall just make you feel welcome. I appreciate this place so much. Thanks for your services.
I made an appointment for 12:30, got there a few minutes early, filled out paperwork which took 5 minutes as I had been there 3 weeks prior. After an hour of waiting I ask if they know when I will be going in. They dont know. Said someone will call me. After another 20 minutes, someone calls me and takes me to another waiting area downstairs. After waiting there for another half hour, I go search for someone and the place looks like its deserted. I finally see someone and she says they will call me. I go upstairs to get a survey sheet so I can fill it out….I get back down in 30 seconds and another patient says they called my name. I go back to find someone, to tell her and she says there are a couple of people ahead of me, even though she just called my name 30 seconds ago. I am fuming. At 2:45 I finally see the technician who is done in 15 minutes. This is 2 1/2 hours later. I believe the entire staff was out to lunch. They should not book appointments when no one is available. My time is just as valuable. I went back up, requested my records and do not plan to ever go back or recommend anyone to go there. Theyre scheduling process is dysfunctional.
Went to get an HSG very professional and clean me being a nervous and scared person the staff and doctor made me feel comfortable they talked me into every detail and also while doing the procedure they talked me through and let me now what they were doing very gentle I felt some cramping but not painful recommend this place to anyone that wants to get an HSG 🙂
Staff was very friendly and reassuring, especially during my first experience with a biopsy. The doctor was super nice. I would have given a 5 start rating, however, I had to wait over an hour to do a 2 min scan because of an unforseen circumstance. I would return and recommend this facility to others.
I found this place to be something I never expected. I was very late for my appointment but the staff was extremely kind and thoughtful. They offered me something cold to drink and asked me to relax I was already late. The doctor has special personality. He made you feel comfortable even through the biopsy. He continuously kept you informed of everything it was doing so you would not feel frightened. I would recommend this place to anyone services.
If i could give less than one star i would.. when called for appt we were told u can walk in. However appt was made for 12.15 pm for my mom, who is a diabetic. Arrived at 12.05 and still waiting at 2 pm. And now says it will be another 45 minutes or so.. but no guarantee. Previously it has taken only 10-15 minutes so we are not prepared for 3 hours stay today and its horrible we will have to go back with out getting a 15 minute test. When asked if it was busy day with biopsies, why give appt at 12.15. Response was we dont do appts, some outside agency does. When mentioned about how babysitting was arranged based on their given appt and about my mom being diabetic .. no care.
These people who work here dont know what the fu#c they are doing. They do not know how to manage things. I called one week earlier at this location to make an appointment for the xray but the stupid lady on the phone told me that I can just walk in and dont need appointment for the xray. One week later I walk in and waited almost 1 hour and 30 mins and the fu#king chi$ese guys at the front told me it would have been better if you had made an appointment. I felt like punching the guy in the face. I will never come to any doshi diagnostic location. Bunch of idiots working here. I would not give any star if that option was available.
I was very impressed with the staff and service provided to me today! Thanks to Susan at reception she was phenomenal and very efficient in her duties. Miss Ling Lee and Maritsa was also warm and frofessional!I was impressed today as I had a very bad experience last visit!
Horrible place. Appointment was at 1pm at 4 pm they tell us that it will be another 40 mins. This place is a joke in the name of professionalism. Waited for 3 hrs and 40 mins to get an MRI done. Never come here even if you are dying...they will just expedite the dying process. These guys should be unemployed and this place should be shut down.
The worst place to take exams I went three time and alway something happened the secretary Fuan or Suan Asian lady was so disrespectful and inefficient, also the make me wait more than 3 hours in the place she didn’t help the patient and make a lot mistake. I don’t recommend this place to anyone
The worst experience ever...Ive been waiting 2 hours for my appointment. Only go there if you have nothing else to do and have a whole day to spare. The staff are unapologetic for the wait and could careless if you are in pain. I hope there are other companys out there that provide the same service. Still waiting.
I was a patient there for the first time and had a good experience, this time I got my daughter to come, I was in the lower level. The front desk staff Susan was very friendly and helped us right away. We felt welcomed. The Ultrasound tech made us feel welcomed and helped us feel at ease with our concerns. I really appreciate them. Thank u.Happy New Year!
My experience with the flushing Lenox Hill Radiology Clinic was very very comforting the staff was very nice upon entering the building I was treated very nice and personal Doctor Michael wolman was the best doctor Ive ever had the the technicians were very nice everything was on schedule and ready to go
Very professional staff on this downtown flushing location staff was very professional from start of receptionist and both technicians very professional, unlike Kew Gardens very unprofessional no respect for patients information manager was very loud and abrupt hence I never went back highly recommend downtown flushing loved it you guys got 6 stars🦸♂️🦸♂️🦸♂️👌
I just have one complaint. Every time I have to wait so long to do my exams. Today I stayed there for 2 hours while when I made the appointment, the lady on the phone told me that it should be done less than one hour. Beside that, I like the place and the people who work there.
I arrived an half an of hour before my appointment time, however, I didnt have to wait too long before I was called. The nurses were wonderful, they explained everything to me. They were all polite and very professional. When the doctor came in to perform the biopsy, he was very polite and he explained the procedure to me. I am very satisfied with the service I received today. One nurse remarked shes so calm! I prayed before I left home, and they were just so pleasant, and that helped a great deal. I am 100% satisfied, thanks.
Took my father here to get an MRI for his knees. Very good environment. Staff was outgoing and kind. Sonia and Susan at the front desk are great and extremely helpful. The MRI Technician Naveen was also very kind and helpful. Not a long waiting time. Would highly recommend!
I have a 2hrs waiting period and I was very upset but when my name was called and the technician walked me into the room everything changed she was the sweetest person anyone would like to meet, very professional and exhibit the qualities of an excellent tech. I left the facility smiling. I will always return to the Flushing location.
Beware of this place. I received a bill for $200 when my insurance was in network. I tried to clear it up with the manager at this office over the phone but she gave me a major attitude telling me that they never sent me a bill. Do bills just appear out of thin air with Doshi Diagnostics written all over it? I wont be going back here again.
4 stars for the technitions. She was very thorough in doing the sonogram. She nformed me as to when the test results would be received by my doctor. She didnt rush me during the procedure. My only complaint is that both this time and the last time I was misinformed about what to do before the procedure.
This was my first time at the Flushing Lenox Hill Radiology center. Ann at the front desk was very helpful and instrumental in getting all my paperwork in and taking care of the insurance situation. Olive , the US technician, had provided thorough explanation of the upcoming procedure, clarified all the details and answered all my questions. Dr. Waldman performed the procedure in highly professional manner, and very smooth. I was encouraged and supported throughout the entire procedure and felt comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this place and glad i choose them for myself.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This is very disorganized place after Lenox took over, place went downhill. Inconsiderate towards patients. I would never recommend it. Julie the manager didn’t take any accountability when she made me reschedule the test after waiting in the waiting area for over an hour because apparently the doctor needs to leave. No vibpensationboffered for the time and amount spent getting to the facility.Would never recommend.
I was there for a mammogram and bone density test. From the minute I enter Lennox hill radiology it was a wonderful experience. The lady that took all my information was pleasant and professional. And the two women that gave me my mammogram and bone density test were friendly, professional and knowledgeable . The wait time was not more the 5 minutes . It was a great experience .

2022-05-12Wow wow wow! Currently writing this review while I have the receptionist refund me my copay and cancel them billing anything to my insurance. I have been waiting for two hours for an MRI and X-ray and still nothing. If you value your time and professionalism you will find another location. Patient beware!

2022-04-08Professional, Efficient and caring service, starting with the reception area to the procedure room. Olivia performed my sonogram explaining what she was doing throughout the process. I no longer dread the annual appointment or any necessary follow up.

2022-02-11I had a lot of fear about having a breast biopsy done as I had never had one before. The staff at Lenox Hill Radiology in Flushing is wonderful; kind, reassuring and gentle. I had a core biopsy done by Dr Michael Waldman. Highly experienced, kind and funny and that totally took my mind off of my things.. The nurses Robin and Maria and Dr. Waldman are top notch and so very nice. Shout out to Ann who handled scheduling the appointment for me and greeted me. All I felt was a pinch for the anesthetic; nothing more than what you would feel getting a vaccine and no discomfort during the procedure. I had worked up soooo much stress over this and i and I was pleasantly surprised and very relieved. Whew! Nice small welcoming facility, too.

2022-03-07I wish I could give this place a 0 star. I had an 11:15 am appointment and I waited almost 2 hours to get my MRI. This is not the first time. They overlap the appointments and the waiting room is crowded. They really need to do better

2022-07-04This is easily the best medical experience I have ever had. Dr. Waldman asked if I wanted to watch the procedure, helped me so I could see what was going on, talked me through the whole experience, and was very concerned about me feeling at all uncomfortable.

2022-06-20Wasting time! Last minute cancellation! They deserve -10 if only google allows it. Avoid this place, go somewhere else. Our patient time is just as valuable as any others.
