Everything was as I expected. The Facility was clean and the Staff was professional, courteous and welcoming.
I had a 2pm appointment for a complete umbilical ultrasound (fasted for 6 hours) and they waited to tell me at 2:25pm they can’t do it. They sent me texts for paper work and reminders but not tell me to reschedule. They waited a whole week since I booked the appointment to tell me they don’t have the equipment. I have a “growth” in my body that has to wait ANOTHER week just to be seen. Words can’t explain how upset I am. In other words, my LIFE (I don’t know what I have in me! Cyst? Cancer?)means nothing to this place because out of 7 days they couldn’t pick up the phone to just book me a different appointment.
The technicians are kind, gentle and talked me through each step of my procedure.

LHR never have my name correct I have been complaining about this forever now ,each time I go I have to tell them my middle initial is not D I call several times for it to be corrected and to no avail. Someone please fix it and remove the D please.Got there for 8:15am LHR said 8:10am(8:30am appointment) and the room was dark no one was there to assist I had to sit in the dark room until someone came around 8:30am.But I do like Victoria she is nice she took care of my sonogram.
Lenox Hill Radiology in Valley Stream, is a very clean and well maintained facility. They take all precautions during this pandemic, and still give the best service to the patients. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. This isnt my first time there. Ive had mammograms there now for the past several years. This experience today, of the warmth and compassion they showed, should be mimicked throughout the world, especially during these times. It would make the world a better place.
I felt very welcomed, the front desk was Extremely professional and time efficient. The engineer was very kind and understanding of my situation. She was patience withe me. She made sure daughter and were comfortable.
They were fast, efficient and professional. I’ve been going there for years and never had an issue! I’ve always heard about horror stories from other women who have gotten mammograms which were painful. Never had that experience and Lenox Hill in Valley Stream! I actually look forward to my annual tests! And who doesn’t love to make an appointment and be seen and taken care of on time? All 5 stars for me! 😊
The office was clean. Technicians were friendly and made sure exams were done correctly. They took the time to ask questions and check in on patients. Appointment was easy to get and on time. I would highly recommend this office.
Fast efficient service. Only thing after sonogram was given course hand napkin to use on my private area. Not hygienic at all. Please ensure adequate care for feminine care. Also the was no sign on the outside of the building. I had to call the office to get directions.
The office was very efficient. We werent in any space with more than 1 other person which allowed for proper social distancing. The radiology technician worked quickly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

The receptionist was warm, efficient and friendly. The xray technician was also warm friendly, efficient, gentle and efficient. The whole process took a quick 15 minutes from time of arrival to time of exit. However although the blinds were down in the xray room, theres a space to the left of them th6which i could see the people (not patients) gathered standing. Guess what? If i could see them because they were right up against the window, then they could see me. This needs to be addressed like putting a strip there to bar the view. I dont want anyone seeing my exposed breasts being xrayed like a free peep show!
We usually go to the Lennox Hill in Kew Gardens, the Valley Stream location is the opposite. Clean waiting area, lots of parking. Upon walking in the admin was courteous and there was very minimal waiting time for our appointment as well as technician was very kind in explaining the process so my Mom can feel comfortable.
I had an appointment today at the Lenox Hill Radiology Department In Valley streams. My experience was top notch I was made to feel comfortable during both my mammogram and sonogram test. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Today at the valley stream office I had my mammography done the office was very pleasant from the front desk back to the radiologist she explained everything to me I was very comfortable. I would recommend a family member or friend to the valley stream office.

Ladies when you need to take a Mamogram, I highly recommend Lenox Hill Radiology.. This was the first time in my Life that the Mamogram didn’t HURT!! The machine that the Technician used was AMAZING!! The Technician was very Gentle and she knew what she was doing.. The Service was EXCELLENT!! I went there preparing to go through a lot of pain but, it was the Opposite.. NO PAIN AT ALL!! Lenox Hill Radiology is the place to go for your Mamogram.. 2022-05-31Time frame for service was too long at the initial login time it says to go in at 8:10 for a 8:30 appointment I got there at 8 just to be safe and I did not get serviced until 8:55. I was greeted by everyone and that was very courteous my technician was very friendly.

I didnt have to wait long just a few mins and was very comfortable when my procedure was being done very courteous friendly explained all what supposed to be done ...she gets a 5 star...

2022-06-11I was a few minutes late. I waited 30 minutes as they took their time addressing people because they weren’t busy. As I was waiting, the other PSR called back up another patient and informed her of her co-pay where everyone could hear her. I finally get called to the front desk and I’m automatically told they’d have to reschedule me without listening to what I had to say or even tried to accommodate. Immediately after, the blonde technician came around the corner (since she was obviously listening) to look at the screen and rudely said no to the PSR, and walked away without even looking at me. The only “help” he offered was to reschedule. First and last time I’ll be going here. This is the only LHR office I’ve experienced this at.

2022-04-04This is my second time having to come to this facility for a MammogramThe wait time is ridiculousEvery visit it is always something, 1st visit they only had 1 tech, so I was patient. Now the computers are running slow, I am a very patient person but this is horrible service.The receptionist was atleast nice and kept me informed for the most part.

2022-02-07Was scheduled for a CT scan of the stomach for 1100am I arrived and checked in at 1040am signing my name waiting to be called to give my ID and insurance. I sat and waited for twenty minutes before approaching a young lady and stating to her I was nauseous after drinking the barium solution for my test. She then got my papers and told me to proceed upstairs for testing. I arrived upstairs at 1105. At 1125 I informed a tech that I was nauseous, had vomited and how much longer would it be. I was then given a vomit bag and told the room was occupied. Everyone who came AFTER my appointment was now gone. As the next person was called I began to question what was the problem with my appointment. I was then told by a nice Tech Tom I was never put on their list. It’s now 1200. The test took five minutes if that. I’m now waiting to speak to the office manager Fran. As of 1225 Fran is available because I’m sitting here observing her open boxes, store supplies and talk to the employees about my incident but NEVER talks to me. Totally unprofessional. Health care sucks. It has become where the employees are cynical and there is no compassion for patients.
