Ordered a pizza , nothing special, as for the wings ordered medium , wings were hot, as for crispy? Fried to long , tasted like old grease as well. Not all worth that money payed out for this junk , totally disappointed .Never had anything from this pizzeria , and never will again . So basically I give it no stars but that was not an option
The food was ok. They didnt get my order right. We ordered pizza, which barely had any pepperoni on it and the sauce wasnt the greatest. It wasnt to bad, that I couldnt eat it but it wasnt real great either. The sub though, I ordered a turkey club, tomatoes and onion on the side. I dont like tomatoes on my sub and my daughter cant eat onions, it bothers her stomach. What did I get? A sub without the bacon, onions were on it. It was such a small amount that I just thought they forgot them. By time we realized it was on there, my daughter had a stomachache. They turkey was of good quality though. I would get a sub from there again, but the employees need to listen to the orders better. Maybe repeat it back would help avoid wrong orders. My daughter even said it to him a couple of times.
Ordered take out, expecting the price to be around a certain $...however when I got there it was $30 more than expected. You need to update ALL the menus online, prices are way off or else when you order make sure you ask for a total!I was charged $28.99 for a white pizza...at the bottom of the receipt it said december special white pizza $25.99??I asked if they char pit their wings and was told they char pit all the bbq wings....well not reallythere was one line of the grill on the wing on one side that was the extent of the char pit...if I would have known I would have asked for the wings differently and they were swimming in sauce.. they are too expensive not to be able to enjoy.Very disappointing!!
IF YOU ENJOY REALLY UNDERCOOKED FOOD, THIS PIZZERIA IS FOR YOU!! Chicken and dough are consistently undercooked or simply raw.. Ordered a large pizza with light sauce, and for delivery. Was given an estimated 35 minute wait time and it arrived in a little over 50 minutes. Figured I’d get a fresh pie but it was about half cooked to the point you could almost still play with it and cold.
Dough is very good - soft on the inside and crispy on crust. They dont use a ton of sauce which I happen to prefer. If anything I think the pizza could just use a bit more basil or other spices, but other than that its pretty good. Definitely worth a try to see if its to your liking. Staff is also very nice.
The place is clean and the two people working here were friendly enough. Part of the problem was I only saw two people working! I assume there was someone in the kitchen, but the speed at which the food came out, couldnt have been more than one.Niccole was our server and she was great. The issue was, she was the only server working so by the time she made her rounds, we waited and waited. When the food came out, the first person to get his was nearly done by the time the last person did. Doesnt food normally all come out at the same time? The pizza and wings we had were OK at best. The flavor was fine, but just seemed low-grade. Pizza was thin, but I dont think its intended to be a thin-crust. The wings, while not under-cooked, had no crunch to them at all, even after we ordered them On the Pit. For a first experience, this was not the best.
Told 35 min for take-out. Took over 55. When I got there I paid then they began collecting my items. 1 item not ready. Was told 5 min. 6 minures later I was told 5 more minutes..15min after the 1st 5 minute warning it was finally ready. If you didnt make the item, let me know. I would have canceled that and left instead of having cold food when I get home. Manager have the courtesy to speak with customers when you wrong them.
The staff needs to know their menu better my girlfriend ordered a large french fry to share with 3 people and when we got home she thought there was a mistake only to find out that theres only 1 size and its not big enough to share with 3 people and her steak sub had all of the items in little containers ( tomatoes, lettuce)? not on the sub!
Not great - but not bad. First visit here for takeout. Counter area is clean. Wings were a good size and tasted great. Pizza was definitely not what to expect in Buffalo - crust tasted good, but way too thick. The least amount of pepperoni I have ever seen on a pizza. The sauce was a bit too much like spaghetti sauce. 35 minute wait for takeout was at the high side of reasonable. There was a football game going on to be fair. The worst thing was the noise. The tv was so loud I had to shout the order to the girl at the counter-obvious that this was for the benefit of the pizza crew and not the customers. I doubt we will ever try this place again
The subs here are great as long as you ask to triple toast the roll. the problem is that EVERY time we ordered our suns have been wrong. first few times we didnt bother to call and complain. last time I ordered a steak and spinach with mayo extra toasted. I received a soagy roll with only steak no spinach or mayo. I called and complained in which they issued a $5 credit. Today we decided to give them another shot. we ordered two subs and onion rings. 1 sub was great the other which was supposed to be a turkey club with Xtra mayo had no bacon and very little mayo and the onion rings are completely soggy. I called to complain. the girl offered to remake it, but we are not willing to drive all the way back there while everyone elses food sits to get a new sub. very disappointing!!!
We had pizza and wings for the second time at the William street location. The wings were great as usual. The pizza was undercooked, again as usual. Weve never had a problem with pizza at the southwestern location, even with the everything pizza. This location needs to get their pizza act together.
Calzone was burnt. Minimal mushrooms and pepperoni, it was all in middle of calzone, ends where cheese and dough. My order was to be delivered. Email confirmation said pick up. I go pick up, girl cant find my order. Then she says it is out for delivery. Delivery guy comes to house and asked for payment from my wife when we paid online.. Who is running this place and supervising theses kids???
Ever put a chicken wing in your mouth and see Jesus? Well I did and it was glorious. Thanks to the fine people at Leo’s!The Ultimate 4 cheese steak and chicken finger pizza was good enough to leave my wife and kids for.Staff was super cool and the bathrooms were clean.Definitely recommend paying a visit to these guys off of Aurora. You will not be disappointed.
We were very excited about a restaurant being so close and convenient. We took our daughter there and for three of us it was $78. The spinach dip as an appetizer was so small. The sandwich and chicken fingers we had were good, but not worth that much money in my opinion. The inside was very nice but in my opinion, too expensive for just bar food that we can get at any other local pizzeria. We always love to support local stores and restaurants, however, I dont think we will be returning.
We just wanted a pie and decided to try the new guys in town for take out. Large pizza with well , loaded. Crust was crisp with topping all the way to the edge but nice cornicone for after. Lots of cheese and well distributed toppings. Even better on day two. I would have liked more/visible sauce for a tomato Tang but they are new so Ill give them time to break in the staff.Pleasant waiting room and only a 25 minute wait from order to ready and it was busy! Staff was awesome! All pizzas were checked before handing over so that was a nice touch. Will try again for sure.
Ordered food at 4:30 with an approx delivery time of 5:45. Seemed reasonable because it was a Sat night with a Bills game. Called at 6:30 when we still didn’t have our food, and girl explained they got behind and it would be sent out within 5 minutes. A half hour later our food arrived. Cold, soggy, and not how we ordered it. Girl in the phone got huffy when I wouldn’t accept a 20% discount or for them to remake food that already took 2 1/2 hours.*Edited: I did receive a call from the owner Monday afternoon who listened and apologized and compensated us for the food. Thank you
We ordered a pizza, it arrived and it was the wrong one. When I called they said that they would make the correct pizza and deliver it right away. They wanted the incorrect pizza back. Over an hour we waited. I called again, they said it should be on its way. It came 10 minutes later and it was warm. They took the incorrect pizza back. You would think after waiting 2 hours for a pizza they would have gave us the incorrect pizza. Nothing. We will not be ordering from them again.
Well, when they opened the box to show me the pizza, all I could say was it was cooked too much. To me, it was on the verge of being burnt. They told me next time to ask for it lightly baked. In my opinion, they should bake them all that way. My first time there and I wont go back again.
Leo’s is a great 4 location chain with local ownership. I’ve always loved their pizza. I was able to enjoy food from the new Lancaster location this evening for review. The pizza was perfect as always however the fingers although great homemade fingers, were a little soggy as were the French fries and they forgot to include the blue cheese with them that a relative had gotten when they ordered two weeks ago when they first opened. The food was delicious and I expect the same great service I’ve experienced in all their other locations.Parking in this location will continue to be an issue however with the number of surrounding businesses that are closed during typical busy hours, it shouldn’t be much of an issue.I’m looking forward to Leo’s continued success and happy to have a location just minutes away from relatives to visit when I’m home visiting. Keep up the good work guys & best of luck in the new location!!
Ordered pizza at 4:30 it is now 6 and still not here. Nope never againUpdate 1/4/2022. Well they seem to have this location running right. The food is good and as of now i can absolutely recommend this place. The pizza isnt the best in lancaster but it is FAR from the worst... for that look no further than the pizza guys across the street lol. Overall not my first choice but not my last.
The food wasnt good at all. And I dont even mean it was just meh. It was really bad. I ordered delivery and even gave directions (Im in the same town as the restaurant) even after giving directions and spelling my street, they still wrote it down wrong and the delivery guy ended up 2 towns away. Save your money. Theres at least 50 other local pizza places that dont suck like this place
First time I ordered from there I got the quesadilla. Had so much cheese it was like eating a block of cheese that sat in the sun. Tortilla was crispy though.Today I ordered again. The delivery guy was not wearing a mask **ugh!** Good thing I was. The sub had so much oil that it it puddled underneath. The garlic parmesan fries were so soggy and greasy we didnt finish them. And the calzone was not baked long enough. Dough was soggy and inside was cold but the riccota cheese inside was downright soupy and the side of sauce was very obviously watered down. 🤬😢
We have dined at other Leo’s the lancaster location was great because nearby. Ok so after 3 visits I think we’re done wings are good. Fingers are good. Pizza needs 2x the amount of sauce it’s like dough and cheeseWe were there on 2/21. It wasn’t very crowded 1-1/2 before our food showed. Server was great asked to speak with manager who never came out. We’re done we live in an area with many choices and as I said 3x eh
We have been here a few times with ok service but tonights service was prob the worst we have ever experienced. The waitress took 15 min before even coming to our table then after still not receiving our drinks after another 15 min the bartender called us over as they were sitting there all that time. The wings we ordered came out first after about another 30 min totally cold. The pizza came out after another 5 min and was ok. We ordered a sub to go for our son that was completely wrong(dont know how you mess up steak and cheese). He couldnt even eat it as It was full of onions. Ended up in garbage. The only saving grace was the bartender as she noticed how bad our waitress was and brought us a 2nd round of drinks when she noticed we were low. Our waitress never brought us even one drink nor apologized for it. Would not recommend and will not be back.
Service was horrible. Two table that were seated after us were served meals before us. Asked server were our meal was. She said pizza takes longer, I said I understand but we didnt order pizza...Kids meal was awesome. Steak and cheese sandwich was pathetic. Manger told me that the orange specs was the cheese holding the steak together took sandwich off the bill and gave us one to go. Tried to make good on a bad meal. I will chalk it up to just opening and try them again.
My boyfriend and I went to Leo’s for dinner this past weekend! Our server Shawn (I think that was his name!) was excellent. He constantly checked on us, and the food was brought out quickly ... within 10 minutes ! We split the garlic bread and small pizza, and even had some leftovers. Food was delicious, and definitely will be returning!
We all know it’s been a rough couple weeks! Well Leo’s made it it a little easier today at Tops Markets ! Tops French and transit was lucky enough to enjoy pizza for all the hard working associates all day today. Leo’s delivered sheets of cheese and pepperoni Pizza’s asI added to the orders on short notice !They had no problem filling our orders all day. Thank you Leo’s for helping us thank our hard working associates during this crazy time we all are having. The pizza was excellent . Everyone just loves it! Thank you again .
Young kids, no management presence, extremely poor quality food. Good thing this is a franchise to carry them through or they’d be dead in the water. It’s a shame as it was much anticipated and a extreme let down. Have ordered a dozen times and only had one good experience. Bartenders lack knowledge, personality and attention to detail. Hire and manager and LEADER and get this place on track
We decided to try this new pizzeria since it just opened. We ordered a large pizza and it was overpriced. When we opened it, the pizza had a puddle of grease all over it. At first look, the appearance was ok. When we tasted it, there was little to barely any sauce. The pizza was very doughy. I had to grab a lot of napkins to wipe off the grease. This has been the worst pizza I’ve ever ate.
We ordered delivery and got a sheet pizza, arrived 25 minutes late (took an hour and a half to be delivered) cold and burnt. I called and told them and they gave me a $5 credit. What a joke maybe I can get a slice of pizza for that $5 credit. I gave a 2 star because my company from out of town tried it and said I think this would be good pizza if it was done right.
I wanted something new that also had good food. The staff was very friendly and willing to get what ever i needed. The environment was energizing. The music whiched between country and pop. 10 tvs, fully stocked bar and a modern feel. It was extremely clean in the take-out area and the dining area. There is also a balcony area that is nice for the family if you dont want to sit at the bar. Jenn (our waitress) was friendly and I could hold a conversation with her like I knew her for years. Okay, let me get to the best part...the food. I notice the staff checking before the food went out to each table. When the food came to the table, it was AMAZING. I had the honey bee sandwich and let me just say, it was real chicken. I recommend not going to those restaurants that is over priced and just boring and head down to Leos.
Multiplenorders have been over cooked or a little off but not horrible. However, waited 45min for a pizza and was told it would take 25min, we live 2min from the restaurant and it was luke warm and stale when we got home. Manager refused to give refund when I brought it back as the cashier who checked up out had left for the night. Always loved all the other Leos locations Ive been to but not this one, and I wont be coming back.
Pizza tasted pretty good, except the dough in the middle was too thin/soft and didnt hold the ingredients.3 stars mainly due to pricing. Pizza cost about 20% more than others in the area, likely because this is a franchise. Also the location is brutal getting in and out of but thats probably more of an issue with the Town/County as William St desperately needs to be widened
We tried a calzone and royal sub this time. The calzone was underwhelming with hardly and cheese and ingredients in it with cold sauce and the sub was OK but could get same thing at Moons for half the price. First time I ordered from there the pizza was pretty good...not the best by any means and the garlic parmesan fries were near inedible. They were undercooked and covered in this slimy sauce and even if I ate them the portion was way too small for $8. The pizza is the only reason they get 2 stars.E
We were there during a football game and the atmosphere was fun and exciting. The volume was very loud... and echoed so bad you couldnt hear anyone speaking in your group. Couldnt really understand what was being said on the TV. The ceiling needs some buffering to eliminate the echo. Theres nothing more annoying than a fun bar/restaurant that is too loud... The food was great. The waitress Katarina was superb, friendly, efficient and excellent. The only complaint is that the facility is too loud... upstairs was closed. Not everyone enjoys a loud night out.. the second the game ended, almost everyone left. Your sound system echoes... it really was annoying. You still get 5 stars, but unless the sound gets toned down.. we wont be back. Too loud.
Worst service of any restaurant I have ever been at anywhere. We love Leos food, but we waited an hour and a half for the waitress to take our order and another hour and a half for our food. When we asked where our food was they said the order got lost in the mix. Ended up getting charged full price and taking it to go. The table behind us left, refilled and left again before we got our food. No excuse for that to happen. I used to tey to stay loyal, went to grammar school with the owner and high school with his wife, but seriously, there are enough good places in the Buffalo are ato go to dinner than for me to ever waste my time here agin. Dont go if you have a choice, and dont even get me started on the parking.
Atmosphere just so so Huge white light menu boards flank each end of the bar killing any kind of ambiance. Food not as good as other Leos, this is a franchise operation. Evening bartenders poor to just bad. At times you cant have a conversation at the bar with the sub woofer loud and pounding!
Had a cheeseburger sub the roll was not toasted. Meat missing in parts of sub. I tried their pizza a month ago and it was bad, but gave them benefit of the doubt because they recently opened up. I will not order from them going forward-plus they are more expensive than normal.
Quality, service and price are all in need of improvement. Pizza is mainly dough, wings are okay but employees make multiple mistakes and don’t know how to respond. More over the hassle, lack of service and poor to average food isn’t worth the price. Nice location and average food with a high price. Too bad!
Just back from dinner at new Leos with my kids and I cannot believe how pounding loud the music is. We could hardly talk to each other. The bass was booming so loud our table was shaking. I asked twice about turning it down and was told its a bar so music stays loud. Really?? Certainly not a family atmosphere. Do not bring kids here. I will not be back.
If you ate looking to have food delivered to your house, do not order from Leo’s. We have waited over and hour and forty minutes for our large pizza and double order of wings. We live about two blocks away. We called about and hour and 20 min into the wait and were told they were on the way....
Always love going to Leo’s I drive 20 minutes there to get food and this time I get my wings and I have no bleu cheese with them. They had written in the box bc + celery I did not get either. Very annoyed and mad because who doesn’t want bleu cheese with their damn wings.
Wings=trash.... suggestion: add some juicy corned beef to this menu and I won’t stop showing up on Thursday’s around 7:34. One of the best corned beef cookers in town is John Coustafan. He is on break in Canada right now but when he gets back make sure to give him a call and also bosworth needs to step up his game in the back... for shame
Terrible first impression, ordered a sheet pizza and dbl order , way over priced , pizza had virtually no sauce , we were hoping for a great “ go to “ place in Lancaster , guess not ! Back to Imperial we go ....Also heard the crust is pre frozen ,,, Yikes, for the money really disappointing

2021-12-05To start both pizzas look good but the cheese pizza sauce was real sweet and the cheese didnt have no pool to it if you like sweet sauce this will be the pizza right for you I give the cheese pizza a 5.2 out of 10 Lunas. The pepperoni pizza, the pepperoni were nice and spicy but then again the sauce was a little too sweet for my taste Ill give this pizza a 5.7 out of 10 Lunas.

2022-06-23I just came in and got 2 smalls & breadsticks with cheese. The appearance of the food was outstanding! Perfect amount of cheese and sauce on each pizza. The wait wasn’t long at all. Customer service was amazing. The two girls there were very friendly.

2022-04-12As a frequent patron of the Leos Pizzeria on William Street in Lancaster, I felt compelled to say I feel as though Ive been duped into paying a bar bill and tipping a bartender for what is extremely subpar service (if it could really be called that), and not aligned to the previous incredible positive experiences Ive had ordering take out and sitting down here.Tonight we came into the restaurant at around 9:05 because we saw it didnt close until 10pm and were out late running errands. There were quite a few people at the bar and at a couple tables with drinks and food. To be sure we were still able to order food at the bar, my husband went up to the bartender and asked if they were still serving food. He was told by one of the people at the bar that wed have about half an hour to order, which was totally fine by us. Were a quick study and get the same thing most of the time.We sat down immediately and ordered a couple sodas, then ordered a small pizza and single order of wings and fries from the bartender once we received our drinks. The bartender put the order in, confirmed with another person working who was back and forth between the kitchen and the bar... and then we waited... and waited, and waited. We waited until 10pm to get our food -- yes, thats when they close! I had a feeling something was wrong when more and more time went by and nothing happened, and this feeling was confirmed. The bartender come over to us, completely sheep faced, gave us the bill, and told us that everyone in the kitchen had left, so no food was made.I truly feel flabbergasted at this experience. No one thought to check in on food that had an order in? We barely touched our drinks because we were waiting for food, so to be charged almost ten dollars for drinks and wait for over 45 minutes only to be told no food was ever made, I really feel like we were only allowed under the guise of someone getting a tip and a bill.Unfortunately, this really takes Leos off our go-to list._____Updating this review to say that while the owner responded to this review to call them to discuss what happened, I actually used their email listed on their site to send feedback as they request there the same time I left this review. My email went ignored, so I dont really see the point in calling when all of the details are written out in an email where they encourage people to send comments. To me, its just another way to avoid owning up to a problem because then there would be a paper trail behind it, and I really think thats fishy.

2022-04-30Pizza was good. The chicken fingers and my wings were surprisingly small. A couple of my wings I just tossed out because they didn’t look edible. With the price of their food you expect a better meal.

2021-12-18Paid $25 for a large pepperoni and mushroom and a large salad. The pizza had maybe 2 pepperoni and 1 mushroom on each piece and the salad was somehow missing the tomatoes Peppers olives and cucumbers. Cheating their customers

2022-06-08OMG i bought 2 loaded fries and onion rings (did not eat taco yet) whomever that young girl was. She did a excellent job. The loaded fries were dreamy. (waited 5 months to treat myself and son.) Perfect crispiness and bacon and cheese. I would of ate them all but know my limit. Thank You young lady for delicious food!!! Karen

2022-02-27Amazed by the terrible service that was provided. The waitress poured an entire drink on my Mother which yes was an accident and accidents happen but to still charge us for that drink is just insane. No towels were brought over for her to dry herself off but they made sure to charge us for every extra like bbq sauce, sour cream, pepperoni and the drink! To me the service you receive is everything and what makes people come back. Unfortunately, we will never be returning or suggesting this place to anyone. Also, the food was subpar at best. Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

2022-03-08Great food!!!! Really was great but for a large and 20 wings with delivery I paid $70. Just not worth that much. I wont be ordering anything from here untill the price goes down. But if you dont mind paying that much food was great

2020-03-09A quick stop after work on a snowy Thursday. Wow, you would never know how big this place is until you walk in! It looks like a small pizzeria from William street but check out my pics! They put some money into this place by the look of the decor and 2 floor. The happy hour was great and even the regular prices for drinks were reasonable. We had one slice of pizza because thats how I roll and how I like to judge a pizza-based place. It was good, sweet sauce with tasty cheese and flavorful dough. Perfect cup pepperoni with the right amount of spice. A little more expensive like a Picassos or Santoras. Great ambience, lovely bartender as well.We will be back soon!

2020-11-11Ordered a well done pizza to go. Was not well done unfortunately. Just not our style of pie (sauce etc.). However, the daughter loves it, so its all about personal preference. The girl at the register was friendly. I did note that (2) staff members (1 male cooking and one female working the register) were not wearing masks properly (i.e.: noses not covered). We are in a yellow zone, so they could do better in that regard.Did not eat in (got to go). Peeked in the restaurant side while waiting and it looks really nice. We will return and give it another try another day. Looks like lots of menu items, so there is potential. Hope the second time is a charm!
