Horrible experience in this Leslie’s pool store. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I wanted to look at some things for my hot tub and was in the store for about 30 minutes before I was greeted and helped by anyone. When I asked about a new filter for my tub the manager seriously rolled his eyes at me for not knowing exactly what I needed. Doesn’t seem like he even likes his job here. This place sucks, glad I didn’t give my business to them. Going to try over at Concord pool supplies soon. Wish I didn’t have to give any stars

Free water tests with detailed reports of what the pool or spa needs to be balanced. Only carries Leslies products which work well but can be on the expensive side. Recommended for New and novice pool owners.

Leslies Pool Supplies in Latham has a large selection of products for many different brands. The prices of their products are fair and typically beat competitor prices while their customer service goes above and beyond what I expect from a retail store. I cannot possibly say enough about their customer service especially Evan. He, as well as the other employees, always manage to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. They meet and exceed expectations.

If I could rate this place 0 I would. The worst place to deal with..the manager is rude and shouldnt be in that position. I bought a solor cover paid $179. Cash they knew it had holes in it and didnt tell me and when I brought it back..the next day.. they would not give me my money back. I have to wait for a check from their corporate office. I paid by cash but couldnt get my money back by cash. FYI Concord pools is just around the corner and they are great to work with!

If there was less than one star I would give it. The staff treats customers like garbage. Last time I was there, and the last time I will ever go there the staff was so rude I walked out. The employee never was polite or even decent from the moment I walked in. My pool water was 3 hours old, so he refused to test it. I told him I respected his integrity and to please test my water. While I was shopping for other things he and the other employee talked loudly and rudely about how people dont understand. When the test was done he threw his arms up and said, well its swimable...as if I was swimming in a swamp and said he refused to recommend anything to me. I again said, please, as I just wanted some chemicals. He was so rude when grabbing the chemicals off the shelf I had a had it. I walked out. This is not the first experience I have had there like that. I would never go there again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Walking into this store was like shopping for a car! I asked a question about a product and it turned into a high pressure sales pitch about over $100 in product I would need to clear the water in my pool! Not to mention all the merchandise is marked up $5-$10 more than other retailers. I felt bad for the woman working there.....

Great job guys! Its a high pressure time for them right now any way but add the stupid virus and the line goes around the block all day every day. I Luv my Spa and this too shall pass hopefully, be safe pool friends

These guys are doing it right! Great curbside service! Quick and efficient! It almost seamed better than in store service. Thank you guys, who were running in and out, great hard work.

Ordered Pool Salt for same day pick up. My card was charged and I received a receipt for my order through email confirmation. Went to pick up my salt and they told me they could not help me because it was not showing up in their system. I showed them the email receipt and the transaction on my credit card and still no help.
