Level 1 PC has done it again! Brian had me up-and-running in just under a day. He matched me up with a refurbished laptop that was exactly what I was looking for, and I didnt miss a step. He even answered my questions over the next few days. Thanks for another great business experience!

I found Brian on Google when I was looking for a TV repair. Even though TVs are not his real business, Brian said Bring it right over. In a little more than 2 hours it was fixed. I picked it up, took it home, and hooked it back up. Thats great service! Thanks, Brian!

Called the day after New Years Day needed wires soldered onto a circuit board told me to drop it off he called about 30mins after all done and the repair is better than brand new...
My 12yr old Ipod was fixed in less than a minute. Consider yourself quite fortunate if you have something that is in need of repair and you happen to discover this fine fellow.

2021-02-23From start to finish Brian was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He took care of my PC quickly and it works perfectly. He responded quickly to my original request and to all correspondence after that. All problems/issues are gone. I would recommend Brian to anyone who is looking for assistance with their computer.

2020-08-04Wow! My experience here was unlike anything else. Fantastic! Brian was patient, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do to help us. My computer was upgraded and now is working better than ever with all of the programs and apps that I needed. My son was able to get a computer, that exceeded our expectations for his schooling and computer coding needs, at a price that was unbeatable. Brian communicated promptly and efficiently and continued to do so to make sure things were running well on our end. Very impressed! What a blessing to have found Brian and his services. 2021-05-14I dont know where to start?? I lost the mother board on my company computer and had not back it up lately and so much data I couldnt afford to lose! Found Brians company Level 1 via google and gave him a call!!!Dropped it off on Saturday afternoon went to Wegmans and he called me within a half hour and had completely checked it out and told me all my data was safe and hard drives were ok but the mother board was dead. Because of the work communication programs I had that I used to communicate with old legacy PLC I service I couldnt upgrade to WIN 10 had to use WIN 7. Brian found a like refurbished computer compatible with my hard drives within an hour called and said he would have the computer by Friday and back in service the Saturday. Called me Saturday and said I was all set!!! Got home fired it up and a few configuration settings needed to be changed! He remoted into my computer and had everything setup and working in less than a half hour!!!! Cant say enough good about the great customer service and support!!!! In this day and age companies could take a lesson from how to treat customers from Brian at Level 1 PC!!!

2020-12-04We are so lucky to have found Brian! My daughters flashdrive was corrupted and she was unable to access her final projects for her final exams. It turned out that her computer was full of viruses. Brian was able to recover all of the data off the flashdrive, clean up all the viruses, install new virus detection software and get her laptop back to her within 24 hours! Absolutely amazing and a God send. The cost was extremely reasonable. Thank you again Brian! Youre our computer guy from here on out!

2019-10-25Today was my third time dealing with Level 1 PC and I wish EVERYONE who owned this kind of business was as knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as Brian was.Not only did he get my laptop charging again within 24 hours, but he removed spyware and viruses off of it that my other antivirus programs couldnt even detect. Very happy with the service and would gladly forward anyone local I run into with computer issues over to him - THANKS, BRIAN!

2017-12-07Brian is the man! He has been working on my system for years now and has rescued me every time. I have bought hardware from him and its always the best. Most recently he really saved me after I got scammed/hacked. What a mess that was (my own fault), but he fixed it and even improved my system from what it had been. I always recommend Brian to anyone who needs computer sales or service.

2018-02-01Jeff is my husband. I found level1pc on the internet. Brian was quick to call back, had me bring my laptop in that day and called me later to give me an update on what he found. unfortunately, my laptop was fried from hot tea being spilled on it. But the next day Brian had me all hooked up with a refurbished laptop and a blue tooth speaker to go with it. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for computer repairs. Im keeping him on my speed dial!Sharon Reynolds

2018-07-13Weve been going to Brian for years and bought two Macs from him and both times we werent disappointed. He explains things to people who are not tech savvy (me) in a language that I can understand. We highly recommend Brian for his prompt and expert service.

2020-01-30I highly recommend Brians services! He worked with my very complicated schedule to get my computer in to be fixed, and had it fixed within minutes. Really nice guy! Definitely will be back whenever I need service in the future.
