Michael Ganci assisted me in my divorce process and clarified several important points for which I had questions. Michael is a good listener and will answer any questions that you may have about your divorce. The fact that he is available for you when you have any questions made a big difference.
I couldnt have asked for a more courteous and professional experience from Daniela Levi & Associates. This firm has been handling my case for about 2 years now specifically with Natalie Markfeld and I can honestly say that she has exceeded expectations in and out of the court room. A custody battle is a terrible and frightening experience and the best way to combat that is to have prepared representation that can effectively address your concerns and be readily available at a moments notice and Natalie did not disappoint. Im sure she has many of clients but always took the time to either call or email me to address any issue no matter how trivial. Another important aspect of excellent representation is tempering expectations while keeping you abreast as to what your next steps are after each appearance and Natalie has done that and more. She is dynamic in the courtroom with the confidence to present evidence and relay all pertinent info. Dealing with this law firm was more of a service than a process and I felt they were at my service when I needed them the most. Also if Natalie wasnt available for the date her colleagues Jenna Silverman stepped in without missing a beat coming in wonderfully prepped and ready to pick up where Natalie left off which is an indication of the proffesionalism, care, and expertise this firm exudes. During a period of uncertainty, emotional stress, and dysphoria, Natalie Markfeld of Daniella Levy & Associates has truly been a blessing. Divorces are never easy, especially when it involves children. Natalie ensured that my rights were not taken advantage of whether it was financially or with regards to visitation rights. From Day One, Natalie always went to bat for me and kept me apprised of whats going on. Dont let her size fool you. She schooled my ex-wifes first attorney so much that my ex-wife dropped that attorney for another. She would always lay out my options and allowed me to make informed decisions on my own. Often times, I would have questions, even dumb ones, and she always took the time to respond day or night. In my heart, I know I made the right decision having Natalie represent me. Her counsel is invaluable. Her professionalism and demeanor is top notch. Without her, I would not have seen the end of the dark tunnel. Changing my daughters last name from her fathers to mine and seeking sole physical custodyLets just say the events and uphill battle she fought on my behalf for the sole custody and change of name should be commended. I never felt like they didn’t care or have me in there best interest, overall I would recommend giving this firm a call if you want your divorce handled in a timely professional manner.

I have personally experienced it in the entire period I had to communicate with them regarding my personal injury case. They allowed me to be involved in every aspect of my case from the first phone call to the resolution.Mrs. Levi is a great attorney and gets straight to the business in a way which makes us feel comfortable about a legal process. My case was assigned to and reviewed by Deeranie who had great communication skills. 2020-07-28Going through a divorce is never a pleasant experience and finding the right attorney can make all the difference in the world. When the time came for me to find an attorney, I was overseas and didn’t have the luxury of setting up an appointment for a face to face meeting. Michael spent a good amount of time with me on the phone, he was clear, concise and very knowledgeable. Which are all important attributes in finding a good attorney, however more importantly during the conversation Michael put my mind to ease.During the whole ordeal, Michael’s experience of the divorce laws, his knowledge and familiarity of the courts were 100% accurate. As i stated, going through a divorce is not pleasant and is extremely frustrating, Michael was there for me 100% of the time to guide me and reassure me all was going to work out. 2019-04-22This review is long overdue. But I found Daniella Levi & Associates when I needed help with a custody battle over my infant daughter last year. Natalie Markfeld was an amazing lawyer. She was a beast in the court room. I felt like she represented me well. She assertively fought for what was best for my daughter. After a long haul of multiple hearings, she ended the case with such positive results! The only thing I could say is that I wished communication was a little more consistent. Other than that, I was more than happy to have Natalie. She was even expecting her third child while my case was ongoing. Like any mother, she balanced parenthood and her ability to uphold her career beautifully. If you ever need representation in family court, look for Natalie! Thank you!

2020-08-11This firm has represented me for over 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier. Specifically, Michael Ganci has been my attorney. Michael is an absolute delight and manages to calm me down when I’m freaking out about about my case. He is great at what he does and you can tell that he loves it as well. My husband and I always tease that you never ever hear Michael raise his voice or get nervous in court. Even while other attorneys yell and scream, Michael always keeps his composure and always manages to get his point across without being rude or disrespectful.My case won’t be over anytime soon, it’ll be at least another 8 years of court hearings I’m sure.
