Unfortunately, unlike other reviews, I didnt have the best experience in this store. Most employees were really standoff-ish — only Irene, who was working in the back section, was genuinely helpful and welcoming. She helped us find the right pair we were looking for and gave us information about current promotions.
Excellent service and choices with 50% sale during summer + winter seasons. The only Levis store they can change damage items, dont go to any other Levis store in Manhattan they sell damage items and they give you 800 number to change it where nobody answer. This is the best store and service ever and best choices, I like this brand and after my experiences with many other stores (they also put Levis sign as well) I would give this store more than 5 stars if I can on Google
Honesty prevails in this store ..... I was shopping with my daughter and she left her backpack there,Stuffed with cash like every 16 year old would .I called the store 1/2hour later and the employee said , yes we found it it’s in the safe . We ran backAnd as promised he retrieved it from the safe .Not a cent was missing . I would like to thank him for being so amazing . What a blessing
Terrible Customer Service and rude personalities at the repair and mending area at the Soho store. Got a pair of jeans hemmed and they changed the construction on the jean and ruined the fabric while hemming. I asked for part compensation since my pair of new jeans are ruined. They said no and that they could not do anything about it. They walked away and sat down on their chairs and went on their phones and ignored me while i was still talking. Do not go get your jeans fixed there. Pay your good money somewhere else.
I wish i could give this location zero stars. A “manager” named Theresa kicked my friend and I out of the store because we refused her help. She literally kicked us out. We were not making a mess. I used to work retail so I know how to properly take out jeans. I know my size I’m a grown woman I just polietly said no. She really said that “that isnt how it works here” and that we had to leave.
Let me start off by saying that I only own Levis but it has been an absolute struggle to buy every single pair. Being a flagship Levis location, one would expect there to be an abundant supply of sizes as well as a consistent experience. I have received neither. The staff arent knowledgeable about why Levis is constantly changing cuts and they dont have a good sizing inventory. Im going to buy my Levis online from now on...it also happens to be cheaper that way.
I love Levis stores. They have a great vision that totally fits my lifestyle: inexpensive, well-made, totally low maintenance. This is a great store to find out what they have thats new, or just pick up the basics. My only complaint is, they discontinue their lines waaay too quickly. If you find a pair of pants you really like, then try to pick up another pair a couple months later, odds are theyll be gone. On the plus side, maybe youll find something you like even better.
I would rate Levis as a brand with 5 stars, I love their style, the materials used, hell im wearing everything Levis right now.However, this particular location has the rudest, nastiest employees possible (with a few exemptions). Theres an older dark skinny short balding guy with glasses who usually stays behind the cashier and his attitude and pretentiousness are unparalleled. the floor reps are rude and dont like to do their job. I tried a 721 high rise skinny which had a few stains on it and requested a new one so i could go pay for it. At the same time, another customer requested the same exact size and model. They brought up 2 pairs of jeans and my second pair, also had a stain. When I requested for a third one, this tall skinny african american woman told her coworker standing right in front of me I aint goin back down there, we dont have, whatever and making the nastiest face possible, as if something terribly draining was being required of her other than HER GODDAMN JOB. I dont think she realized the jeans were for me and when I turned to her and said that is your job you will go, she did. However, coincidentally and conveniently they did not have anymore. She did not even go to check downstairs but was hanging around in the room right by the fitting roooms. when I asked to see a manager, this little guy even had the nerve to lie to my face and say oh my coworker didnt say that.Now Id like to ask you, whoever it is that manages the reviews, and readers, do you think I walk into a store as a customer to pick a fight? I was trying to buy a product from your store. I waited more than 15 minutes inside the store for the first stained pair to come. Why would I pick a fight out of the blue with some unimportant floor sales rep? Do you think I have nothing better to do with my day? And yet, your employee has the nerve to lie to my face and smile.You lost not only a customer who shops there for everything from tshirts to bandanas and caps, but a big fan of the brand. I do not want to be associated with brands that dont put value in how they treat their customers.
Sales people asked everyone around me if they needed help but not me; there was a two tone denim skirt on display and when I aaked a salesperson where I could find it she rudely shot back, That’s not available yet! as if I knew. Work on your customer service. I was totally ready to spend a lot of money there. Oh well . .
I’m here with the review..... Please explain to me why any manager would EVER PUTTING THEIR HANDS ON ANY EMPLOYEE!. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY MY CLOSE FRIEND ALSO AN EMPLOYEE OF LEVY’S HAD TO TELL ME A STORY ABOUT A MANAGER BY THE NAME THERESA SNATCHING HER UP! A MANAGER PUTTING HER HANDS ON A 20 year old girl because “She felt an attitude” ... ooh chilee... the absolute ghetto!!I do hope Levy’s as a store looks into this and handles this ASSAULT PROPERLY because I’ve never heard a more unprofessional manner of treating your employees. I am digusted!
Awful. Just called soho location inquiring about upcoming collab and whether they might have it instore. Was talked to by a young male who seemed like he could care less about my simple question.... this how you treat customers who are calling about at 1500 dollar and up levis jacket. Guess who ill never go to for anything or recommend. Thats right this soho levis location. Simply awful.
The price of jeans is very low ... But we understand why ... The quality is mediocre. If these are original clothes, the legendary quality is not there ... Maybe a tourist trap? In any case, I do not recommend this store. I will rather try a store outside the tourist areas ... The quality will be much better ...Here is a jeans and a belt bought in this store after 6 months
Warning ! The Levis Store charged me twice a major purchase paid in Visa card, can not find a responsible for a refund, I phoned the store manager who was very rude and did nothing to help me to find a solution, also impossible to obtain the coordinates of the accounting service.

2022-07-05A shout out to a staff who works at the custom made counter, I believe his name is Penn but I could be mistaken. He is very patient thru out the whole process, and he went extra mile to help us out which gave us a very good experience. With his help, we made a one of a kind Minion Levi’s tees in less than 15 min wait time.

2022-04-03Im glad I found this Levis store nearby. Now, any exchange/return, I can manage here. The customer service was great, and I even purchased an additional item at a great price. Definitely recommend them. Here are the Turquoise I exchanged for a Medium Green one, and a Large Green one I purchased.

2019-12-30Wow, this place has changed! Havent been in here in a 3-4 years. And to be honest, I only went in out of real need and because I happened to be walking by. This place has turned into something really nice. Still pricey, but hey . . . Soho, tourists, you know . . .Theres literally everything Levi-brand. Nothing is missing, and the assortment and sizes is complete. Fitting rooms have been re-done and are plentiful and open. Decent places to wait if youre with someone else trying/buying.Theres a customizing shop within the store. This was really special, IMO.Great assortment of patches, replacement buttons, embroidery options - and people are there doing it while you wait/watch.Staff actually knows the product. The young woman in fitting room took the time to explain a couple differences and even show me on the mfg tags. Very impressed with her!Youll pay more than online, but the service and being sure of fit is worth it!

2022-05-09Ive brought several pairs of non-Levis jeans here to be hemmed because they do chainstitch. Perfect hem, always match the thread color, and cheapest price for chainstitch Ive seen in Manhattan. And they mail several pairs of jeans back to me for $7. Cant ask for more!

2022-04-16Total disappointment! I was charged twice for my purchase on March 26 2022 and did not get the money back. The mistake was made by the cashier, who wasn‘t able to print the receipt. So he started the payment procedure again and asured me that the first payment was canceled and I will not be charged. In the end I was charged twice as proofen on my bank account. I thought this will not be a big deal because the mistake is very clear, I can proof with screenshots of my bank account and I had the trust and believe, that Levi‘s is a brand that is not pulling off their clients. However after three weeks of calling the customer service, the store Manager, my bank and handing in all my documents couple of times I did not get my money back. Levi‘s says my bank should solve the problem. My bank says Levi’s has to solve the problem, they made the mistake. Nothing happened. I‘m super disappointed in Levi’s and I wish I would have never entered the store in Soho. In the end I paid double plus all the inconvenience of trying to get my money back without and success. My trust and believe in Levi‘s has been totally destroyed.

2022-04-25Worst customer experience ever I ordered a customised jacket and they completely messed up my order. They didnt know if they lost my jacket or if someone else picked it up by mistake and btw I had called previous day to confirm that my jacket was ready to pick up. Worst thing about all this was that a. nobody knew what happened and b. the manager seemed to not care at all and just told me to get a refund. The girl working at the customised counter tried her best but unfortunately it was a terrible experience/service from the store management. I like Levis but after this I am too irritated to buy something from Levis again. They couldve at least provided a discount or a gift out of straight courtesy.
