My order was processed very quick and correct. My packages arrived. In great shape and I install my ford part with no hang ups. Great saving of retail dealer prices. The only reason Im holding off ordering other parts is the high shipping cost for non priority ground shipping....that really increases the price to look local..

I purchased a hood deflector for my truck and I was happy with the price and quick shipping. I wanted to purchase locally but it would take longer because I would have to go to the dealership to order and pickup. Ordered from Levittown Ford online and received two days later at home. That’s service! I will definitely purchase from them again!
Excellent selection of genuine Ford parts with very good pricing. I found their website easy to navigate and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Communication via email was excellent and item received in a timely fashion. Pleasure doing business with them and I will certainly become a repeat customer in the very near future.
Parts pricing is very good. I thought it was weird that they required a photo ID in order to process and ship my order. I’ve made lots of online purchases for many big ticket items for much more than my $700 order and have never been required to submit a photo ID.I will continue to do business with Levittown because their prices are great and their communication is great! They even respond to e-mails on the weekend!
The “Amazon” experience!I ordered late in the evening on a Sunday night. I immediately received an order confirmation. The next morning by 10:30 AM I received a shipment notification and two days later 3 well packed cartons arrived completing my order.I highly recommend Levittown Ford Parts. Exceeded my expectations.
I bought car mats for my new Lincoln online from this company and they sent them out quickly. Unfortunately they were the wrong ones. I sent them an email and they corrected it immediately, sent out the correct ones at no charge and I had them before I could send the wrong one back. No hassle no issues. I am very pleased the them and will look to but future parts of accessories from them.

Was waiting 5 months for an order i placed. Eventually, i said enough is enough and had to cancel it. every month they were telling me the part will be available next month and the story goes on. Levittown you should not charge our credit cards until the product we order is shipped. I had my money locked (2k order) for 5 months and in the end i got nothing but my time wasted on requesting for an update. What a bad experience. By the time you will get a part it will be time to upgrade to an electric vehicle. Not a single penny again on Levittown ford.
I experienced some delay receiving my order ,but had great communication and prompt response with inquiries about ETA, The pandemic has challenged us all with delays and was expected. Items I purchased came to me in excellent condition . I was missing TPMS Sensors for my wheels ,but Mike at the sales desk has resolved the shortage and sent them SAP. I will continue to purchase items from Levittown Ford a professional parts supplier!
Products are Great quality. Shipping through FedEx sucks. Delivery date changed 4 times, before I received my item. Something that needs to be addressed.Website for ordering was a little difficult as well. Something else that needs to be addressed. I ended.up having to do it twice.
While I have never been to the store in person, I found them via a vehicle specific forum. They were highly recommended for their parts department and communications on the forum. I reached out to the forum rep and received a code for free shipping on mu purchase. Not only are their prices one of the most competitive on line, free shipping put them ahead of everyone else. Cant beat being able to purchase genuine Ford parts directly from a Ford dealer cheaper than the aftermarket vendors! Ive placed two orders now and will continue to shop here first for my parts needs

I went to my local Ford dealer looking for parts to make my new Bronco into my dream drive. They said the global parts shortage prevented them from ordering anything for me. So I did an online search. Aside from Levittown, everyone seems to be price gouging in light of the shortages. But Levittown practices good, old fashion, honest business. They were able to get everything I wanted in reasonable time for reasonable prices. Hallelujah!
I purchased a Roush performance part for my brother as a birthday gift and I am blown away by how easy the transaction was and how much better the pricing is with Levittown Ford Parts than ANY other vendor I found. I was skeptical because of course, you get what you pay for—but this place is 100% legitimate. Part shipped as soon as they got it in stock, and was in shortly thereafter. Will absolutely recommend to anyone and extremely likely to return again.
It’s a very rare occurrence when I’ve felt the need to write a negative review about a company but feel compelled to warn consumers about Levittown. There are quite a few bad reviews on here regarding their service and I’m having the same negative experience. Placed an order for floor liners about 2 weeks ago and received my shipment about 5 days later. Unfortunately, they shipped the incorrect liners so I promptly reached out to Levittown via email (they do not pick up phone calls) to notify them. I got an email back saying they apologize for the inconvenience and will be sending me the correct part and a prepaid shipping label for me to send back the incorrect part. After a couple of days, I hadn’t received the prepaid label or information regarding when they’ll be shipping the corrected order. I reached out again regarding both issues and literally got a one word response “Attached” which was in regards to the prepaid label but once again, no confirmation regarding when they would be shipping the correct item. Though I wasn’t informed of this, I assumed they may have a policy where they have to receive the incorrect item back before shipping the correct item. No problem, I shipped it back early the next morning and notified them via email as well as inquired again about the status of my order. After another day of not hearing back, I emailed them again asking when I’ll be receiving the correct item and have now reached out multiple times but keep getting the same response “We are checking with our warehouse and will get back to you shortly” from a guy named Mike D. After a couple more days, I still have not received any notification as to the status of my order. It’s now been 14 days since I placed my original order. I suppose it’s up to me to follow up with Mike D again as he doesn’t reach out until you initiate it, but I’ll probably get the same answer. So, I give up! Keep the part and keep my money!! I’ll take the loss and purchase the same item someplace else!
While I have never physically been here I have ordered from Levittown Ford Parts 4 times since I bought my ranger last year. They always send out an informative email with order details and ship super quick. They also use FedEx which I love because UPS is a horrible excuse for a logistics company. I go here for all my Ford parts. Highly recommended.
Purchased a few official Ford accessories for my Bronco Sport and they look awesome. Being in Canada and with COVID-19 ever present, everything is hard to get and over priced due to low production. I am extremely happy that our neighbour to south has businesses like Levittown Ford Parts that are able to provide great products, awesome customer service, and a little bit normalcy during these difficult times. I ordered rubber floor mats for my new Bronco Sport and made a mistake with the initial order . I contacted customer service and it was quickly resolved . The floor mats arrived within a few days and they are absolutely perfect!!! I will definitely order from this company again!
Always a great experience at Levittown Ford Parts. They have numerous parts and accessories for sale on their site for my Mustang GT. Prices are super and shipping is fast. If something is not available they contact you in a timely manner and let you know the options! Hats off to Levittown!
After I placed my order, a few days later I get an e-mail asking for a photo of my ID. I have never been asked for that in all the times Ive ordered items on the internet. Next, I send a picture of ID as requested and the next day they say the picture is too blurry please send again. So there is another delay. The picture was fine because I checked it before I sent it. I of course had to send it again. Never received any conformation my order was sent. You have the best prices Ive seen on Mustang accessories but I will take my business elsewhere.
Like many of the other reviews on here I also experienced poor service. I put in an online order for a part (over $800 this was not a cheap order) that said would arrive in 10 business days.A month later not only had it not arrived but I had to contact them on two separate occasions to inquire that the part was even still being delivered. I then got a follow up email later saying that the wrong part had been ordered and that Id need to wait again.In no part of the process did it feel like they made an effort to ease doubts about the late shipment or even try to make their mistake right on my behalf. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Id look for a more reputable seller before doing business here.
This was my first time dealing with Levittown Ford Parts. I was having trouble in my dealings with a similar company, so I ordered it from LFP instead. They got me the part quickly enough. (I live about 3 hours away, and it came via FedEx.) As it turned out, I did not need the part. Levittown Ford Parts gave me an RMA# and I returned it. I would definitely take my parts requirements to them first next time.
Ordered a bike rack in early April for my Ford Explorer. 7 weeks have passed and still no bike rack. Very disgusted. When emailing them regarding my order, they said their customers come first, that I was on a wait list. If I ordered from them, wouldn’t that make me a customer? Very disappointed.
Levittown Ford is the best place to shop for OEM parts. Saved so much money on purchases for my Mustang, and Im grateful I found out about them. Better discounts on products, and was able to get parts and accessories at a lower cost. Havent had any issues as yet, and hopefully I wont.
Very well organized and easily searchable site - quickly found what I was seeking, at prices substantially below those of my local dealer. Closing transaction was seamless and delivery occurred on schedule, with all correct contents and properly packaged. I highly recommend Levittown and will almost certainly bring further business to this worthy establishment!

This was the only place on line where I could find logo, tray floor mats for my 2020 Lincoln, so I was leery that they wouldn’t be nice...BOY WAS I WRONG!! These floor mats are very nice with the Lincoln logo and the word “Nautilus” on the side. They are beautiful and easy to clean with a wet cloth. Plus the price was much better than Weathertech. I’m so glad I got them.
Extremely disappointing experience with customer service and support. I bought a front bumper insert and a wheel arch molding for a 2017 MKX. The price was good and the shipping was free. Installed the bumper piece within 3 hours. Removed the wheel arch molding and compared it against the new part (still in the plastic bag) and noticed they were not the same. I ordered the wrong part.I emailed the parts manager (Mike D.) to return it and was told that it wont be a problem as long as I return it in the original bag and brand new condition....I took a 45 minute ride out to the parts store and was told a sticker was missing on the bag it came with and I would have to go back home and get it or they wont take it back. I informed them that I didnt take the part out of the plastic bag it came with and there was no sticker on it....it was simply packed along with the 5 foot long box that the bumper insert came with and Im returning it in the original plastic bag.....they couldnt care less. They wouldnt take it back unless the parts sticker was on it. I get them to call Mike D. and they put him on speaker phone....he went on to say the customer was told that it must be returned in the same package as it arrived....The problem is that I did return it exactly as it was shipped to me. IT WAS SHIPPED TO ME WITHOUT A STICKER...he didnt care. He wouldnt even listen.I left the part on the counter for them to choke on it and took a $50 loss (along with 2 hours wasted driving there and back). Told them I would leave a Google, Yelp and BBB review....Mike didnt care.....kinda tells you everything you need to know about the place and culture at Levittown Ford. Im never going back and will tell all my friends to avoid them as well.
I want to preface this by saying I have had some bad experiences with places but have never written a review in my life. However the service here was so terrible I felt obligated to comment on it for the sake of others.I Ordered a banjo bolt and washers for my car and had it be for pickup (said would be ready next day) since it was way quicker than the 2-3 days that shipping to my home would cost. Only problem was it wasnt ready until 4 days later... Went in when I finally got the confirmation email that my order was ready, went in and told the banjo bolt had not come in. Waste of a good hour of my time. Wen back the next day after confirming that the parts were actually in. This time there was no person there who had access to the online orders, and was told to come back on Monday. so once again was unable to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready in 1 day. It has been a week since I ordered and am still waiting for this part. Would have been quicker AND saved me over 2 hours of back and forth driving to just order it to my house. Never go here the place is run terribly and there is no rhyme or reason to anything that happens there.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Placed an order for a rousch exhaust that was $1250. Mike D emailed me and said order was placed on hold until I could send my ID since it was over $1000. I sent them my passport. He responded back saying that it needs to show my name and address. If they cant trust their customers why are they in business? Ill never be ordering from them again. Goto american muscle or summitracing instead.
Ive made 50+ mods and spend over $20K on my Ford Ranger and every time the mod calls for an OEM part, I looked around and no one could beat Levittown Ford Parts prices, and they also offer great customer service and easy online purchase. Look around for prices and then visit them, you wont be disappointed.
Amazing service. Throughout the entire process of ordering they were very responsive and helpful. Sent in an email at around 10pm and got a response just an hour later. Part showed up in perfect condition, though after quite a delay due to FedEx being behind in delivery at the moment.
Ordered a steering wheel and had it shipped to my work to be installed. Obviously address was not the same as billing (home address) . There was no information saying I needed to provide additional documentation to ensure fraud wasnt being committed upon checking out . A week after my order was placed I start trying to figure out why my part hasnt arrived .I find an email in my junk stating their system flagged my order as fraud due to differnt billing and shipping address listed and they were holding my order until I provided my drivers license. I was told this is standard procdure and it was signed by Mike D . Ifs it standard procedure to require proof then ask for it during the order process, dont flag people for choosing an option that was given .
I primarily use the parts department for parts for my new Ranger. I have been told locally that the parts I want are not available, or because the truck did not come with the part I wanted ( I have an XLT and apparently only the Lariat version came with the engine cover) I have always found what I was looking for at Levittown. Thank You
I had looked everywhere, even Ford Motor Company for what I needed and the only place I found it was at Levittown. Since it was so hard to find, I thought the price would be outrageous but it wasn’t. I have spread the word to other Mustang owners in the clubs, that this the place to come. Thank you!!

2022-07-13In June I ordered an engine cover for my Ford Bronco. I bought the wrong size for my engine and needed to return. That process alone was incredibly unprofessional and infuriating. Mike was so unhelpful & decided to send me one sentence emails back and forth for an hour straight-instead of just giving me all of the info at once on the return instructions. I honestly thought it was a joke how he handled his communication. I followed his instructions and the very next day sent the item back and paid $45 shipping out of pocket.It’s been radio silence for two weeks now and I can’t get ahold of anyone to issue my return. My return item made it to their warehouse on July 1. It’s now the 13th— and still no communication on my refund. So now I’m out $90 for the item and $45 for shipping. I don’t even need the money at this point- it’s just the principle. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Shame on you- I’m not surprised that their are plenty of other 1 star reviews. I wish I would’ve looked at those prior.

2022-08-16Ordered parts 08/082022. Waited a full week with bo response or update from you. Attempted a call back option on your site, apparently it only works for US customers.Finally emailed you and was met with the rudest most unprofessional service from Mike! According to other reviews he has a real issue providing any type of service! I was told by him they are verifying an order from roush and will contact me once they know arrival dates. I then went to roush website to see if it was a possibliblty to order from them directly to find out the parts I ordered from you do not even work for my vehicle..the main part was a performance tune that clearly is listed for up to 2020 mustangs only on roush website but you have it listed for up to 2022. I can only imagine what would have happened to my warranty if this was actually installed. This place is a gong show they dont even know what fits correctly let alone stock levels. Very unprofessional!

2022-05-01Parts Department never answers the phone , I left 3 detailed voice mails ...never to receive a return call. Hard to sell Parts if you cant get your employees to do their job. I BOUGHT my parts elsewhere...whoever is responsible for the parts dept. should be fired as they are not doing their job, that they are being paid for.

2022-03-22Ordered front and back emblems from this business thinking they were reputable and would stand behind they’re product. When I received the emblems the one for the grill was not the correct one, it had a plastic piece around it that was not needed. I spoke with Dave S. Via email, after a couple emails back and forth I realized I was not going to get a solution from him. He was extremely rude and not helpful at all, sent me a link to the exact same emblems I bought and said “ that’s what my catalog shows”. Horrible customer service, shame on you Dave S. 2021-04-22Was doing a Google search for Boss 302 Manifolds, when this dealer site came up. They had the lowest price, in fact so low that I was doing some additional research to make sure this was a legit business. Boy am I glad it is, I will be ordering some additional parts from them as they are the lowest prices I have seen anywhere for Ford Performance parts.

2021-07-29I purchased the 2021 Bronco Sport. To my surprise the Ford dealership did not provide nor install the hitch required for my Bronco. I reached out and found Levittown Ford Parts.I knew that COVID-19 could present a back order, but once placed with Levittown Ford you put me at ease, and was it worth it. Absolutely.Five months later the Bronco Sport hitch arrived and I had “Trick Trucks” of Maryland do the install.Wow! It looks fantastic!!Thank youPatrick

2020-10-08I just ordered a cargo mat for my 2020 Explorer, $122.49. I was really disappointed in the quality. In all honesty, this thing isn’t worth more than $30-40. It’s so thin and flimsy, it won’t stay put in the car. As soon as you want to load something, the mat slides all over. Plus, it feels like it’s going to crack because it’s so cheap. I had one for my 2012 Explorer and that thing was thick and heavy, it didn’t budge.I did a live chat with Mike, and he didn’t even ask why I was returning or if there was anything he could do to rectify the situation. They lost a star just for his attitude alone. Maybe they don’t need the business. Now, I have to cover the cost to ship back. Buyer beware.

2021-04-22Prices are excellent, all products arrived in good condition, as described. However, Inflated shipping costs pretty much balance out the savings.Shipping is slow, I placed two orders the first was for one item, a hood scoop, my vehicle is new and they were out of stock. No big deal, I’ll wait, frustratingly I only found out about the OSS when I reached out after 7days with no update on the order, it was mailed 7days after this and took 4 days to come via fed ex. $69.50 for 4day shipping for a light weight abs plastic scoop about 2’x2’ seemed pricey to me.Giving them the benefit of the doubt, it’s a new vehicle, a lot of the accessories are not available yet. So, I placed a second order this time for a hitch mount cover, all weather mats and splash guards, all items that are readily available at the local dealer and everywhere online. Shipping was $39.50, I also wanted the rear bumper guard sticker, but that put shipping up to $79.50, so I decided to pay full price for that at the dealer.After 5 days with only the initial order confirmation email, my items were not en route so I reached out. An hour later, I was met with tracking information, no explanation, no apology, just tracking that had a label create time and date after my email, as if they had forgot the order, rushed it and tried to cover their tracks.All in all I got what I ordered, I paid fractionally less for it and waited nearly a month. Personally I’m an instant gratification kinda person, with the expensive shipping I saved a couple of dollars per item I’d of preferred to pay more to company with a little more haste and a little better service.
